Merilinda was a great cashier. She was courteous, attentive, patient, and polite. Food was a disappointment. Didn’t know what to expect with the Bobby sauce. It was my first time trying a burger from here. It was ok. Burgers were very small and expensive. I paid $18 for a burger and 20oz bottled soda. No fries.

Ordered a burger and shake . Burger is good but not worth the premium price ($15) for it. It is about the same quality as a better fast food burger. Shake was good but it came out of a soft serve type of machine which i found odd

First time here. Staff knowledgeable about the menu, very helpful with choices. Service was quick. We had a Bobby Blue Bacon Burger, it was very good!

I'll preface by saying New Orleans has a considerably high total sales tax around 10% right now. Factor in casino prices, and you're looking at an expensive meal. You can use your Caesars comp or points here which is helpful. Anyhow, the service at this location is excellent. I visited a few times during my stay and interacted with various staff members. They're very kind, patient, and accomodating. I especially appreciated the free ice cold tap water which really helped on a hot day full of walking. Food is what you'd expect for a burger joint. I enjoyed my meal! Fries are huge; two people can share one order. I've been to this franchise in various states, and this particular location has the best service hands down. The food court is spacious and open seating which is nice to relax and enjoy your meal. 😊

Best veggie burger I've ever had! Super-flavorful, and juicy. Most other veggie burgers tend to be dry...but not Bobby's! Best of all, sensing that I'm trying to limit my carbs, Tracy offered to put mine in a lettuce wrap, even though it wasn't on the menu (her idea, not mine). It was absolutely perfect, as were the fries...highly recommended!

Food is very expensive, $49 for 2 bottles of water and 2 fried chicken sandwiches. No sides or anything other than that. Waited 40 minutes for our food. People who had been waiting were demanding their money back. Honestly, I can make a better fried chicken sandwich. Not a good experience. I go there to gamble, not to spend my time in an eatery.

It is bit pricey and paid for hamburger separately from the frys and beverages.. my opinion is worthy every penny. and I come back in yea doing again. I would.. but I am foodie and burger was delicious. I had no words when ate the first bite. My favorite is Guys burger come pretty close to Bobbys burgers

A bit pricey. Loved the bacon crunch burger and sweet potato fries.
