A Giant Octopus Awaits Inside the New Asian Restaurant at Palace Station - Eater Vegas

"Palace Station’s new Boathouse Asian Eatery brings a menu of Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese cuisines from brother-and-sister team Cat and Tu Do and their partner Hans Mogensen from Northern California. Inside, the restaurant has room for more than 200 diners. A large cocktail bar, 14-seat sushi bar, and six seat noodle bar make up the contemporary space. A wall-to-wall custom octopus mural greets diners as the enter the restaurant. The artwork is meant to symbolize good fortune. The food was really good. We went during happy hour and drinks were good. Appetizers are also on happy hour. They have these tacos on their appetizer menu and they were sooo good. My husband ordered the beef spare ribs and gave me a couple bites, and WOW! So good!! Our waitress was so great too. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It was a great restaurant to start our Vegas vacation.

Located inside palace station casino in Las Vegas. Good spaces available for parking. It was my first time here but not coming back. I had high expectations for food and service. I can tell now this is an average restaurant. You can find better choices in town and at China Town. We celebrate Mother’s Day on Saturday May 11/24. We used the private room at back of the restaurant. Nice decor and good size. But not good enough to have a very nice experience. The food didn’t impress us. Not tasty. Their wonton soup had too many ingredients in it:veggies, noodles, dumplings and a red meat with strong smell, not much broth. Nothing really stand out when the food is on the table. Not many options for dessert, we tried the lichi ice cream, not our favorite. The green tea ice cream had a weird taste and waxy texture. Service was ok. Nothing special. Sorry but it was not the right place for our celebration.

We decided to give this restaurant a try since we were catching a movie at the Cinebarre movie theaters upstairs. Upon entering, we were greeted by a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. To start our meal, we ordered jalapeño poppers and three different sushi dishes. While the lasagna stood out as the highlight of our dining experience, the other two sushi dishes and the jalapeño poppers lacked flavor. It was disappointing considering the price of the dishes and the fancy names of the sushi plates. We expected them to be bursting with flavor, but unfortunately, they fell short. Regrettably, we can only give this restaurant four stars. Despite the enjoyable ambiance and the outstanding service, the lack of flavor in some of the dishes left us wanting more. It was evident to both of us that these options need improvement. Overall, our visit to this restaurant was a mixed experience. The convenient location and friendly staff were definite positives, but the underwhelming taste of certain dishes was a letdown. We hope that the restaurant takes our feedback into consideration and works on enhancing the flavors of their menu items. On a side note: We had read in previous reviews that they used to serve Ramen on late nights, but we wanted to confirm that they no longer offer it. This did not impact our review.

Google
LOVE their happy hour! The happy hour portions are small but I'm good with that because I can try more items 😊 Hubbs had a non happy hour shrimp fried rice and it was huge and delicious. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the staff is so friendly and informative, an over all great experience! Well be back...

Google
Great food and amazing staff! A hidden gem inside the Palace Station casino. We went on a Thursday night and it was surprisingly slow but the food and staff were outstanding! The sushi rolls were fresh and the fried rice with chicken dish was equally as good. Reasonable prices and beautiful decor inside! Definitely recommend!

Everything we ordered was delicious. Great food for reasonable price, and great service as well. My favorite was Hamachi sashimi, and my husband loved the calamari entrée. Cocktails were good too. We came there at around 5 pm on Sunday night, and it wasn't crowded at all.

Perfect place to spend our evening. This was our second visit and it is my favorite sushi restaurant. We were so hungry that I didn’t even to take a picture of most of our food. We leaned into the happy hour menu. Kids also loved it. Our waitress was amazing. It is a gem in Las Vegas, for sure!!!

Google
After hearing a lot about this place. I decided to make a reservation for Valentines dinner. Since the Palace Station has been remodeled they have done a great job on adding dining options and this place is one of the better additions. Great menu, plenty of seating, great service and the price was just right. (Keep in mind, they don’t offer A.Y.C.E. But you won’t mind spending extra for the quality and portions of the sushi. We started with some Uni, Yellowtail Himache, various rolls and sake We then followed it up with some Korean Short ribs, veggies and Sweet Shrimp. Journey was our server and she was great.

