Bobby's Burger Palace

Bobby's Burger Palace is always a must stop for me! There are plenty of awesome food options. For me, it's always got to be the undecided sweet potato/ onion ring split accompanying literally anything else on the menu! I usually get the cruchified brunch burger, but it's all great. This trip included their special Greek chicken sandwich, and that was a hit! When I'm looking for a special treat, their spiked shakes are fantastic!

The service was excellent, and the food was worth the wait. The crunchifed burger and onion rings were delicious. Everything was amazing!

This was my first time at Bobby’s Burgers, and as a burger lover, I had high expectations. I ordered the Brunch Burger and got it "Crunchified," which I really enjoyed. The burger itself was cooked perfectly to medium rare, but there was a seasoning or flavor that didn’t sit well with me. The fries—both regular and sweet potato—were delicious, and I liked the "Undecided" option, which lets you mix them. However, I was disappointed that fries didn’t automatically come with the burger, especially given the already high prices( but then again, you are at a casino). I also wasn’t a fan of the side sauces that came with the fries. The seating arrangement is first-come, first-served, so you have to find a place on your own. When I was there, it was pretty busy, but we were able to find three seats. We also had to wait in line for about 5–10 minutes to order. Overall, while the food had some highlights, it didn’t feel worth the cost to me. I probably wouldn’t return. 3/5.

Had a quality buffalo chicken sandwich to go recently. Swapped the burger patty for a nice chicken breast and the blue cheese for Jack cheese on a brioche roll with some micro greens. Sandwich was hot, tasty, and packed well as I ate it on my drive home.

10/10. The brunch burger was literally so freaking good. It was very messy but cooked to perfection and the food egg was surprisingly really good on the burger. The palace classic burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned and juicy and delicious. The lemonade was also amazing. The fries were pretty good, nothing out of the ordinary but the mysterious sauce accompanying it was extraordinary. The restaurant feels like a kind of do it yourself restaurant but it’s really not. The atmosphere of the place is very cool.

Order your meal at the counter, and then let them know if you want to sit and eat there or have them pack it to go. If you choose to sit there, you will wait to be seated while they cook your food, but normally the wait time isn’t any longer than a few minutes (unless you have a large party). The burgers are cooked fresh, and have plenty of creative choices to choose from. I got the L.A., which is topped with an avocado spread. My mom opted for their burger of the mouth, completed with mushrooms and a glaze. I always go for the “Undecided” as the side — choice of (2) fries, onion rings, or sweet potato fries.

We stopped in for a late breakfast at Bobby’s Burger Palace, owned by Bobby Flay, at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino. It was very good. At first sight my burrito didn’t look like much laying dry on the plate, but when I opened it up I could see it was full of nice ingredients. It tasted great! And my hubs got the steel cut part and loved them. They had a little sweetness to them and just the right amount of cinnamon, cranberry and yogurt. I tasted it and really like it too. We would definitely go back here again. I also love Illy coffee so bonus! :)

Hi needed a breakfast sandwich in my life today. I was at the casino early this morning and I tried Bobby's Burger Palace. They now do breakfast. The sandwich was very good. Never had a breakfast sandwich with chips but it worked. It's served with a BBP special sauce. It was good but certainly my opinion is it works well on a burger or chicken sandwich. The service was interesting to get you food. You place your order at the counter out front. Next you seat yourself with a number card. They bring your order to the table. Then you are on your own. I was expecting red carpet treatment because it's Bobby. LOL If you've seen him on his cooking show you would understand. The ambiance put me in the mind of an old fashioned NYC F.W. Woolworths lunch counter. Most New Yorkers would get this reference. Thanks Bobby because you took me back to a good childhood memory. I'm not a burger gal so go check out Bobby's Palace it will not disappoint. The waitress Kate was exceptional. Thank God good customer service does still really exist.

I enjoy eating at the bar too but the dining area is nice too for children and large parties. You walk up and order and they give you a number for your table. Sodas/waters are available for self service at the Coca Cola freestyle machine after you receive your cups after ordering. You pick your seat in the dining area and when your order is ready the staff brings it out to you. The dining area is clean. It's moderate for noise because it is an open restaurant in the casino. The burgers are good and moderately priced for casino food. Their fries are amazing! I personally love the sweet potato fries. Fries are hand cut. I enjoy Bobby's Burger Palace when I'm at the casino. Quick bite that's affordable.

