This place was an unexpected surprise. It's at the very end of Printer's Alley. We saw a sign that was advertising a burger and a shake, so we walked through it and found a little hole in the wall bar. Upon asking about the sign, we were directed upstairs to go through the restaurant, to the lobby, and to the elevators (one specific elevator goes to the rooftop). The restaurant, lobby and rooftop where all very nice! The rooftop views are gorgeous, and they have this huge bus you can go into and also sit in to chill. The initial door we walked into was essentially like an "underground basement" bar where there is a tiny little stage. The vibe in there is cool, and the stairway to the lobby floor is a collection of autographs, drawings, etc. Very cool spot overall to check out!

The Bobby Hotel Rooftop Lounge is a really cool space. It offers great views of the city while housing igloos and an old bus that you can reserve ahead of time. There's a small pool and plenty of space to hangout and enjoy the Nashville vibe with great drinks. Well worth the trip. Hint: take the far left elevator to get to the top.

Great views and amazing service by Krystal, she did a truly nice job and being attenntive making sure everyone was comfortable. She gave us some recommendations for appetizers and entrees that we were happy with. Highly recommend really a cool outdoor rooftop for relaxing, taking sun, or just a nice lunch with the kids!

This restaurant is truly special, with its unique seasonal design changes that keep the atmosphere fresh and inviting. The view is stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. While I enjoy the food, it’s the ambiance that really draws me in. Each visit feels like a new experience, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy your meal. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a fantastic place to eat in a beautiful environment. You won’t be disappointed!

Such a unique experience we had at Camp ⛺️ Bobby! Everything on the rooftop outdoor lounge was so pretty with string lights, fire-pit, 🌲greenery, fake snow ❄️ decor, camper decor. I do recommend getting reservation since all camps were full at the camp Bobby, but you can always grab a bar seat if you don’t get in. Please note, the $30 you pay for reservations, won’t get credited to your final bill amount and they will absorb that completely apart from your bill. There’s a minimum of $300 spend for each igloo and it seats up to 6 people. They do add 20% gratuity to your bill already and you can add on top of that if you’d like. Our server was very friendly but he kept reminding us that we have the igloo for only 90 mins, and the throughout he reminded if we have 40 mins left or 20 mins left. Service was fast and we didn’t have to wait long for our food/beverages after placing an order. The cocktails and shots were well-made and nicely presented. Food left much to be desired. The chicken wings (8 per plate) were overbooked and super sweet (only one sauce/rub option). There’re parking garages nearby but we opted for an Uber for convenience. It took less than 3 mins for the Uber driver to reach us, so location is super convenient. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this to those who haven’t tried this concept before, it was so much fun and was a unique experience.

Let's start with why we decided to check this place out. First, it's Xmas and it's super cute. Ok. That's pretty much it. We reserved the igloo which was $26 including tax and requires a $200 minimum for food for the 2 hr window. It seats 6 comfortably. They offer valet for $15. There's street parking if you're able to find it. Take the left elevator - the other two are for guests to get to their rooms and you'll need a keycard to use them. We ordered the whole menu of snacks and that was entirely too much food. They are nice portions and more than enough to share. The drinks were reasonably price unless you ask for ann no premium liquor like Tito's. That's a $6 up charge per drink. There are heaters under the igloos so you'll be warm. It was cute and we had a good time. Would highly recommend.

Google
What fun to spend a wintry day in a cozy igloo on The Bobby rooftop. The bar can make anything, but they have a menu of specialty winter drinks. The food portions are generous and tasty. It’s a $25 reservation fee and then $200 requirement for food/drink. This is very easy to do in 90 minutes if you are ordering cocktails. So fun and so delicious. The hotel is right around the corner from Printers Alley so start (or end) your night in an awesome igloo and then explore the neighborhood. Note that we spent $400 but had 3 rounds of drinks plus food for 6.

Google
Atmosphere is unique and cool, however the free walk up area was very small and crowded. The drinks were on par with everywhere else in Nashville sadly since it's like 15-20 per cocktail which is getting Ridiculous tbh. That said despite many workers it was still a challenge to get a drink as there was no designated area to do so and you had to crowd behind a seated person to get noticed and reach over for a drink. I opted to go elsewhere and spend my money. Still a unique place to see but might be worth going elsewhere.

