I’ve been coming here since you guys opened and i actually really love the drinks! but the reason i am writing this is because i wanted to talk about my experience just last week. I came in to order and the cashier told me that it would take “a little bit longer than usual” which was totally fine with us as we weren’t in a hurry. We ordered and i was busy chatting so i hadn’t really realized just how long we were waiting until after the 30min mark. I know that there was a customer who ordered like 50+ drinks before us and I also work in a similar kind of business so i get it BUT we didn’t get our drinks until an actual hour after we ordered which i think is unacceptable honestly. Not only us but about 6 more orders waiting in the lobby & one family even got a refund and left around that half hour mark. If the guy ordered before hand than there should have been more than 2 workers scheduled and if not, then 1 person should have focused on his order & the other on the lobby customers orders! I got 3 drinks & 2 of those desserts so there’s really no reason that it should have taken 61 minutes to get my order :/ Like i said i like your guys items and i still plan on coming back but just wanted to share what should have been done so that this can be avoided in the future!

Great customer service! The cashier was so kind and welcoming. Overall, the drink was satisfying. I would definitely like to try an alternative flavor. The boba did lack the typical honey taste, but it was still good. There were a lot of seating areas inside and out. Everything was very clean.

Very good drinks. Nice and helpful staff. Be careful if you get the Fizzy Wizzy. The top might pop on you if you don't poke a straw in immediately because of the carbonation.

I ordered my first ever Halo Halo from this Place and it was quite possibly the best Beverage I've ever had the pleasure of tasting.

Went to pickup my online order today and while I waited I witnessed a young man enter, I assume, punch in and get straight to work. Problem here is that he didn't bother to wash his hands. For a place offering premium boba I expect better sanitary practices. Please address this. Otherwise I do appreciate the unique menu.

I got there with 2 people and order 2 boba for 2 person with the promotion 50% off but there only make 1 for 50% off and refused to make the second one for 50% off . Even we try to make two order separated, they do not want to do it. What a rude services. I will not be back to that place again ever.

We came for the grand opening and enjoyed the flavor and quality of the boba. We've been back half a dozen times since and unfortunately the quality of the drinks keeps getting worse and worse each time. After this last visit we will likely not be back. The boba was either undercooked or old and the center was almost hard and difficult to chew. Disappointing after we had high hopes at the start!

This place hasn't been open long but I've been eyeing it as I make my weekly Aldi and/or Michael's runs. Finally made a detour when my son was home from college for a weekend and wanted to take him out for a treat like the good old days. First, I liked the vibe of the store although with a lot going on and lots of people there, it made it hard to initially figure out where to order from. They have a lot of cool things in there making it a nice place to chill at if you want a chillaxing type of day. I liked that they had lots of pictures flashing by of the different drinks. It really does help to narrow down what you might want although I ended up going with an old classic that I was craving in a regular ole Thai iced tea. Prices were pretty good so that's a plus and the drinks came out pretty fast and they tasted really good. We were happy campers. They've now become a permanent detour on my stops to Aldi and Michael's (lol).

Came on a Monday at lunch time and ordered a couple drinks, but there is only one worker behind the counter! So the wait was very long. The drinks were decent. Also, I was told you can't make adjustments to the sweetness to the Bobo coffee.

Cute location; they have plenty of seating to just sit and yap with some friends. The decorations are so cute, they have the different types of drinks as characters! There's a claw machine to play! The service is quick. If you've ever been to Krak, the drink selections are similar. I like the lychee dragon fruit drink - it's both refreshing and sweet!

Pretty good drinks. I got the Bobo King and I thoroughly enjoyed it but I wasn't ready for how creamy it would be. Personally, I think getting at 75% sweetness was perfect for this drink. Personally, I think the branding and layout of the store itself is one of its biggest standouts. Very charming.

The boba here is just okay. I was able to make adjustments to the sweetness level and opted for 50% sugar, which wasn't too sweet. If you're in the area, the boba here might satisfy your cravings, but I think that there are better boba shops in Upland. Their mascot is very cute, though!

I'm always on the lookout for new study/work spots. While the decor is cute, it's a small place with mainly sectional sofa type seating instead of real tables and chairs. There are a handful of side tables in place of full-sized ones, but those barely fit a laptop, so I'm thinking this might be a better place for takeout or a short hangout with someone more than anything else. I tried the dragon slayer, half sweet. Even half sweet, the drink tasted syrupy. I can't imagine what 100% sweet would've been. I usually check out the bathrooms of the places I visit as well. If I'm going to be sitting somewhere for a while, it matters. This one could've been better maintained. They do have many appealing drink items on their menu that I'd be curious to try if I find myself there again. Maybe their non-specialty drinks would be better for my palate? Maybe a different person making the drinks would make a difference? Not sure, but I'll go again if someone else insists.

