I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience left me genuinely frustrated. When I walked into the establishment, no one greeted me. I quietly sat on the couch, waiting for my drink, while my son played the game they have inside.
In the owner's reply to my Google review, she claimed I was playing the game when my drink was called. That's false. I was sitting patiently the entire time while my son played. She also claimed I didn't acknowledge my drink being called until after they assisted another customer. That is completely false. They didn't assist the other lady until I was already heading out the door. It's frustrating to have my experience misrepresented just to avoid accountability, especially when I was respectful and calm throughout my visit.
Even more telling--she completely ignored the part where I said I wasn't greeted at all. Rather than addressing the feedback or acknowledging any shortcomings, the response was defensive and dismissive. It felt like an attempt to discredit me instead of take responsibility.
I have no reason to make up anything. I left a review based on a real experience, and I was met with denial instead of accountability. That speaks volumes about how they handle customer concerns. I hope they learn to receive feedback with more professionalism in the future.