Yelp
We went to the rooftop at Hotel Bobby because it is often a destination for pop up bars in the winter. I was surprised that we were given very expensive drinks in plastic cups, but I'm sure it's because the pool is right there. I loved all of the different places to sit and chat or work, but it was so hot the day we went. It's very hard to see a lot of Nashville from this rooftop, it might be easier from the pool but we were not staying there so we could not access the pool. We will be back in the winter when it's a little cooler. It's a cute place! It would very cute as a guest staying there.

Yelp
The Bobby Hotel rooftop is always clean, hospitable, and full of vibes. The pool and sitting area is super cute as well. They always have an array of activities in the rooftop from pickleball, to fireworks, to igloos. The food also has lots of flavor and always comes out hot! Can't go wrong with sliders, fries, or onion rings.

Yelp
Very cool rooftop bar, the decorations are awesome. The service at the bar is a bit slow. It was busy the night we were there and took about fifteen minutes to get a drink standing at the bar. Drinks are a bit pricey, but tasty! The igloos and pool are unique. Definitely a cool bar to visit... if you aren't looking for the typical Nashville bar

Yelp
Not impressed. Sat at the bar, staff were more concerned with stocking than serving, and I had to ask for a menu. Ordered food to wait 5-10 min to be told they didn't have condiments I requested, then they looked super confused when I cancelled the order. Drink was ok. Assumed ordering an $18.50 drink I'd at least get a glass with my bourbon. I settled for plastic with a custom "Bobby" label on it.

Yelp
First off no real espresso martini, it's more like a baileys tootsie roll flavored drink, kinda gross for my taste/opinion but to each their own. Now the place, cool spot, great seating, views, well decorated, probably better at night, wouldn't go during the day again. Pool is very small, about the size of two normal hot tubs with lots of overflowing water around the pool area. Every other lounge area was dry. What you can expect from service. Mind the date, as I was served by new hires, not knowledgeable about menu drinks etc. got two different version of the espresso drink. Also they're very shady about including a tip on under a "miscellaneous" charge and giving the option to tip on top of that also so be mindful if you're a penny pincher. Other than that good place for pictures and atmosphere with good friends.

Yelp
Bobby Hotel was super nice, and the rooftop lounge was just as cool. Nice green space to enjoy a drink with a good view of the sky at dusk. Love the string lights and open area.

Yelp
Gimmick Bus hooks you in to $20+ drinks. Heck they even serve them in plastic cups. The views are not the best and can't get table service. Avoid.

Yelp
The atmosphere is awesome, you're on the roof of the hotel, greeted by the most friendly, caring manager- Jodi! The best waiter and bar staff! Such a welcoming feeling. The atmosphere was so cool! You can have dinner in an igloo on a rooftop with awesome Nashville music! We just wanted a burger, we got so much more! So many appetizers on the menu, don't be fooled, the size of the apps are huge, the presentation is beautiful and omg- sweet potatoes stuffed with Thanksgiving yumminess! I literally died and went to heaven! I'm a foody and wow their apps are so out of this world! We had so much fun eating, drinking and dancing! Bobbys is definitely a must do! We made so many unforgettable family memories! Tell Jodi that Robin from NJ said hi!!! We will see her next year!

Yelp
This place was recommended by a friend. We checked it out on our last day during the day. The ambiance and set up is very cool. It was super quiet and not a lot going on. We stayed for a couple of drinks. The Rum Punch comes right out of a tap and is tasty yet dangerous! The quirky decor is so fun that it made me want to stay at this hotel next time. We did not have any food.

Yelp
Came here straight from the airport for a bachelorette party to meet up with the whole group and hang. Ordered some queso and drinks on a gorgeous April afternoon. The servers were attentive and the ambiance was so relaxing and trendy.

Yelp
Visited Nashville for the first time with my bestfriend and we were just looking for random rooftops to enjoy the views of Nashville. This place stood out because of the igloos! Hours of Operation- so we first tried to visit this place on a Tuesday night but found out they're only open on the weekends so we came back on Thursday (last night of our trip). We tried to get in the igloos but they were reserved for the evening. No biggie - we just enjoyed the views and the heaters and the fireplaces around!

