Bob’s Red Mill is a rare combination of good quality product and employee-owned principals. The store has a water mill, baking classes, and the walls are covered in recipes with little picnic sites outside too. As someone who is allergic to wheat, I’m really grateful that their gluten free products rose the bar for what we could expect from gluten free dishes.

I had the chicken wrap and it was fantastic! The restaurant is really clean and the staff are super friendly and attentive. I love the wide selection of bulk items and steel cut oats. It's easy to find products, and they offer a variety of healthy options. The layout is well-organized, making shopping a breeze. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food is top-notch. Definitely a great place to visit for a quick, delicious meal and excellent service! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy and satisfying dining experience.

Google
Wonderful place and great selection of Bob’s Red Mill products, grains, baking necessities and more. Their baked goods are yummy and I specially love the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and the sourdough bread. It’s nice that they have a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. You have to go to the food counter to order and pay first, you’ll be given a buzzer to pick up your food when it’s ready. Friendly staff and good food.

The people running this place are very friendly and helpful! They support military. They offer a variety of flours, grains, kitchen gadgets, stuff for sprouting, and have a wide option for tea as well. They have a nice cafeteria option and do special events for Mother's Day as an example. Reservations recommended. I do wish they had their grain mill or grain mills for purchase, factory tours, or cooking classes, but sadly they do not offer any of these things. It still makes for a lovely outing for a meal and to pick up the flours, grains, and teas you might need. They also have tasty soda by Stubborn, which are sodas are made with natural flavors as well as Fair Trade Certified Cane Sugar. I love that they do offer a lot of recipes on their website! Dave's Killer Bread is located across the street as well as so many other places to check out while in the vicinity.

The food was delicious!!! I'm sad that it was my first and last time experiencing it. The cafe permanently closes after today, and the main store closes on the 17th. If it was a closer drive to where I live, the cafe would have been a regular breakfast spot for me after this experience. The chicken and waffles were fantastic, along with the biscuits and gravy. The oatmeal I enjoyed as well. 😊 No complaints! Wishing the company and employees all the best!

My good friend Susan and I popped over to Bob's Red Mill earlier this week for two reasons. 1. I live in Illinois and use Bob's Gluten Free products for baking due to allergies in the family. 2. I've heard from a number of people that their breakfast and lunch menu is good. So Google maps actually takes you to the factory and in their lobby they have printed out directions to where you are "really" supposed to be... 😆 So back in the car to 1 1/2 miles back down the road. The store is really cute and I was blown away by how many different GF items were there. (Plus prices were cheeper then I Illinois) I saw Things we didn't even know they made because the stores in Illinois don't carry them. So of course I'm grabbing items off the shelves to take home for the family to try. Next we ate brunch and it was really good....in fact good enough that I'd go back. They have seating on the main floor, but also upstairs and there is an elevator for those who can't do the stairs. You stand in line to order your food and they give you a beeper that tells you when it's ready for pick up. It went really smoothly. I would like to take a factory tour sometime when I'm back in Oregon, but not sure when they do the tours?

This store/restaurant is great! Vegan and gluten free options in the store and restaurant. Elevator to get to the second floor of seating. ADA stalls in gendered restrooms.

I love Bob’s. I had no idea this was here until I flew out to visit my friend and my mind is blown with how COOL this store is. Everyone who works here is super nice and friendly, and the food. THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE. Like I buy Bob’s products all the time, but it’s a totally different experience coming here and trying out the different prepped foods they have. And then sipping on an Irish coffee while shopping for souvenirs to bring back home with you. Totally epic.

Yelp
I'm sad to see that the whole grain store is now closed :( You could get plenty of stuff at a good price, such as Smith Teamaker teas in bulk (you can't even get this at their packing factory). It was fun to wander around the aisles looking at the various specialty products that were available to purchase. While I didn't pick up anything at the cafe, there were plenty of customers enjoying breakfast when I visited. There's an area on the second floor for dining, and it overlooks the entire store. As a note, they no longer offer the mill tours. Parking is in a paved private lot, and they have free EV charging.

