This was a pretty nice spot. I went when it was still "the last drop" themed but near the end of Feb '25. All the merch was sold out online but they still had a single Vi and Vi Rabbit plush left and they let me buy them both, which was awesome because I was so bummed I missed the chance online. The drinks were good but the pow-pow was a bit too sugary, if that makes sense. Atmosphere was great and everyone was taking turns on the free boxing machine. The guy who served us was very nice. Wish I had brought cash to tip since I didn't see a way to add tips to my receipt though. I don't think it was super disappointing personally, but I knew what I was walking into ahead of time. We made a date night out of it. The worst part was driving up to LA in rush hour but it is what it is.

Got a classic boba and a thai tea. Both were very delicious and the boba inside was still qutie chewy. Might order with less sugar next time. The plastic bear cups are very adorable and a fun gimmick. There is a digital kiosk to order on the side of a hookah lounge, it’s a weird location but not an issue. Order was quick to pick up and service was efficient. The hallway has enough space for people to walk past but otherwise, nothing too special. Parking seems like a hassle as they appear to have only valet parking in front of their plaza so you may have to street park or unless you’re walking there.

"The Last Drop" Arcane Cafe was really disappointing, underwhelming, and lackluster😭 NOT WORTH a reservation or the $20 for each drink. Here's my experience if anyone wants to read. Was super excited and booked a reservation in december. Got there and he outside sign "the last drop" looked cool until I got inside. I did a double take to see if i was at the right place since it felt so bland. Everything was just dark and dull and brown. I know it's steampunk themed too but add some color like the classic colors from jinx or more neon signs. The only sign visible was all the way the back and the posters didnt pop. No entertainment or anything interactive besides ONE tv showing arcane clips and the clunky punching machine 😭 no cutouts anything else all I did was just stare at the brown wall. We ordered drinks but I received a vial bottle which has super faint letters of "arcane". Asked if I could swap out my vial for another better one (compared quality to my friend's vial) and they did swap which was great 🙏 UNTIL the new one had tons of glue strings. I thought it was hair from how curly and abundant it was but it was everywhere and just kinda made me not drink it. My friend finished their vial and the bottom of their vial is disgusting and covered in glue. The painting on the vials was also awful, chipped, and messy. :/ There wasnt a lot of merch either besides GINORMOUS posters and a expensive apron and a cup. No keychains, shirts, fan art from the community or small artists, nothing small for fans who don't want to carry anything huge/heavy. Maybe even a tiny via shimmer keychain would have worked but I guess not. 😐 There are other better themed cafes that put more effort. Even one in DTLA that is probably HALF the size of this cafe did a better job with their Persona 5 collab 😭 TLDR; 1. Visually dead 2. Barely visible letters on cheaply made temu cup covered in hot glue 3. Lack of anything interactive 4. Narrow merch line NOT WORTH.

This bar is located in K town area. It’s beautifully designed with Arcane theme when we were there with lots of merch up to be purchased. They have amazingly beautiful artistic way of selling their drinks and cups/mugs served

The Arcane experience was fun but I think the Thai Milk Tea in the bear jar is what stole my heart ❤️

Google
Went to Boba Bear during their “The Last Drop” theme for Arcane and it was amazing. Their shimmer inspired drinks and souvenir cups were really cool. I would come back to try their boba

Google
We attended a Bigo Live event there hosted by @tochocome and had a blast meeting friends, sampling their Milk Teas and Ramen. Valet parking was convenient. Comfortable seating and plenty of space for a small corporate event. Only shortcoming was missing menu items.

Google
The best hookah joint in town for value for money, quality of flavours and the hookah lasts for 2-3 hours. This is now my local I’ll be here basically every day unless I’m out of town. Thanks for taking such great care of me 🙏🏽

Yelp
Before our trip to Los Angeles, I saw that Boba Bear was having a collab with Arcane until February 28th. My boyfriend and I have been watching Arcane, so this was perfect timing! We ordered the Arcane Shimmer Vial Peach Apricot Tea and Watermelon Green Tea. The drinks were okay. The souvenir vial you get with the shimmer drink is hefty though! It lights up and is glass. I liked the plastic bear container that we also received with the other drink. It was cute.

