The Best Smoothies and Juices in San Francisco | Eater SF

"This Parkside cafe and market boasts some of the west side’s best smoothies, all of which are available with an optional shot of CBD. The Green Goddess is a top pick, with a fatty blend of avocado, almonds, vanilla, and agave that’s just sweet enough." - Eater Staff

I have been a perfect tenant since I moved into Susanville Village--which is now managed by BoaVida. One of the few people in this park that actually pay their bills on time every month. I don't break the rules or bother anyone and I never have. But BoaVida doesn't even remotely care. Since they came on things have significantly gotten worse and worse in this park. They actually put a stop to all the things in motion to get rid of several problem tenants saying they would handle it and have done nothing in months. To make matters worse complaining to them about rule violations in the park over and over and over and it accomplishes nothing. To make matters worse and the reason I decided to finally say something is that even the manager threatening me got me feedback that showed they clearly found me guilty before ever speaking to me and would only see one side of the event. They followed this up with saying I need to seek professional help because I don't see things the way they do. But I am poor, disabled, in an older trailer and am stuck here with no means of going anywhere else.

I moved into Woody Acres back in 2019. I worked in the office for awhile. And then BoaVida now owns Woody Acres RV Resort in Rockport/Fulton Texas. In the past the turnaround of onsite Manager(s) and Office staff has been a revolving door. The video that BoaVida has on their website is not what Woody Acres looks like. A tad deceiving. There is so much work that needs to get done to make it appealing for newcomers. The constant water turn off is frustrating. Among other issues, flooding in the park is a nightmare. I have emailed documents to Manager on site, emailed Josh Court in regards to paying lawn service. A service that was brought to my attention and which I've paid over 2 years. I await that check to be mailed to me. I now have opted out of such service. I thought Woody Acres was a 55+ Park. One can see the eyesore overflow of trash dumpsters when entering Woody Acres. I have seen young kids running around on bicycles and in pool are without any supervision which I have addressed to Manager. Too much to email, but will be sending documents for Josh Court via Mail.

I have owned a mobile home in a park for over 20 years. The park was purchased by BoaVida a couple of years ago and the space rent has increased every year by the maximum amount legally allowed. The late fee increased to $60. There is no manager at the park; the current manager is 65 miles away. There has been a major issue with the well at my park for months and I have not been able to use my water. I am also in the process of selling my mobile home and the potential buyers have been unable to get an application from the park management and the issue with the water has scared potential buyers away. I am extremely frustrated and it has been impossible to get someone on the phone or get someone to call me back!

Big shout out to Kenny who came out to help me with my gas leak issue. No one at Rio Vista RV Park would help since no one was working here since Friday. (4 days) Kenny came out and dealt with the issue so I could have heat, hot water and hot food again. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like BoaVida wants to do it's BEST out here. This place could be so beautiful and so great but they seem to be missing the point. Why have beautiful river front property and then treat it like junk?

Awful unprofessional disorganized management. They struggle to keep records properly, to keep employees consistently. If you are considering moving to one of their communities do yourself a favor and see the many lawsuits they have lost for failure to maintain their parks and over charging their residents. I wish I had its been a nightmare getting my home set up to be relocated out of one of their parks.

They now own Llano Grande RV Park & Golf Course in Mercedes, TX. They’re definitely ruining our park too. Management won’t hold any workers accountable. Not even their selves. We can’t even get the owners to answer questions. Stay away from this park.

Boa Vida does not care about its residents. All it cares about is where can they squeeze them. 5 months at mt shasta Park with no manager on site. promises are made but none followed on. Dont ever think of calling and complaining because Corey can't handle any type of angry resident. immediately hangs up and turns the phone off or blocks your number. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I purchased a Mobil home from one of their parks & am unable to get them to hand over the title for said home. No one ever answers the phone number given, nor has anyone returned my phone calls even though I have reached out several times for over a month.

Yelp
This company bought our old trailer park. When they had a park meeting they said that they werent going to do anything other than improve the current facilities. Within a matter of month's they were handing out eviction notices with little to no alternatives even if we residents paid our rent on time. They did no maintenance if that wasnt enough. They finally closed the park saying that they didnt know it needed that much work. Several of the former residents went homeless due to them lying to us.
