Fabulous time with my family here, my mother flew in from Arizona, and I only bring her to the nicest spots in town. Boathouse provided an incredible view over the water, palm trees looked amazing. The server Sarah was incredible. Very patient with my family and our food looked incredibly decorated. Thank you for one of the best restaurant experiences in Stuart, amazing memories made with my family. Will definitely come again. 🌺🏝️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An experience to remember most definitely. Brunch with my family in celebration of Father’s Day. Our table was outside. We enjoyed the cool breeze of the bay. Our server Shyanne was courteous, professional, happy and in tune to our needs by checking with us periodically to make sure all was good. The food was phenomenal. Oysters fresh! Highly recommend, I will be back!

Nicole S was an extremely attentive, professional and knowledgeable server. She gave us excellent suggestions on wine options, meals, etc. Not only was her service top notch, but the food was superb... Nicole even helped me build my own lobster tail entree and served us a delicious Porto wine at end of our meal. We highly recommend Boathouse and when you go, ask for Nicole!!

Shout out to Micheal or server. He was kind, attentive and took the time to answer our questions. We decided to have lunch outside, amongst the breeze. Thought it was hot and humid outside, they had the fans going along great shade, keeping us nice and cool. Lastly, the food. It was simply fresh and delicious. All 3 members of our party enjoyed their meal.

Great spot with beautiful waterfront views and a relaxed, pet-friendly atmosphere. We started with the oysters—super fresh and briny, just perfect. I had the lobster roll and it did not disappoint—loaded and flavorful. The salmon was a table favorite, cooked perfectly. For dessert, we couldn’t choose just one—so we tried both the key lime pie and the crème brûlée. Both were delicious, but the key lime pie stole the show. Highly recommend for a casual, scenic dining experience.

The Boathouse is a fantastic spot with everything you could want—scenic waterfront views, delicious steak and seafood, and a lively atmosphere. The live music adds such a great vibe to the evening, making it feel special without being too formal. The food was cooked to perfection, and the service was friendly and attentive. Whether you're looking for a date night, group dinner, or just a relaxing evening out, this place hits the mark. Highly recommend!

This place is facing the water. Has a nice view. Indoor/outdoor seating. With an option for covered outdoor seating or not. The bathroom is nice and clean. We were greeted by nice hostesses. We got seated right away. Our server was super nice. This place is nice but also allows for casual dining. We got the crab and spinach dip which was so good, the seasoning was the right amount that was not too spicy. It was good with the wonton chips but the bread was my favorite. I got the cold lobster roll that had the lemon aoli which was nice and light. I got that with jasmine pineapple mango rice. It was good also but the peppers in it surprised me. I don’t care for coleslaw but there’s was pretty good. My fiancé got the grouper picatta and said it was tender and flaky. Overall was a good flavor and the capers balanced the creaminess of the risotto. She didn’t eat the broccolini because the butter knife wouldn’t cut it but no complaints other than that. Overall there were several things on the menu we wanted to try but maybe next time.

The waiter was great. We sat outside, the table and chairs were dirty. The Muscles appetizer was good. The clam chowder was runny but tasty. The blackened grouper and broccoli were overcooked and smelled fishy. It was not good. The New York strip steak was dry and overcooked. The smashed potatoes were not worthy of a TGIF restaurant. The so called Truffle butter was NOT palatable. The location is gorgeous. However, the drinks, premixed and well-ordered rum punch, and margaritas were watered down. The food was horrible. There were two of us, and we shelled out just under $300. Unforgivable. The waiter offered to look into making things right, but we told him not to. My opinion is true. Aside from the venue and Shawn, the waiter, I would not recommend this restaurant unless they hired managers that can transform this place into what it should be to validate the high prices. I say stay away from this overly expensive and unjustified restaurant. Shocking.

