Honestly, every time I go to this place, they treat me really badly. The girls who work there are super rude, always angry, and they give dirty looks as soon as you walk in—like they don’t even want you to buy anything. They never say “hi” or “good afternoon,” and the first thing they tell you is that they don’t have boba, like they’re hoping you’ll just leave.
There’s always something broken, and instead of trying to help or offer a solution, they just make excuses. The cashier in the front is really intimidating—it feels scary to even say something because they don’t accept it if you point out a mistake. It’s just a really bad customer service experience. It’s frustrating because you’re going there to spend your money, and the least they could do is treat people with basic respect.