Yelp
Was craving boba after a lakers game and saw this place had very reviews. They do not lie or disappoint. Much to our surprise we unintentionally walked into a Hope in the city pre concert party (BTS J HOPE PRE PARTY BEFORE HIS TOUR) I mean it was their own event but it was exciting to be in a club like environment at a boba spot that also sells alcohol, hookah and vape pens. This is something. I've never experienced before. I love the service because they have a window for you to order or a self service system. Bonus? I love the bear cups our teas came in. It's what brought us in! Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Drinknwas just meh... Even at 50% less sweet you wouldn't have known by the taste. The photos are misleading making you believe there are 2 different bear style cups. This would be false. And when asked for clarification we were left still a bit confused and ended up ordering the wrong cup we wanted. lol but over all it wasn't a terrible experience just a bit confusing and unless you order *extra boba* be prepared to run out or not feel as satisfied as you would somewhere else with the amount.

Yelp
mango green tea Boba is okay. Overly sweet and the boba were all stuck together. boba bear

Yelp
This boba spot came with the cutest cups for no additional charge. I love the fact that it has a lid and a hole for your straw to go through. The opportunities are endless for how to re-use your bear cup :) I didn't try the hookah but there were many people there who did and the vibe seemed super chill.

Yelp
Probably have only been here once or twice years ago since it's not very local but definitely had to check out the Arcane popup collab they were doing! Parking is pretty bad, small lot and there was a line of cars when we got there. Decided to park at a structure down the street which was basically $30 since we had dinner out here as well. LA parking is awful. So we walked a few blocks to get here! Made reservations a whole month in advance due to popularity. They have merchandise such as posters from the show, awesome decoration, cute themed mugs and vials. It was a great experience and they were playing music from the show! They had a tv playing season 1 of the show as well. I loved their "Rio's Elixir" which was a Taro Milk Tea and added boba to mine (they have great, nice, and chewy boba pearls). I wanted a vial but they were unfortunately sold out. You can bring your receipt in to get the same price next time but I ended up just ordering through their site to ship to my house since shipping was super cheap. Little did I know, they didn't even BOX my shipment. They slapped a label on the vial bottle box and the box got damaged (see photo). Luckily the bottle itself was undamaged but not happy for collector's sake. Staff were great, there's a punching bag machine in the back to fit the theme of Vi's character. Overall had an awesome experience and the drinks were delicious! Highly recommend the Pow Pow cocktail! Would love to come back in the future and hoping they do more collabs like this. Makes it more worth visiting for the drive and crazy expensive parking. IG: @ammysalamii

Yelp
I, personally and IMHO, did not find their drinks very flavorful. Unless you call extra sweet a flavor. There is a note on their menu that says "we make our drinks less sweet", so I left mine as ordered. Just a plain milk tea. I had to ask for it to be remade. They remade the drink for me and were very nice about it and It was less sweet. But not enough tea flavor. My hubby said that his almond milk tea was a bit chalky. I love that it came in a cute bear container but the price was $6.75 and I added a tip. Sorry but I don't think I would come back. Plus side is that if you bring back the bear you get a little discount. I think it is 60¢ off? They had an event going on so it looked nice but it seemed pricey for what it was according to my son.