First time customer and thought it might be a very pretentious restaurant, walked by it a hundreds times and chose to visit other establishments but my guest wanted to go cause he mentioned they have a Burger with a fried egg on top with bacon so I relinquished and entered! Sat in the rear at the counter was very pleasant cause it was not full and nice and quiet! It made my dining experience with that burger and egg very tasty and pleasant! Service was pleasant! You order before you sit and they give you a number to place where you eat then another server brings your meal! All in all I can only review that burger with the egg on top!

I will continue to try this place because their good is excellent but they prove to be regularly inconsistent. Their veggie burger is huge and flavorful- unlike most other plant based options. Truly outstanding! Their grilled cheese sounds wonderful with a variety of cheeses and tomato- but this time, it was drenched in oil/butter and actually slippery to hold, and overloaded in black pepper?!?! I ate around the issues and had to discard more than half. Their beef burgers have been inconsistent as well from excellent to average at best. I tend to think it's the cooks who are creating this problem and hope it gets managed to be consistently excellent, as most items have the potential for! Highly recommend giving it a try, certainly for a vegetarian!

This is as close as you can get to a go-to when visiting mohegan sun. Pretty fast service, so even if there's a line it will move quickly. Lunch counter style, so you enjoy your meal but don't get the mistaken impression they want you to linger. Top notch food, so you get your time and money's worth. It can be loud, but it's not formal dining, so if you're coming to mohegan for an event at the arena, but forgot to arrive four hours early or make a reservation, you can be pretty sure Bobby's Burger Palace will be a very likely dining destination.

Came here before the Switchfoot concert. There was a long line but we we're seated quick I got the citrus pear, frozen margarita I also got the crunch burger with a side of fries. The burger was cooked just how I wanted. Everything was very good. Unlimited refills on soda.

Bobby's has absolutely delicious burgers (and shakes and fries), making it a perfect place for a quick bite at Mohegan Sun. Orders are taken before you are seated, and then you can choose a seat while you wait for your food to come out. In my experience, wait time was reasonable and totally worth it since our hamburgers (palace classic and brunch burger) were absolutely perfect. Burgers were cooked to the temperature we requested and everything tasted fresh and hot. Super filling, which is a plus considering relatively high casino pricing. We also had a great experience with our servers - very patient and attentive. If you're looking for something a bit quicker at Mohegan, this is a great option that still offers sit-down dining.

I like several things about Bobby's place. First quality meat and huge order of fries. I had the buffalo burger (ordered medium, arrived well done). I assume it had a blue cheese dressing of some sort on, in or over the buffalo, but whatever it was I wasn't a fan. Similarly, not a fan of the fry dipping sauce. Service was OK, and everything is made to order. The place has a casino restaurant feel, very well lit, and not really welcoming.

I got the L A burger, it comes with avocado relish, watercress, tomato, and cheese. I asked for chips on the side because I prefer to add chips to my burger for extra crunch. That's just my preference. I got fries and forgot to take a photo of it. I waited about 10 minutes for the food to come out. It was a busy Saturday night; so it wasn't too bad waiting ten minutes. I haven't ate here in so long, it still taste the same so that's a good things. Flavor is good and the burger is big I never finish it so I shared it with my mom. Will come back !

I went to a concert last night at the mohegan's sun and we had a quick bite at Bobby's Burger Palace. I had a grilled chicken la style sandwich and a fountain soda. I enjoyed my sandwich and the soda was very good.Many Choices of soda and I ended up going with cherry diet coke. My only complaint would be.The menu did not offer any healthy choices other than chicken instead of beef for your sandwich Maybe offering a Healthy option of a side order would bring more business. I know I would be happy to see that.

It's been years since I been to Bobby's Burger Palace but a late night called for a good meal to have. Food was excellent. They serve quite a few things on their menu. Burgers, salad , shakes, fries. There's no GF bun but they will serve it over greens. Service was wonderful. Food was delicious. It hit the spot! And the restaurant itself is nice, big with plenty of seating!

