Bobae Noodle House 보배반점 중국집

The food was delicious and the portions given were very generous. We left w/ soo much food in to go boxes, we were happy! The garlic spicy chicken was my husband's favorite and the combo fried rice actually everything we ordered was excellent! Our waitress was great! and attentive. The place was hidden and inside was very clean, was also impressed how nice and clean the bathroom is kept up. The liquor drinks tasted good but could be stronger. My family and I will definitely go back to eat.

Excellent flavors in our dishes and the noodles had a great texture. The atmosphere is ok nothing spectacular. Service was ok. We were disappointed that five of the clams served did not open and shouldn't have been served in the dish ordered. We told the waitress and they didn't understand why they shouldn't have been served. The flavors in the food will bring us back in the future.

Saw some hype building up on this place so I was super excited to finally try it and it did not disappoint! Food was flavorful and portion sizes were solid (especially loved the chicken with chilis but forgot what it was called on the menu) The service was on top of it and even remembered one of our friend's order from the last time they dined! Restaurant is very welcoming and the ambiance is also pleasant.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The spice level was perfect when requested spicy. The flavor was bursting out of every bite. The waiter, Karl, was incredibly nice and very sincere, his recommendations were also great.

We were grocery shopping next door and stumbled upon Bobae Noodle House, a Korean-Chinese fusion spot with a cute, cozy vibe. We were seated right away and handed menus. Within minutes, our server brought water and a small tray of different pickled radishes. The menu is extensive, but we were in a double-squid mood. We went with the Whole Squid Jjamppong and the Garlic Pepper Squid. The Whole Squid Jjamppong came out steaming hot, with a rich, flavorful broth. The noodles were bouncy and chewy, and they even gave us utensils to cut the squid, which was cooked perfectly. The Garlic Pepper Squid was super crispy, spicy, garlicky, and just plain delicious. Both dishes hit the spot, and the portions were big—we got full and still took home half of each dish. We’ll definitely be back with friends to try more of the menu since everything is sharing portions.

The service is top notch! We were immediately greeted warmly by a staff as soon as we entered the restaurant and led to our table. We were offered the menu and served water in a nice bottle and also given a side dish of korean pickles. My husband and I ordered the jajangmyeon as this is what the restaurant is known for. While waiting for our food, I tried to take selfies and the staff immediately volunteered to take our pictures. She was very nice and accommodating. Our food came out in no time. The noodles were nice and chewy, the way I like them and it was packed with umami flavors. The black bean sauce was not overpowering and had a subtle hint of sweetness to it. Portions were generous as well and it had a quail egg on top of the noodles which I find cute. Our server was very attentive asking us about our food and if we needed more pickles, etc. We were satisfied with our order and would have tried something else but we were already full. The place was very clean and modern. It has a chic ambiance and would be great for dates and groups too. It has also a wide selection of drinks. We will definitely come back.

I recently dined here and can confidently say that I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Yuri, Andy, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, offering insightful recommendations on which dishes to try. They ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable and provided outstanding service. The dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious. We ordered five different items from the menu, and each one was a resounding success. The flavors were succulent and savory, allowing us to appreciate each taste in every bite. Each dish was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and I particularly enjoyed the level of spice. Based on this initial experience, I would certainly return to this restaurant. Additionally, I must mention that the interior is stunning; the modern decor adds to the overall ambiance. My cravings were completely satisfied, and I will be recommending this restaurant to family and friends visiting Las Vegas.