Tens For EVERYONE! The drinks are creative and include toppings (great for those who are new in the boba world) they can be altered based on sweetness or milk restrictions too! Another shining asset to this business are those delightful fish desserts. I forgot what they're called but they come with a filling of your choice and a boy. Oh boy those are addictive. My personal favorite is the custard and the Taro filling. I highly recommend everyone try these alongside their drink of choice. The seating is quite plain, but comfortable. There is plushy seats, lining the establishment and offer adequate relaxation. The customer service is pretty fantastic, even though it is younger employees, they really take the time to make sure you have the perfect drink. I am confident this shop will grow in loyal customers even more.

I was craving a quick pick me up boba drink and came across this place since I was in the Upland area. I just ordered a basic Jasmine green milk tea with boba. The Jasmine green milk tea was on point (IMO) you get the tea flavor right away with a hint of the milk, which doesn't overpower the drink. The boba was okay, but I've had better. It wasn't too chewy, but not soft or hard. Service was good. The lady took my order then made my order. Cute place to chill. There's a cute seating section inside to hang out & cute little tables and chairs outside.

My favorite drink here is the strawberry yogurt! Not sure what yogurt they use, but it doesn't taste like Yakult. The drink comes with crystal boba, which I don't like, but the employee double checked with me if I was okay with the boba. They allow substitutions and removals, so I opted for no crystal boba. There's some claw machines inside, and some light music, but nothing too crazy.

Cute tea shop with super cute pictures! There is also a $1.00 stuffed animal claw machine. They have quite a few different teas. The Enchanted Berry had real fruit bits, but it was lacking in flavor. Princess Peaches was also lacking in flavor. Even the crystal bits weren't very good.

Service was great. Staff was super friendly and willing to help answer the drinks questions or customization. Owner was very friendly during our interaction. Inside decorations are very cute. I like that each drink has its own design. They also have this nice large cute neon sign. Taro Titan - not sure what happened to this drink but it was soooo watered down. Had no flavor at all and not enjoyable. Dragon slayer - strong lychee flavor. Looks aesthetically beautiful. Sugary but tasty with flavors of dragonfruit and mango. Would consider decreasing the sugar content. Cosmic green - sweet and tasty but compared to omomo's matcha, this one is not as good. still enjoyable and would probably decrease sweetness slightly. Boba - the actual boba is very good. It's got the right texture of chewy without being too soft or hard. Overall, compared to other spots, this place is reasonable and appear to be cheaper than other bobo locations. The actual boba is well made but the drinks don't seem consistent. To pay for a drink that's not enjoyable would be a real bummer. Wouldn't mind exploring the menu more, including the Taiyaki, but also wouldn't mind getting the dragon slayer again. Grand opening today first 100 people get a free boba! They are giving away king hats and boba plushies . the drinks looks so delicious I cant wait to try !!! I will update review once I try! update: a little disappointed as we didn't get very much ice and the drink was not sweet. I believe there is an option to choose the level of sweetness But when ordering we werent asked. Maybe if it was a little sweeter it would be good, but Unfortunately it was just tea with milk. waiting in line for two hours and to have it taste like it did was disappointing. Also there is an additional 75 Cents charge per cup if you want Boba or other topping.we unfortunately did not make the cut for the free drink however we did get the drink 1/2 price. The inside was decorated really cute and everybody was friendly. I'm always open to try new places but today I wish I would have stuck with my regular boba spot.

Bobo the Boba is one of the newer boba shops in the IE and is still in soft opening. Their current soft opening deal is a buy one get one free! This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a nice modern interior with a lot of Bobo themed posters and decor. For their menu, they have a solid selection of different specialty drinks, milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, taiyakis, and more. We opted to try a couple Taiyakis, the Fizzy Wizzy, and the Dragon Slayer. Everything hit the spot and the drinks were a refreshing palette cleanser after our dinner. Overall, this spot is a welcome addition to the community. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Keep in mind that they are still in soft opening and are already getting pretty busy so patience will be key!

I was trying to find somewhere that was open for Christmas Eve and thankfully this place was open till 10pm to help with my tea cravings. They have a promo of buy 1 get one free for soft opening so that's a great deal to give this place a try too. There is tons of parking in the plaza. The inside looks really nice and love the characters in the picture frames as well as wording for certain drinks that I thought was pretty cool and funny. I wanted to try my usual Boba Signature Milk tea and Jasmine Iced Tea. Also, saw they had 2 for $5.50 on Taiyaki with custard so had to try it too. The drinks were delicious! The Taiyaki with custard was yummy and reminded me of the place in San Gabriel that would make these delicious pastries in a cart, which I miss eating!! It was so similar. I will definitely come here again and try other drinks as well as other fillings in the Taiyaki. The staff were friendly. Also, I love that it isn't far from us too. Yay!!