Yelp
I came here for the arcane event. I made a reservation on their open table for a weekday night. I hate validated parking so I opted to find space on the street nearby to avoid paying the $3. The day I went, they sold out of the shimmer vials but I had the option to come back anytime to purchase them if they have them in stock by showing my receipt. It is limited to 1 per reserved person. The same goes for their last drop ceramic mug. I ended up getting their themed drink that was essentially a strawberry banana smoothie for $7, served in the last drop mug. The drink was your average smoothie, nothing special. The entire point of coming was for the arcane theme anyways, which was great. They had really nice arcane themed posters and decor. Sadly someone broke Jinx's minigun so we could not get photos while holding it. I did play with the punching machine a bit which was a fun time killer while waiting for drinks. Overall, I had fun. League of Legend was part of my childhood and being able to come to a themed pop up like this was a nice nostalgia trip. I also ended up getting a mug and the quality is really nice.

Yelp
Check your receipts before paying, they overcharge and refuse to remove charges when caught.

Yelp
The associate, Jaylene, is the sweetest. Love the ambiance of the environment, and their banana milk tea is dank. Although, things have changed overtime, this place still a hidden gem. Grateful to discover this place. Thank you ‍

Yelp
We showed up to our Last Drop reservation and was immediately greeted by Rafael who seated us immediately. He was pretty attentive to our needs as most of the table didn't know what we wanted yet and he had some pretty good recommendations for us. The boys delivered our drinks pretty quickly too despite how busy it got later and all the recommendations were 10/10 The pop up itself was really fun there was plenty of in universe decor and a fun (free) punch bag machine that kept us occupied while we enjoyed our drinks. :) would 10/10 recommend the came pop up if you can but if not the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Yelp
I came to Boba Bear for the Arcane collaboration, and it was definitely worth it! I had a reservation for when it opened so I did not have to wait at all. I believe they do take walk-ins since there were tables available despite the reservations being full, but you may have to wait. The employees seated us quickly and gave us some time to look at the menu before taking our orders. We ordered the peach apricot tea and the blue razzle lemonade in the shimmer vials. The peach apricot tea was very sweet and had an artificial peach aftertaste. The blue razzle lemonade was a bit too sour for me and I didn't really get much blue raspberry flavoring. The drinks also had some sort of edible glitter inside to give them a glittery effect, but there was a little too much of it in the peach apricot tea and it clumped at the bottom. Overall, the drinks weren't the best, but I mainly came for the shimmer vials so I was not disappointed. The vials light up and are made of glass, making them surprisingly good quality. They are $20 each but they take the reservation fee off your final bill. The pop-up was a bit smaller than I expected, but the decorations looked amazing. There was a small Jinx-themed area for photo opportunities, and a punching bag game in the corner. They had shimmer vials, mugs, posters, aprons, and replicas of Powder's wind-up toy for sale. Parking was also very easy and cheap, which is what I was most worried about given the location. It's $3 for valet parking, so make sure to bring some cash! They let us park by ourselves since we came a little early. The spots are compact but the lot was pretty spacious. Overall, I really enjoyed coming here and I think it's definitely worth visiting if you're an Arcane fan!

Yelp
Came for the Arcane pop up without a reservation on a Saturday around 2:20PM. The interior is not big, and there were around 10 tables. My party of 2 were the first ones in line for a walk in table. We waited about 1 hour before a table became available since they prioritized the reservations first and didn't put a limit on how long you can stay for. Within the hour, multiple parties were in queue for the walk in. Parking is valet for their lot, but I opted to find street parking instead. The environment was very nice and paired well with what you'd expect from the series. They play music from the show and have the show playing on TV in the background, so I recommend finishing the show beforehand to avoid spoilers. I wished the baristas were in costume haha. The drink menu is pretty much the same as their regular menu, but with more flavorful names. The Shimmer vials are the ones you want; they are drinks that swirl with sparkles when shaken, and are the must orders IMO. We only got the 2 shimmer drinks; the Blue Razzle and Kiwi Lemonade. The blue razzle was okay, and it looked kinda ugly in person. The kiwi drink was really good, and honestly looked the best. I would recommend ordering the peach apricot and kiwi lemonades. They can possess a sticker shock of $20/drink. If you're here for the Arcane event, here are my tips/recommendations: -If you don't have a reservation, come when the shop opens for a walk in (be prepared to wait), preferably on a weekday. -The Shimmer bottles and merch are only available if you get a table. If you opt for a to go order, you won't be able to get the merch and will be met with their regular drinks. -They limit the Shimmer vials to 1 per customer at the table, so you cannot order extra drinks for friends.

