Popped over after we ate next door because of the sign that says 10% off if you show your Sweet Poke receipt. The girls working were super sweet and my drink was made very quickly. I ordered the Classic Milk Tea and it was delicious! I also really appreciated their interpretation of light ice! 😉

Slow and overpriced mediocre food and coffee. I wanted a coffee and simple breakfast sandwich. I was the only person in the store at 9.30 am . There were TWO workers and it took 25 minutes. This was definitely NOT a simple Breakfast sandwich. They should call it a waffle salad. In my preference, there are certainly better breakfast options for the price and service.

My family and I tried Boba Master for the first time on 27 Sep 2021. Although I've only visited this business a total of three times, including recently on 23 Mar 2024, I know my daughter has frequented this business more often than I have because she loves this place. There are many reasons why I feel this boba shop is one of the best ones in this city...but before I get into that, here's what we ordered during our recent visit. We ordered the Hokkaido Milk Tea with Boba, Okinawa Tea with Boba and Lychee Jelly, Cafe Latté, Matcha Donut (flavor of the week), Basil Tomato Mozzarella Croffle Sandwich, Prosciutto Fig Butter Croffle Sandwich, Smoke Salmon Croffle Sandwich, and Honey Vanilla Croffle. First and foremost, those Croffles...and the Croffle Sandwiches...just amazing! I think out of all the Croffle Sandwiches, my favorite is the Smoke Salmon one - I love how balanced the flavors are in that sandwich. I'm not saying that the other sandwiches are horrible either, because all of them are outstanding. Additionally, our drinks were phenomenal; everything was prepared with high quality ingredients and I especially enjoy the milk tea cups they use at this place. I know, I know...I shouldn't rate a place by its cup style, but to me it shows how much effort and detail they place into their operations, which is pivotal in my opinion. Also, of noteworthy mention, I've tried the Ham and Cheese Croffle Sandwich, Nutella Croffle, and Strawberry Croffle during previous visits and even those items were excellent. Next, the employees at this place are always friendly. During the Mar 2024 visit (approximately 1:30 pm), our cashier, Tiera (assuming that's her name based on what is stamped on my receipt), was very nice and extremely patient considering how slow I was taking to order my items. She operated so efficiently and explained things in great detail. I don't know how long she's worked there but her customer service skills were extraordinary! Furthermore, the prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider the high quality nature of their food and drinks. I have the utmost respect for this business for their support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans - thank you for your continued support. As a Las Vegas local, I'm glad that there are businesses like this one to provide high quality products and services to us. It's unfortunate that this place is far away from the Las Vegas strip so visitors can experience this place. Regardless, I'm glad that this place is close to me so we can enjoy it often. I highly recommend this place to everyone - local or visitor.

Boba in Centennial area. Very close to my "grocery shopping area" but did not know boba tea is here and they have yummy sweets as well ;)

Fun place with nice cafe vibe that reminded me of Korea. Cups are high quality and superior to any I’ve ever had. I wanted to love this place, however our drinks were unbearable. We ordered standard Thai tea boba but all I could taste was artificial butterscotch. Would try again but hope for more tea and less syrup.

Decently friendly and for the quality of the drinks not bad pricing considering it’s not Starbucks or intended to be Starbucks I only go to these boba places for my wife and kid. I’m only giving this a 4 star instead of 5 because when I asked the cashier if they could make a vanilla and caramel frappe they told me no they have to stick to one flavor. Which is slightly mediocre due to the fact that the caramel is slightly salted and would be better with a vanilla base. My opinion they’re cool, like I said I’ll go back because my kid loves it, but I’ll probably stop at tropical smoothie or Starbucks otw.

This was a spur-of-the-moment kind of choice for ne. Wife wanted boba and this was on the way to our destination. First off, this is a really cool esthetic: wood, pipes, Edison lights. It's just a comfortable little spot. The menu is large but not daunting, everything was really easy to understand. Pricing is decent, and the quality of the drinks are great. Will definitely come back in the future.