Yelp
Awesome rooftop downtown! The hotel itself is very nice with an older modern look, however, their rooftop is the best part. Nice bar up there, older vans and RVs turned into seating areas inside. What I love about this rooftop is the views of the city. You can really see everything from there and can see how amazing Nashville is. They also have a bunch of different games to play including jenga and corn hole. This spot is a great place to hangout with friends and have a good time. Go check out!

Yelp
I visited the rooftop lounge at the Bobby Hotel with a friend when we were having a fun day together. I don't live in Nashville anymore, but she still does. Downtown isn't really our scene, but we thought it would be fun to check out a downtown bar since we were out down downtown already for something else. The drinks were fine. I wasn't feeling anything listed on the small featured cocktail menu, so I just went with Titos and soda. My friend did try one of the featured cocktails. The drinks are average (slightly expensive for a well cocktail in a plastic cup, but it's downtown Nashville!), and the service was good (fast, nice). We were there around 4pm on a Friday, and it wasn't busy. It has some great views and lots of seating. Definitely a nice place downtown for a drink with friends if you want a rooftop patio with views that isn't too crowded (at least early). Ultimately, I think it's more a place for tourists but it was still a good time for my friend and I who wanted a chill drink downtown.

Yelp
service was very slow. do not pay to reserve as you are just paying for nothing. not worth the time. on a rating of 0-5 I would give it a negative 2

Yelp
Idk about the actual hotel, as in rooms. This review is for the rooftop bar and restaurant. Came here this weekend for a birthday outing. There was a group of 13 and we met at the rooftop bar. It was a little chilly, but that didn't matter. The day warmed up anyway. The old bus was so cute and had seating for us all. There was only one bartender, but she managed to keep up. There is a cute pool and lounge area for warmer days. It's such a cute spot for day drinking. There a couple areas you can chose to sit. Our celebration host had called prior and asked about food at the rooftop. She was told yes, but that day we were told no. So we called downstairs to see about seating for our large group. They said they couldn't accommodate us; which was very frustrating as there were only about 10 people downstairs. We sent some of the guys down to see what the problem was. After some talking, we were told we could get sat in 20 minutes. Finally. When we walked down (aka took the elevator) there were a total of about 5 people In the restaurant and one huge table that sat 16. We got sat at a couple tables they had pushed together. So I'm not really understanding why they were making such a fuss to seat us. We ordered our drinks and our food. Menu wasn't too big, so not a lot of options, but we were all starving. I got a burger and fries and it was delicious. It had some chili ketchup that had the perfect amount of sweetness. My pineapple Moscow mule was perfect. Lol. All in all, it's a great spot. I would love to go back. The decor and ambiance of the hotel is amazing and chic.

Yelp
We thought this would be a nice place to sit outside and have a few drinks on our recent stay to Nashville. We were wrong. The bar itself was very nice. We ordered two drinks that cost $34 before tip. Served in plastic cups it tasted like water. We left after our drinks. I cannot recommend this place.