Yelp
Service is wtv but the boba is good. They offer milk substitutes and you order through an iPad. Parking is valet only but sometimes they let you park if you're just taking your boba to go. The little bear bottles are cute
google avatar

Yelp
A different kind of boba. This shop blends in real items (Eg, almonds, bananas) into their boba drinks instead of using artificial flavoring. I actually thought my almond tea boba drink was a mistake because it was gritty. But it was blended almonds. You can order reduced sugar in your drink.

Yelp
Go-to spot for after dinner or night cap with friends. It's super chill, lots of hookah flavors, big menu in general for drinks. Drinks aren't the best tbh but it's not too pressing cuz I don't go for drinks, I go for the vibe and to smoke. Theres a parking lot with valet but I randomly find street parking also.

Yelp
The popup at Boba Bear was so perfectly reminiscent of Arcane - we felt like downsiders chugging on Silco's shimmer at The Last Drop in Zaun. They could've decorated it more elaborately but we were just grateful to be there. Service was top notch as were the drinks. Be warned - they offer no food at all on the Arcane menu but the nice thing is if you order one of the Shimmer teas, you can bring the vial home. We went home so happy because our server took a bunch of photos of our family and allowed us to pose with Jinx's gun! So much fun especially for Arcane nuts like us!

Yelp
I'm very disappointed in myself for trusting that this place would have consistent quality and service. One of my friends who has never tried hookah before asked if I knew of any spots nearby we could visit so that they can try it for the first time and I suggested we come here. Big mistake. We came during a weekday around 7 or 8pm and there was literally only two other people there (I provided a picture as well to show how empty it was). We sat down and waited roughly 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. I ordered my usual hookah flavor and the server asked if we wanted ice in our hookah for extra charge and we agreed. When I tell you, we waited roughly 20 minutes just to get the hookah in, you wouldn't even believe it.. but that's how long it took. The server placed the hookah on the table with a few tips and walked away never to be seen again. I had mentioned earlier to her that I wanted to order Boba after she brings the hookah but didn't get the chance because she walked away so quick. It's okay. I decided just the hookah was enough, until I took maybe 2 puffs of the hookah and realized something was wrong. I was hesitant to let my friend smoke as this was probably the worst packed hookah I've ever tasted but I let them take a few puffs as well. We both agreed it tasted burnt and simply unbearable. We decided to put the hose down and wait for any of the employees or servers to come by again so we could voice our concern. Mind you, this is the same flavor I get every time and even pack at home, so it definitely wasn't something new or something I wasn't used to. Anyways, 30 minutes passed and no one was visible in the kitchen area or in the seating area. I went up to the bar to see if I could see anyone who could help us but no one was there. The other party that had been there wasn't getting service either, but hopefully they just didn't need anything. More time passed until finally a girl came out from the back and passed our table. I kindly said "excuse me" and she approached us and just stood at the table. I told her the hookah tasted burnt and we just wanted to switch it out since it may have just been a bad pack or something. She said she'd have to check with the owner and started walking away.. my friend stopped her and said "actually before you go can we also order a boba" and she took the order and walked away. It was 1 order of the matcha boba. After 10 minutes she came back and said something along the lines of "You didn't tell us your hookah was bad within 5 minutes of receiving it so we can't switch it out for you. You'd have to pay full price." We informed her that we tried to find her or literally anyone that worked there for the past hour but couldn't find anyone. She kinda shrugged it off and left. Another hour passed and we honestly didn't smoke much of the hookah as it was just making us cough. I felt so bad for suggesting this spot because the experience was so weird. If i'm being honest, it's just been going downhill? Maybe that's why no one's ever here anymore. Also, after that one hour passed we realized I was never getting my boba order either. We finally just felt defeated and went to pay and they tried to charge us for the boba we never received. We let them know to remove the charge as we never got it and paid for the hookah and left. This was a horrendous experience. No wonder the long-term employees here speak ill of the place. :/ I guess I just had to experience it for myself.