I drank the oak milk lavender coffee with crystal boba :) it was very delicious 👍🏻 better than specialty coffee shop!! Cozy place ☺️

Look, I'm not gonna lie, I'm a total regular at Boba Master. It's my go-to spot when I need a little something sweet, and honestly, they haven't let me down yet. My usual? I like the brown sugar tea boba. It's just comfort in a cup. They get the balance right every time - the tea isn't too strong, the sweetness is on point, and the boba is perfectly chewy, not too hard or too mushy. What I appreciate about Boba Master is that it's just easy. You walk in, you order, and they get your drink to you quick. No fuss, no complications. The employees are always friendly, too - just genuine, kind people. I've never had a bad experience with the service, which is a big plus. It's not some fancy, over-the-top boba place, and that's exactly why I like it. It's reliable, it's consistent, and it's a great place to grab a treat when you need one.

My friend recommended this boba spot semi close to where my aunt lives! The place was small, space was modern and clean. Service was average and drinks were good, but nothing unique. Would I come back for boba? Yes! Would I say it's the best I've tasted? No.

Everything I've tried from here was perfectly tasty. The Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly- A MUST try. Any of their Teas with your favorite topping and seemed is made to perfection. Friendly staff. Plenty of inside seating, they even have games you can play while enjoying the ambiance.

I can see why they call them selves boba masters lol. But I ordered a Thai tea marble slush boba and banana coffee for my hubby. And our baby comes the chocolate sprinkle cake pop we got two of them for him lol he loved it. My hubby said he really loved the banana blended coffee drink he said it was better then the one we have at banana dang in California. I loved my Thai tea marble slush It was so good they mixed it sea salt cream. My hubby kept drinking it then he ended up guzzling half of my drink even though I told him not to drink it all. Oh yeah and their mochi donut of the day was apple pie, it was sooo good! I love how it had apples on top and a sauce on top too.

Friendly and fast fresh service. They have soy and almond milk. Boba is fresh and chewy. Highly recommend. They had the strawberry matcha available too. I had gotten the wintermelon milk tea.

Stopping by to say, the place hasn't changed. The ambiance inside is clean but dimmed. The lights aren't super bright inside. The service is really fast! Today we got a strawberry milk tea with mango jellies (for my son), a strawberry cheesecake (for my daughter), and I got the black sugar boba with light boba and oatmilk instead of regular milk. My drink was creamy and delicious! The kids enjoyed their choices as well.

The restaurant is beautifully set up and is very cozy. The staff is very helpful. The variety is great. But, I wasn't impressed with the food or drinks. I got the croffle (croissant waffle) and it was fresh but just okay. And, an oat milk/non dairy creamer jasmine tea with boba, and for whatever reason it did not sit well with my stomach. I want to make it clear that my tummy troubles might have just been a one off. I have a super sensitive stomach, but I include it because it's only fair to mention it. While I wasn't really happy with what I got, I think it would be worthwhile to try again

Wanted a place to study with refreshments, not just coffee. Found this spot 10 min away from home. Got the strawberry Vietnamese coffee for myself. It was with their housemade strawberry puree. It is delicious! I love Vietnamese coffee already bc it's creamy and flavorful, but with the strawberry cold foam it's sweet and a perfect Valentine's Day style treat. We also got a slush with lychee jelly and again, such a good choice. Cool spot to hang out and do work with Outlets on the walls. Good music to add to the vibes.

We stopped here before going to a concert. It was delicious. I don't like boba, so I never considered coming in here. I didn't realize there were so many other options! (So happy I walked in.) We got an iced banana coffee. It was awesome.

Quaint but always delicious. We haven't gone in a while and boy did I need this fridaycpicl me up. Three people working and speedy as can be.

First time here loved the ambiance and the Pistachio Milk Tea with Boba was 5/5. I didn't not care for the Ube Mochi Donut will try something different next time!

I ordered the wintermelon milk tea and it was very good! i like the fact that it wasn't overly sweet and still tasted like tea. the boba was also very warm and soft. However, The staff there needs to be more enthusiastic.. no greetings no nothing and when i asked a suggestion between 2 drinks to the cashier lady, she looked so lost and couldn't answer me.. and more than half of the cup is ice it's like your drink is gone in 3 sips as it's more ice than the actual drink. anyways the drinks are great and their dessert bar is great too! just the staff is what needs improvement on. What is a business with no customer ethic?!