Yelp
This spot if fine but nothing special. Counter service only, very plain / institutional atmosphere. Food was standard eggs etc. Breakfast potatoes had way too much paprika, lots of bacon but not freshly cooked. Bread was fine as were the eggs. Great? No, pretty good? Yes.

Yelp
Absolutely one of the best places to eat in the area. Food is all high quality and made with fresh ingredients. They only serve breakfast and lunch, but everything I've tried has been outstanding. Their baked goods are amazing! Ok, enough about the food. They also sell all sorts of other stuff related to baking and cooking. And it's all high quality and reasonably priced. Need some almond flour, or some amazing brownie or waffle mix? They have it. Need some cooking gadgets, they have that too. Come check it out and grab a bite to eat while you're there. You'll be happy you did.

Yelp
Came here for breakfast and had the pumpkin spice oatmeal. Upstairs seating on a cold rainy morning, if you're in the area looking to grab some bfast, don't hesitate. Plenty for everyone to try something different. Will def be back

Yelp
I have to do this in two parts. The store: This place is amazing, great grains, wonderful options, kitschy things, pies, beans, dried fruits, and even teas. Prices were great on the grains so we will definitely be back. The restaurant: First warning, the cashier was angry, I don't know at what but she was and it showed. Second warning, there were short dark hairs in my husband's food, his hair is blonde. Third warning, no seasoning, almost no salt, and very little anything else. I had the hash brown casserole, it was sad, plain, old, barely warm, so really a solid block. My husband's food was the chicken and waffles, the chicken breading had sloughed in many places, I honestly couldn't tell it was chicken by taste, so again very little salt. The soda machine was wonky so the soda coming out was mostly carbonation and no syrup. All in all a disappointment, we will be back for the store, but the anger in the cashier seemed to translate to the food.

Yelp
You go to bobs for two reasons: 1. Shop for flours, grains, etc. they have a bulk section and also you can find the products similar to any grocery store. The rating for this is six stars. Every grain you can imagine. If you bake and want high end locally milled products bobs is your place. Price points are reasonable and quality is high. 2. Go to the restaurant. I'd give it three stars. Nothing fancy, fairly pedestrian menu. Service is spotty. We go for door number one and you want be disappointed.

Yelp
First time here and we stopped in for lunch. Both sandwiches were filling and we got the cold tea. We were advised it would be a 30minute wait but it took closer to 40minutes. You get a buzzer to let you know when the food is ready. There is plenty of seating upstairs and outside. Downstairs is the store where you can purchase from the bulk bins. They had a variety of unique sodas (see Stubborn pic). Will return when in the neighborhood.

Yelp
My daughter told me I would love this store and she was 100% correct! So much to look at on the shelves of Bob's store. Every manner of grain, pancake, cake mix, and more. There were lovely mugs made by local potters and various honeys and teas. The other REALLY cool thing about this store was the restaurant. We sampled the meatballs with quinoa (of course), large and fresh cookies and bread, side salads, and homemade soups. I honestly wished I lived closer, there were Bob's products here like cake mix, an almond flour pancake mix, and Teff flour that I have not been able to find at home, but could not see returning across the country with a 5lb bag of flour in my suitcase. Oh well!

Yelp
This is a great stop. So many options from per item to cases and bulk. Everything you can imagine from a mill is here. We stocked up on many items. Good organic selection too. The restaurant is where the rating fell. I feel the food could be slightly better. It was good but it did feel as though they made each plate as you would the ingredients at home. I'd give the store 5 and the restaurant 4. Indoor seating upstairs and downstairs with outdoor seating also available. Both were good experience and we enjoyed them both.
google avatar

Yelp
You can buy items from the bulk section in here, but also do it zero waste by bringing in your own containers! Their prices in the bulk section are generally lower than what you would find in your average food co-op, and even though they cannot guarantee that items maintain gluten-free status in the bulk section, there is a whole row of just gluten-free items so I generally feel safe purchasing from there. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable. You can also get discounted product that is close to sell by date or otherwise unsellable by using the Too Good To Go app. Lunchtime and weekends seem to be pretty busy with the store also being a cafe and tourist attraction, so aim to go on weekdays if possible!