Yelp
The food was good. And the service was good as well. I liked the clay pot rice. The jalepeno poppers were just okay to me.

Yelp
Great restaurant. Food and drinks are really good. Excellent sushi/rolls. Very good. Food is fresh and large portions. Service is really good. Nice staff. Restaurant is new, clean, comfortable, and spacious. I like their atmosphere and ambiance. I would come back here when I'm in the area.

Yelp
Everytime I go here for happy hour, I am so pleased with my experience. The food is really cheap on happy hour and the drinks as well. Hub and I ordered two Sapporo beers on draft for 5 dollars. We ordered the charred edamame for 5.50, Mexican roll for 6.95 and hub ordered his usual non happy hour item, beef chow fun extra spicy for I believe 13.95... food is always SO GOOD and service is great as well. Ambience of the place is very trendy and inviting. Keep them in business! They are pretty darn tasty!

Yelp
For those not aware, this is located in Palace Station! Entering this restaurant the first thing you'll notice is the ambiance and develop an expectation of fine quality meal being presented before you. The menu had pictures, which is a great marketing tactic because the visuals make you want to try it. Items on this menu looked pretty satisfying. After a couple of happy hour cocktails which weren't bad (but nothing to display fireworks over), our food came. The dishes presented were a one way ticket to Main St. of Disappointment City. My Kung Pao chicken was mediocre and lacked a lot of flavor. My Wife's Butter fried wings were horrible- she had to send them back & order something else. She then ordered a sushi item which was good according to her. The service was amateurish, and did not match the surroundings. In the culinary capital of Vegas where there are so many options, you can build a beautiful restaurant but it means nothing if the product presented misses the mark. I wasn't a fan

Yelp
I stayed at the palace Station for 3 days and I ate here 2 times. Go during happy hour and go will not be disappointed. The food was actually very good for what it's worth. The bartender guy was amazing and I didn't even get a drink from him. Cool and always helpful. Checks in on to often. The garlic edemame was so good and the riblets were very tasty. The egg rolls were a little lacking of flavor but I didn't have high expectations for that. The shrimp spring rolls were tasty but were chilled in the fridge too long or something as it was pretty cold when it was served to me. Still, happy hour had some great deals so it was still worth it
google avatar

David H.

Yelp
Nice Vietnamese restaurant. Wide range flavors ranging from sushi to Chinese and Vietnamese. Spring rolls used iceberg lettuce which unfortunately marked a lower grade. Tempura and pork ribs I thought could be more crisp. But good nonetheless. My favorite is the crunchy walnut shrimp in a plump batter. Popped in my mouth. Closer examination found 1/2 was batter. Shall return to try many other dishes here.

Yelp

Yelp
We had a great time eating here with family. Both kids and adults enjoyed everything they ordered. Nice, modern decorations with relaxed ambient . Delicious food with wonderful service . The sushi and sashimi are so fresh . Asian short ribs and stirfry vegetables are on point . The bar has all the essential drinks that most drinkers like. The bartender served at night had a cold attitude, but glad I didn't need to deal with him much. Highly recommend to come for the foods.