Decided to drop in and grab a drink after picking up dinner next door at Sweet Poke. To my sweet surprise, these two places have a partnership and you get a discount (I think 15% off) at Boba Master when you show your Sweet Poke receipt! I honestly don't remember what I tried the first time, but I remember not feeling very impressed. It felt pretty average and I didn't feel very compelled to come back. However, given the convenience to my location and the lack of solid boba spots in the Northwest area of Vegas, I ended up giving this place a second chance after a Trader Joe's trip. I was feeling adventurous the second time around and decided to try their Dragonfruit Black Tea with Aloe Vera because I'm not sure if I've ever had a dragonfruit tea before. It didn't taste bad. I actually kind of liked it, but it tasted just like cranberry juice to me. I didn't sense any kind of dragonfruit. Just cranberry juice with aloe. So good yes, but probably wouldn't get again. All things considered, including location / region, price, quality, etc, I don't think this place is the worse, but it definitely hasn't lived up to the reviews I've seen or my expectations. I wouldn't instantly rule this place out as an option when looking for a beverage or just something sweet, but I wouldn't rank it high up on my list either.

I hadn't been here in a very long time. One of my favorite drinks is the blueberry lavender slushy so delicious this time. I got it with oat milk. This place is always busy! Customer service is really good. They have awesome Macarons and other pastries! Atmosphere is similar to a coffee café!

Nice clean place with plenty of seating, gives coffee shop vibes. Service was fast. But they clearly use powder for their Thai tea flavoring which is very weird. I would've expected real tea. Boba itself is good though, nice flavor and consistency

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place offers the best Hokkaido milk tea I've ever had. The best part of my experience was the Croffle Sandwich prosciutto and fig butter. Let me explain; I HATE croissants. However that was before I had croissant dough pressed into the shape of a waffle to form the "Croffle." I was absolutely blown away by how soft it was and the perfectly mixed with the saltiness of the prosciutto and the sweetness of the fig butter. The cashier recommended the Basil Tomato Croffle so I'll need to try that on my next visit. I highly recommend Boba Master.

There aren't many top tier boba places in Vegas that aren't by China Town, however I consider Boba Master to be the best boba shop in North LV! Their milk teas are super creamy and delicious, and every time I go the boba is so fresh and warm. My favorites are the matcha & thai milk tea. My mom loves taro & she got the slush, but said it was a bit on the sweeter side. The ambiance is modern and very clean, with lots of places to sit & hang out. Everyone working is always so friendly and your orders are served within a reasonable time frame! No complaints about here!

Awesome boba spot with dessert and mochi donuts. We tried the matcha latte and banana coffee boba, both were really good and the boba was perfectly chewy and fresh. They have iced teas, milk teas, coffee, and blended drinks. Along with their drinks they have a large selection of desserts such as tiramisu, cheesecake, cookies, and Whoopi pies. Worth the stop for a sweet treat!

Ordered two drinks, and one was mostly ice. Went back hoping they'd remake it, but the manager only gave me a $1.28 discount. For the price, I expected better customer service. Disappointing experience.

One of the best boba shops Vegas has to offer and I've tried a lot of them! Everything I've had since they opened has been delicious but always get boba. You taste the freshness and chewability is perfect. The milk teas are absolutely wonderful and you really taste the flavor of the tea but so are the slushes as a favorite of mine is the pistachio. I've only tried the mochi donuts and the flavors consistently change to some unique offerings, at some point I'd like to try other desserts in the case.

My girls and I are huge Black Tea boba fans! This place has it all! You can relax in their cozy industrial setting and play games and then not only grab a drink, but they have wonderful desserts too! The service is average bc you're really just there to eat the yummy treats and relax!

Super cute and cozy place! Their display window showcases the various exquisite desserts they have. I saw macarons, cheesecakes, tiramisu, and even croffle sandwiches on the menu. Place is a very clean, quiet atmosphere, I think it would be a nice place to study or get some work done. Staff is friendly and efficient. I like the many options of flavors and toppings. Prices are reasonable. Close to my workplace too, so my coworkers like to get an afternoon pick me up sometimes. This time I ordered a matcha marble slush and it did not disappoint. Regular ice and sweetness were good, although next time I think I'll try it with 75% sweetness. The boba was delicious and perfectly bouncy. Highly recommend and 10/10 would visit again!

Taro tea with boba - 3/5 - meh - taro flavor tastes artificial Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly - coffee is strong, but not overpowering. Jelly is okay Coconut mango slush with lychee jelly - 5/5- good balance of coconut and mango flavor. Favorite!