Yelp
Bobs mill store and restaurant. I was really excited about going here, and it paid off and was also sad. I have two different reviews, the restaurant and the store. The store was amazing five full stars for the store, as a baker. I can't wait to go back and get some of their flours. They have some interesting cooking things, and we may buy our kitchen towels there for the rest of our lives so for the store it's truly worth going to see. The store was neat and clean, and everything was easy to find and well organized. Restaurant was awful. Two employees angry at the counter, like really angry. the food was bland and not well put together, so bland. It didn't really taste like anything. By the time we got it it was room temperature and I had chicken and waffles. I got about two bites in until I found the black hairs sitting on the plate. I'll be going back to Bob's, but I'm going to eat before I get there .

Yelp
It was a nice surprise to see this place was nearby our hotel in Clackamas because I love Bob's Red Mill products. Even though the parking lot was full, the place had a lot of people, but it wasn't overwhelming. The store is a great spot for any home cook, and I would go here regularly if I lived in the area. The store is neatly organized with different aisles for gluten free options, baking, and bulk items. It also includes a restaurant that appears to get pretty busy with dining tables on both levels. I ordered the Whole Grain Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich (3.5 stars). The biscuit was a bit crumbly and soft, but it was not dry. I liked how the egg was cooked with a slice of Tillamook cheddar cheese and crispy bacon. Even though the biscuit isn't as good as Pine State Biscuits, the sandwich was simple yet satisfying. The side of fruit (4 stars) was good as every piece was ripe and refreshing. I also ordered a side of gravy (1 star), and it was so bland. The Homestyle Potatoes (4 stars) were delicious. My husband had the Vegan Pancakes (3.5 stars), which you can also request to be wheat free too. The texture was fluffy, which isn't easy to achieve. After I placed my order, I was told it would take 20 minutes. They handed out a pager so you can browse the store without missing your order. Even though I didn't buy anything from the store, I saw various Bob's Red Mill products that are not usually in my local grocery store. Overall, it's a cool spot with 4 star service, and I'm glad I found it through Yelp.

Yelp
A favorite stop for me here in Portland. While I don't need baking items regularly, I will go out of my way to come here when I'm ready to put on that apron and start off the fall season with pies, bread, pastries, etc. The products are of very high quality. Freshness, amazing variety of products and great prices. The store also has a bakery and restaurant (I've never eaten here) I didn't realize Bobs Mill was an OR product / store originally until I moved here. I've always liked their products, which often rank high in reviews by Cooks Ilkustrated. To have this in my backyard now that's excitement! Well, I just filled up the cart with baking ingrediants for the fall and holiday season. Now the hardest decision is what to bake first?!

Yelp
OK. So I have a love hate relationship with traveling and discovering gems like this..I'm not home so I can't buy too much to take back with me. Lucky for me though I am rather familiar with where to get Bob's products in Chicago so it's just a question of trekking to Whole Foods or Big Lots. But here- it's AMAZING. After years of visiting Portland and driving by it so many times, I finally went in. First, they have a cafe! My coworker and I each snacked on scones while he enjoyed a latte and I enjoyed an Arnold Palmer. We sat outside near nature and caught up on all the things. Other people had full meals (breakfast or lunch) that seamed hearty in portion. Will definitely need to come back for those items. Then we went inside to shop. They have EVERY flour imaginable. My coworker got rice flour to make mochi. I picked up almond flour in the refrigerator section for my aunt. Will definitely come back. So many things including kitchen and giftware on top of the pleathura of baking supplies/ingredients. Place is super clean. Staff is friendly. Prices are solid.

Yelp
The store is meticulously stocked and orderly with all of the Bob's products available. Some not seen in stores. There is a cafe/restaurant inside as well. Have had a sandwich there which I found ok but not remarkable.