Yelp
When you have a cool painting of a giant Octopus when you walk in, it's a sure bet that I'm going to want to eat here and that's exactly what happened last night. We had plans to play Bingo at Palace Station so our group figured it was time to give Boathouse Asian Eatery! We came here around 7:00PM with a reserved table and got seated right away. The restaurant itself looks pretty cool with art throughout the place, cool tables, extremely comfortable chairs, and some trees to add to the effect. The menu here covers all sorts of asian fusion style cuisine from sushi and appetizers to rice dishes and meats. We ordered three things to split and here's my thoughts on them! Shrimp Fried Rice- Although the rice itself wasn't super flavourful, this dish was still pretty good and had some tasty pieces of shrimp mixed into it. I'm definitely satisfied with the amount of shrimp included as well. Korean Short Ribs- Full of flavour, massive in size, and large in portion gives me a big smile on my face. The Korean Short Ribs were absolutely delicious and I definitely ate too much of it. Tender, juicy, and flavourful! Butter Fried Wings- Six chicken wings came and six chicken wings were eaten. These wings were large, meaty, and had a pepper/garlic taste to them. Although not my favourite style of wing, I enjoyed every last bite. Overall, Boathouse Asian Eatery was a solid place to spot and get food while at Palace Station. Is this a top 10 place for me in the city? Honestly, no. But I enjoyed the food, enjoyed the friendly service, and enjoyed the restaurant itself. I definitely recommend giving this place a shot for yourself!

Yelp
This restaurant is soooo clean and airy! They do a GREAT job of keeping the cigarette smoke out from the casino. The hostess was not warm or welcoming, but my waitress was kind, attentive, and friendly. I ordered the spicy edamame. It was okay. Not really spicy and I believe it was cooked or tossed with too much oil or something. The sushi was fresh and delicious. I absolutely LOVED the fusion sake gunkan and the crazy monkey roll. Overall, the price you pay for the the quality of the sushi and the amount you get is fantastic!!

Yelp
This restaurant is classified as an Asian fusion style cuisine which by definition states "A cuisine style that typically combines Asian foods with the likes of traditional Mexican, American, or other style of Asian style dishes". With that being said, I feel like this is accurate and actually a very fun and interesting style of cuisine. I decided to order the scalloped fried rice which is not the regular scalloped fried rice. This scalloped fried rice contained dried scallops on top which were crispy. This dish was explained to me as traditional Cantonese scalloped fried rice. Some unexpected drinks I chose included Sake Sangria. Which I never heard of. It was so delicious and fun to try. I also ordered a round of some premium hot sake which was the smoothest sake I've ever had. My only complaint was the customer service. Unfortunately the restaurant was very busy so my table was overlooked alot. We had to flag our waitress down for little things. Drinks were missing, and the waitress seemed very annoyed with my good sis and I lol. However, the food was superior and the atmosphere was nice.

Yelp
Boathouse is located in Palace Station Casino. Great HH deals from 4-6 pm. Not super busy since everyone eats at Oyster Bar. Service was nice. Food came out fast. Garlic Spare Ribs - $8 HH - Crispy and crunchy pork. Very good. California Crouching Tiger Duo - $10.95 HH - Good combo roll. Tiger Shrimp Roll - $6.95 HH - Good price.

Yelp
We came here for dinner Thursday evening and we were glad we we did! It wasn't extremely crowded so that was nice. We ordered 3 appetizers of potstickers, wontons and small egg rolls. They were all delicious! We're shared a plate of chicken fried rice (we're simple lol). The fried rice was great also! The servers were all polite, professional and friendly, we will definitely be going back! Also, we were told they have ramen Friday and Saturday nights until 2am, so if your looking for a late night snack off strip but near the strip this could work! There is also a full bar!! All in all the prices are not bad, all the plates we ordered plus one cocktail was less than $100!

Yelp
My friend and I ate here on our girls trip to Las Vegas. We didn't know that it was a locals casino, but we were interested in trying this place out because of its happy hour menu. We enjoyed a variety of sushi, seaweed, salad, dumplings, and crab Rangoon. The food was excellent and decently priced for the amount that we ate. Our waiter was very attentive and filled up our water, a lot, and our food came out fairly quickly. The restaurant is really pretty and felt like we were in LA. I've definitely had better asian food before, but for the price and the amount of food we got this was very great.

