I had the avocado Benny and my husband had the burger and fries, and we absolutely loved it! I thought the potato’s were absolutely amazing.

Walked into an empty BobCats at 11:15 on a Friday morning hoping for the brunch I had there a year ago. I asked about the Bloody Mary mix, didn’t recognize what my server was trying to explain but opted to try a bloody mary anyways. That was a mistake. He seemingly put effort into what was, inevitably, a failed cocktail. I couldn’t drink more than two sips. Despite not having the brunch menu received, I ordered the Spicy Chicken Bowl for lunch which includes barbecue chicken, bacon, rice, pico, edamame and corn. What I received was a bowl with everything above, but completely smothered and soaked in barbecue sauce. Presentation? Underwhelming. First Bite? Bleck. Way too much sauce and not very hot. I searched for drier bites, I tried to avoid the saucy parts but the intense yet, ironically, not spicy barbecue sauce permeated the entire bowl. I was very let down. How do you tell a server that you do not want to consume and quite honestly HATE both things that you ordered without sounding like a jerk? You don’t. I said it was ok and asked for a box and the tab, left the whole bloody mary and tipped nonetheless because none of this was my servers fault. I will be very reluctant to go back. Atmosphere scoring low because MGMT was blasting on the speakers and it’s hard to vibe with that before noon in an empty room with very disappointing food and drink.

Brunch with friends. Drinks were great our server was awesome. Food was good and they did well with modifications made on the meals.

Food was really good. We went there after pottery class for a birthday dinner.

I froze when eating here, AC was too high. Our wait person was great but the food was 'hit-or-miss'. Last time for BB. Might come back for booze but not primarily for food.

Google
Fantastic food and great portions! Brian did an excellent job recommending meals for us to consider and serving us. It was a beautiful day so we sat on the patio which was a fun atmosphere. I only have two complaints…we waited about 5 minutes after we were seated before anyone greeted us and it wasn’t very busy. Also, there were at least 10 bees hovering around us and our food as well as the table next to us. It was annoying and definitely disrupted our meal. I would recommend setting up bee traps on the patio to prevent this from happening. All said and done, I would definitely go back!

Google
5 stars are unusual for me but I feel they deserved it. The original burger with egg and fresh jalapeños was excellent. The golden sprinkled chicken wings were good. Staff was attentive and friendly. Child friendly. Drink bar was good and i love the one star google review shirts

Google
living in downriver for nearly half of my life, i was super excited to try this place because of how good the reviews are and what i have been told , unfortunately this is not what i recieved. We initially picked this place due to friends being out of state whom are vegan and this place had enough variety for them. Upon going into the restaurant we were greeted with a very judgemental look from our waitress's, i shrugged it off due to me believing i could of misinterpreted it but i don't think i did ): We asked for patio and we were seated in patio which was no problem, she accommodated to our seats but once we sat down the whole vibe changed. Any question we asked would sound like she was very annoyed by it. she came to our table a total of one time, and that was just bringing out our food. we literally had to go back inside to request our bill because she never came outside after that, during ordering I requested split checks upon my friend and her partner and my girlfriend and i. When she did come outside after letting inside know we needed the checks, i was pouring my drink into a to-go cup with my hand slightly raised and she genuinely shoved the entire clipboard under my arm to pass to my girlfriend, my own bill slammed in front of me and was regularly handed my friend and their partner their own bill. Why my girlfriend and i got separate checks and greeted with rudeness was really confusing as we genuinely try to be great guest anywhere we are. For a place being lgbt friendly it didn't feel so friendly. food was 4.5/10, portions were a bit small for price but not my biggest complaint. I dont normally write reviews but i was not the happiest with my service. I believe this place could be great for what people explain but unfortunately that was not for my group :).

