Really cool spot to hang out with friends! It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night, which was actually super nice. The vibe is great, and I loved the decor—very chill. Prices are solid too, you can grab a Budweiser for just $5. Definitely a fun, laid-back place to kick back

Ok, so we love this place! Games to play and pretty reasonable deals on cocktails ( not all ice by the way ). We stumbled on this place while waiting for a reservation at a new pizza place (Marc’s) down the street. So fun. The bartenders are very cordial and they have GAMES! New to the area but we are encouraged to explore more.

Great watering hole! Parking can be traumaticccc, but you can always park a block away. Parking is free in this area on the street so don't cough up the cash for a private lot! Overall great vibes. Awesome dj sets spun (DJ Gabs in particular!!! Cool darkwave)

This is a great dive bar. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is fun. They even made fresh lemonade on request

My friend and I were walking around NMB trying to find something good to eat. We weren't really sure what we wanted but we just gave this place a shot and we both really loved it. He lives in that area so I am pretty sure it'll be his new watering hole. I also feel like the atmosphere was very open and inviting. They seem to also have a friendly queer environment. Its a very edgy but comfy little spot. I also loved the area in the back, that could probably use a little updating though. I also tried the mojito pork egg rolls which the charming and very kind Britney, the bartender recommended; I tried the Coco Viejo drink. My good friend ordered an Old Fashioned along with their house chicken tenders and fries. The food was delicious, great atmosphere, vibes were chill and just relaxing. I have social anxiety but this place reminded me of Church Hills in overtown and it was just a relaxing place to sit down, eat, and chat with my friend.

Food is great service is TERRIBLE. Imagine not being able to fulfill the bare minimum of your job as a bartender and even ACKNOWLEDGE guests when they sit AT YOUR BAR on a SLOW NIGHT and when they finally did they were beyond rude, it was WILD. Being a bartender myself I can say the service here is unacceptable. Plenty of other places where you can spend your money and grab drinks at. Not sure if the bartender (tan guy with glasses and tattoos and the thinnest little mustache) was having a bad day but please read up on hospitality and maybe people will be prompted to return.

Went in on a Thursday. Prices are pretty good and they have Jell-O shots for 4 for $10. I had their yuca fries and plays some Board games with some friends with some beer. The bar was chill and not too many people were there. Great to just to hangout with some peace and drinks. Would suggest

My home bar. All the bartenders are extremely friendly. Isaac, Neck, Danielle and Ginny. The food is the greatest. Im never quitting this bar, i just come alone to get beers and get super drunk. Prices are fine.

Came to Bob's to kill time while a table opened up at Katana's. Their beers are cool -- black and tan for the win always! Place had a nice, friendly crowd..one dude saw me struggling w three drinks while navigating the masses and offered a hand! :) will definitely be back. A+ for being doggie friendly too!

While I was impressed by the Halloween decorations and good service, the nachos were a total miss!! They were ice cold, even down to the meat. We actually stopped eating them all together. I would return for the games and karaoke. It seems big enough inside to enjoy those. I also expected this local dive bar to have generous pours, but my wine was exactly 5 ounces.

Came by while waiting on our table at Katana. We loved this casual and friendly bar. Great outdoor space in back with powerful fans so it was very comfortable. The bartender was incredibly attentive and kind. We will definitely return!!!

Finally mid beach gets a Locals bar! Bartenders are amazing and always coming up with seasonal drink specials and bringing in cool beers! It's always fun to go with friends, specially that they have board games for you to play with. Prices are reasonably priced and they have a cool back area, front outside and indoor tables. Recommend for a drink and also while you're waiting for a table next door at Katanas.

Great, laidback spot for drinks and elevated dive bar food. They have a bunch of board games available, so it's a fun spot with friends! We came here with our friends and 2 dogs. Everyone enjoyed the ambience, food, and hangout. The bartenders are very friendly and attentive. There is a parking lot behind, and some outdoor tables too.

