"I found Boarding Pass Coffee now open at Alpharetta City Center with a travel theme (including a small airplane hanging from the ceiling), airplane seating and aviation accessories; founded by Murilo and Christine Santos, each roast is named after a travel destination using coffee from Murilo’s family farm and comes with a postcard, and the shop will have a ribbon cutting on August 28 and opens at 7 a.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. on weekends." - Henna Bakshi

That Pancake Batter Latte at Boarding Pass in Alpharetta? 🔥🔥 One of the best lattes I’ve had—smooth, not too sweet, and the flavor was dead on. Tastes just like warm pancake batter in the best way possible. Cool vibe, great service. I’ll definitely be back.

Such a hidden gem! Boarding Pass Coffee has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Alpharetta. The atmosphere is cozy and travel-themed, which makes it feel like a little escape every time I walk in. The coffee is rich and flavorful (highly recommend the cortado!), and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Great place to work, catch up with a friend, or just relax with a good cup of coffee. Definitely worth a visit!

I love the theme of this place. My husband is a pilot so he felt like a kid coming into this place. I love how they have an actual plane attached to their cashier area and the seats are the ones from the airplane. What also made this place stand out is the five star customer service. I ordered a drink that didn’t make sense and they helped me out and I ended up getting the drink the I actually wanted. Not only that, my baby knocked over my coffee and they came over to help clean and also made me another drink without me asking. These people here make the experience here even better :)

Okay, keeping it 100, this place is a cute idea—like Instagram-worthy cute—but the employees… let’s just say “friendly” is not in their job description. The breakfast sandwiches? Imagine a Starbucks sandwich that decided it wanted to charge rent. And the coffee… oh, the coffee. Tastes like the machine hasn’t been cleaned since 2012. Why does my coffee taste like blue cheese!?! But the atmosphere is really cute… if that helps!

Boarding Pass Coffee continues to be one of my favorite spots in Alpharetta. The drinks are always top notch (who are we kidding — I haven’t met a coffee here that isn’t specialty-grade perfection). On this visit, my colleague Jamie had a hot coffee he couldn’t stop raving about — from the flavor to even the packaging design and “drip” (pun fully intended) marketing. I went with an iced caramel latte that was smooth, balanced, and absolutely dialed in. On a previous visit, I grabbed a Monsieur Croissant and it was just as fantastic. Whoever’s back in the lab creating these gems definitely deserves a raise. What really stood out this time, though, was the hospitality. AJ, who was leading the shift, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. She even handled the not-so-fun part (gently letting us know they were closing after we’d overstayed — time flies when you’re having a good time 🤦‍♂️) with nothing but grace and warmth. Jamie couldn’t stop raving about both the coffee and the vibe, and I couldn’t agree more. It’s that mix of consistently excellent coffee, thoughtful food, and genuine hospitality that makes Boarding Pass such a standout. Huge kudos to AJ and the entire team for making each visit memorable.

“I would give them more than 5 stars if possible! 😃” Just visited Boarding Pass Coffee in Downtown Alpharetta, and it’s a gem! Their coffee is sourced from a family farm in Brazil, and the sweet Pistachio Latte I tried today was incredible. The staff’s energy is contagious, making the place feel like a true family business. The owner was warmly greeting customers this morning, adding to the welcoming vibe. If you love good coffee as much as my wife and I do, and you’re a dog lover, this spot is perfect, pet-friendly with outdoor seating. Highly recommend!

This little gem is hidden on the corner of Northpoint Parkway and Old Milton. It is hands-down the best coffee I have ever had in my life! If you want to experience The most delectable Americano ever, you must visit this business. It was pleasant and Peaceful, the staff are talented, informative and very friendly. I have told everyone about Boarding Pass. You must visit!