Yelp
Who doesn't love iconic Oregon brand Bob's Red Mill? I know I do! We went to shop today and decided to leave early to eat breakfast. The restaurant is bare bones--you order at the counter and take a tray into a simple dining room that doubles as a classroom. I had the Brûlée Oatmeal with blueberries and banana and a side of the Beyond vegetarian sausage. My companion had the Miller's Omelette. The oatmeal was perfectly cooked and the blueberries and banana were delicious. It's topping of brûléed brown sugar was crispy like a good brûlée should be. I did have some issues though. First off, it was only lukewarm. When I poured the milk they included it became downright cold. It also wasn't cooked with any salt. Oatmeal, in my opinion, needs some salt to enhance the flavor. The Miller omelette was good, although the eggs were a bit over cooked according to my companion. The Bob's store is also bare bones but it's chock full of large and small bags if Bob's whole grain and bean products. There are also some other things for sale such as cute dishes, serving pieces and high quality baking tools. This store is always fun for a baker or someone who wants healthy foods to come to. Their selection of organic products is impressive. The staff were especially nice to us, answering lots of questions about a new product and fetching a 25lb bag of oatmeal I was buying for a friend. I love this store and hope they figure out how to serve their oatmeal warm and add a dash of salt. I will be back however and I'll try something else on the menu.

Yelp
What a wonderful place. Lots of parking, we'll laid out. We had good service and great selection. If it hadn't been raining, we'd have eaten out on the beautiful patio. We ordered the Miller's Omelette. Since it was 3 eggs and came with red potatoes and fruit, we said we'd split it. Oh my goodness!!! We were so glad we'd split it. They had done the split for us. It was beautifully presented with even the fruit in two separate bowls. Now, let's get down to the important part, the taste! Oh yes!! It is delicious. I'll warn you, you need to like Swiss cheese, cause you definitely taste it, and boy is it good. But don't just go for the restaurant. Check out all they have. They have good prices too.

Yelp
This is an Oregon institution. You will be met in a large 2 story barn by a statue of Bob (of Bob's flour mill and everything else), and you walk over to the counter to order your food and browse flours amd cereals. You can eat cafeteria style upstairs. You pick up your food from rhe countwr amd bus your own table. It is convenient for after picking folks up from PDX... The vibe is Oregon!
google avatar

Bob P.

Yelp
So glad I got the "chicken" and waffles so that I could throw it directly in the trash and save someone else from eating it. Horrible. Soggy, no seasoning. Coffee empty the whole time. Service good - they were nice about the chicken. Grain based food items on point. This is a great cafe/shop but horrible "restaurant".
google avatar

Jared K.

Yelp
Really liked the store and vibe outside. Had the vegan sandwich and was waiting a while to get it. When I checked in to see what happened, they somehow missed my order. But the manager asked if I wanted a vegan pastry, on them, and was super nice.
google avatar

Teri Y.

Yelp
When we were visiting Portland, we drove by the big red barn that is Bob's Red Mill (visible from the freeway) several times and I just had to go in. It was one of those time when I wish I didn't have an impatient companion with me, because I could have spent hours there! There were tons of Bob's Red Mill products, of course, plus tons of gif tables that went perfectly with the country, homey BRM image. There was even a prepared foods area. If I didn't have luggage restrictions, I would have bought up enough stuff to stock my pantry for a year. I can only get a limited selection of BRM items in my local stores, and had no idea how much I am missing out on! A couple things I especially liked are the bars (for snacking) and the bean/grain soup mix. It's so easy to make a hearty soup with just a little effort. If you're in the area, check our BRM. Free parking and a fun place!

Yelp
I have only visited the store and haven't tried the restaurant yet, so this review will only be for the retail portion. For many years I have been purchasing Bob's Red Mill's products, not even knowing they were based here in Oregon! Their products are sold nationwide and I first learned of them in the early 2000's in Southern California. The quality is excellent even if the prices are a bit higher than the bigger brands- and when buying in bulk, the price difference is negligible. Having the opportunity to visit their flagship store and headquarters, I was curious to see what they carried product-wise and was not disappointed. They appear to carry just about everything they make- ranging from flour to oats, to more obscure and rare ingredients (such as high gluten flour for pizza and baguette making.) If you buy in bulk you get discount. The customer service was very friendly and prices fair, though I noticed that bulk oats were cheaper at the US Foods Chefstore. The store is worth visiting if you need something specific that you can't find at a typical store, but isn't particularly large or interesting. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit here and I hardly find it a tourist attraction- once I try the restaurant I will update my review.
google avatar

Jeannie D.