Yelp
Boba isn't good at all don't waste your time. Boba was hard. The only pro is they are open late

Yelp
Came here for the last drop experience. The drinks were genuinely ass. The blue dazzle tasted like someone smoked weed then had a blue razz berry candy and spit into the bottle. The kiwi lemonade tasted like a melted green jolly rancher. The peach apricot tasted like a cocktail without the alcohol but it should have alcohol. They were also all too sweet, like the people who made the drinks knew they were ass and tried to cover it up with a ton of sugar. Also the service was super slow, it took 20 minutes to get 3 drinks and it wasn't even that busy. Overall, the decorations were cool and I'd come here purely for the experience, not for the drinks

Yelp
I came here for the arcane event. It was really nice! The decorations were super cool and they were playing music from the show. The drinks were super tasty and photo worthy. We got arcane ceramic mugs to go which was awesome! The servers were quick and nice. We had to make a reservation that was pretty far out but it was worth the wait!

Yelp
Arcane pop up was an interesting novelty. Under the colorful plastics though, this place is less than average for several reasons. Unfortunately, even Arcane could only convince me to come here one time. We expected a slightly different twist on the existing menu, but the non-alcoholic boba drinks are just regular drinks w/new names. Ex. Noxian sunrise (thai tea), Council's choice (brown sugar milk tea), Tree of life (honeydew smoothie). 3 alcoholic drinks that I assume are new, but we did not plan on drinking so I did not compromise on that. Decor is cute and you can pose with Jinx's machine gun in a little corner. Season 1 was playing on one of their screens, which was fun. No sound though and whoever was on aux was really blasting it. Tree of life / honeydew smoothie - regular stuff. I almost wish it was a slushie instead of dairy added. It wasn't blended right either, and I had to drink around a lot of ice chunks at the bottom. Just annoying. Boba was hard and clumped together. Couldn't get it to go, had to drink it out of "The Last Drop" mug, which was less than regular drink amt. I really like the show, but this collab was poorly done.

Katelyn K.

Yelp
It's been a while since I stopped by. I brought a friend here in the evening before dinner. I was confused a bit but you can scan the QR code for a menu. For hookah they don't list out the flavors available and I felt bad for having to ask the employee to repeat it because I couldn't make up my mind. I think it's a good choice to get ice with your hookah. I got pineapple and mint just to try something new. Normally I'm used to hookah places with sofas instead of industrial vibe with metal chairs. Not bad, but can't really chill on these chairs. A good place to stop by and kill some time.

Yelp
My friend and I were enjoying a great night in Koreatown and decided to end it with some yummy drinks. We noticed Boba Bear and were excited to try it since I'd heard good things about the place. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Finding the establishment was confusing due to a lack of clear signage. We had to walk down a hallway to locate the ordering kiosk. We placed our drink order at 9:30 PM and then explored seating options. There was an Arcane-themed event happening, which required a fee to sit inside. That part seemed fun, and I was happy to pay! A helpful customer explained the event details to us since the staff provided no guidance. Once seated, a server informed us we could order from either the Arcane menu or the regular Boba Bear menu. However, service was super slow, and when I asked if we could bring in the drinks we had already ordered at the kiosk, the server responded bluntly that they were not allowed to bring our drinks inside. We were required to order at least two items from the Arcane menu to stay seated and couldn't bring our drinks because it was "off theme", but this was never explained to us upfront. When I tried to clarify, both staff members we interacted with were rude and dismissive, making the experience even more confusing. It took until almost 10:00 PM to receive the drinks we ordered at the kiosk, even though the space wasn't particularly busy (only 8-9 tables, many unoccupied). While the staff were friendly and accommodating to other customers, they were noticeably cold and unwelcoming toward us. Although we were eventually allowed to have our drinks inside, I wanted to cancel the Arcane drink due to the repeated negative interactions, but the staff insisted it was already ready--yet it still took another 10-15 minutes to arrive. When I tried to apologize for the misunderstanding, our server straight up laughed at me. Overall, the poor service, lack of communication, and condescending attitudes made this an awful experience. I won't be returning to this location and hope other branches provide better service and professionalism.