Yelp
Went to Boathouse for the first time this evening to check out their happy hour. It is daily from 4-6pm. It is located inside Palace Station downstairs below the movie theater. There is a hostess outside and she seated us right away. The restaurant is large and open with plenty of seats at the bar. There are also TV's around. We arrived with about 30 minutes left to order on the happy hour menu. There are lots of appetizers and rolls to choose from as low as $5. On the appetizers page we ordered Fresh Spring Roll, Fried Potstickers, Tacolicious, Crispy Crab Wontons, Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura, Seaweed Salad. For sushi rolls we ordered California Crunch, Spicy Tuna & Tiger Shrimp. The food came out quickly and we needed a bigger table with all that food! Everything was very good! Service was great - friendly, waters always full, constantly checked how everything was going. We definitely took home leftovers. We also took a quick peek at the regular menu and now we have to come back again to try some of the items in there, especially the sizzling beef plate! Everytime they walked by with one the smell just got us wanting some! We were told that is one of their popular menu items. Can't wait to try it!

Yelp
Wow, wow and wow, everytime we come here it seems to get better. On our last visit we had Tamara for our waitress, that young lady can make some dranks. The last time we went it was during happy hour, you have to sit at the bar for that, they have some great deals on food & alcohol. The place is beautiful and spotless. It's an open kitchen so you can watch the magic happen. Everything we've had here is absolutely delicious.

Yelp
Was in town recently on business and we were looking for a place to sit and relax, with table service. Not kiosk food, which is everywhere now. With my workmate having a preference for Asian inspired cuisine, Boathouse seemed like a good choice. It did not disappoint. The service albeit slow, was consistent and professional. The slowness played to our favor, but some of the other reviews it was obviously an issue. Yes, the service tends to be slow by comparison. Once we got going, and food started arriving at our table, it turned into a very good leisurely meal over about two and a half hours. Fresh sushi and seafood are abundant on the menu, along with special dishes of spare ribs and even roast duck. Starting with the blackended Edamame, its spicy and quite tasty. Then a couple different rolls, along with some hamachi and chu toro, all were very fresh and flavorful. The crunchy tiger shrimp roll was exceptional. We next moved to the spare ribs and an order of the roast duck. The garlic Spareribs were very tender and very tasty, a nice smoky bbq style with grilled onions and garlic on a sizzling skillet. Then the roast Duck, roasted golden brown, crunchy skin and tender meat, a portion is enough to share or a stand alond meal. It was good but not as good as the spareribs in my book. With all the self serve food around now, this was a nice change to sit, relax and enjoy a good leisurely dining experience. 4 Stars - yes, the service can be a little slow but the food is worth the little extra time 00791

Yelp
Another good dinner at Boathouse Asian after not being there through Covid. It was time for something different and I wasn't in the mood for an AYCE sushi place. Right after being seated, my server, Annalyn, a gem of a person and server, brought me water and then got iced tea for me. After looking over the menu, I ordered the spring roll from the Happy Hour menu which consists of one spring roll--perfect for a solo diner. I also ordered a fusion spicy tuna roll which is shrimp tempura, cucumber, and avocado wrapped in mame nori soy paper, topped with spicy tuna and chili threads. The spring roll was quite good as was the peanut dipping sauce that accompanied the dish. The spicy tuna roll was good but I really needed the wasabi to give the roll some oomph! After waiting a bit, I ordered Japanese lasagna--baked crab, avocado, and cream cheese roll topped with onion, tobiko, and unagi sauce. This was a warm dish and was very tasty and something quite different than I've had before. Desserts have been added to the menu and I had to try the black sesame Mont Blanc--Sponge cake with cream center, and topped with black sesame flavored chestnut vermicelli, and a side of whipped cream. I added a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a small up-charge. Really refreshing ending to a very good meal! Before I was half finished with my iced tea, Annalyn was there with a fresh glass. She was a super server and a very personable server. She's an asset to Boathouse. I'll be back and it won't be as long away as this time!

Yelp
Excellent service. Very delicious food and more selections. Great atmosphere to celebrate with friends and family. I love this restaurant.