Yelp
It's a cool building/store and I enjoyed a berry/coffee cake muffin. I found the omelette underwhelming. The reviews were so great I guess my expectations were too high... It's not really a restaurant experience more like a cafeteria.. I did check out the store & found the prices for basic oatmeal higher than I'd find at Winco, so no reason to purchase. It's not a place I would go out of my way to revisit. Employees were very friendly. Parking was no trouble mid afternoon on a Saturday. They have a lot of brand merchandise if that's what you're looking for.
google avatar

Tia J.

Yelp
We stopped in here to browse around the store and have a light lunch. We've heard for years that there's a cafe in the store but we'd never tried it before. The store as tons of great things to shop for. There's something to accommodate any type of dietary specifics you might be looking for. It's a really great design and a fun place to browse through. The cafe area is a little confusing to figure out at first. We had to ask a lot of questions just to place an order. Once we got it all figured out we took our number and found a table. It does take quite awhile to get food here so if you're in a hurry this probably isn't the place for a fast lunch break. My husband ordered a chef salad and soup. He enjoyed both. I order a grilled cheese and Mac salad. I wasn't a fan of the grilled cheese. They put several cheeses on the sandwich and one that was included had a very bitter taste to it. The Mac salad was ok. I'm glad we gave it a try but I don't think it will be a regular stop for us. I've heard breakfast is good here so possibly we'll stop in some day to give that a try.
google avatar

Yelp
This was my first time at Bob's red Mill and let me tell you it did not disappoint. You'll walk into the building and notice all of the amazing flour such as almond, flour, bread, flour any kind of flour they have it there. Once you go into the left-hand side of the building, you'll see the deli section where there is plenty of delicious foods, and also a soda machine while you're waiting for your food, you can go shopping in the tea aisle with multiple different selections of herbal teas along with different tools you can use for baking, and of course sweets to fill your inner child hungers They also have an upstairs area where you can eat your lunch for the day with plenty of space for the family and below. You can see all of the workers and different customers shopping around. It is such a great experience and I highly recommend you check it out stuff is very helpful and kind.

Yelp
To say that Bob's Red Mill products have been lifesaving and a blessing to our family, doesn't even describe how much of an impact this company has impacted our family. My brother is on a Gluten-Free Diet, and when we found out that this place was on the route we immediately added it to our plans to visit. The entire building consists of a retail store where you can find any product that the company has from dietary needs to kitchen accessories. Including their restaurant. We all got food that was Gluten Free so that he could try it. We ended up getting Loaded Baked Potato Soup, Chicken and Waffles, a BLT Sandwich with GF bread, Tuna Salad Sandwich with BF Bread and a side salad, and Biscuits and Gravy. Chicken and Waffles - The chicken was dry, waffles didn't have a lot of flavors. It needed some flavor help. Loaded Baked Potato Soup - Soup had good flavor, all the potatoes were perfectly cooked, and had good flavor. BLT & Tuna Sandwich - Both were good and had a good ratio of bread to inside fillings. The tuna needed a little bit more mayo in my opinion, so I appreciated that they had small condiment bags that you could pick up and add to your own food. Biscuits and Gravy - It was okay. A little disappointed that it wasn't a biscuit, but more of a roll for the bread aspect. The gravy was good and had a nice flavor. We could sit wherever we wanted, so we sat underneath the willow tree which was so beautiful and peaceful outside. Even though the food wasn't the greatest, we loved that we were able to have an entire menu available for him to experience and actually eat from. We would love to come here again!

Yelp
A friend and I found ourselves here after taking a wrong turn in search of brewery to visit for lunch after hiking, but what a fun find! The discounts aren't too significant at the store but we left with some oats, lentils and bars anyway. After ordering at the counter inside, we sat outside on the patio and enjoyed lunch in the sun with our pups. The portions were quite large in our sandwich and bowl and the lemonades were delicious! I'd love to return in the future and try their breakfast!