Yelp
The boba menu is great. The boba taste great and the packaging is so cute Highly recommend if you have tourist friends in town. Service is ok. Most of the servers are focusing on the hooka customers not the people buying boba... so leaves a lot to be desired. I still come back for the tasty boba flavors though. It's upsetting that boba customers have to take their drinks to go or drink outside. Only hooks customers are allowed to sit inside.

Tommy H.

Yelp
Put in an order of 45 teas. Supposed to be placed as a catering order with at least 4 hours notice, but we were able to place through door dash still for some reason. There was one guy working. One human to make 45 plus teas and still service dine in patrons. The guy put the drinks in order as fast as he could and gave me this colossal amount of drinks in a box that I would have been screwed without. The drinks were delicious. Shout out to the worker and make sure to give ample time for a crazy order like the one we placed
google avatar

Yelp
The boba was so so good!! I ordered a Thai tea boba and it wasn't to sweet. I loved it. The service was done through a screen so I can't really say much about that. But I'm sure if you go inside you'd get personal service. The scenery was quite amusing!

Yelp
Unfortunately the staff was not very nice! Also we asked for our order 3 times and they kept saying they're working on it yet when the group after us got theirs we went to the window AGAIN and asked THEY said yep it here!!! WTF we ordered at 8:02 and received our ONE drink at 8:22. The drink came in a cute cup and was tasty but wouldn't try it again.

Yelp
My friend and I decided to come to Boba Bear not really knowing that it was a hookah place but that's fine. That's cool. I would love to come again and check out the selection they have for that. We wanted to come to this location because of the cute cups for their drinks and that didn't disappoint at all, but the drinks were just good and simple nothing super special. The person who helped us was really sweet and she looked to be by herself but was helping some customers inside and also us outside by the order widow.

Yelp
This place is so fun to hang out with a group of friends. If you come in the daytime, it's chill and quiet. The staff were friendly and constantly went to a table checking on our needs. Our group got a hookah, some ordered beers, and the rest ordered boba drinks. We found out later, but if I'm not mistaken, they have board games to play as well!

Yelp
The excitement I had about finding a late night boba spot quickly died down when I met my server for the night (Bianca). To begin with I had a few questions about the menu and in the midst of me asking my questions she walks away. Once she returns to the table she shrugs off the prior interaction and pretends like nothing happened. I decide to move on as well, and proceed to ask my questions. Instead of taking the chance to redeem herself and help, she decides to treat me with the most horrid attitude. Rolling her eyes, gasping and whatnot. I ultimately ended up telling her I needed an extra moment to decide what I wanted. When she arrives at our table yet again (I was with a group) I told her I was ready to place my order, and when I finished she pressingly asked if my other friends planned on ordering anything. They said they were not getting anything for now, and she said that we wouldn't be able to stay if I was the only one ordering. That it was "required" for each of us to purchase a drink. I feel I would've been more understanding if she managed to handle the situation with even the slightest amount of grace but she made me feel very unwelcome, and uncomfortable.

Yelp
Wasn't exactly busy when we came so service was quick. Got Thai tea and signature milk tea and they're both really good. Highly recommend. Ambiance, not sure bec I only ordered boba which was by the back/side area. Parking is also tricky

Yelp
Cutest cups, horrible parking, but fast service! You can go in for hookah and drinks or just order in the small hallway on the monitor.