Are annual treat,we circle it on our calendar every July,gets better every time! Sushi is fresh and large rolls! surprisingly some of the best sushi I have had personally! We tend to order different things and we ordered the halibut and grouper.Both wonderful! Jaidyn our server was great,very attentive and he recommended a special of a salmon over a blistered tomato risotto and then a saffron infused sauce which was to die for!!! Perry the owner came out and talked to us,as a fellow business owner I saw it all over him,hard working dedicated to his business. He was surveying the room helping all his servers and bartenders and was making sure all customers were having a great time! That is why the Boathouse is so special,always will be in my book,when you have owners apart the show it just makes it that much better! Great food. Almond crusted swordfish was outstanding. Mussels were excellent. Service was stellar. Exceptional views on the water.

New ownership - not the same Boathouse. I've gone here for years and was back in town for a bit and of course wanted my Mahi from Boathouse - what a mistake. From the start it was a bad experience - the host seemed bothered that we wanted to sit outside. The actual service was frankly rude and completely paid little to no attention. The food was cold and bland which was shocking compared to every other dish I've ate here over the years. Oh, and the restaurant was filthy. The bathroom was an absolute mess and reeked of stale urine. The rest of the inside of the restaurant has a new strange smell to it. Oh and to top it off they wouldn't accept my gift card because they have "new ownership" (this is illegal as they bought this debt with the purchase of Boathouse and it's assets - so they'll be hearing from an actual local business soon, my attorneys office). Such a disappointing downturn for what was once a pretty good downtown spot.

We arrived in the early afternoon for an early dinner and were immediately impressed by the stunning waterfront view--thanks to the large, expansive windows offering an unobstructed panorama. The meal was excellent: my sister enjoyed the Mahi with a fresh salad, while we had the halibut paired with a classic Caesar salad. We finished with a decadent chocolate lava cake, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. A special mention goes to our waiter, Devon. He was exceptionally professional, attentive, and personable. His service elevated our experience and made our first visit truly memorable. We look forward to returning.

Great place to sit... ok to eat. Stopped here on a ride thru Stuart with the family. Prices were incredibly high for the food offered. We had the smallest French onion soup ever. Never saw a Crock so small. Mahi sandwich was good, but not for the price. Was on a cheap hamburger bun. Just think you can do better in Stuart.. plus the fact they had to add a 18% tip to every check really hurts the service..

Our server, Nicole, was such a sweetheart and an amazing server! She made sure to make my husband's first Father's Day special. She even helped us set up our baby's high chair that connects to the table. We got multiple apps from calamari to the Mac and cheese, all very incredible. My husband got the special wagyu filet mignon (not pictured) and he said it was the best filet he has ever had! Our table was inside but with the view of the water, it was perfect.

The menu is very limited and has no gluten-free options. There is also no chicken available at dinner. We were there for happy hour, but they would not allow us to order anything from that menu (which had chicken) unless we relocated to the bar. The windows along the wall have broken blinds, that are zip tied up, so the sun was beating in on the seats and tables and it was uncomfortably hot. If you use a credit card, you have to pay a surcharge fee. The lemon basil martini had no basil flavor and one speck of basil floating on top. Overall, we did not have a good experience and unfortunately will not be back.

The draw here is the river. Nothing like having a meal on the water. It's such a great atmosphere. So what was on the menu? A lot of standard options. But we were all drawn to the sushi. Yup. The sushi. We noticed a few tables close by had ordered it and it looked great. So we indulged as well. And we did it family style since some at the table were more hungry than others. And the result, was perfect! We all tasted a variety of rolls (and all were good) and everyone got their fill. Like I said, perfect! All with a great view!

I had some time to kill after shopping and I decided to pop into the Stuart boathouse to enjoy the day and have some cocktails and food. There was a band playing by the water so that added to the overall experience, our service was great! I had a tasty Caesar salad, with a side of fries and a martini! It was a delicious good time, check them out if you are in the area!

Hubby and I decided we would try outside seating which overlooks the water. Very beautiful and lots of little bird friends to keep us comWhat a great choice! We were seated right away. No cocktails today. I ordered a half cranberry walnut salad with grilled chicken and hubby ordered the wedge salad and fish dip. The fish dip is huge and very fresh. Both salads were yummy and filling. We will definitely return. FYI, there is an added 18% added gratuity.

Was pleasantly surprised with our experience at the boathouse. We ordered multiple appetizers and entrées and everything was delicious. Service was phenomenal and atmosphere was great.