Yelp
This place is such a gem in Portland. Worth the little 25 min drive out of town. First things first, if you are a fanatic for Bob's Red Mill products at your favorite grocery store, this is your Disneyland. Every product you can imagine is for sale here (Buckwheat flour, tapioca flour, organic flax, the works!) plus a bunch of cool Oregon crafts, local honey, and Bob's Red Mill merch! Second, they have a full restaurant with amazing food made from their products. This is the most underrated breakfast there is. I got the biscuits and gravy, which of course has their grains in the biscuits and a gravy that is full of fresh sausage. The eggs are farm-to-table, cage free eggs, and the coffee is fresh. Things are slightly different since COVID, like your order fast casual style, then pick up the food and seat yourself rather than being served, but other than that, the quality and love in the food is still the same. This place is definitely worth a pilgrimage out to Milwaukie from the city center if you're a fan of Bob's Red Mill products and great food.
google avatar

Chris S.

Yelp
I love this place! We decided to go have breakfast, but once I got there I realized I could spend hours in the store. It was a little confusing figuring out how to order but the breakfast sandwich was very good and I got some great things to take home (including a strawberry pancake mix that was really good).
google avatar

Yelp
Really enjoyed the ambience of this store! Got some great deals on my fave Rosemary Oat crackers - only $1.50 a box!! Loaded up on them, love them. Got some amazing jellies, including Marionberry, for myself and for some lovely gifts to bring to our next stop. (All were very appreciated!) Next time I visit I'd love to stay and eat some of the restaurant goodies, when we have more time to spare on our road trip. The store was much bigger and had more selection than I'd imagined. It was impressive. Two thumbs up!

Yelp
We bought a popcorn by Bob's Red Mill, at Safeway. Compared to Orville Redenbacker brand that we've used before, for 2 decades, to Bob's: Bob's Yellow Popcorn never fails to pop, and it is the most delicious popcorn that we've tried, the leftovers seems to stay fresh longer.

Yelp
Me and my family came here last saturday. Loved this place! Food is so yummy! The wait was really long tho! I hope they work on that. I think the young girl that helped us wasgreat !

Yelp
I had the Avocado Toast and a pancake. Toast was great! Pumpkin Spice latte was excellent! More spice than pumpkin. Store was so fun to wander in with a greater variety of Redmill products than a regular grocery.

Yelp
I work near this place but have not been in since pre COVID and Bob came by my table and said hello. The ambiance is nice, especially the outdoor seating during the warmer months. I'm vegetarian but will eat vegan when it's available. I appreciate that they offer a bit of vegan fare. I ordered the vegan waffle and a side of beyond sausage. The waffle was overcooked and had an off taste to it. The Beyond sausage was not their links or patties, but one of their standard sausages sliced up. The visual appeal of the sausage was bizarre, to say the least, and it was under cooked. They used to bring the food to your table and offered coffee refill and water stations upstairs. All of that is apparently history. Watching an 80 year old woman wobble up the stairs carrying a tray of food is unnerving to walk behind...watch out here comes Mabel. Waffle, sausage and coffee $19!!!, McDonald's big breakfast hold the sausage $6.99 To end on a positive note, super nice staff!!

As if the store wasn't amazing enough with all of their amazing ingredients and baking supplies, their food is also an amazing treat. We ordered a veggie omelette and Bob's breakfast. While we waited we decided to order coffee and an apple cake. I kid you not this apple cake was the lightest, fluffiest little cake I've ever had. The chunks of apple were so good and the topping added some texture but the cake itself blew my socks off! The Seasonal Veggie omelette was top knotch with asparagus, mushrooms, tomatoes and served with a side of potatoes. I really enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere on a Thursday am.

Yelp
Maybe I ordered the wrong dish, but the crispy chicken wrap left much to be desired. It was small, flavors were lacking, the "crispy" quinoa was odd, or maybe I was expecting actual breaded crispy chicken. The blt pasta salad was good. Overall not worth $14. Would maybe come back and try something different as everyone around me seemed to be enjoying their dishes. The store is very cool though, we love bobs products.. they have some items here that you can't always find stocked at the grocery store. Would come back to shop, but will probably skip the food next time.