Yelp
Came to this location with a friend and was overall pretty upset. Ordered my drink on my Kiosk and basically did not get my order until 30 minutes later. Waiting 30 minutes for a boba order is kind of outrageous despite not being busy at all inside. There was many times where I tried to call them for server and wave my hand but got totally ignored. Overall, terrible experience and would probably not come back to this location.
google avatar

Jocelyn H.

Yelp
Okay honestly this place isn't great but where else do you have a place that's open late with hookah and boba and games? I was so disappointed the last time we came here bc we waited over 40 mins for our drinks and the waiter finally came around saying she forgot honestly there is a lot going on but that was ridiculous I didn't even want the boba after waiting so long. I've been here other times and yes the service wasn't exceptional but it wasn't completely negligent, this last time left a bad taste in my mouth and tbh probably won't be back

Yelp
Bianca is so sweet here ! Very good service very welcoming she gave us everything we needed here ! Made us feel like home ! Ty

Yelp
I've been here previously just for boba which hasn't disappointed. This time I came here mid-week with a group of friends for boba and hookah, and again was not disappointed. Service was good, but there's only one person making the boba when we came so it was a little bit of wait but it was worth it.

Yelp
Awful experience overall at Boba bear. It was pouring rain outside and very cold, we went in to sit down to order our drinks. The employees rudely told us we could only order bobafrom the kiosk and ushered us outside. Me and my friend were surprised at how unwelcoming and blunt they were. Mind you only a few tables were with customers, and it was later in the night so they had ample space on a Wednesday night. I am glad that I asked if we ordered from the kiosk if we are allowed to sit inside, and their employees brashly told us no, without explanation or even an ounce of compassion. Stay away from this establishment !!!! You have been warned

Yelp
The bear cups are adorable and their matcha was delicious ! Came here on a late boba run and they had a window for a fast and easy service. In the hallway outside there was a cool chalk board and some art work, check it out when you visit!

Yelp
The Strawberry green tea was just green tea with sour chunks of Strawberry. The default cup is the bear and its tiny. Valet parking for boba (this is a Ktown problem not their problem)?!. Also they have the Arcane event now so you can't even go outside, you have to stand in the alley and order boba like a homeless person. Just not a great time and I can't see a reason to choose this place over any other boba spot.

Yelp
I did not realize this place is a hookah lounge. I just wanted some boba. A weird combo to say the least. It was so cold and they told us we had to stay outside because we just wanted boba and didn't want to do hookah. Otherwise they had a $25 SITTING FEE. LIKE WHAT MATE? We decided to sit outside in the cold. The drinks themselves were pretty decent, and I kept my glass bottle! I got the Jasmine tea. Wish they didn't poke a hole in it though, how am I supposed to reuse it as a day bottle?

Yelp
Dear Owner, Please fix the kiosk, because the cheap strap wasn't holding it properly and almost felt on my foot. Thankfully, employees came to help out and tried to temporarily fix it. P.s. I thought the extra cost will give me a bear, not a jar. Please be specific for the next customer. Thank you.

Yelp
Wanted to do walk up for an arcane vial. Last time I came the workers were nice and let me walk in to place my order. This time they sent me outside to the window which would've been fine but I spent 20 minutes standing there with no one helping me. Asked for help from the worker after a while to just be told be there in a second and waited for 10 more min. The worker was not doing anything btw, just standing there with their hand in their pockets. Definitely some under city level service. Actually no, way worse than that at least in the under city you're given acknowledgement. Terrible experience.

Yelp
Been coming to boba bear for over 5 years! This place always has the best chill vibes. The boba orders are quick and always on point with the flavors. Got an assortment of drinks: Almond Milk Tea, Sparkling Blueberry Sour, Thai Tea and Jasmine Milk Tea. Each drink was well balanced and delicious, and the boba is fresh and chewy! 10/10 one of my favorite boba spots in LA + they always got the cutest cups!