Yelp
Do NOT, DO NOT, Do NOT - 10000000000000000% Do NOT visit and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT reserve the "igloo rooftop" dining experience. Wish I could post a negative star review - that is not available. I booked the igloo thing - looked cool, had some business guests in town and thought it might be a nice way to enjoy some business conversation, have a few drinks and dinner outside. The igloo thing was cool and enjoyable - everything fell apart from that point. Things you should know (Cost wise): $25.00 - Just to book the igloo $125.00 minimum commitment for food and beverage (seems reasonable for 3 people) Now the fun part: Limited menu - that is fine - a burger, hot chicken sandwich, fries, etc... By the way - we tried to order a drink at the bar and we were ignored, pushed to the igloo "your server will be right with you". 15 minutes later - the single serving person did show up and took our drink order, Another 10 minutes to get that order and there was a very limited number of people on the rooftop. Personable young person - did the best she could i guess. Asked for her recommendations on the French Dip Sandwich vs the Hot Chicken sandwich. Glowing suggestion on the French Dip Sandwich (most expensive item on the menu @ $35.00) - thought it was a bit high for a sandwich but - we were after the experience. Food was delivered in a somewhat timely manner and then the wheels came off the cart: French Dip Sandwich (let me say again - French (DIP). What i received was a sandwich on WONDER BREAD that I could have made at home with roast beef and when i screwed up toasting the bread - i would have eaten it anyway. No DIP for the sandwich and no garnishment of any kind - Did i notate that it costs $35.00. I thought i was a mistake so i waited to ask (10 minutes later for the next waitress visit) - she LAUGHED and this was her response: "Yea - everyone asks about that - it is actually NOT a french dip sandwich - I guess it is just a french sandwich". SHOCKED AT THIS RESPONSE! - The darn sandwich costs $35.00 So - lets just summarize the BILL! This is where it gets VERY Interesting: This is what you will pay at the Bobby Hotel Rooftop: Side order Fries: $18.00 (they really sucked) 2 French Dip Sammys: $70.00 1 Burger: $18.00 3 bourbons: $42.00 3 bourbons: $60.00 (they were miraculously out of the lower cost item) So - we are at $208.00 for food and beverage Now lets add in the the extras that The Bobby does NOT bother to inform: Automatic Gratuity: $37.44 Food/Retail tax @ 9.75%: $10.34 Liq/Wine Sales tax @ 9.25%: $9.44 Liq / Wine tax @ 15%: $15.30 In summary: $280.52 for the following: 2 of the worst made sandwiches I have ever seen - no dipping sauce (a blind person with the wrong ingredients would have made a better sandwich out of dirt) 1 crappy cheeseburger 1 crappy side order of fries 1 service person serving all of the people that were on the rooftop (so slow service) This was one of the most disappointing experiences of my lifetime. I get it - staff issues are always a challenge and they are understandable in our current climate - that does NOT mean that the servers could be "forthwith" regarding the hidden charges and full detail of the food menu. So all in - $305.52 for 3 people to eat a sandwich that a 3 year old could make, food was terrible, service was not forthwith and we all left hungry. The igloo thing was cool - give em that - otherwise - save yourself a LOT of money, go to the roof top, admire the igloos and then go to a REAL place to eat and walk away happy. Will NEVER visit this place again - AND I LIVE HERE!

Yelp
Review for Bobby's Rooftop Lounge Well obviously the first thing everyone mentions is the BUS...of course it is fun and worth getting your picture taken driving. The cocktails at the bar were okay but not great...it was so crowded for the music and not worth the long wait times. I got the spiced pear which unfortunately tasted like a Christmas drink rather than a refreshing summer drink. The watermelon margarita was a little better but I didn't like the basil. High prices and long lines for just okay drinks is disappointing. I find it extremely upsetting that they do not recycle - just no excuse for this apathy! It was nice that they offered free water but friends said it tasted like sewer water so I bought a bottled water. As for the music, the band The Dip was really great- cool sounds and easy going performance- but it was so overcrowded we couldn't see the band and kept getting pushed out of our "spot" For the lucky few who had gotten a seat they couldn't see either and had to look at jealous faces all night. If you can afford it they do have 4 cabanas you can reserve/rent but the views of the stage are not good. I would recommend just going and relaxing when it isn't so crowded. After several visits it is starting to feel more like a tourist trap than a cool local hangout Just go after brunch for a great view and some cornhole. I will say the music lineup for the AmericanaFest was great!

Yelp
We reserved an igloo and had a blast. The igloos are warm and cozy, fitting up to 8 people. It snowed/ sleeted a little which made it even more awesome. The cocktails were a hit, I had a few of the chai old fashions and could have easily downed a few more. Food wise we ordered Bobby's Cheese & Charcuterie Board, the Wild Mushroom & Truffle Pizza, and the Baked Goat Cheese. All of which was really good. Service was also great. Deffinitely a fun thing to do if your visiting or hosting friends.

Yelp
I reserved a table (I thought) to celebrate my wife's birthday before we went elsewhere for dinner. The reservation fee is $25 and does not get applied to your drink tab. When we arrived at the rooftop, the best area around the pool and the bar was cordoned off for a private party. I approached the bar about our reservation, the staff knew nothing of it, they just pointed to the other side to a bunch of picnic tables and said we could sit anywhere. I emailed the hotel the next day but no response, so I am left with this option. So, don't waste any time or money reserving at this place, it does you no good. I would look elsewhere, there are plenty of rooftop bars in Nashville.