Yelp
The hostess seemed a little bored when we arrived. It wasn't busy. My friend uses a walker so I was surprised that they sat us way in the back of the restaurant. Food was amazing! Everything tasted delicious! Food came out very quickly! Prices were good. We spent $135 for 2. We ordered the wonton tacos, jalapeños, mango tango, wonton soup, Japanese lasagna and garlic butter chicken. And dessert molten lava cake and tori miso

Yelp
Stopped by for Happy Hour and had terrible wine lol I asked what it was and they pour copper ridge wine.. Def not worth it, not even on happy hour. Do yourself a favor and get something else like Sake here instead lol We also ordered the Tiger Shrimp roll and honestly, I think Smith's sushi is better hahaha. So glad we tested this place on happy hour because i'm not sure I would appreciate paying full price for what we tried. Hope your experience is better than mine!

Yelp
We had $135 in casino-play-provided food credit at any restaurant at the Palace Station. Although the Oyster Bar is a favorite among Vegas locals and Hawai'i residents, and is 24/7 except on the month's first Tuesday until 6:00 am when they do deep cleaning, the line looked around 2 hours long. So we opted for the Boathouse. The wait for a table was about 15 minutes, so we sat on the bar. Having already eaten a little at the Selohssa golf club's Orlean's hospitality room, an hour earlier, I wasn't particularly hungry. My first impression of the menu was that it was overpriced. However, after receiving the food, I realized that the dishes were fairly priced for the quantity of food in each dish. My two friends wanted the caterpillar roll, which I didn't eat. It was gone pretty quickly anyway. I just realized that it is named after the way it looks. If you ever ate a caterpillar - I tried as a kid - you wouldn't like it's taste. We ordered primarily off the Chinese side of the menu. All of the dishes - green beans in spicy XO sauce, beef chow mein, spare ribs, mapo tofu, kung pow chicken, and pork belly fried rice were tasty. The only glaring deficiency was that the spare ribs were not cooked long enough so it was hard to gnaw the meat off the bones and cartilage. Overall, this is actually a pretty good place to eat. There seemed to be a good mix of locals and visitors eating here, and is a decent alternative to waiting forever to get into the Oyster Bar.

The food here was good. The service was good as well. The ambience is spectacular. I will definitely be back again.

Yelp
With Chinatown within easy driving distance there were 2 reasons and only 2 reasons for us to dine at this expansive and beautifully appointed restaurant. One being it was a Wednesday when seniors may choose to dine using 1/2 slot points. The second reason was to take advantage of their happy hour pricing on both food and wine. We arrived mid way through happy hour and immediately ordered glasses of wine, one each, along with a shared order of tempura shrimp and vegetables. Our waitress inquired as to our entrees, but we begged off in order to enjoy a initial glasses of wine. Additional glasses of wine, one each, we ordered along with our entrees as the clock clicked down to 6PM when happy hour pricing terminates. My wife ordered kung pao chicken while I requested clay pot catfish. All 3 food items proved to be disappointing at every level while the glasses of vino, 2 each, total of 4, were a certified bargain. How so? The house wine is normally priced at an affordable $7 per glass, discounted to $5 during happy hour and then reduced an additional 50%, along with the food, for seniors using slot points on Wednesdays. Score! Service was good, but we did feel rushed by our server.

Yelp
We initially went to the Oyster Bar as it's usually a tradition for my wife and I when we visit Las Vegas. However, we weren't as lucky with the line this time and came at a super busy time. Because of that we decided to check out Boathouse which belongs in the same hotel. Boy are we glad we did!! We went to Las Vegas to elope and the ambience of Boathouse just made it more intimate and special, but maybe that's just the "love" in me speaking haha. We ordered a Lychee Sake bottle which tasted great and gave us a nice buzz, might I add. We went with the Omikase and a side order of the Spicy Tuna Roll and Full Dozen Oysters. All of which are amazing!! The presentation of the Omikase was gorgeous and the floral decor/garnish definitely added to our lovey dovey mood. The sashimi in the Omikase was one of the best if not the best we had. Toro in Monterey California might still be a tad better. For dessert we had the mochi ice cream which to my surprise was hand made!! I was anticipating the usual Costco type ice cream but nope! The mochi itself was very soft and had a nice chewy texture. We loved it!! Shoutout to our waitress who advised us not to order two sets of Omikase. We're glad we listened because the portion size was large and definitely enough for my wife and I. Thank you for watching out for us! Pro-tip: Don't be scared to order Oysters in Vegas even though it's a desert. This is now two locations, the first being Oyster Bar, that have amazing Oysters. We live in the Bay Area and frankly speaking Las Vegas Oysters seems to always taste better!!