Yelp
I really enjoyed this spot with its millennial boho chic style and tater tot dish focuses. The waitress Kate was great also. I ordered the purple rain which was like an alcoholic electric blue lemonade. My wife had the rhubarb twist which was a show stopper with the sour dryness of a rhubarb pie in a drink. Ordered the naan club which the naan shouldn't make that much of a difference but between that and the chipotle aioli, it put a fresh spin on the classic club sandwich. It had a generous amount of bacon, to compliment the crispy ham and turkey and came with a healthy amount of tots to give you that full feeling walking away from the table. Very delicious. 5/5 would recommend to my fellow tot lover for a new spin on a classic set of dishes.

Yelp
This place was awesome, we came here for brunch and wanted a spot to eat, Wyandotte always has really good food and interesting things to do so we decided to go here to eat and have a drink, we got outside seating because it was nice out and the vibe outside was cool, it wasn't loud but it didn't feel like you were in a library either, the patio seating area could be better because they have couches for seating and when you sit in the couch it literally makes you want to pass out and go to sleep cause they really sink in, I am 5'11" and when I sat on the couch the table was eye level to me so there was no way I would have eaten my food. I switched to the patio chair afterwards but if you're gonna sit in the couch, be prepared to take a nap or at least be 7 ft tall to eat there. So we ordered drinks and brunch. For my drink I ordered "The Bonnie" which was Firefly Moonshine, Amador Bourbon, Blackberry Simple Syrup and lemon Juice. It was very good for a mid morning early afternoon drink. I then ordered tacos because realistically I order tacos when I see them on a menu, so I ordered the breakfast tacos which had scrambled eggs, carnitas, pepper jack, habanero sour cream, salsa rojo, house potatoes and cilantro. They were very delicious and it comes with 3 of them and your house potatoes on the side. These were VERY delicious, the tortilla was nice and soft, the cheese was melted throughout the taco, and all the ingredients were fresh and just outright perfect, it wasn't spicy at all so don't think the habanero sour cream was too spicy cause it isn't. They were perfect. For a nice brunch and a drink this was a perfect spot. You must come here and try these tacos. PHENOMENAL!!!

Yelp
Having visited this location many times over the past few years we have noticed how the quality of the service has rapidly declined and the attention to details is not good. Sadly yesterday's visit may be our last as nearly every aspect had issues. With the nice weather we chose to sit outside and the table they sat us at was slanted and the seating was much lower than it should have been, with one side of the table being at mid-chest level. (I believe there are eight tables outside, five of which had guests at them already) We waited about 10 minutes before we were greeted by our server and asked which beverages we would like. Our beverages arrived shortly after, at which point we ordered our lunches. Fish tacos with tater tots and a Naan Club sandwich with the side of tots were our choices. We are aware how fresh the food is prepared for each order so we were patient with the nearly 25 minute wait for our food to arrive. As soon as it was set down, we noticed the club sandwich was not made with the ingredients we requested (substitute iceberg lettuce for Romaine due to an allergy and aïoli on the side). The server believed the shredded lettuce was Romaine but would check with the kitchen. How could she not know the difference between the two lettuces? When she returned, she confirmed the sandwich had iceberg lettuce and they were preparing a new one, a process which took another 15 minutes! When the new sandwich arrived, we requested refills, our second time requesting. We were not offered a discount, free product or coupon for a future visit. The server was polite but needs to be trained to review that orders are accurate prior to bringing them to the table. The feedback is as tables opened up, they were not cleared so we sat with four tables around us

Yelp
This place is very eclectic. I sat on a couch and had my meal on their out door covered patio. Brian, my server was amazing. He checked in just enough and offered wonderful suggestions that all turned out great. I had the spicy vegan hash. It wasn't overly spicy. The flavor was good. The vegan cobbler for dessert was also good. The 75 was refreshing.

