"Boarding Pass Coffee is now open at Alpharetta City Center and there is one piece of decor in the shop that won’t go unnoticed: a small airplane hangs from the ceiling at this travel-themed coffee shop. Founded by Murilo and Christine Santos, each coffee roast (from the Murilo family farm) is named after a travel destination and comes with a postcard about the location. Beyond the overhead plane, expect airplane seating and aviation accessories at the shop. The official ribbon cutting and grand opening is slated for August 28. Boarding Pass Coffee will be open at 7 a.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. on weekends." - Henna Bakshi

Google
“I would give them more than 5 stars if possible! 😃” Just visited Boarding Pass Coffee in Downtown Alpharetta, and it’s a gem! Their coffee is sourced from a family farm in Brazil, and the sweet Pistachio Latte I tried today was incredible. The staff’s energy is contagious, making the place feel like a true family business. The owner was warmly greeting customers this morning, adding to the welcoming vibe. If you love good coffee as much as my wife and I do, and you’re a dog lover, this spot is perfect, pet-friendly with outdoor seating. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Boarding Pass Coffee and was impressed by the cleanliness and unique decor of the shop. The atmosphere was great. I ordered both a latte and an Americano. While the Americano was fine, the latte didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of flavor. Still, it’s a nice spot to check out

This little gem is hidden on the corner of Northpoint Parkway and Old Milton. It is hands-down the best coffee I have ever had in my life! If you want to experience The most delectable Americano ever, you must visit this business. It was pleasant and Peaceful, the staff are talented, informative and very friendly. I have told everyone about Boarding Pass. You must visit!

Absolutely lovely staff. Ordered a hot chocolate, latte, and bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Tables weren't clean. The hot chocolate was a bit watery and the latte was a bit to hot. The Bagel looked like they went to Aldi to grab a cheap bagel and cheap American cheese. Perhaps they excel with making other products but what I ordered didn't make the mark.

I liked this location better than Old Milton Parkway. This location has homey feeling. I like it because it gives you city feeling. They have tasty coffee.

Wow, I just had the best time at this coffee shop! First off, the coffee is out of this world—sourced from all over the globe, and you can totally taste the difference. But the coolest part? They have a real airplane fuselage on the wall! It’s such a fun vibe. The owner was super nice and took the time to tell us all about where he gets his coffee and how he roasts it himself. He even shared stories about how he got that plane in there!

Live in the neighborhood and second time here. Thought I’d wait until my second visit to leave a review to give them time to work out any kinks. Well, second time and same experience. The coffee (I ordered a latte) was just okay. Mediocre actually. For $7, that’s not acceptable. At all. Also let’s talk about the wait time. OMG almost 15 minutes for a latte. Yes it was Saturday market, but 15 minutes is entirely too long. They want to be chatty with customers and that’s cool but not at the expense of waiting customers. Oh, and as I waited, I observed several people who went back to say their orders were not prepared correctly. One poor guy told me he was waiting 20 minutes for a warm croissant! Cmon guys! Get. It. Together! I’d like for this place to succeed, but at this point not sure I’ll be going back for a long while. Maybe they’ll get their act together someday?

This was my first visit (on the Christmas tree lighting night in Alpharetta) so it may not reflect accurately since they were very busy both inside and outside. I had been waiting for the opportunity to try Boarding Pass coffee at this new location. The result was not good. I ordered a medium drip coffee black and added some milk. After two or three sips, I had to throw it out. While this may not have a typical evening there is little or no excuse for serving terrible coffee at an upscale coffee shop. Since I live close by and downtown Alpharetta is a great location, I want the best for Boarding Pass coffee. and I will give it another try.

Yelp
This coffee shop has a very cute concept! There's airplane seats to sit on while drinking delicious coffee and having a little snack. They have a number of different sandwiches and bagels to choose from. You pay at the front counter and they call you when your order is ready for pickup. They were fairly quick and efficient. It reminded me of an upscale, customized Starbucks. We would try this coffee shop again and highly recommend giving it a try!

Yelp
This is a cute coffee shop located right next to the Alpharetta City Hall! It's very airline themed and they even have old airplane seats in the back. All their branding is airline stuff which I like. I tried the vanilla latte and it was not bad! I thought they added a little too much syrup but next time I can ask for less syrup. The latte was nice and hot. It's good on a cold winter day. They also had some pastries and even the Brazilian cheese bread!

Yelp
Ladies and gentlemen, your friendly airline welcomes you to Alpharetta where the local time is 10:15 am. We hope you enjoyed your experience at Boarding Pass coffee today! Flight attendants will be moving through the cabin to collect any remaining items. This is a small, unique coffeeshop situated in the heart of downtown Alpharetta. There are vintage travel signs decorating the walls, a set of comfy airplane seats and part of a plane suspended over the front counter. My chai was served spicy and extra hot as requested to warm me up on this chilly first Saturday of 2025. There was no wait when I arrived; however, I can see this spot getting busy during peak times. Worth a visit when you're in the area.

Yelp
Okay to be honest we needed a bathroom visit and my husband remembered there was a coffee place near by, but of course we wanted to purchase something. We decided upon a drink with the word "cloud" in it. Sorry I can't remember. We were told to add a shot of espresso which would make it taste even better which we did. It was very tasty! Of course upon our entrance which was our first visit, I loved the ambiance and concept of the coffee house. It's all about travel and from what I read (which is part of the pics) it is because of the owner's love of travel. Anyways, very cool decor, seating, even the bathroom wall decor. Made you feel like traveling. The vibe is totally kickback, relax, enjoy coffee, study etcetera. Lots of coffee choices and even seasonal drinks. The young lady who helped was very friendly and helpful. I really loved the story of the couple who started the business and the whole concept. Definitely when in the area we will return. They sell whole bean coffee from different regions and have the cool thing they do. You buy what looks like a passport book, and each time you buy coffee from the different regions you get a stamp from that region and a postcard (if I read correctly about the postcard). I just thought that was pretty creative!! Playing on the name Boarding Pass. Also the bathroom was fun and clean but only one for men and women. A parking garage is near by and free. Not to mention shopping and dining all walking distance, I mention this if one has never been to downtown Alpharetta. I know there are other locations and I assume they all are the same interior but for sure this one is cool. We have been back and this time around it was busy since there was a holiday. And our drink this time was the seasonal Gingerbread Latte and oh so yummy. A nice flavor of the gingerbread and not too strong plus wasn't too sweet.

Yelp
The coffee was awesome ! I also tried the cloud latte which was delicious. We ordered a brownie, Brazilian cheese bread and a bagel breakfast sandwich and all of it was yummy Service was great, there's toys for kids, coloring sheets, pilot hats and as we were leaving they got stickers to pick from Place was very clean, music was low, dog friendly outside, few seats outdoors Overall a nice visit

Yelp
Came in on Sunday at 11:50. Ordered an Iced coffee. It took more than 30 minutes to get my one drink. Definitely not coming back here. The owner was here as well but nothing changed. The entire stuff is moving in a slow motion.

Yelp
Terrible customer service at the downtown location. Went on a Sunday around 11:30 AM. One barista moving in a comatose state. Owner came in isn't making much of a difference. Been waiting for two coffee orders and a breakfast biscuit for almost 30 minutes. Multiple customers have walked in and left, I will not be coming back.

Yelp
I have been to another Boarding Pass location but this was my first visit here. It was just as cute inside as the other location. The coffee was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. Easy parking in the garage next to the Alpharetta library.