Google
I recently visited Boarding Pass Coffee and was impressed by the cleanliness and unique decor of the shop. The atmosphere was great. I ordered both a latte and an Americano. While the Americano was fine, the latte didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of flavor. Still, it’s a nice spot to check out

Yelp
This coffee shop has a very cute concept! There's airplane seats to sit on while drinking delicious coffee and having a little snack. They have a number of different sandwiches and bagels to choose from. You pay at the front counter and they call you when your order is ready for pickup. They were fairly quick and efficient. It reminded me of an upscale, customized Starbucks. We would try this coffee shop again and highly recommend giving it a try!

Yelp
This is a cute coffee shop located right next to the Alpharetta City Hall! It's very airline themed and they even have old airplane seats in the back. All their branding is airline stuff which I like. I tried the vanilla latte and it was not bad! I thought they added a little too much syrup but next time I can ask for less syrup. The latte was nice and hot. It's good on a cold winter day. They also had some pastries and even the Brazilian cheese bread!

Yelp
Ladies and gentlemen, your friendly airline welcomes you to Alpharetta where the local time is 10:15 am. We hope you enjoyed your experience at Boarding Pass coffee today! Flight attendants will be moving through the cabin to collect any remaining items. This is a small, unique coffeeshop situated in the heart of downtown Alpharetta. There are vintage travel signs decorating the walls, a set of comfy airplane seats and part of a plane suspended over the front counter. My chai was served spicy and extra hot as requested to warm me up on this chilly first Saturday of 2025. There was no wait when I arrived; however, I can see this spot getting busy during peak times. Worth a visit when you're in the area.

Yelp
Okay to be honest we needed a bathroom visit and my husband remembered there was a coffee place near by, but of course we wanted to purchase something. We decided upon a drink with the word "cloud" in it. Sorry I can't remember. We were told to add a shot of espresso which would make it taste even better which we did. It was very tasty! Of course upon our entrance which was our first visit, I loved the ambiance and concept of the coffee house. It's all about travel and from what I read (which is part of the pics) it is because of the owner's love of travel. Anyways, very cool decor, seating, even the bathroom wall decor. Made you feel like traveling. The vibe is totally kickback, relax, enjoy coffee, study etcetera. Lots of coffee choices and even seasonal drinks. The young lady who helped was very friendly and helpful. I really loved the story of the couple who started the business and the whole concept. Definitely when in the area we will return. They sell whole bean coffee from different regions and have the cool thing they do. You buy what looks like a passport book, and each time you buy coffee from the different regions you get a stamp from that region and a postcard (if I read correctly about the postcard). I just thought that was pretty creative!! Playing on the name Boarding Pass. Also the bathroom was fun and clean but only one for men and women. A parking garage is near by and free. Not to mention shopping and dining all walking distance, I mention this if one has never been to downtown Alpharetta. I know there are other locations and I assume they all are the same interior but for sure this one is cool. We have been back and this time around it was busy since there was a holiday. And our drink this time was the seasonal Gingerbread Latte and oh so yummy. A nice flavor of the gingerbread and not too strong plus wasn't too sweet.

Yelp
The coffee was awesome ! I also tried the cloud latte which was delicious. We ordered a brownie, Brazilian cheese bread and a bagel breakfast sandwich and all of it was yummy Service was great, there's toys for kids, coloring sheets, pilot hats and as we were leaving they got stickers to pick from Place was very clean, music was low, dog friendly outside, few seats outdoors Overall a nice visit

Yelp
Came in on Sunday at 11:50. Ordered an Iced coffee. It took more than 30 minutes to get my one drink. Definitely not coming back here. The owner was here as well but nothing changed. The entire stuff is moving in a slow motion.

Yelp
Terrible customer service at the downtown location. Went on a Sunday around 11:30 AM. One barista moving in a comatose state. Owner came in isn't making much of a difference. Been waiting for two coffee orders and a breakfast biscuit for almost 30 minutes. Multiple customers have walked in and left, I will not be coming back.

Yelp
I have been to another Boarding Pass location but this was my first visit here. It was just as cute inside as the other location. The coffee was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. Easy parking in the garage next to the Alpharetta library.