Let me start by saying the service here was excellent!!!! The employees were so friendly and nice. They kept asking everyone if they were okay or needed anything. They are the reason why I'm giving 3 stars. I was extremely disappointed, as a fan of Bobby and a burger fan. Here goes for food... The good... Burger meat was flavorful and the chips inside the burger stayed crispy. The fries were crispy and pretty good. Had no salt, but there was a salt shaker on the table. The Bad... The bun!!!! It was literally dry and flaky like the cheap grocery store buns. It was not toasted or buttery. As a NYer, I expected more from a fellow NYer. Bobby definitely needs to try a Shake Shack burger and switch the buns. The burger itself tasted like a frozen burger patty you get at a house bbq. The saving grace was it was seasoned nicely and cooked perfectly. I wouldn't come back.

When we're at Mohegan and we want some food we can usually get a seat at the bar. They have a burger of the month that is tasty, and prices are reasonable. A few draft beers on tap and some mixed drinks are available, and service is good for being short staffed like every other restaurant. Give it a try!

We went here two days in a row. It's just a good burger, no extra stuff just simple and good. You order first then they give you a number card that you put out on the table and they bring your order to you. Service was great burgers were delicious. The onion rings were super crispy which we love. I wanted to try the chips for fun and it was a good addition that I would add anytime there.

Went on a quick weekend casino getaway to Mohegan Sun. Wasn't expecting much, but the burgers were really good! The fries were amazing too, crispy and they give a lot. I got the LA California burger with avocado and my friends got the brunch burger with fried egg and bacon. Pleasantly surprised, was pretty delicious, a great burger!

I've been here a few times. This visit I sat at the bar. Our server was polite, yet preoccupied. I ordered the Philly burger -provolone, grilled onions, and hot peppers my guest ordered the burger of the month which I was told was excellent . We each ordered french fries both regular and sweet potatoes .One order for two is plenty!! I had a blue moon on tap and my guest had a milkshake. The burgers are always good- I asked and they don't have any craft beers Definitely wish they would reconsider changing the font on the menu, you'll need glasses to read it

I wish I could lambast this place for being an overdone, celebrity owned tourist trap, but Bobby's in Mohegan Sun is a really great spot. Steps away from the blackjack tables in the Wolf's Den so you can refuel calories as you're hemorrhaging dollars, the burgers are truly great. No pics because I have absolutely no self control and devoured it. If you're not feeling a burger, their onion rings are girthy and amazing looking and their fry sauce is absolutely top notch with just a little kick.

Simply can't beat this place for a quick and easy bite when coming to the casino. Burgers are so juicy and cooked to perfection, bonus points for get it crunchified at no cost, just adds more of an experience to your food. We also get the fries, love the sauce it comes with on the side. Simply order at the counter and take a seat and your food comes out in no time. I wonder if they got rid of the sesame seed bun or just ran out of it, have to check during r the next visit. I would love to know the secret to how they make the burgers because it's simply incredible each time!

Bobby Flay seasons the burger meat. Delicious. Wahlburgers do not and just tastes like cooked meat. Need more than just the sauces to make a hamburger. The meat needs seasoning and Flays is consistent and the best in the casino areas of CT.

For years I've watched Bobby cook on a variety of shows. He's the king of burgers, the king of big, bold flavor, the king of BBQ. So what happened? The size of the burger was good but the flavor was tame at best. Not what I had expected. The best thing was the sweet potato fries and excellent honey mustard based dipping sauce. On the "Dallas" which promises a spice crusted burger topped with coleslaw and pickles, the taste was just the pickles. The coleslaw was nearly nonexistent and without flavor. Couldn't discern any spice blend. Certainly no bold flavors. The Bobby Blue burger did have a nice crust and decent flavor from the blue cheese. I wonder if Bobby has eaten an actual burger cooked there. As to ambiance, everything In Mohegan is fist rate. For a casino burger the prices were ok but based solely on flavor and meeting expectations, the price was high. Don't know that I'll go back.

it used to be great, and then everything slowly got worse. as prices went up, everything else in quality went down. It used to be the best burger I had in my life for pretty inexpensive, now it is expensive trash that I wouldn't really recommend to anyone unless you are well off and in the casino already. Service is alright, and the atmosphere is just a casino. Used to be good food, now it's just a cash grab for the gamblers

Bobby Flay's Burger Palace still makes the best burgers on the planet. The classic burger crunchified is killer delicious, and super juicy, plus all the ingredients are fresh. The lemonade is pretty tasty too. Five stars, that's a review.

