Bobo by The Stay

Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. This place is a complete disaster when it comes to hospitality. We stopped by with the simple intention of grabbing a quick bite and a drink before continuing to our next destination. Instead, we were greeted with the most appalling attitude from their staff. They immediately asked if we had a reservation, in a tone that made us feel completely unwelcome, despite the fact that the place was nearly empty with plenty of vacant tables and sunbeds. The team was rude, dismissive, and gave off the clear impression that they had zero interest in receiving guests. Their attitude was so dry and arrogant that it completely ruined the experience before it even started. We walked out immediately because we refused to tolerate such pathetic service. This is, without question, one of the worst establishments we have ever encountered. Avoid this place at all costs—there are far better options that actually value their guests. No wonder the place was empty!

We went to the beach club for the day. It was really peaceful with a wonderful view and nice water. The sunbeds were also very comfortable. All the employees were super kind and did everything we wished. The facilities (bathroom, shower, changing room, etc.) were also really nice. Because we spent under the minimum spending limit, they gifted us a bottle of rose on our way out. A really sweet kid (named engin I think) helped us out with that at the end.

Stay away from this place !!!||At our arrival they assigned us a room with broken Air conditioning (there was 43 Celsius degree outside), no Tv, not working telephone to call the reception, empity hand soap and lack of many amenties. After spending 1 hour complaining, I was upset and the unprofessional staff finally change us the room. The morning after I found a died fly under the pillow.|We booked Bed and Breakfast fee (€1000 a night) and at check out they surprisingly charged us for breakfast’s extras (140€ for 2 people). They said that only Turkish breakfast was included in the fee, but there wasn’t showed anywhere and nobody told us !||At Beach club the serivice was poor, the staff didn’t speak English and were clueless and disrespectful.|Considering the steep price, I expected a completely different standard of service.

I went with my wife for a nice day at the beach, really dissatisfied with the whole experience and they will lose all the foreign customers if they only see you as a check. Cocktails had 0 taste and were definitely not made well. There is a lot service but no one actually stands out everyone was so grumpy. When l went to pick up the check it cost 20.5k liras and my wife did not eat main and we had like 3 cocktails just ridiculous and when l used my personal card they said l had no Funds on the card which is wrong and very rude as l have a foreign card it doesn’t work everywhere. Than l asked for the reciept the guy act like he doesn’t speak English well he got frustrated and l saw that they put other people’s cocktails on our tab and the excuse was it’s a busy day, so how often do they do this to other people? Overall a rip off. We had much nicer service and joy At Macakizi beach and Villa azur. And finally the valet is overpriced for parking your car in an outdoor car park.

I stayed at this hotel in Bodrum last year, having been recommended by friends from Istanbul, but I can confidently say I would never go back. While the location was decent and the atmosphere was okay, my experience was marred by several disappointments. One major issue was the lack of basic amenities. Coming from Canada, I needed to charge my phone and was surprised to find that the hotel did not provide adapters for international guests. When I asked for one, I was simply told how to purchase it myself, which was not an easy task in an unfamiliar city. Additionally, considering the steep price of over €1000 a night, I expected a higher standard of service, including transportation to the airport, which was notably absent. In my experience, most other hotels I’ve stayed at include such conveniences, making this even more frustrating. Overall, my stay did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel. There are certainly better options out there that offer a more guest-friendly experience.

We had the most beautiful dinner at Bobo by the Sea- excellent interior and delicious food. Our favorites was the beef short rib pasta. Aykan was such a great host

The worse experience i had in Bodrum at Bobo by The Stay The most horrible food, alterated fish and nothing good or tasty There are 25 waiters or so and no one is taking care of you. Managers are useless and they also left us on the beach 3 hours withoit asking anything if we need something No one speaks English and they were laughing at us hysterically A big NO for this place !

Perfect day at Bobo by the Stay! Came to relax on the beach and check out this new establishment and I was impressed for sure. The beach is amazing, clientele is all couples and nice families, no rowdy crowded groups. Greeters both in lobby and the beach are very polite. Fast buggy service. Some small service delays which is perfectly normal for a hotel just opened a few days ago, but the servers are attentive and helpful and the food is delicious so you don't even care if its a few minutes late. As a hotelier myself, I'm sure this great staff will figure out the kinks real soon. A warm welcome to Bodrum to you guys at the Bobo! I'll be back for sure.