Yelp
Probably one of the cutest Bobcat locations! The patio is amazing year-round. If you're lucky, you can park across the street for free, or keep driving and park near the ice arena instead. This location tends to lean more "family friendly" because that's just the type of town Wyandotte is. I prefer a more "bar" setting but it's definitely toned down here. For that, Bonnie's in Corktown is my favorite and will always have a place in my heart! But this location brings the BB spirit regardless. The menu is new American... loaded tots, burgz, rice bowls and a few standard dishes. You'll find a fun spin on old classics, which is one of my favorite things about BB! The lunchy brunch menu is off the chain, and their mimosa and bloody Mary bar is famous for a reason. Hint: I order a "bloody Mary" then make myself a badass screwdriver with OJ, pineapple juice and a few pieces of fruit. Though I do not recommend ordering a mimosa then use the bloody Mary bar offerings :P This is a great spot for lunch, brunch or dinner. Special shout-out to their incredible beer selection and inventive house cocktails.

Yelp
Went for a work luncheon. I ordered the Birria Melt with onion rings and we ordered loaded tots for the table. The Birria Melt was good, but if it had been served with the consommé that normally accompanies birria, it would have made this exceptional, as is I don't think I would order again. The onion rings were good and the loaded tots were also good. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant. Very welcoming, stack of games you and your group can grab and play. Nice outdoor patio area. Will definitely go back and try other items.

Yelp
This was a risk for us as a group of 3. It was hard to understand the name it I trust in the yelp group. You all delivered on the experience. The food was very tasty and perfectly portioned. The wait staff was great and walked us around the menu. They call them large plates but they do come in a skillet. Corn queso was a hit and extremely tasteful Brussel sprouts- they are great and the honey/heat sauce was spot on. The spicy BBQ and rice was amazing and plenty enough.

Lori C.

Yelp
We came in on an early Saturday evening. We had great food! I recommend the brussels sprouts shareable. And Brian as our server was FANTASTIC! So kind and great service! Highly Recommend!!

Bianca C.

Yelp
This place offered a solid brunch option. This is my 1st time here but my cousin who I had lunch with has visited here before. FYI, on Saturday and Sunday, according to the menu, there's a brief time where they close for 30 minutes to flip from the brunch menu to dinner menu. Between our party, we had the chicken wings, chicken and waffle sandwich, potato hash, pancakes, kids quesadilla and kids chicken tenders. I enjoyed the flavor of my wings but there was a weird doughy texture to the batter which was off putting. Of all of the food, I think we generally enjoyed the wings the best and the other options were so-so. I did like the mimosa/Bloody Mary bar which had different juices to choose from and toppings such as cut up fruit for the mimosas and pickles, olives, jalapeños, blue cheese etc for the Bloody Mary. Our server was friendly and attentive.

Eileen G.

Yelp
Went out after work to celebrate a birthday and they were very accommodating for our party, allowing us to bring a cake also! The timing worked with 1/2 off "Shareable's" (+ 1/2 portion) and I tried: cauliflower bites- crispy (overcooked?) and the sweet spicy dipping sauce was okay, vegetarian potstickers- also okay- steamed so they were really soft and kind of bland in flavor, except for the sweet sauce garnished with black and white sesame seeds. I had anticipated more savory flavors so you may enjoy it more than I did. The pretzels were really good! 4 sticks that you could easily share, warm, soft inside and nice crust chew. 2 sauces: a bar cheese type and light horseradish/ mustard combo with neither overpowering the other. I also sampled the spinach dip with corn chips and it was delicious! Lighter chips but sturdy to scoop without breaking. They also had happy hour drinks but they were not my thing: fruity versions of mojitos, apple pie martini and a lot more. I went for a Kentucky Mule instead and they were "juicy" aka: a good pour. Our primary server, Jodie, was very good: attentive (to our party of 15+ and other diners/ guests), friendly and professional. The other staff were very friendly and helpful with delivering drinks, food in a timely manner, in addition to providing us with clean forks/ small plates when we were ready for cake. My dining experience was limited this time but the food being delivered to others looked fabulous. It's a great atmosphere for casual dining, smaller enclosed booths which seat 6-7 people if you wanted a little privacy or intimate atmosphere. Outdoor seating on a covered patio with seating for at least 40-50, on quick glance. It's an accessible restaurant with plenty of space to get around, patio may be tricky depending on number of patrons but the staff is very willing to help you have a great time and experience there. Clean and tidy, I did not use facilities so no comments. Noise level was low for a large space and prices $$-$$$ depending on what you order. I would recommend BB's for an enjoyable , fun and relaxing time!