I really thought I was going to like this place despite the rating on here, but I couldn't even finish my burger.. it was SO salty. I love a good burger, and I'm disappointed to say the least. The fries were okay, but not hot. I hate to give a bad review and I never do it, but I can't rate this higher.

Conference recessed for lunch and a group of us ended up here. We almost turned away when we saw we all had to order at the cash register but it went surprisingly fast and went to find seats, cafeteria style. Figured we have to go to the kitchen window when our number was called but a waitress was soon over taking care of us. Burger -- the Palace -- was cooked medium as ordered and the garden on top was fresh and crunchy. The onion rings were killer and the Stella was iced cold. Everyone in my party was pleased. Nice job.

It's a type of place where you choose your protein, buns/bun less and your beverages. I've ordered the Brunch Burger with The undecided of onion rings and sweet potato fries. Downing it with a Pistachio Milk Shake. The Brunch Burger was good. Was it great? I have to say there wasn't anything to write home about. It was juicy, egg was cooked perfectly, meat was fresh, bacon was slightly crisp. But lacked in flavors. The undecided was huge. After eating that burger alone I could barely finish the fries and onion rings. The rings were crisp and salted generously, The fries were crisp and had 2 dipping sauce which was a plus. The Pistachio Milk shake wasn't anything special. Yes, it definitely has that rich taste of their ice cream sprinkled top with some pistachio nuts. It's more of a classic style then anything. It's basically melted vanilla ice cream with crumbled nuts on top. Overall it was a good experience. Wouldn't say it's the best burger I ever had but definitely a good one.

I love this casual dining experience. Even though you order at a counter and then choose your seats cafeteria style it has all the vibes of a normal sit down restaurant without the long wait and process. As soon as you sit down the staff immediately brings you silverware and a fresh napkin. If you get a fountain drink they have the self serve computerized Coca Cola machines with tons of lemonade, sugarless, soda and sport drink options. If you order a shake it is brought to you once it's ready. The staff is quick and efficient but keep in mind it's a low key casual experience. Yes I used the word casual again. I was able to take my super picky son here today for a Mommy and son lunch. He loves cheeseburgers and bacon so I just knew he had to try it out. Not only did he like the burger; a bacon cheeseburger plain cooked medium but he ate every single bite. When I tell you that's not like him at all that's not like him AT ALL! He enjoyed every bite and I could tell by his smile he will be happy to come here again. I personally had the sweet potato fries and a classic burger chipified. The crunch from the chips on my burger was so satisfying. The burger was cooked to perfection and mouth watering. The orders of French fries are massive and are definitely shareable. We took ours home for a late night snack. This is a quick, friendly and affordable experience. The casual setting allows for all ages to enjoy a burger, chicken sandwiches and more. We will definitely be back.

Omg! This has to be hands down the BEST burger I've ever eaten. Juicy and delicious. If you like potato chips on your burger, they have a crunch burger. Sooooooooo good! Add fries to your order and you're in heaven. Just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, I went twice and both times, I was licking my fingers. Recommend this place in Mohegan Sun highly and recommend the crunch burger!

Food was good and out fast. Exactly what I needed after a long day traveling. Aluih was an awesome server working hard and with great patience and attention to detail.

All I can say is yummy yum yum! I had the pleasure of having the vegetarian burger and sweet potato fries and it was season to perfection. The service was quick, pleasant and the ambiance was one like a burger joint but embedded in a casino. The price was extremely reasonable. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

Food is always good, service nice Sometimes I feel like they need to be more attentive, ambiance is good, not fancy yet inviting. I do wish they had a salad option. Plus, a better selection on their hard seltzers. The bartender could be a little less, "I'm a know it all "! P..S. I have not had a bad burger as of yet, Bobby knows a good burger.