What a great bar! I've driven by Bob's Your Uncle before but decided to stop in over the weekend and I absolutely loved it. It's is a huge bar with a dive bar feel/decor. Ample seating inside and outside. The bartenders were super attentive and kind. Really loved their customer service. The drinks were also great. I tried their draft Sunlab sour beer which was delicious and my partner tried the Buzzed mule (gin, lemon, mike's hot honey) which was so good as well. I loved their creative take on cocktails. They have plenty of games if you fancy to play and have a projector screen that was playing sports but I imagine plays an array of things throughout the day. Definitely has that great neighborhood bar feel. Will definitely be back soon!

This cute little bar in south beach has jenga, and other games to play. Very dim lights which I really loved in this bar. I even liked the celebrity pictures on the wall near the bathrooms. The noise was moderate but can still hear conversations. The bartenders were relaxed. I like that they also have outside seating as well to just chill. I ordered the pineapple express drink which I wanted to try. Which was pretty interesting. I had a decent time here. But definitely enjoyed the chill vibes that they had out here.

I love Bob's Your Uncle. Great vibe, great drinks, dog friendly, welcoming to all. The nachos are highly regarded but I don't get it. Not awesome at all. Cheese sauce instead of fresh cheese. Still five stars for vibes and drinks

Bob's never fails! We come here and kill the wait for Katana. Honestly the best combo! The cocktails and the games really set the mood up for a great time for dinner. I can't go to Katana's WITHOUT visiting Bob's first. It enhances the experience. Great service and really nice cocktails!

We were vacationing in Surfside, FL and looking for a fun bar that was nearby. After a quick internet search, we discovered Bob's Your Uncle which was a quick 5 to 7 minute drive away. We were able to find a parking place with no trouble, and there was no parking fee. It is a fun, dive neighborhood bar. There is an outside seating area in the back as well as tables inside and seating at the bar. We found an inside table quickly, and the servers were friendly. There was a large assortment of board games, we played Rummikub, one of my favorites, and there was a juke box for music. It was a very enjoyable evening! I was a fan of the lemondrop martinis, and my husband ordered the Krac'd Mule. He thought it was interesting, but it was not my favorite.

Good old Bob's! Best neighborhood bar in Normandy isles. A lot of locals come here and people waiting to go to Katana for sushi. Grab a beer and a game and have a great time! They have happy hour certain days of the week and if you make a shot in the basket ball hoop behind the bar then you get a shot of liquor! Always a good time!

I love Bob's. It's just what the neighborhood needs. The bartenders and owners are so friendly and welcoming. They have fantastic cocktails and a great draft beer selection, plus Jell-O shots! During the COVID-19 pandemic, they started utilizing their kitchen space, putting out delicious food of their own and hosting pop-ups. Bob's has become the local chill spot for us folks in North Beach & Normandy Village, but if you stop by when you're in the area, you'll feel right at home. PS: If you're ever in NYC's Upper West Side, check out their sister location in NYC. It's located one block south of my favorite Indian food place in the whole wide world (Doaba Deli) in the former spot of one of my old fav post-work drink spots, the Ding Dong Lounge.

"Bob's you uncle" is a British saying dating back to 1887. It is a way of saying "you're all set" or "you've got it made". The name of this bar is great and the service is even better. They have a nice selection of beer, liquor and wine (even wine on tap). They have bar food as well. I enjoyed a Bob's Old Fashioned and my friend had the Sauv Blanc on tap. They are pet friendly and even have a patio in the back for smokers. There are lots of board and bar games for the nights among friends. I discovered this bar dining next door at Katana. There is always a wait at Katana (sushi) but then of course the wait not longer an issue because "Bob's your uncle". :)

Friend recommended we go tonight. It was my first time. Monique was super welcoming and attentive. The entire vibe was chill, but still had great energy. G&T was perfectly made. I will definitely be back.

My wife and I were looking for a place to grab and beer that was open late and not too far of a drive from our hotel. Bob's fit the bill. This is a neighbor bar that is great for people watching. Once you are bored with that, they do have a big selection of board games. It is not a bad place, but I would definitely call it a dive bar. Being a homebrewer, I was disappointed that they didn't offer local craft beers. However, I did try the Krac'd Mule and really enjoyed it.