Great location with amazing views of the water. We had the good fortune of a fantastic sunny day as well. Our server was outstanding. She provided some insights on the dishes and helped us make decisions that turned out to be great. I had the poke bowl with ahi. It was a nice presentation with super fresh ingredients. We will be back.

Came here for a self date dinner and wow was I impressed!! I had outdoor seating which was beautiful because of the water view and breeze! The waitress was sooo kind and attentive to me which I know can be difficult because I was alone haha! I ordered the chips, salsa, and guacamole for appetizers which was super yummy! for entree I got the beet spinach salad with salmon! I recommend it getting it blackened because the flavors were amazing!! I would definitely be coming back when i'm in town!

Lovely location on the River but food is average. Menu selection rather limited, suggest it could be rotated as the current menu hasn't changed in 3 years. Note: they charge an additional 3.5% service fee if you pay with a card, so bring cash and be sure they deduct the charge from your guest check.

We absolutely enjoyed our date night at Boathouse! There's something on the menu for everyone! Quality food with stunning views. Our Jayden was phenomena- he was attentive, answered all our questions and friendly! highly recommend to anyone!

Love this place! Go sit with my girl Racheal she's the best bartender ever! Food was fantastic service outstanding! The atmosphere was chill and nice over looking the water! Very clean highly recommended!

Great location Good general menu but food is so average .. I ordered eggs benny for brunch and it was the smallest Benedict's I've seen They were hard boiled which ruins the whole dish Potatoes were the little cubes Great location average food A little expensive I'll probly never go there again Lots of other options in Stuart

We had a amazing spot on the deck overlooking the water. The service (didn't get his name but was from Long Island and he had dark hair) Was outstanding! He did a great job and he was very personable! Offered great tips on what to have. We started with the crap cakes! Wow so fresh and then we both ordered the bacon wrapped crap stuffed shrimp with asparagus and potatoes. Delicious - highly recommend

I went to this restaurant yesterday. I noticed at the end of our visit that an individual who uses a scooter was declined to participate in the happy hour specials because they were told they must sit at the bar. This place needs to check the ADA Law and know that every individual is entitled to receive the happy hour benefits just like anyone else. I will not be coming back. Our bartender was also sarcastic & rude. The food was great but I can't support businesses that discriminate.

best bartender Alexis! she creates drinks I would like and they are beyond delicious. best service I've received in a while. she notices anything that may come out wrong and fixes it without even having to ask. she keeps me coming back every week. also a great music selection on Thursdays.

My family and I visited the Boathouse a few days ago. The restaurant had a nice view overlooking the water. Luckily, they had a big enough table to seat 7 of us and we weren't rushed. I ordered the ship tacos, which were great!

Just finished Father's Day brunch and it was delish!! The service was outstanding - thank you Maria! Only negative was the acid rock music that was playing - definitely not Sunday brunch music but food and service made up for it.

Will not be back. Ordered a gin & tonic and it was flat. The menu prices are way less than what we were charged. $36 for Mahi and $20 for a small order of wings. I ordered dry rub wings and a different waiter brought out the wtong wings to me so by the time they brought my food out my son was finished eating. They took the drink off but never did anything fpr giving me the wrong wings and having to wait. Tried using a giftcard that said it couod be used at Boathouse and was told we couldn't. BEWARE they charged a 3.5 % charge if you use a credit card. Go elsewhere if you want a good drink and setvice. Also was put at a table next to a tree with no view and bugs. Probably the worst restaurant in Stuart.

First time trying Boathouse. The location is right on the water with a beautiful view. The food was tasteful, I ordered the mahi tacos from the lunch special. The service was good. The only thing is there is 18% gratuity added to the check, which was fine with me but just for others to be aware.

We love the Boathouse Restaurant in Stuart. It's on the River and has nice indoor and outdoor dining. We go here every time we are in town. They have the BEST clam chowder. Served hot, lots of clams and a little zing for the palate. Also love their crab cakes. And service is always good and friendly.

