Gold-Covered Steaks From a Salt Bae Protégé Have Landed in New Orleans | Eater New Orleans

"The sixth location of Bobby Flay’s Bobby’s Burgers debuted inside the rebranded Caesars New Orleans casino as part of a celebrity-driven food hall aimed at casino patrons and visitors, opening February 10 alongside PizzaCake and other concepts." - Clair Lorell

Google
Ordered the Palace Classic Burger and onion rings. The burger came out a perfect medium temp but the onion rings were overcooked as seen in my pictures. Definitely on the pricey end. My meal was almost $28. If the onion rings are cooked properly they would be a home run for sure. Be sure to check your order to make sure you have all your items

Nelida S.

Google
This place was chaos both times we ate there. Once again, they need more people working. It took us 35 minutes to get 2 burgers and 1 fry. The line was very long. This place could use ordering kiosks, so the workers can focus on making food.

Evelyn B.

Google
I would have given you 5 stars because, the chicken sandwich tasted good. However the side of food poisoning after was not so sorry one star. Only reason you got the second one was the older man working behind the counter was super nice and very attentive. Do better Bobby Flay.

Google
Merilinda was a great cashier. She was courteous, attentive, patient, and polite. Food was a disappointment. Didn’t know what to expect with the Bobby sauce. It was my first time trying a burger from here. It was ok. Burgers were very small and expensive. I paid $18 for a burger and 20oz bottled soda. No fries.

Tomeka W.

Google
I came to this establishment for my first time. I ordered the wild mushroom burger add lettuce, tomato and pickles. I got a plain burger with NO LETTUCE NO TOMATOES NO PICKLES NO MUSHROOMS. Very disappointing. I wish I would’ve checked my order before leaving. And I left a tip for this

Russ S.

Google
What a huge disappointment. The burgers are small than a Mac Donald’s burger, meat was burnt and the service was very slow. Definitely not up to the standards for the name.

Google
i think these were the best burgers my family and i have had in a while. we got the classic & the bacon crunch burger & plain crunch burger. the bobby flay sauce is great and i recommend MEDIUM RARE BURGERS! very juicy. comfy and plenty of seating only downside is that it’s in a casino so u do need ID to get in

CN

Google
Ordered a burger and shake . Burger is good but not worth the premium price ($15) for it. It is about the same quality as a better fast food burger. Shake was good but it came out of a soft serve type of machine which i found odd

Yelp
Review #932 Posted on 9.15.25 We came here for some late night eats around 1:30 am on Saturday the 13th. It's in the food court at Ceasars in Nola. I was honestly pretty impressed they were still open that late, I ended up getting the Bobby Blue-Bacon burger & onion rings to go. This spot has a fried chicken sandwich too, as well as fries, and a bunch of choices for burgers. I believe they stay open until 2 am, the line was long st 1:30 am. Great option for a late night bite to eat.

Yelp
This chain is one of my favorite fast casual places for a burger. I've only seen it in Casinos and in Airports, but c'mon Bobby... expand to my neighborhood as your team makes one heck of a burger patty. I ordered the Nacho Burger and it was good. Did he name his cat after it? They were out of the salsa, which was the main reason I ordered it. I wish they would have told me and I would have ordered something else. I asked for some tomatoes and that was a good substitute. They open early and have breakfast burritos and brunch burgers with fried eggs on them. It was a good stop for some food at 10a when a lot of lunch places weren't open yet.

Yelp
So first let me start by saying, I LOVE BOBBY FLAY! With that being said, I was a little disappointed with Bobby's Burgers. Come on Bobby, there was just nothing to the burger! I ordered the Bobby Bleu and expected something bold, but the bun was cold and flavorless, and the burger itself seriously lacked seasoning. I asked for onions, and apparently Bobby doesn't believe in onions on burgers, because instead of fresh red onion slices, I got a pile of chopped yellow onions that belong in a tuna salad! The fries were actually good, but that's about it. Honestly, I should've just gone to Shake Shack.

Yelp
Bobby Flay's in Caesar's New Orleans seems to have a good fast casual menu selection, however, being fast casual, you never know, but there are plenty of FC restaurants around that have excellent food without a big name attached. I went to order a shake and inquired about a side item, nothing complicated. It was not busy or too late. The cashier was unfriendly, gave a half ass answer (right away...no tip). Other workers approached and between the cashiers dismissive attitude kept interrupting my order, completely rude...horrible customer service for food that is not cheap! After three attempts, I left. Gave my business with a generous tip to another vendor.