Yelp
So this little place is probably one of the best spots in Nashville. It's a hidden rooftop bar on top of the Bobby Hotel with amazing views of the city. It was a cold night in February so they actually closed off one side of the bar which was understandable. It was a uncomfortable cold, but the service, views, setting, made you forget you couldn't feel your face or toes. We had a few chai old Fashions that warmed the soul while we sat by a fire-pit overlooking their igloos. I would come back here over and over for those chai old fashions and picture perfect views.

Yelp
We stopped by this place for 1 drink while we waited for our reservation next door to kick in. Place is pretty cool. Big pool, big trailer thing to sit in and alot of fake grass to chill on. Big roofdeck/lounge and cool views. I didn't pay for a drink, So i can't comment on that, but it was a cool spot.

Yelp
4.5 The Bobby keeps getting it right. The hotel had a quieter opening but it's been hitting on all cylinders since the doors opened. From the dramatic staircase and chandelier to the well-apportioned F&B outlets, you can tell time and effort went in to making the magic. You'll see lots of evidence of this in their rooftop (everybody's gotta have one these days) bar, Rooftop Lounge.* As a newer entrant to the Nashville roof game, it's not as packed as some other options... but this won't be the case for long. Thinking that I'd stumbled upon a hidden gem, I was somewhat surprised to see how many people packed the place during an early summer Saturday evening. So, if you want to check it out with some (relative) elbow room, come now. It's only going to get more crowded. And that will be for good reason. There are four distinct areas that make the lounge so attractive. There's the open back patio with views of the Batman building and Nissan Stadium. While there's not much seating back here, there's plenty of room and on a nice evening, space to dance if ever the lounge had a private event/DJ. Just putting that out there. The bar is very attractive but not that large. The build out is cool and the seating is comfortable (not something you can take for granted) but it gets very crowded and the bar staff isn't the best. In fact, they kept me from rounding up in my review. None of the three bartenders working were very polite, observant or helpful. This isn't a good thing. You're a bartender. In a rooftop bar/lounge. In a hotel. Hospitality is #1 (even, dare I say, more important than cocktail expertise). I know everything is still pretty new but management has got to get ahead of this problem. It detracts from everything else. Moving away from the bar, the seated lounge area is very scene-y. With loads of interesting and comfortable seating, you'll want to spend time lounging, cavorting and looking at who's looking at you. The crown jewel, though, is the bus. The rooftop boasts an airstream bus in which you can sit (again, in three areas), take photos and lounge like a boss. This is the most competitive seating in the lounge. If you want it, come early and come prepared to sit closely with strangers. But, what about the drinks? They're pretty good, for the most part. In the name of science, I tried many. Here's what I thought. Rose' All Day: the summer drink you've been waiting for. Served in a flute, the combo of rose', bitters and St. Germain is the sweet, light drink that will get you feeling good. Bobby's Go-To was the least successful. I'm wondering if it was the execution because the description was promising: bourbon, vermouth, maple syrup, cardamom, and lavender. The drink was bitter and not at all aromatic. Surprising. I'd try it again because it should have been a home run. The Entry-Level got the show back on track: gin, ruby red vodka, wine, and lemon made for a bright, citrusy fun drink... a bit too much fun. This drink will sneak up on you. And because I am just that dedicated to supplying y'all with pertinent info, I finished the night with the Sweet & Spicy: vodka, raspberry liqueur, ginger beer, and lime deliver exactly what's advertised - a sweet & spicy drink. Being a hotel rooftop, cocktails will set you back $13/$14 a pop. I'm not digging this trend at all. Nashville is not NYC. Adjust prices, people. But, I suppose, if people (like me) pay them... Bottom line: check it out. Come ready to take photos and see pretty people. Get here sooner than later because by the end of summer, it's going to be a standing room only crowd. You've been warned. *That really is the name. Check the menu.