My friends and I decided to go while waiting for a table at a nearby restaurant. This place had more casual, hanging out ambiance, and even though our stay was short, we really enjoyed our time there. We only got drinks that day, and I ordered a Tito's Mule (aka a Moscow Mule), whereas my friends ordered a Bob's Daiquiri, and Roberto Caliente. I got a taste of each drink, and the daiquiri was my favorite honestly. It was a bit sour (which I love), and very tasty. The Roberto Caliente was also good too, but be careful! as the name says, it is spicy! My friend ended up getting another round of the daiquiri since we liked it so much. We had to cut our visit short since the table we were waiting for became available, but I wanted to stay to get more drinks. I will most likely go back and stay there for longer, also play some of the games that I saw around. The only thing I'd say that was not my favorite was that it was really cold, since there was a cold front in usually warm Miami, and the doors were left open, which made the place to get really cold. However, I would't hold it against them, as the weather is not what it normally is. I would say though, if you are visiting the place, make sure you're dressed appropriately to the weather outside, since the bar has the doors open. Furthermore, another thing that made my visit not-as-perfect was that it was really dark, making it difficult to read the menu and take pictures for this review, but it was night bar after all. I will certainly give it another chance and come back though! I'd recommend getting a few drinks if you are waiting for a table at any restaurant nearby.

Four out of five only because I can't be the judge of their food menu since I didn't try anything to eat. However the bar service is exceptional and the vibe is very local which I always love. Somewhat of a hole in the wall with cool decor and games. Definitely a watering hole to head to with friends after work.

I'm so glad to have this bar close to home, they have really good beers and cocktails, my favorite like always are the Margaritas. Now they have delicious burgers and fries. The services always are the best, fast and nice. They are pet friendly! A good place to spend a chill night.

I had completely forgotten that I came here until I took some photos from last month off of my phone! Why would I give it 5 stars then? The photos were great! Kidding... it jogged my memory of a terrific night out! One of my oldest friends was visiting from Texas, and after a few pitchers of margs at Taquiza, we strolled over to Bob's. The bartender was from NJ, where all three of us (my friend, Larry and moi) are originally from, so we had a looooong conversation with him about north versus south versus central Jersey. If I recall correctly, my friend picked up the tab (good lord, I hope SOMEONE picked up the tab!!) but I think the drinks were priced reasonably. The bar had a great vibe, the service was fantastic and it really felt like a neighborhood watering hole. No pretension, no gimmick, just a nice place to chill out and relax with friends. Although it takes an act of Congress to pry me off my couch, I'm interested in returning again next time the mood to go out strikes!

They start to close an hour before the closing, they never asked if I want another drink, they never look at you bartenders and even the guy that looks like the manager or owner, is wrong in both sides, they are losing money. This is the kind of service that makes Miami looks plastic and disposable, non sense mood people taking care of the ones that provides their life, they look like suicidal clowns. And the waiter woman, a brown skin girl, looks desperate for closing the checks making sure she is charging the tips, what a depressing and disappointing place.

Very nice staff. Drinks are strong and the food is good. I had the chicken sandwich and the Cuban egg rolls. There is a nice group of people who hangout here too.

I love this place, I've been coming here for years and it's so consistent (the drinks the service the great customers), I seriously look forward to my Tuesday afternoons with Marissa. She sure knows how to pour an IPA and makes a great espresso martini. Not sure what I'd do without this damn place.

Freaking love this place! I live right across the street and love to just stop by when I need a little beer and some food! And let me tell you, their food always hits the spot especially for bar food!!! I used to come here ALL the time when they had Cheeseburger Baby as a pop up!; their wings were fireeeee!!! And now I stopped by because waiting an hour for Katana was not going to do it for me! I ordered from their new The Cheese Stands Alone menu and am pretty happy I came here! I ordered Shrimply the Best and I can definitely say they are good! It's not some cheap baby popcorn shrimp for sure! Will probably order more since their food doesn't seem to disappoint ever! And even better than the food is their service from the great bartenders! They are always so friendly and make sure to greet you and give amazing service!