Yelp
Really good burger, fries and rings. For a famous chef place this hits the mark. Get yourself one now! Services was very good

Yelp
The burger was yummy and I did love the potato chips on it for a little extra crunch but this might be the GREASIEST burger I've ever had. I'm talking dripping wet oily grease. I was a little intoxicated at the time so I didn't mind but I don't think I could stomach it in the sober light of day. Staff was fine. They got our food out quickly and with no mistakes.
google avatar

Chelsy S.

Yelp
I was looking for a veggie option while visiting Caesars and was so happy to find that Bobby's Burgers had a veggie burger. They had a fried mushroom burger that was delicious! Their sweet potato fries were also amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was ready quickly and there were plenty of options to find seating in the food court area. Just know this food court is located inside a casino in a very large hotel (Caesars) so the ambiance can be loud with lots going on. We also walked there from where we were staying so I'm not sure about their parking situation.

Yelp
Food: 4. The burgers were good. Definitely hit the spot. Were quite pricey for a fast food venue. Ambiance: 3. It was a dining cafeteria space. Nicely decorated but a bit messy in spots. Service: it's order at the counter so not table service. I'd recommend if you want a decent burger fast.

Yelp
Located inside the casino, this is easy access if you have an id to enter the casino. I dropped in this morning for a quick breakfast and ordered a sandwich and a coffee. It was just okay for me. I didn't expect the sauce that was on the sandwich and didn't love it.

Yelp
I've been a fan of Bobby Flay for years and have eaten at several of his restaurants, most of which were very good to excellent. Unfortunately, his burger chain doesn't live up to that same standard. The concept sounds promising -- simple burgers with Bobby's signature flair -- but the execution falls short. The burgers that we had sucked to say the least : dry, under-seasoned, and lacking that fresh, craveable flavor you'd expect from something with Bobby Flay's name on it. I'm positive both burgers were cooked earlier since the cheese was still cold and didnt melt on both. The fries were forgettable and the overall experience felt more like a gas station stop than a chef-driven restaurant. Honestly, even Wendy's delivers a much better burger for the price and convenience. It's disappointing given Bobby's reputation -- you can tell there's potential here, but it's just not hitting the mark. I'd skip this one and wait for one of his sit-down spots if you want the true Bobby Flay experience. This isn't a one off or bad night since I've been to 3 different locations hoping for a better experience and they've all failed to deliver.

Yelp
There are 25 people in line and the four clueless employees are standing around. Literally one person is sort of halfheartedly sweeping the floor, one person goes back-and-forth between the register and the back room and the guy in the white jacket who must be some kind of manager, but really is doing nothing but milling around and then one other female, who is literally just standing around. I've never seen anything like this. I would've thought that Bobby would have better standards than this. I've been to this restaurant in Las Vegas several times and stopped in here just to get the onion rings, but waiting an hour to get a box of six dollar onion rings (5 rings) seems a bit extreme. What a disappointment.

Yelp
Went to Caesar's Casino Saturday and we decided to try out Bobby's Burgers. It's located in the food hall/ cafeteria. First glance at the menu we realized it was a little pricey but decided to try it out. I ordered the BBQ smokehouse burger, my friend ordered the fried chicken sandwich, and her mom ordered the limited time Buffalo burger. We did 2 orders of onion rings (since each order comes with 5), 2 lemonades, and a bottle of water(wasn't able to get a cup of water). The total for that was almost $80 which was crazy to me. We received our food and my friend noticed her chicken was really dark. We were like maybe they fried it too long, so she brought it back and they made her another one. When the second one came out it was still dark (maybe a little lighter) so we realized they must be frying it in old grease. Also they didn't make the sandwich right because it was supposed to have slaw and pickles but as you see in the picture they put lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. The onion rings were big and pretty flavorful. The smokehouse burger was okay, I think it needed more bbq sauce or something else. I added Mayo to it. The Bobby sauce was good, but you can tell it's mayo based so if you don't like Mayo you probably wouldn't like it. My friend's mom said the Buffalo Burger was good but they did not cook it to her liking. They ask if you want it medium or well done and she asked for medium but it came out well done.

Yelp
The burger was an over priced salty frozen patty. The previous burger spot in the Casino was 10xs better.

Gina M.