Yelp
Like others have said, the store is great. I was so excited about the restaurant and ended up really disappointed. Despite a nice seating area outside, the experience is lackluster. It's cafeteria style, wait in line and place your order, take your buzzer and find a table grab the food when it's done. Food is ok, not great. Feels a bit like eating at disneyland: Lines + $$ + Meh food.

Yelp
Love the cheese grits. Great tasting food. The only negative thing is handicap people who don't have good uses their arms. They need to be a little more compassionate and take the food to the tables for you.

Yelp
The store is wonderful! I'm an amateur chef and trying to bake (I'm told I'm pretty good), so I was in Baker's heaven! Bob's has everything a baker needs and then some. The loss of a star is for breakfast, which could have been better. My biscuit was delicious, but the gravy and sausage were quite bland. The daughter liked her sandwich but said her potatoes were bland. To me, after my dish, they had more flavor - sad, that! Hubby loved his oatmeal, as it was dessert for breakfast! All in all a nice morning out fir breakfast on their patio.

Yelp
What a cool spot this is and definitely a must visit if you're in the area. I can't believe after all these years of using Bob's products I finally made a stop to the homeland. This is such a fun headquarters and so much more than expected. I love the general store feel and the restaurant certainly adds to the charm. There is also a small area for Bob's merch, which of course I had to take advantage of what was available. In terms of the food, you gotta get the breakfast sandwich, it's so simple but yet it's so filling and really good, I might add. I actually had a little marionberry jam with mine for a nice sweet and savory combination. I also had the sausage patty with mine which was super good. My spouse has the cheesy polenta, with eggs, a biscuit, and greens. This is the Bob's Breakfast. It was ok, nothing too wild stood out and that honestly could've been because the breakfast sandwich was just that good. I was really surprised by the biscuits, I wasn't sure if I would like them mainly because they're whole grain but if anything you hardly notice and they're so filling and delicious tasting! Not only did I purchase merch but it is also a Bob's grocery, so I had to stock up on some Bob's products. Make a day of it and come here for food and stocking up on supplies, it's such a cool place, and you may even run into Bob!

Yelp
Bob's red Mill is closing their retail and restaurant operations. Sad.i intend to look elsewhere for my grains and flour. One year after Bob passed makes this decision worse. Shame on you

Yelp
Awesome place to visit if you're looking for grains or beans. It's definitely a must visit. The staff are super friendly and a big shout out to Don. He was very helpful and friendly. Visit Bob's if you're in the area, it's all "wheat and no chaff."

Yelp
They is a great place for those who cook and are looking for certain ingredients. What I liked the most was the soup mix. Just add protein, veggies and water then cook! Doesn't get any easier than that! Service is efficient at checkout and they are very friendly. They have some hot foods but I didn't check it out.

Yelp
Nasty food. Service wonderful. Upper management very cruel. Worked there for over a year and was let go with zero notice along with several others due to the building closing. "People before profit" is not valued by CEO Trey Winthrop. Building outdated.

Yelp
Great vegan lunch and stocked up with grains and lots of goodies. We plan on visiting anytime we're in the Portland area.

Yelp
I've always respected Bobs products. My Dads name is Bob too, so I felt some loyalty and commonality to the brands philosophy. We went on a trip and it just so happens that the factory was near where we stayed. Breakfast at Bobs??? Delicious. Loved the experience and the building is super awesome to be within and to experience and explore the history was fun. Will be back for more.

Yelp
Noisey and busy! I have never tried the restaurant but I don't think I could with all the noise from the live band, yes I said live country music band. However, if you're heavy into cooking the big flour bags are a better deal than any place else. Good service from the cashier staff. The process is little different, you have to request the cashier to retrieve the large bags from the rear. I'm not sure why it was moved from the display areas. Get in and get out. That's the best way here.

Yelp
Prices here are higher than I can buy in retail stores so that truly doesn't make any sense at all. The selection isn't that great, either compared to other places. It's a major tourist trap so tourist prices.

Yelp
The food is good and the price is definitely right! I've been here a few times and the workers aren't exactly quick to want to take your order. They're a bit distracted and slow. I really enjoyed my roasted veggie and polenta bowl and the brûlée bowl that my mom ordered looked great as well. Plenty of seating and it's so fun to browse the store.