Yelp
I wanted to leave a follow up review after my experience last night because it left such a bad taste in my mouth. I returned here with a friend to check out the holiday drink menu and the igloos that they post all over social media. First thing we did was go to the bar to check out the drink menu. There were only two bartenders and really should have been about 3-4, easily. While we waited 15ish minutes to be served one cocktail each, we observed the bartender being a bit of a smart ass to the patrons. They were out of one of their signature drinks (rookie move, but excusable if that's the only offense). The bartender told the customer that they should "have it back in a few minutes" and when the customer asked if she knew how long, the bartender snapped back with a "I DON'T KNOW, A FEW MINUTES" while giving an annoyed look and turning around to do something else. I told this same bartender three different times that I needed a water with my cocktail, but she wouldn't make it for me before taking my money first. Absolutely terrible attitude and I don't know how she makes any money working for tips. Oh, except for the fact that she gave me a $5 bill back for change instead of 5 ones. The drink ("Snoball") was also super bitter. I didn't even finish it. The ambiance was weird last night. We were thinking the igloos were going to be super cool, but they actually ended up being made of a weird cheap plastic material and were brightly lit on the inside. I had considered renting one for an outing for about 10 people that I held a few weeks ago, and was immediately glad that I hadn't. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. If they don't come up with something else and some WAY better service, this place will be out of business very soon.

Yelp
We came here Christmas Day for the igloos they have and we had such a great time! We were blessed with amazing weather so we didn't even need the heat on- but it is so nice they have that option. It's so cozy inside- there are blankets and pillows that help make it feel unique and special. They also offered complimentary cider which was delicious and another nice touch. The food and drinks were all amazing- we got to try such a fun variety of things, finishing off with a boozy hot chocolate which was delicious! It's definitely a great experience, I would recommend getting a good group of at least 6 people together for it, especially since certain days have a minimum spend required.

Yelp
I loved our igloo experience at the Bobby so I thought I'd write review on that specifically since I have not had the opportunity to stay there yet. Igloos were a pretty hot winter trend in major cities throughout the country in 2018 so I was elated to hear that the Bobby had a rooftop installation. The hotel rooftop is open to everyone and reservations are not required but during the winter season if you want to guarantee an igloo you have to book in advance and commit to a food and beverage minimum. The reservation is for a three hour time slot and that's with a dedicated server. Booking was pretty straight forward and most of the details were available online. Matthew was really responsive and was nice enough call to confirm our reservation the day off. Each heated igloo can accommodate up to 10 but that would be tight...so shoot for 8. The cocktail menu was pretty limited to fun winter themed cocktails like Spike Apple Cider, Yule Tide Toddy, Boozy Hot Chocolate. We also decided to go with short rib nachos that were decent but hey I was there for nachos I wanted to chill in an igloo and for that reason alone I gave the experience 5 stars.

Yelp
After enjoying the Art Crawl nearby, we ended up at the Bobby Rooftop for a drink. It was a chilly fall evening and it wasn't very full at all. The rooftop lounge is absolutely gorgeous and I didn't mind the cool air. I ordered a can of rose and was surprised when I got a can the size of a standard coke can. That's almost half a glass of wine for $7 at a chic hotel bar! Not a bad deal at all. We found comfortable seats inside cool converted bus and took our time to relax. Lots of groups came up to check out the space but most didn't stay long because they were either already drunk and wanted to keep moving or couldn't stand the cold. Every group that came up wanted to take a photo here because of how stunning and unique it is. Come check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Stopped by on a Saturday evening, right before the sun went down (wanted to see the sunset from up there and figured it would be less crowded). Everything was so nice, and they currently have these igloo huts that you can sit in and/or rent out. It wasn't too busy to find a place to sit down and relax. The only thing I didn't love is that it seemed like everyone was just there to take photos of themselves, which is fine! But it did knock down the ambiance for me a bit. Definitely would check this place out, take a seat in their vintage bus and practice your curling

Yelp
Great atmosphere! I loved the set up of this place. The only thing I hope they can improve on is more food items on the menu. But, they have another restaurant down stairs if you want to have a nicer meal or more food choices before heading upstairs for drinks. Also, a helpful tip is this place is located inside Bobby's hotel. It was a little confusing to find.

Yelp
I adore this place. I've had the same bartender twice now on my visits and she's always good at quickly taking my order and making me a fabulous cocktail. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and classy. My favorite place to take people for a Saturday night drink!