Yelp
SLOW!!! We waited 30 minutes for two burgers and 1 fry. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!! They only have one person taking orders and there is a long line and he must be doing the cooking too because it is just way too slow. What a disappointment!!! if we had not already paid, and it is not cheap, we would walk away!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Located in the Caesar's Palace food court. A great place to grab a late-night burger. Cooked fresh to order. There was always a line when I was there, but it moves quickly.
google avatar

Yelp
This is an overpriced McDonald's. I'm so disappointed. I was completely underwhelmed. I am a huge Bobby Flay fan, my husband and I watch him on Food Network all of the time so this was a huge treat for us. I was expecting something that would be too the level of an iron chef, something that would be more than a walk up menu, place your order and have them call my name when it's ready. And the price we paid was most definitely just for his name. My husband makes better burgers at home on the grill. The Bobby sauce was the only thing that I can't get at home, but it was not worth the price. My advice, stay at home and grill your burgers. If you want to eat at your favorite chefs restaurant, pick a different one than this.
google avatar

fugi c.

Yelp
This place is overrated, took forever to get our food and the fries where very salty.
google avatar

Sara M.

Yelp
Here's the deal. Yes, this place is pricey. It's a casino eatery, so that's to be expected. But I gotta say, they deliver a mean burger & onion rings. We ordered the BBQ Smokehouse Burger & Buttermilk Onion Rings. Both were incredibly tasty, fresh, & well-made. The burger's BBQ sauce had a nice kick. I slathered extra on it. The onion rings' breading was super crunchy & perfectly salty, both attributes of a perfect onion ring. The only hiccup was a mix-up with our order & another customer's. But I'd return here in a heartbeat if I have a burger craving. Oh, & I want to try that pistachio milkshake next time! Way to go Bobby!

Yelp
We visited this burger joint inside Harrah's New Orleans in a food court. We weren't super hungry but wanted a snack so we split a Crunchburger and Onion Rings. The Crunchburger is a cheeseburger with potato chips and a special sauce. The burger meat seemed processed - it was too perfectly formed. I liked the melted cheese and the potato chips added a nice crunch. The onion rings had a nice buttermilk breading but way too much pepper. Overall, the food is way overpriced for what you get.
google avatar

Samantha L.

Yelp
Very first time having Bobby's while me and my love experienced the casino for the first time aswell , we ordered 2 burgers, 2 drinks and a fry to split. This costed us $45. $45 for a burger meal for 2 people is expensive and I'll admit when I found out you have to order everything separately, I was a tab bit annoyed. The worker taking our order did not explain anything to us even when mentioned that it was our first time there. Needless to say, got the meals anyway and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had! I will definitely be back to have another one of Bobby's burgers. Only rating this a 4 because of the prices, having to order everything separately and the lack of enthusiasm and experience from the worker taking our order.
google avatar

Uriia H.

Yelp
I think this is a nice addition to Harrahs and much better than the Fuddruckers that was in there before. I had a burger with blue cheese and it was really good. On a separate occasion I tried the veggie burger it was surprisingly delicious. It had a crunchy fried exterior which added a different take on a burger. The seating area is nice and comfy. Cashier was friendly and efficient. My only grip is the cost. I know it's a burger joint in a casino but it's a little pricey.
google avatar

Kathleen K.

Yelp
There are a lot of better options nearby. Everything went awry from the beginning. I ordered a veggie burger, no sauce, and cheese fries. The cashier rang it up as a veggie blue (which I didn't notice until I received my food), had me spell my name 5 times (Kathleen) and then didn't give me my change. That should have been a clue in itself. The veggie burger was very thin and not very good. I only ordered it because the hamburgers are medium or well only. The cheese fries were excellent. My husband went to the Lucky Dog cart in the casino and that would have been a better option.
google avatar

Jamie C.

Yelp
Bobby's burgers was delicious! Faiza was so kind and attentive. Great location and great first visit!
google avatar

Kimberly J.

Yelp
This place is pretty bad. I would recommend just leaving Harrah's for food and going to a nearby spot like shake shack or crescent city brewhouse. For both the price and food quality, you could do a lot better than Bobby's. We tried a burger, the chicken sandwich, fries and some Pepsi (super anti southern drink selection). The burger was fine but not great and $14 on its own. The chicken sandwich is the worst I've had. The chicken, slaw and sauce were bland in flavor. The chicken was covered in a hard crusty cornmeal batter than was way over cooked and just fell apart. They're using pretty low quality chicken patties and for $15 on its own, it's just not worth the effort. Fries and the smallest drink cup ever were $5 each. I gave two stars because the fries were hot and pretty good. If you're starving and desperate, just get some fries and skip the burgers and chicken sandwich. Or grab a pizza next door.