Yelp
We came here to try on our last night in Vegas. We had been to several places on or near the strip... although the places there are very beautiful, the food looks good in photos and they have great reviews, the services is lacking and the food wasn't amazing, especially for the prices you pay. I started looking off the strip for good food and this place popped up. It was in a fairly small casino hotel that I'd never heard of. We went in and I'm glad we did. Our waiter Annalise was amazing and truly made the experience a great one. From the get go, she was super friendly, (unlike any other servers we've had thus far at places like Vanderpump, Stanton, Bedford, etc) and she was always making us feel welcome. This restaurant has mainly sushi, but also some Asian fusion of Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai foods. We got crazy monkey roll, chirashi, selected nigiri and sashimi, wet n wild roll, dragon roll, tacolicious taco, crab puffs, fried oysters and a few gunkans. Everything was great except I didn't really like the gunkans - they look cute but the daikon they are wrapped in just makes it hard to eat due to the texture. The tacolicious tacos were something I'd never had but were so good. It was like sushi in a fried wonton. So yummy. We wanted to get more of the nigiri but they were out of several of them and they were out of raw oysters ...which was sad bc we really were looking forward to those. We got the fried oyera, which on their own we're ok but they had a lemony sauce to dip them in that made the dish The cuts of sushi were perfect and beautiful color and texture. Very fresh. Again Annalise (I hope I spelt her name correctly) was the best. Our drinks never were empty, she was so polite and helpful with selections. I even let her know out of all the places we've been she is by far the best we've had. Even the staff and waiters at Paris hotel... they need lessons from this lady. She is Mrs. Hospitality! You have a gem at Boathouse

Yelp
Lovely and beautifully decorated restaurant at palace station! Ambiance is quiet and relaxing. Dim lighting and comfortable seating. Staff was friendly and attentive! Felt welcomed right away from the hostess and waitress. We ordered two sushi rolls; the hidden dragon and the caterpillar. Potstickers for our appetizer and chicken chow mein for our entree. Can't forget about cocktails! We ordered the coconut mojito and the pineapple drop. Food and drinks were delicious! Prices were surprisingly affordable for the great quality. Can't wait to to dine here again.

Yelp
I'm absolutely thrilled to share my experience for this place. I've eaten here a few times but last night was extra special because it was my son's graduation dinner. I had about 20 people in my party and EVERYONE enjoyed the food. Service was absolutely A+ 5stars all around PARTICULARLY Annalyn (by far my favorite server in this restaurant ) she is just remarkable and provide excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thank you to the management and staff and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place (sharing pics but sadly was unable to take photos of the food cause we just devoured it as soon as we were served...)

Yelp
I stumbled upon this spot back in May when my party and I wanted to check The Oyster Bar at Palace Station out. We went expecting open tables but when we arrived, it was bar stool seating and it was fully occupied. We changed our minds about that place and decided to come to Boathouse (which is a few feet away.) I am so glad we came here instead. It's become our regular dining spot in Vegas. I just recently came back here a second time this week (November 2021) and I just have to say, the food and service...all phenomenal as always. If you enjoy spicy Asian food, sushi, oysters and seafood...Boathouse is the spot! They make very delicious food and their menu is fairly large. I love that there's something on the menu for everyone to enjoy and it's catered for different types of taste palates. When I come here, I usually order Kung Pao Chicken, Shrimp Fried Rice, Korean Short Ribs, Beef and Broccoli, and various types of appetizers and sushi. There's more I have tried here but these are just a few things I've ordered and enjoyed. The staff is very friendly, super attentive, and will go out of their way to retrieve whatever you need. The service is quick. As soon as I ordered, not even 10 minutes later, the appetizers and sushi started to come out. They do have a happy hour from 3pm-6pm where food and drinks are pretty much half price. We got here 10 minutes before 6pm and they were kind enough to let us order from The HH menu. If you're ever in Vegas and looking for some really tasty Asian food, get yourself to Palace Station and head over to Boathouse. You will not regret it.