Yelp
So I went to the bar and walked up to the bar. I was the only one there. Three bartenders or at least three people behind the bar. Not the one acknowledgment from anyone for a few minutes. I get they we're making drinks for the waitress orders, but at least say hello. We left. Not going back.

Yelp
So We reserved an igloo .. to only get told we have been moved to a cabin. Which I wont complain about that. but it was really the experience. Then the food was not good at all.. the goat cheese was not good.. nothing like they advertise. The service was slow.. and they took the people who had no reservations first to the bar.. seriously we all had to make reservations first. Then the whole time, people were walking up opening our door, saying is this reserved? Well why are you even out here.. if you dont have a reservation. Not well organized!

Yelp
Super cute rooftop bar, great for large groups! Unique setting, great service. Didn't utilize the pool , but it was heated and well maintained. Crowd was of all ages. Definitely worth a quick visit.

Yelp
As a 1st time visitor it will also be my last. Really cool concept but you better bring a lot of money. Everything is overpriced and the service is just ok. Ask the price before ordering!

Yelp
Won't go here again it was extremely stuck up. My husband asked for a glass a wine and first thing was told to him was that's an expensive glass . Assuming that we couldn't afford it. Beautiful spot but the judgement can go without

Yelp
This place was so good. Great workers and their spiked hot chocolate was amazing. The atmosphere is like NYC. It was an awesome change of scenery!

Yelp
We sat in the complimentary cabanas on the rooftop Saturday night and had a wonderful evening away from the crowds of Broadway. The drinks and service were excellent!

Yelp
So very disappointed in our experience. The food did not disappoint. Very fresh and great presentation but the service was beyond bad. I understand having to wait on service but being repeatedly dismissed and overlooked by wait staff that couldn't be bothered is not acceptable.

Yelp
Awesome environment. We reserved an igloo on a Sunday night with a group of 7. Glad we reserved because we got there at 7pm and all were filled, the turnover rate seems to be very low, only saw 1 group leave an igloo in the 3 hours we were there. The igloos realistically fit 7 (2 benches that fit 3 each plus a chair) if your 8 or more ask for additional seating ahead of time, if thats even available. The igloos are heated with a warm/cozy feel with a wood smelling aroma. There are multiple very warm fire pits scattered between igloos with sitting areas. We celebrated a birthday and it was a very intimate experience, service was great. The only reason I gave a 4 is because the drinks were average and a little disappointing. However that's not going to stop this place for being a huge hit, would definitely recommend it for a unique experience.

Yelp
The Bobby Rooftop is a great spot. If you come for the view, it's a bit obstructed by the buildings around it. But that's not surprising for a 7 story (I think). But if you want amazing service from an amazing human, ask for Meg. She is approachable, accommodating, but knows how to stand her ground and take care of business. 10/10 would recommend.

Yelp
Great atmosphere, even better service from Sheena!! Warm winter cocktails hit the spot before Preds game tonight!!

Yelp
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Such a cute rooftop and hotel! Definitely thought it was going to be such a great place. Was SO extremely disappointed in the service! Was there for a bachelorette brunch and I am the bride. We were not a rowdy group by any means (hungover from the night before) and all have worked in service industry before. We had reservations for at least a month. We ordered a round of drinks and did not get our drinks FOR AN HOUR! We continuously asked about them - and not one apology on how long they were taking. Our waitress said they had a lot of parties today - which we could not see and we had a reservation so there should have been enough staff to support multiple parties. Life happens so not a biggie but throughout this whole experience not ONE apology! Our food took another hour. They didn't have bloody mary mix after an hour of waiting for them and gave the 4 of us out of 10 half shots to "tide us over". We voiced our concerns to our waitress and two other staff members and again NO apology from any staff - except the super nice lady downstairs at the front door. Our waitress barely spoke to us and when she brought out our check nothing was comped for the horrible service and delays until we asked. She was very rude! She crumbled up our receipt in front of us (LOL) because we asked to take off the flatbread that took an extra 30 minutes - and by then we wanted to get the hell out of there! Again, we've all worked in the service industry and I understand being busy and understaffed - but I do not understand not explaining to the group you are serving you are busy or apologizing. Absolutely the WORST experience at a restaurant I have ever had. So so sad! If you are in town for a bachelorette or honestly anything I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