Brianna C.

Yelp
This place is super fun! It has a great, fresh, young vibe to the restaurant. It's great for big or small groups, or if you wanna go solo. My friends and I attended on a weekend for brunch, the restaurant was packed, but we didn't wait long. Brunch runs later than most places, it ends at 3:00pm and then they close the kitchen for 30 minutes to switch over to the lunch/dinner menu. This is great because I can sleep in and still get a chance to grab a great breakfast. The cocktails and mimosa are amazing, and the cereal shots are fun and a must try if you visit!

Ted W.

Yelp
This place is a good to go to for a Sunday brunch or a Saturday evening for dinner. My wife and I have had both. Tonight we had dinner. We ordered spinach dip with homemade chips for an appetizer. The chips were warm and the dip was hot & freshly made. I ordered the fish and chips as they sold out of the shrimp pasta. My wife ordered the Naan Turkey Club sandwich. Lots of meat. So, be ready. We ordered a few mix drinks. And was waited by Kate. She's been an awesome waitress! Says she's been there for four years. She's very knowledgeable about how things works and gave us friendly service. We'll come back again and again.

Jacqueline F.

Yelp
Came here on trivia night and realized I am not as smart as I thought I was! My server was really nice. I wasn't sure if I wanted a drink other than water, but I was convinced to look again and decided on the red sangria. My server suggested swapping the red wine with moscato and it was delicious. I was craving pasta so I ordered the salmon pasta. The salmon was crusted and mixed well into the pasta. Good food and good service. Would recommend!

Austin G.

Yelp
Bonnie's Breakfast Plate hit the spot for brunch! Cool atmosphere and great service! Also tried the biscuits and gravy and they were some of the best I've ever had.

Trisha O.

Yelp
They have the best brunch and mimosa/Bloody Mary bar great food, yummy drinks and the staff has always treated me and whoever I came with great!

Melissa Z.

Yelp
I had the chicken avo sandwich & chicken chili, my son had the waffle, and my niece had the fish & chips. All were SOOO good. I think not was honestly the best sandwich I've had in quite some time. Service was awesome and we really enjoyed everything.

Bruce C.

Yelp
Stopped in on Wednesday (Trivia Night) for dinner. Nice decor and very roomy inside. My wife and I split a classic burger and simple salad. We upgraded the side to the loaded tots. Everything was good. The salad greens were very fresh and plenty for two people. The burger and tots were both good.

Emma T.

Yelp
A great place to get brunch! The food was amazing! I got the kale salad, which was GREAT, and I overheard someone saying that the bacon was perfect there, perfectly crispy. Service was great as well, staff is very accommodating and friendly! I would like to point out the decor as well. Decorated for Christmas right now and it's SO CUTE!! I sat outside in the heated patio area, it was so cozy and is exactly what I think of when I think of a brunch place. They have couches to sit on which are extremely comfortable. Overall, 10/10 place! I will definitely be returning!

Kitty K.

Yelp
We finally made it to Bobcat Bonnie's! We have attempted to dine here numerous times, but it is so popular the wait times were longer than the insatiable hunger pangs we needed to fulfill. :) Bobcat Bonnie's is a local restaurant, with various locations expanding throughout the years. It is a perfect spot for a boozy brunch, to grab a lunch with the office, date night, with the family, or out with a group of friends. The staff was friendly and inviting. We arrived to Bonnie's with a party of six. Everyone enjoyed their time here, and we left all smiles. The cocktails were tasty, the appetizers were delicious (we had to order another brussel sprout- it was THAT good!) & the dinners lived up to the drinks and appetizers! They were equally delicious. We will totally be back to Bobcat Bonnie's.