I've been to Bobo The Boba a few times, and it's officially in my regular rotation. The space is super cute, has comfy seating, and has a layout that feels perfect for solo sipping or hanging out with friends. Outside, they have child chairs, which I thought was a sweet touch. Every time I come, I see a mix of families and college students playing claw machines, chatting, or just vibing! It's a great spot if you like community-oriented places that still give you a chill environment. I got the Caramel Milk Tea with boba this time, and it hit that sweet-and-creamy spot just right. The brown sugar drizzle along the cup adds extra oomph, and the boba was soft and chewy (not too firm or mushy!). Service is usually friendly, though you might need to remind them about the app before you pay if you're collecting rewards. Pro tip: Download the Bobo app if you're a regular or even thinking about coming back the rewards system is a great deal, but the team doesn't always ask, so speak up! On my last visit, I also tried their two-for-$10 Tayaki deal. I went with Nutella and Oreo, and let me tell you... absolute gooey goodness. The inside was warm and filled generously, and the crispy outside added the perfect crunch. I was not prepared for how much I would love them. All in all, it's a solid five stars for me. Whether grabbing a drink solo or meeting up with friends, Bobo The Boba has a spot for you.

I've had their boba and coffee, and it's good. If you're looking for great coffee, I wouldn't recommend this spot, but the boba/milk tea is great. The service is usually quick, and the interior itself is quite nice. If you're in the area, I'd give this spot a try if you're into milk tea!

I recently visited Bobo the Boba and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I ordered my drink before a large wave of customers came in, but after waiting about 15 minutes, I noticed that at least 5 of the 10 people who ordered after me had already received their drinks. When I went up to the counter to ask about my order, the staff only then started making it. What made it worse was the attitude I received -- when my drink was finally handed to me, the barista gave it with a dry and dismissive attitude. Both employees working that day seemed uninterested and unfriendly throughout my visit. The drink itself was fine, but the customer service was enough for me to decide I won't be returning.

Order their signature milk tea and one of their bobo king drink through grubhub, the milk arrived hot. I thought it was the grubhub driver handling the temperature poorly but nope. They literally pour hot milk tea into a plastic cup and sealed it, how did I know? Because the bobo king drink is cold

Overall Experience The drinks are pretty decent. They're not "out of this world", but are a good place if you're just craving some quick boba. The aesthetic inside the store is so cute. I got the opportunity to sit and see the team work, and I'm impressed. They are efficient and get your drink out at a quick pace. I came for their Grand Opening and met their owner Sean. He was super sweet and excited about his store. A lot of kids were missed when the manager(?) handed out tickets for the promo free drinks, but he quickly corrected the error. One thing that bothered me about the grand opening was the manager. She was yelling at us to do certain things and act excited. It bothered me that she didn't give anyone under 18 a free drink ticket, but that clause was nowhere in their promo. If the owner didn't correct her mistake, that would've been a case of false advertising. Oh, also she asked for FAKE YELP reviews. Yeah, she told us to write them a good Yelp review BEFORE we even ordered our drinks for extra raffle tickets. That just rubbed me morally the wrong way... Anyways, great experience w the exception of the screaming manager. Individual Drinks Bobo Coffee -- good coffee with sea salt cream, but watered down pretty quickly (unsure if it was given to us like that or if the ice just wasn't that great due to how busy it was) Dragon Slayer -- BEST DRINK. So refreshing!! I will definitely be getting this again. It is a slushie tho. Camo Crush -- I liked this drink. It was a pretty decent Thai tea with a nice subtle hint of matcha. Their drinks are not too sweet. Perfect for me! The only thing I wasn't completely satisfied with was how quickly the drinks watered down.

Very cool, new, little boba spot. I was excited to see they offered green Thai tea. It was so good. We also got the taiyaki dessert of Oreo and Nutella banana. So good! Everyone was so friendly and inviting. Looking forward to my next visit!

Usually get their Takayuki sampler and some drinks they always have really nice staff and great variety the price is also pretty reasonable compared to other boba shops in the area. inside is a cool little area with nice decor though i usually do pick up when I go.

Ordered two drinks and we just wanted a quick stop. There were only four people in front of us, and we've waited nearly 40 minutes now. Either they are severely understaffed or their staff are underprepared and slow. Crazy wait time. Quite disappointed as I've been here once before and really enjoyed it.