Yelp
My family stayed at Harrahs Hotel for the weekend. Early morning, we decided to order to this restaurant. Past 2 hours, no status on our order. I called the room service, but no one is answering even the hotel services. So instead i called the hotel operator so they can directly connect me to the restaurant. I spoke with Jose and explain the issue. Its really sad that after 2 hours of waiting, he told me he just received our order and he will expedite it. Honestly, the food is great but their service is sucks. Friendly advise, go to another restaurant with good room service.

Yelp
The renovations at harrah's New Orleans are so impressive!! The food court is awesome. It has a few options and we decided on the Bobby's Burger. The crunch burger was delicious and perfectly cooked. I split the burger with another person and a side of onion rings and it was the perfect amount of food for dinner. Great & fast option while at the casino!

Sean T.

Yelp
The wife and i had ordered some burgers and a fried chicken sandwich to go. We got back to the hotel and unpacked everything and started chopping down. About two bites in the wife asks me "is this a hair?" I take a look and there are a few small tiny hairs at the bottom of the container. The one large one i found i had moved to see if it was indeed a hair and it was. No idea how many were stuck to the bottom of the bun. I then checked my burger container and it seemed ok and then i checked the chicken container and it had a single one. I almost thought it was dill. But it was not. It looks like someone had shaved and didnt take a shower and then decided to scratch their face or something. Wished i had seen this before i left. Fries were good but i couldnt eat them without checking every single side of the fry

Bob R.

Yelp
I'm fine with paying $15 for a mediocre burger. But $6 for 5 onion rings? Nope. Hope they give more than 5 French fries for $5.
google avatar

RedNeck G.

Yelp
I went to this place twice thinking the second time might be better after a disappointing first impression but Bobby Flay would be ashamed to have his name on it if he visited this place. It's in a busy casino so you think it would be staffed to accommodate but it wasn't we ha a longer than usual wait for fast food burgers and in that time we noticed that EVERY order had an issue either wrong item or something missing ours was no exception when it was finally ready. In addition the mixers/blenders were not working so shakes were poorly mixed. I was told they were open a year or so. you would think that equipment would be operational. The counters, tables and seating area were all dirty.
google avatar

Nick G.

Yelp
Located inside of Harrahs casino in New Orleans. They are slowly transitioning to Caesar's Palace. I've been to the Bobby's burgers in Las Vegas. And this is exactly just like the one in Vegas. I ordered the burger with chips and bacon inside of the burger. Very tasty as always. Highly recommend stopping here for a quick bite to eat.
google avatar

Mimi C.

Yelp
We stayed at the Marriott and decided to wander over to Harrah's to play. We came across the food hall so we decided to grab a quick bite. We decided on burgers. The server was nice and the meal came out relatively quick. Upon receipt of our order, we noticed that she made a mistake but we were hungry so we didn't care. We ordered the brunch burger but we got the crunch burger, chicken sandwich, sweet potato fries, and sweet tea. Both burgers were dripping watery liquids. We've never experienced that before. Disappointingly, It didn't taste great. The sweet potato fries were alright and we found out that the fountain drinks had free refills. Overall, the food tasting experience wasn't good. It wasn't worth the calories, so naturally, I wouldn't come back here.
google avatar

Alyssa Y.

Yelp
Out late one night was surprised at how little was still open on a Saturday. We ducked into Harrah's hoping that the food court would have some options but even there the only place open was Bobby's Burgers. I just wanted a snack and the cheese fries seemed like the perfect option. Portion size was good but the actual fries were completely disappointing. There is another photo in the reviews that looked exactly like what we got and I wish I would've seen it before we ordered. Based on the time we had to wait, I would've assumed that they were made fresh, which they may have been, but the resulting item was soggy fries doused with a cheese sauce. The only thing going for them was that they were hot. If Bobby was competing in cheese fries in Beat Bobby Flay, I think literally anyone in the world could do better. Don't add to a possible night of bad decisions by making another one with these cheese fries.
google avatar

Peter S.

Yelp
The food was good and the service was great. The price was fair (remember you are eating in a casino)

Lilly A.

Yelp
I am not a burger person but this place had me wanting to order another Nacho Burger because it was so delicious but I was too full! The service was great and the cashier was very sweet which is just a cherry on top! Definitely a must try. The burger has my mouth watering as I write the review
google avatar

Anthony T.