Yelp
Great service. Sushi was fresh. Gotta have their krispy salt and pepper ribs. The scallops fried rice needs a bit more salt but it was better than most of the places.

Yelp
Delicious, unique cousine!! Great service, and awesome, innovative food. I'm pretty sure the Golden Eye Oysters were the fanciest oysters I've ever had! Lol. They had good flavor and a good amount of crunch in the texture. So delicious!! The rest of our meal was equally as delicious, and we will definitely be returning!

Yelp
Wow! Very fresh oysters. The sushi and hamachi kama were also yummy. The restaurant is very well run and staff go above and beyond to satisfy their customers wants. Esther has a great rapport with her crew and their teamwork is an owner's dream. The mood was very professional but they made it fun. Service was lightning fast and all hands made the process seamless from menu to table. This restaurant will be our go-to each time we visit Vegas from Hawaii. Thank you Esther and your team for making the evening so awesome. Take a trip to Palace Station and let Esther work her magic.

Yelp
The place was beautiful! I called the day of to make a reservation for nine people and they called me a few hours before to confirm the reservation. We sat down quickly after checking in. The food was amazing. We got shrimp tempura Sushi rolls, chicken fried rice, and Korean short ribs. Everything tasted good. I just wish towards the end that the waiter was more attentive. We were running low on water and he decided to check on other tables prior to ours .

Yelp
The decoration and the restaurant is nice but then again it's in a hotel. The food was okay. Just your typical Asian food. The service was great. Overall it was a good experience

Yelp
10/10 experience, we were waiting at the Oyster Bar for like an hour and we were no where close so we decided to try here and honestly best decision. The atmosphere was so nice and open. The food was so delicious and tasty. We ordered the dozen of oyster, The Golden Eye, Seafood Chowfun Noodle ( tastes amazing and flavorful ), Assorted Sashimi ( so fatty ! ), Super O-Toro, Ikura, Golden Uni, Unagi and more. The whole restaurant smelled amazing with all the food coming out, you can definitely smell the aurora of each food. Will revisit whenever I'm back in Vegas.

Yelp
This is the hidden gem that you must try if you like Asian cuisine. It's nestled in the northeast corner of the Palace Station. The decor is stylish/hip. The Korean Short Ribs melt in your mouth!! Service was excellent. The kindest waitress I have ever dealt with. Fresh Sushi galore! 2 people under 60.00 with plenty of take home. (California Rolls, 2 main dishes, 2 bowls of rice and 2 drinks) Next time....I'm getting a hotpot! I even saw whole fish on the menu (which is hard to find).

Yelp
So honestly we came to this Casino to go to Oyster Bar. But after standing in line for 30 mins and not moving a single spot, it was looking like it'd be awhile until we got food there and we were hungry so we explored other options in the casino. Up came boathouse! Our friends from Vegas recommended it. Overall the ambiance, service, & food were on point. The bladder soup was interesting but tasty! We're pretty "adventurous" eaters so we wanted to try at least one of their specialties. Lots n lots of choices here and we explored... A lot of them. Haha. See photo. Oysters were fresh and delicious. Everything pictured was fantastic actually even the flavour on the black bean clams were super on point though the freshness of the clams themselves were a bit questionable. Other than that there's nothing I can complain about. We all left happy.