Food was delicious. I got the crunchy lobster roll and it was delicious. Made reservations for Mother's Day and no wait and we sat upstairs and it was quiet and calm and perfect. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Great view of the water. Parking is rough on the weekends.

John was our server. He did 5 star job. Will ask for him next time. Coconut Mahi was delicious. Sat outside. St Lucie River view makes for great ambiance.

Came for a late Mother's Day lunch since the location is so lovely and right in the water. The food was very fresh and tasty and the service was fast and polite. A laid back with a dash of high end restaurant that is sure to please for a special occasion or just a regular night out.

This restaurant is in a really cool location and is dog friendly. The service was okay, and they do charge a 3.5% fee for credit cards which I have never seen a restaurant do before. The food was good, but nothing special. A good place to go if you're in downtown Stuart and want a view of the water while you eat.

Excellent service! Beautiful view! And, wonderful salads... Would love to go on a Sunday when there is live music on the St. Lucie River. It's a magical place.

Stuart boat house is a great spot for happy hour or dinner after a day in the boat. There is a boat dock with open public boat parking. We always have kiddos with us so they put families up stairs on the second level. There's a single restroom available and a small bar up there. We've been here 2 or 3 times and the service is always wonderful. We had a party of 17 this round and they nailed all the orders. All food was delivered super fast and still hot/fresh. I always have the poke bowl or sushi roll. You can't go wrong either way. My husband always gets the blackened Mahi snadwich. Great portion and the fries are amazing! Water views, tasty food, great services, perfect combo for a great restaurant.

I'm only giving 4 stars because of children sitting at the bar. It's not a huge deal but most adults don't want kids sitting in a bar stool next to them. The service is great as well as the drinks and food.

Ambience is beautiful, food is always great! Pricing is very reasonable. Service is always excellent. Definitely one of my go to seafood spots with a wonderful intercostal water front view.

Free parking lot! That's rare at times in a downtown area. We made a reservation for early lunch and we were able to sit outside with a good view. They were also setting up merchants and music talents out on the patio nearby so that was great to see. The waitress was very polite; she helped us decide on the appetizers and meals. My salmon was delicious. I enjoyed the bean medley underneath but not a fan of the sticky rice. Overall, great experience.

We had a lovely lunch at the Boathouse today! The atmosphere was beautiful the food was delicious - ( lobster roll, wings, crab dip and a burger) and our server Joaquin was amazing and friendly. Traveling family of 4 on vacation. We come to this area every year and we will be returning to the Boathouse.

Beautiful location right on the water. We arrived at 12:00 and let the hostess know our party would be 10 people but would not arrive until around 12:30 (only 4 of us arrived together). They couldn't hold anything for us as they stated reservations were only taken 3 hours prior to seating. That was understandable and fine with us...the restaurant was empty on the inside and half way full on the outside. We took a few seats at the bar and ordered drinks. In that 30 minutes the place filled up pretty quickly and we knew there was going to be an issue seating us all. When everyone arrived they were able to seat 9 so my husband and I just stayed at the bar and everyone else sat at the table and we were fine with this. We ordered a half dozen oysters at the very steep price of $26.00. We have never had to pay that kind of money for 6 small oysters. They were good but not $26 good. My husband ordered the blackened mahi with fries. I ordered a half Caesar salad and the new england chowder. My caesar was a side salad at best. Very small and shouldn't have cost $8 more like a $3 caesar. My chowder was different but good a little spicy and darker than I'm used to. It did not taste like a new england chowder. Again, good but not new england chowder. Service was very slow at the bar and food came out after a long wait (several other people around us that ordered after us got their meals rather quickly but there were two bartenders and they had the other). When they delivered our bill they pointed out the automatic 18% gratuity for our awareness. Our lunch total for 2 draft beers each (at $7.75 each wow) and our son's $4 sprite and our food came to $123.22. Our 6 oysters were more expensive than my husbands blackened mahi sandwich and fries. Crazy prices. Would I go back...frankly no. Service wasn't great, food was just okay and the prices just didn't match up to any of it. As I was walking out the door I saw there was a board with the special of the day for diver scallops and truffle mashed potatoes for $26 that I would have loved to have tried instead of the oysters but we weren't aware of it.