This place is so cute the service is good and I didn't even realize I was at the soft opening lol they have a cute little claw machine with cute stuffies and they're easy to win I got the strawberry yakult And taro twist The strawberry is super sweet at 100% (and I like sweet) so I got 75% & it was perfect. I got my son the taro. I think that one with 100% sweet would be better than 75%. The cashier was very nice about fixing both drinks I will definitely go back and try to avoid the claw machine lol

Ordered through the app since they had a promotion. It took 40 minutes to get four drinks. About 15 minutes in I had to ask about the wait and they told one ingredient was missing and that it would be another minute or two before it cools down. It took another 15-20 minutes before it was all done. They could have offered me an alternative drink if ingredients were missing instead of wasting my time. The after I got my drinks, I found out one of them was made entirely wrong. Overall, this could have been avoided if someone would have communicated. Instead we sat there and waiting as numerous groups came and went.

It feels more like fast food boba... I think the menu and the seating area makes it feel that way. The menu is not very vast and I don't like that the tea options are so minimal, like im used to black tea with tropical flavor like a tropical paradise from my favorite boba place. But these options were pretty small! I've tried their mango smoothie which was very yummy I Just don't go to boba places for smoothies! The boba is very good the right amount of chew and soft and all that jazz! They have a dragon slayer but I feel like the took that from Krak which I think Kraks might be better? Not sure! It just didn't feel really original or like they had their own vibe or their own thing? Buuuut service was great! Super accommodating and kind and patient!!!

I had their Green Thai Tea w/ Sea Salt Foam. It was deliciously rich and floral. I also got it only 25% sweet and it was still quite sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth, be prepared! ;) Delicious and definitely will be back.

Love this spot. Boba was perfect and they had some unique flavor combos. Service was great and they had a cute set up with plenty of seating indoor and outside.

My husband and I both stopped by during their soft opening and tried their enchanted berry and green Thai tea. Normally I'd get the green Thai tea 75% but this place I'd say how it's made is perfectly fine! We are definitely going to come back and excited to have a boba spot closer to our home, especially one that opens late for this pregnancy cravings!

I was craving boba and found this shop on Door Dash. I was happy to see that they had Coffee jelly, which is my new addiction. I ordered the black iced tea with 50% sweetness, no ice, double coffee jelly and easy boba and the drink was very sweet and tasted like brown sugar boba. I'm pretty sure the barista didn't drain the toppings and it ruined the drink unfortunately. I also ordered the Sun bright tea that comes with one free topping and I chose the pink crystal boba and also added regular crystal boba. This tea had a strong citrus taste due to the orange and lemon. It was tasty and refreshing. Overall, I would try order again and hopefully find new favorites!

I was the first Upland local to arrive to their grand opening event. The first time I tried their boba I had a small issue but it was resolved in a professional way. I decided to give them a second chance and I am so happy I did. I was pleasantly impressed. I had been searching for a genuine boba spot with desserts, teas, and refreshing sweet smoothies n drinks for months! I was so happy when I saw this place was being built. Jessica is so nice and everyone who works here. They have great portions and prices. I've tried many different boba places but this one sets it apart from the rest. The consistency of the smoothie is perfect not a slushie or too liquidy. The boba is the best l've ever had. Friendly. Peaceful atmosphere. Thank you!

This place has decent boba drinks but it takes them forever to get your drinks to you. I have tried 3 times and the wait has been way too long every single time. They look like they have enough staff so they really need to figure out a way to get drinks out faster'

Just had a very disappointing experience. Placed an order for 4 drinks. We weren't notified an ingredient wasn't available and needed to be made. We waited 20 mins before inquiring the status of our drinks and were told that it would be another minute. The total wait time was 40 minutes for 4 drinks. What was supposed to be a quick stop to pick up drinks with our takeout (our food got cold) ended up being a very poor experience. Not to mention when we got home, we discovered one of our drinks were made wrong. Ordered an enchanted berry and ended up with a Thai with lychee jelly. After this experience, I think it will be awhile before I decide to come back.

ordered through uber eats. i got the cosmic green and brown sugar milk tea. both at full sweetness, with no ice and with boba. the cosmic green tasted really weird. i think the caramel they use is kind of cheap because it didn't taste like normal caramel. the matcha part of it also wasn't great. the brown sugar milk tea tasted really watered down. again, no ice in the brown sugar milk tea so not sure why it tasted like that. however, the boba was really tasty. 3 stars since nothing was truly offensive and all directions were followed but wouldn't order from here again.

Went around 9:20pm last night, they only had two people working and a lot of customers. I felt bad for them, they were really trying their hardest to work as quickly as possible. Management definitely has to schedule more people on busy nights. That being said, I was disappointed that two of my drinks were missing the boba that I had ordered ): But again, they were both working as best as they could while being short staffed, I decided to just take the loss and go home instead of going back inside and asking them to remake my drinks. The drinks weren't that good honestly, I think I'll just stick to Sunright Tea...

Their drinks are delicious! I can't stop buying their Mango smoothie and peach iced tea with boba. Try them out!