Yelp
The burger isn't too bad but the tomato's on the burger is horrible and the meat is a patty. It's getting a 3 because of the s Service and the flavor of the patty is really good. Grilled-wood fire would improve it greatly
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
We got the Nacho and BBQ Bacon Burgers. Both were really good and the sweet potato fries are also tasty. They are pretty expensive but overall good.
google avatar

Jason S.

Yelp
This is a great place to eat if your hungry for a burger in the casino. The ambiance was ok. I wasn't as nice as I thought it would be considering the higher prices that you pay. I know there is a lot of construction happening at the casino now and I hope they revamp the dinning area. Again, if your paying those kind of prices for the food I would expect a higher end seating experience. I had the potato chip burger and it was great. Full of flavor and had the crunchy chips inside. The service was great. The employees are very friendly. My order came quickly and it was exactly what I wanted.

Joe S.

Yelp
$45 for 2 burgers and 2 waters and it was awful. The only thing was was the attitude and service. Overcooked fatty burgers, ever hear of fresh topping??
google avatar

Jamie H.

Yelp
Bobby's Burgers is a yummy lunch option inside of Harrah's Casino. We went there for lunch during a conference. I'm t was close, fast, and delicious.
google avatar

Walt C.

Yelp
Service was good, very friendly. Ambiance, it is what it is, a burger joint in a Casino. Bobby's blu burger was good. Fries were a little lack luster...no seasoning. 6/10 There are definitely better options near by.
google avatar

Chrisden T.

Yelp
The burgers where good but complicated! And the service was good. But lacks listening skills when trying to place an order. Had to repeat it four times. It was located inside the Harrah's Casino at the food court. Along was other things.

Christopher B.

Yelp
Using the Ceasar's Eats app was a complete nightmare, but Jazzy Melinda working behind the scenes truly saved the day. The food itself was fresh and tasted absolutely delicious. The BBQ smokehouse burger was good sized, packed full of cheese and flavor, and had nice substantial pieces of bacon inside. Even the strawberry shake tasted liked it had real strawberries in it. Outstanding.
google avatar

Simon B.

Yelp
Truly one of the worst burgers I've had in years. Product arrived hot and fast. Crew was working hard. Can't save the half assed product and high prices, though. Extraordinarily awful product, even for a late night bite at the casino.
google avatar

Kevin G.

Yelp
Ordered a dark chocolate shake, for $10 I got watery chocolate milk. Maybe they forgot the ice cream?

Peter N.

Yelp
I needed a nosh. Penultimate food option (Lucky Dog never closes) given the hour, so I gave it a try. What caught my eye was the BUTTERMILK ONION RINGS. A bit pricey, but you're in that kind of environment (the ATM fee is $8 so....), so enjoy. There was one cook and one counter person. Took a few minutes. Cooked my rings from scratch. Absolutely delicious. Everything was just right. Perfectly cooked through. Batter was perfectly crispy. Onion was cooked through and a touch gooey. Great texture contrast. The oil in the fryalator had to be fresh and never mistreated, the fat and temp was spot on. Just the right amount of salt. And the acid from the buttermilk just right. With Bobby's Sauce (a chipotle based sauce), or without, it was a grand slam. Service was self, but the counter / cooking was fine. Ambiance: Food court, clean, modern, comfortable, and centrally located. Again, you are paying for convenience while gaming, but the food-based on just the side-is a sure bet! Enjoy!

Paul D.

Yelp
Bobby Flay saves Christmas! After a disappointing meal at Emeril's Brasserie, this restaurant afforded much better food quality and pricing for great food and desserts. And the staff was friendly and pleasant

Debra W.

Yelp
The food court is clean and large and comfortable. The service was friendly and quick. The food was quick- a crunch burger and French fries. The quality is fast food level, good enough for check the box but nothing I would go out of my way for.
google avatar

Helen M.

Yelp
Just not good. We tried the blue cheese burger medium. Mine came out rare also had to scrape off the blue cheese sauce too strong of a flavor.

Cathie K.

Yelp
The burgers are pretty good, but this time I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was the worst I've ever had. The piece of chicken looked like a big nugget with a very dark, dry batter. It barely covered the center of the bun. The batter fell off when I was trying to see if there was a way to flatten the chicken. The sauce/ slaw had no flavor. The bacon cheese fries though were very good. We eat fairly regularly at the Bobby's burger here in Vegas, but always stick with burgers. This time in New Orleans there weren't a lot of choices to use our food credits and I was tired of burgers, but won't make that mistake again.