This was found on my journey courtesy of my search for the best boba. This place has a chill vibe with comfortable seating where you could stay awhile and chat, study or work. They also have games to play. Their menu is extensive with interesting flavors. I got a sunset lemonade with lavender and rose. The overall flavor was refreshing but contained bubbles, which was kinda confusing to me. I would definitely return to this place to try other flavors and their food menu for a dessert. Staff was friendly and drinks were served up quickly. Make sure to visit Sweet Poke next door for 10% off your bill.

Saw the great ratings so decided to check this place out. First, the service was OK as we were not greeted nor thanked on the way out, despite it got slow when we left. When we ordered, the girl at the counter did not smile and even seemed annoyed I asked specifics about the drinks. I was looking forward to the Banana Coffee because it sounded interesting and had good reviews. But was disappointed that its just expresso shots mixed w/ banana syrup, cream and a couple of dried banana chips; no real bananas! Same thing goes for the Oreo Strawberry Boba; its just sugary strawberry syurp. Even though they were delicious & very sugary-sweet, it's difficult when comparing to other bobas spots that use REAL fruit. Lastly, they were out of the regular size boba balls, so we had to get the mini ones. We also liked the Strawberry Macaron. The one thing that's awesome is how the place is decorated. It's an industrial theme with unique lighting. This place is popular and can get busy on the weekends. We'll come back and try other drinks.

Super clean, and friendly and cute place. Their menu is very simple and short but enough of choices. I don't like super sweet tea so I am glad they do offer the sugar level. I usually get 0 % sugar but some milk tea comes pre sweeten . I ordered Lychee peachy Jasmine tea with boba and it was very tasty . I could taste the tea and I like it strong . they made it just right. I will try other drinks next time . Good job Boba Master.

I'm only giving this a 2 star because of the taste of the items we got we got 2 thai teas 1 that was regular with boba the other was made with vanilla cream and opted with sea salt that was the recommended drink that one of the workers told to get both items were not cold and not hint or taste of thai tea , too creamy and just to warm We tried some Deserts like the macaron stick thought it would be good and cool cause we never had one I would never get it again too dry and flavor was not there Now we tried the regular macaroons , Ube flavor and blueberry they actually gave us a strawberry one and never gave us the blueberry so we went back and got the blueberry , they were decent but again not something I would order again or wouldn't go here It's really hard for me to review boba places in vegas cause I'm from california and boba there is bomb sooo just try as you will Now the set up here is great really nice inside and is a vibe , it's open and clean and the service was fast and friendly

Boba Master is a great and much needed addition to the Northwest area. Items tried and liked (so far): Okinawa Milk Tea Pistachio Milk Tea Dalgona Milk Tea Banana Coffee - coffee is mellow and does not make us feel jittery. Butterbeer (special limited item) Brown Sugar Milk Tea Tropical Lychee Marble Slush Blueberry Lavender Marble Slush Grapefruit Tea Ade Thai Tea Boba is cooked right. I haven't tried any of their sweets or croffle sandwiches yet but they look amazing! They're always adding to their menu so follow them on Instagram. Online ordering is available but takes awhile so I suggest ordering in person. Employees are always nice and helpful. Interior and bathrooms are clean. Parking can be a bit hectic but we always find parking. I highly recommend, Boba Master. I hope you decide to check them out :) * Support Local *

Waffles made of croissants?! BOBA And the most lovely bunch of treats you could possibly expect?! Go here. Go here fast. The Vienna coffee is, so far, my fave. But their Vietnamese coffee is on point, the banana coffee is delightful... And the croffles!! The plain the Nutella the ham n cheese!! They're all tasty AF For Halloween I got macaroons that were decorated like little zombies and my kids LOVED THEM. I'm making my way through the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. Go. Try. Be happy. And caffeinated.

Love their boba teas! And you can't forget about the mochi donuts! Teas can be a little on the sweeter side however you can adjust the sweetness which is nice. Rather quick service, very friendly staff!

I'm a fan of boba master but I ordered a Large and majority of my drink was ice. I then asked if I could get the ice removed and they strained my drink and it was less than half way full. I paid $10 for the large... disappointed as it was less than what's inside a regular size.