Brian N.

Yelp
We were visiting from out of town and my daughter scouted this place out and really glad she did as I'm sure we'll go back. Our family has a number of food allergies that were easily navigated. We had three different burgers and they were all very good with a variety of fun topping. Tater tots seem to be a whole thing here and they were very good. Randomly we saw this exact place featured on a Food Network show yesterday and they featured a lot of "tot based" dishes and now I kinda want to try the tot nachos.... It's a cool place inside - kind of dark with a lot of little private areas. Service was great as well

Donna C.

Yelp
This just gets better. Now the owner wants me to contact the VP of Bobcat Bonnies. She can't even forward complaints!‍‍

Annette F.

Yelp
The service was great but my brunch was disappointing. I got the breakfast tacos and they were just ok. They had plenty of meat, but almost no eggs. Not what I would expect in a breakfast taco. The potatoes were pretty dry and flavorless. The glass for the Bloody Mary was half the size of the ones I've had previously there. Disappointing!

Wendy G.

Yelp
Great waitstaff! Fun atmosphere and good food!!! Best brunch in town also! Love this place!

Danielle A.

Yelp
There is nothing more disappointing than when classic menu items are changed or completely taken off the menu... I've been ordering Bonnie's smothered potatoes forever, praised for its affordability at $7 ($9 if you add eggs), they were actually smothered in cheese, sour cream, green onions. Amazing simple dish. Today I found they have over doubled in price sitting at $16 and have somehow the quality has suffered... they added a choice of chicken or carnitas to justify this price change I'm guessing, but it did not improve the dish. There's still the extra charge to add eggs too. It wasn't nearly as smothered as it once was. And definitely not worth such a steep price change. We also ordered the cinnamon roll, another ooey-gooey staple that we regularly ordered that sat around $6. Whatever we received to day was nothing like it used to be, definitely no longer homemade, and barely matched the menu. It wasn't even a cinnamon roll, but something more like 2 thin scones or biscuits. It was so dry and definitely not enough icing to help the situation... now priced at double for $12 and no where near the quality. I totally understand raising prices, that's just how it goes these days. But you have to make sure the quality of your original menu item doesn't suffer, which seems to be the case here. I'd happily pay $12 for the old cinnamon roll. This was such a bummer...

Karissa K.

Yelp
Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, yummy food and drinks. Check out their daily specials and weekly events (:

Daniel C.

Yelp
Food is always good and living around the corner, it's our go-to. The staff is attentive and after only a couple of visits knew us and what drinks we order.

Kristine U.

Yelp
I met my BFF here for dinner last week and we had a good time! Service was good, and we each had the Mango Cart beer on special. It was fruity and refreshing. I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos with a side of onion rings. The tacos were amazing, I would definitely order those again, but the onion rings were terrible. The coating was soggy and the onion was barely cooked. I should've sent them back. My BFF had the chickpea salad sandwich and she loved it. I'm looking forward to returning to try other menu options.

Loletha B.

Yelp
Every visit it never disappoints. All their meals are so flavorful! The fried goat cheese was different but I enjoyed. I always get the mushroom melt because I love a sandwich I can dip.

Mary W.

Yelp
We always have a great time here!! The food and atmosphere are both perfect, and the service is speedy!

Art K.

Yelp
We visited this establishment during the 2023 Wyandotte Street Art Fair. Stopped in for a couple drinks and had their hot wings--fantastic! Will stop again just to ordered the wings and relax on their patio. The service was outstanding and very friendly.

Carrie P.

Yelp
Not bad for a dive place. A Decent vib and feel to it. Not my kind of place but I did have a decent time

Gypsy C.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my lunch and the atmosphere. The server was attentive and friendly. They have a patio. I'll be back!

Denise L.