Yelp
My bf and I came here on a spur of the moment after we checked in to the hotel. First off let me just say, we came here STARVING and just so happened to come one hour before closing. It was only 8pm on a Thursday night too. When we arrived there wasn't hardly any people, but we decided to sit at the bar and order food and drinks. Our bar tender named Tam was AWESOME!!! She was soooo very helpful in helping us decide what to order and made our drinks perfect! Everything she recommended off the menu was on point. I had ZERO complaints of the food. The entrees were so savory and delicious. The Shaken beef was my ultimate favorite because the fillet mignon was so tender and perfectly sautéed with the veggies. I think the only one I would not recommend would be the salted fish fried rice. I really wasn't a fan because it didn't have much flavor and the rice was hard and didn't seem like it was cooked right. Other then that, everything else was phenomenal. Gotta try something different every time which I'm sure everything else is just as tasty. I know I'll be back again soon:) enjoy my pics!!

Yelp
Stumbled across this app chill restaurant in the completely renovated Palace Station Hotel. The vibe is very chill and the service was pretty amazing. Wonton shell tacos by far my favorite menu item. As much as I love salmon and broccoli both dishes were sodium overload. Calamari was pretty decent Large portions I'd definitely return for cocktails because the ambiance is very inviting.

Yelp
We had late night noodles . It was ok . Actually, workers didn't know what to do . We didn't even receive a glass of water for a while .

Yelp
One of the best restaurants I've been to while out in Vegas on vacation. We had the potstickers, garlic spare ribs, tacolicious, Korean short ribs, salmon and chicken fried rice. Everything mentioned was delicious. Food came pretty fast as well wish was an extra plus if really hungry.

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise! We went to Palace Station to eat at the Oyster Bar but the wait time was extreme! So we looked around the corner and found this great little spot! I wasn't sure about Eating here at first because although the place looks modern and clean I wasn't sure what to expect. We ordered tons of food and the first thing to come out was that Ahi tuna salad and I was so surprised at how delicious it was the tuna was fresh the dressing was tasty. We tried the edamame, chicken, the short ribs, a tiger roll, a spring roll, and the potstickers. My favorite items were the Aji tuna and the chicken wings. The edamame and the spring roll we're good. I would recommend this place if you end up at palace station like we did.

Yelp
Been here many times with the family, but this particular time wasn't as smooth and pleasant as far as customer service went. We were a party of 11 and were seated in the back private room. We ordered several dishes and many of our dishes either came out late or never came at all. We had to constantly ask or remind our waitress of our order. We were told that the hold up was because of a new chef in the kitchen. Ok, was that a cop out and are you really going to throw "the new" chef under the bus like that? We usually always come here with a big party and order lots of food every time and one would think that if there was a chef in "training" or is "new," the others would step up and get orders rolling...I didn't get a chance to get our waitress' name, but I wished our server was Eddie. He usually serves us and is always wonderful. Hence, the dock off a star for our service. Ok, on to our food. As usual, the food was good, except the spring rolls could be better. It was meh. Perhaps we got used to the taste of authentic ones in pho restaurants? We didn't use up all of our comp credit so we had orders to go. :)

Yelp
Not super impressed or please with my visit here honestly.. they sat us and got us water but refills? We had to ask the first few times then a different server kept checking on us. We ordered off the happy hour menu, fried pot stickers, fried egg rolls and the crispy crab wontons. Everything was just ehh, okay nothing was as good as it could've been. The pot stickers had too much dough in the wrapper, the egg rolls were decent, and the crab wontons were over fried and lacked flavor. I also ordered the salmon skin hand roll and the garlic spare ribs. The salmon skin was over fried it crumbled when I bit into it and just wasn't worth what I paid for it because it was basically not edible. The garlic spare ribs were over seasoned and tough! I was fighting with the bone to get the meat off.. just not a great time. If you want really good Asian food.. this isn't the place.. great ideas, terrible execution.

Yelp
I'll make it short and sweet. Great dining atmosphere with enough seatings for short wait during busy hours. Wide range of Asian plates from Japanese to Vietnamese. Surprised it didn't have Pho. From appetizers to entrees, the menu is diversified for all tastebuds.

Yelp
This restaurant has some of the richest flavors, interesting dishes and excellent service - from the host to the wait staff. Some of the best Chinese food I've had ever!!!