I came in the other day and they were offering new pumpkin drinks for the season! I had to get one of each to take home for my family. I got the pumpkin chai, and it was one of the best chai's I've ever had. I also got one of their tiramisu cupcakes, perfect texture and had a really good coffee taste to it. Not only the drinks were good, service was excellent, they were very welcoming and also gave suggestions for next visit. I'll for sure come back to try their other drinks. ALSO they have milk alternatives such as, soy,almond,coconut and oat!

So far every single drink I have ordered from this place has been phenomenal! I always take a swig of my fiancé's picks too which are super amazing also. It honestly is worth the drive to grab a drink from this place. I wish they would bring back the seasonal/limited ube horchata!

One of the few good boba places in NW of town. This location also opens later than the others. They have a simple menu of teas, milk tea, slushies and desserts. Never had any issues with the service, it's always been swift, efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. It is in semi busy shopping plaza near Trader Joe's, Cruncheez, Papa Murphy and Poke Master. So eat and grab dessert onto top of a drinkable dessert! It's a fun time!

Unfriendly stuff. I was excited try this place ? When I came in the vibe felt unwelcome. I came in for wintermelon black tea and it was okay, price was high.

I came here to try the mochi donuts but they didn't have any. Got her at 9:30 and said they wouldn't arrive until 11. I tried the red velvet cupcake at it was stale and tasted like it's been sitting out for days the frosting was so hard and the cake was stale. The macarons were good. For 2 macarons and a red velvet cupcake it was 15 dollars with tip.

YUMMY!!! Walked in looking for boba, ended up having mochi donuts and a great experience! I was looking for mochi donuts in the area, but when I was out of luck I resorted to boba. Boba Master was nearest and I had it saved for months. We were pleasantly surprised to see they had a wide range of desserts, including mochi donuts! They had red velvet, ube, fruity pebbles, and even more. We ordered ube and red velvet mochi donuts. as well as a matcha milk tea with sea salt foam and boba. We decided to eat in since they had a comfy couch and games. The texture of the donuts and boba are PERFECT. Definitely fresh boba! The donuts satisfied my craving. I do wish though, the flavor of the ube and red velvet were more prominent. They just taste like sugar. The sea salt foam was yummy, but they don't add as much as I'd like. The matcha had great flavor, not horribly sweet and not gritty at all! For all three items, our total was under $13! Much more affordable than some spots in china town. Definitely recommend for groups big and small. This is a great spot to hang or study and enjoy good eats!

I don't usually go for sweets or boba, but I was in the area and decided to stop in. I'm so glad that I did. I love the decor of this place. It's super cozy and chill. The sun was peaking through the windows, casting some rays and it was just *chef's kiss*. The mango coconut drink I got was divine. I would've drank ten more. I just came from eating, so I didn't try any food but it did look delicious. Everyone that worked here was super helpful and friendly. This place is almost 40 minutes away from where I live, but I will be back.

Have been going here since it's opened. So far what I have ordered on drinks, it would be every other order of a drink that I would enjoy and get again. My favorite things to get from here are the Okinawa Milk Tea, the seasonal item Dalgona Milk Tea and the Black Sugar Milk Tea. For their foods the Basil Tomato Mozzerella Croffle is one of my favorites and their Ube macaron is SO good! The drinks I have tried but I personally would not order again would be the Thai Tea Milk Tea (it was very..thick, very creamy. It was a different texture compared to their other milk teas), the Oreo Strawberry Marble Slush (just personally didn't really enjoy the flavor.), and the Sunset Lemonade (I thought mine was too sweet and too sour. I wanted something a little tart, but this was too sour for my personal liking). I still return because they have alot of drinks to choose from and I get curious to want to try their other items in the menu. The vibe of the place is really nice place to chill out and relax.

Just moved to the area and tried this place out for the first time. Was greeted with pleasant staff. Quick service. Their taro milk tea substitute with oat milk is to die for! Definitely my new go to place for boba. Black sugar milk tea was good, surprisingly not as sweet as I thought but the boba that comes with it was super soft and chewy. Will definitely go back to try out their mochi donuts

Ambiance is great. Cup containers are great. Boba is nice & fluffy (tends to be tougher where I'm from in the Bay). Green tea for slush was too bitter like other reviewer mentioned.