Yelp
Met friends here for dinner last night. Decided to sit on the patio since it was quieter. The couches and chairs are too low for the tables ... I saw another woman take a pillow from the back of the couch to sit on. We ordered a couple appetizers, the Brussels sprouts were good, the goat cheese was skimpy and the naan bread was just two small triangles. Ordered the fish tacos ... which came with a hair on top. The waiter took it back, however at that point I had lost my appetite. There was nothing taken off my bill. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the unique drinks and the waiter was attentive.

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Chill place, good music selection with outside seating. We went around noon during brunch. Service was good.

Justin B.

Yelp
Great specials happy times and also prices are out of this world acceptable and appreciated

Steve S.

Yelp
We had lunch brunch at noon. Busy place . Food was good with fast service. Friendly staff.

Brenda M.

Yelp
Brunch is what we had, skillets were cold. We were a party of 7. Our server was good, I did feel pressured to order.

Michele O.

Yelp
Loved the food. Went for brunch and had one of the vegetarian options with the Bloody Mary bar. Service was good. Would recommend.

Kourtney A.

Yelp
My first time here, the place is very open and has a lot of what looks like plywood as the walls? It was definitely different than what I expected. They did have a mimosa bar which looked fun but I was driving so I couldn't indulge in that unfortunately. We were there in the afternoon on a weekend and the menu was only brunch, overly priced brunch at that. I got a skillet and it was probably the worst skillet of my life. The was so incredibly salty idk how I didn't have a heart attack upon eating it, I couldn't even finish half of it bc it was so salty. Seems like it would be a fun place to hangout for just drinks bc that food was not it. The bartender wasn't very friendly either

Hiam H.

Yelp
It's been a while since I've had bobcat Bonnie's. Pre- Covid+. They've remodeled the restaurant and it looks pretty. I will say I miss the rustic feel it had previously. The random coffee bar area and the kimchi Tatar tots! However, the food is still A1! I had the shrimp tacos, and they were INCREDIBLE!

Magdalina P.

Yelp
My favorite place for Brunch with Mimosa! The place is clean and I love the outdoor seating on sunny summer days! All the staff is friendly and Attended.

Caden S.

Yelp
Food was very bland and incredibly overpriced, the service was ok, the owner was very rude. Won't be coming back ever

Lizzi L.

Yelp
came for my 21st birthday brunch and ISABELLA was amazing!!!! she was so attentive and helpful! i loved her she needs a raise!!!! will 10000000% come back!

Chad R.

Yelp
I think the food was bland and dry. the chicken was cold. the food took 57 min to come out. my fiancé had to sit and watch everyone else eat. Her food came out 20 min later. The service was terrible. Didn't see our waitress for 20 min at a time DO NOT GO HERE

Lori F.

Yelp
The new patio is awesome AND they have really good non alcohol beverage options Also great vegan options as well Our server was fantastic Friendly & efficient We will most definitely be back

Chris D.

Yelp
I wish I could give a review about the food but me and my family got up and walked out after being ignored for 20 plus mins. Rude and unprofessional staff, benches were very uncomfortable to sit on, cramped and claustrophobic booths. Menu didn't look very promising either. Definitely will never give this place a second chance.

Asshole A F.

Yelp
Not as good as the Corktown location. Menu is limited and unaccommodating. Wait 30 minutes for a waffle only for it to be stone cold. A regular Belgian waffle made from a box mix shouldn't be more than $9.00. And drinks shouldn't be filled to the brim with ice and so there is very little liquid in it especially when there are no free refills on non-alcoholic drinks. I wouldn't waste my time coming back to this location.

Patrick M.

Yelp
Their menus are different per location. This one does not have the meat loaf. I ordered their steak naan wrap. It was alright not very large. My friend ordered the BBQ cheese Burger, I forget the name they call it here. It was very underwhelming. Service only came by to take order and drop off check. The chairs (all 4 at our table) were very sketchy to sit on. They need to be tightened or replaced.

Sharon P.

Yelp
Came in for brunch, food and staff were amazing, large selection at the Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar.