Bobby burger is on of my all Time favorites at Mohegan Sun casino. Not only will you get a delicious burger exactly as you want it but it's more reasonable Than most diners. Their sweet potato fries are delicious as are their onion rings. And if you want some texture to your burger get it "crunchified" which is when they put potatoe chips on it. My favorite is the bacon blue cheese burger. They have many selections to choose from.

the burger was good, the bun was a little dry, the sweet potato fries were dried out maybe over cooked or just left over. I went there In between lunch and dinner around 3pm. i feel like the quality of food went downhill. the burger was a lot smaller than what I remember

came here to grab a quick bite before a show. Line moved quickly. This is an order and then seat yourself place. You are given a number placard to place when seated. Such a 70's vibe - counter reminiscent of old diners or long ago Dunkin Donuts counter seating. Cooked to order. Burgers tasty, standard fries. Did not care at all for onion rings- batter texture Just not appealing. Prices a tad steep-but when in casino It's unfortunately how it is. I would not make a special trip here, but do think it's a solid place to grab a quick, decent bite.

Solid burger! Great size and everything is made to order. Only reason they fall one star short is that they have some weird system that you can order beer and some mixed drinks in the resteraunt, but you have to go to the bar to order other drinks.

I've never been a big "burger person" but I really liked this burger! I took down a star because I thought the onions were too much - a bit too greasy, too much pepper. BUT again, the burgers were very good! I really liked the ambience too, I would like to visit again!

Friday evening and no line!! There is alwys a line here! Walk up, order, find a seat, and they bring you your order. This crunch burger was cooked perfectly, juicy and delicious. Fries were crispy, too!! Employees were very pleasant and everything was clean! Great spot for a quick bite. You cam even get a shake (and add a shot!)

After all these years coming to the casino, this is still my favorite! I've been getting the "fit" burger which is basically any burger on a bed of greens. Service is quick and friendly. Good selection of burgers to make anyone happy. Only tip would be to maybe order you burger a little more done than usual. I'm a "well done" but my sons medium was a little rare in my opinion. So now he orders medium well which works out good.

It pains me dearly to rate Bobby burger Palace 3 stars as I have been coming here for years and it's always 5/5. However it's starting to slip..... the main reason he's slipping..... No pickle on the side. They no longer use a sesame seed bun..... When I asked why, I was told that sesame seeds are 9th on he list of most allergic foods, so they are getting ahead of the game and switched buns. The new bun stinks and the burger is sooo much better with the sesame seed bun. Maybe give the customer the option of the new bun and a sesame seed bun. The burger was still delicious thou... just never realized how important the bun was.

This was one of the easiest places to get a meal at Mohegan Sun, plenty of room and service was great. We had the buffalo burger and the blue/bacon burger and both were great, cooked just right and plenty to eat. Yeah, if you get a soda you have to fill it yourself in the machine up front but that is pretty easy and plenty of choices. Prices were nice compared to some of the other places to eat, we'll be stopping there again next time we are at Mohegan Sun.

Great burgers, but they are just burgers and I'm guessing they use quality beef to make them, so that might be what gives them the edge? Last time we tried the burger of the month-$13.25 ea, and it did not disappoint. We also split an order of fries-$5.95. I've tried a few burgers and they all have been good so try something that fits you and you won't be disappointed. The french fries are good as well.

I recently had dinner at Bobby's Burger Palace before a concert at Mohegan Sun, and had a very nice experience! I ordered a margarita, a classic turkey burger, and an order of fries. The line was pretty long, but it moved pretty efficiently and we only had to wait about fifteen minutes to order. I then went and sat down at a long communal table while I waited for my friend to finish ordering, and the staff member tending to the table set my place up right away. My friend and I both got our drinks pretty quickly, and she got her food after a few minutes. However, I had to wait a while longer for my food even though I ordered before her. All in all, the wait wasn't terrible, and we ended up spending a reasonable amount of time there. We weren't in a rush. My burger and fries were delicious. I thought the setting was fun and aligned with Bobby Flay's personality. I would definitely come back here next time I go to Mohegan Sun!

Bobby Flay is obviously winding down his burger concept in favor of his eponymous steak house which is presently minting money in gambling dens everywhere. In that light, my lowly cheeseburger was decent but nothing about the slapshot ready sphere said master chef certified. In a blind taste test I could have been at any diner in Bayonne. It's a casino so the place was packed and should have had a high velocity turn on most of the sides. So why were my fries so lukewarm and listless? Probably because Flay is only interested in harvesting cash from an ancient namesake that won't be around in a year. Bow your heads troglodytes, a celebrity chef dwells among you... be glad for any crumbs from his table. Expensive and underwhelming. A very generous two stars.