My wife, our dog and I moved to the area a year ago and have had countless awesome nights at Bob's since they reopened (post Covid restrictions). This place is the perfect neighborhood bar as well as an excellent place to hang out in general. The have a good selection of different craft brews, the bartenders are super cool and great at making drinks, and the food options are solid. What really makes this place special is the overall welcoming vibe and the fact that they are dog friendly. We've had quiet nights where we've enjoyed a drink or two and walk back home and we've had wilder nights where we take shots and get to know almost everyone else at the bar. The buildout and patio area make for a very pleasant and cozy place to drink and chat. As you can tell, I absolutely love this place and am so grateful we live so nearby. Cheers and long live Bob's!

I absolutely adore this place! The friendliest and most welcoming staff. They have a great selection of interesting craft beers that rotate. They also do collabs with small restaurants that are always delicious. Huge selection of fun board games and both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a small basketball hoop on the wall where they do "Shot for shot" - you make it in the basket and get a free shot! They also write your name on the wall behind the bar. Such a cute touch

So happy this great neighborhood bar and amazing staff are keeping it going during Covid. They've partnered with Cheeseburger Baby and the CB team is onsite executing their awesome burger deliciousness!!! Outdoor socially distanced seating is available on the sidewalk out front or in the garden out back. Burgers and Margaritas last night were fantastic!

Went for the restaurant next door but spent our time here while waited. We almost didnt want to leave! The cider there was delicious and we loved playing all the games they had available. We were there for almost 2 hours and time flew by. The workers there know a lot of people come while waiting for Katana and were very friendly and provided a fast closure of the bar tab so we could make our reservation. If it was closer to our hotel we'd be there every night!

I'm not a bar guy at all and yet I really enjoyed this place! We had such a great time that a few weeks later we set up a little get together there. We called ahead of time and asked if they would let us get catered food delivered there and they said sure! We ended up getting a few wine bottles and a lot drinks, all of which were very reasonably priced and we had a great time again. What makes this place so great is that the music is pretty low, so you can have group conversation without having to shout. They also have a ton of games to play and the staff is awesome A++! We were a party of 15+ and they were so cool about getting us extra glasses, water, etc. Hope they stay around for a long time!

Love this spot. Great staff, nicest bartender ever! Wish I got his name but it was his first night :) Had the best mezcal drink and loved playing with the games they had there. Glad to see awesome stuff coming to this area - definitely excited to see it succeed!

I run through this neighborhood often. So when I noticed this space open for business, I was curious to check it out. Named after a British figure of speech(or maybe the song by 90's Manchester rave band, The Happy Mondays) Bob's Your Uncle turns out to be the sister bar of the original in New York's Upper West Side. At this location you'll find a comfortable understated neighborhood bar with mild cool accents. The staff is friendly and from what I understand, they will soon be offering a small menu.

Super cool bar where you can listen to oldies, play board games or 80's arcade games and sip good cocktails or beers. The team is fantastic too!! Welcome to the neighborhood

A locals bar in the heart of Normandy Isle. Awesome, genuine staff. Chill, laid back vibe. Has a nice cocktail menu as well as a rotating selection of draft beers. Nice ambience and space for a game night with a group of friends or for a one on one convo. Happy hour is fun too! $6 well, wine and drafts. Check them out!

Bob's is an awesome neighborhood bar. The bartenders are super friendly, and make great drinks. It's the perfect spot to meet up with friends and coworkers, for happy hour, after dinner, or late night. I'm so glad they opened in North Beach! As soon as they opened, they also started supported the local events, which is really appreciated. I will certainly recommend it to anyone looking thirsty. Finally walked into Bob's and was pleasantly surprised by the layout. Cool setup, but the bartender working that night had no personality or drink making skills whatsoever. The Bob's signature cocktail I had was pretty watered down and not worth the price. Draft beer was also lacking... Flat and slightly skunky tasting(from the lines not the beer).If your looking for a laid back space with decent music playing then bobs your spot. If your looking to actually get a decent/strong drink then On The Rocks would probably be your closest bet.

Service was amazing and the atmosphere was even better! We are visiting from Oregon and we will definitely come back.

Asked what beers they had on happy hour, the pregnant, rather unfriendly bartender says, "No beers on happy hour." Doesn't tell me what IS on happy hour, doesn't point me to a menu. She was not so friendly and the service was slow despite there not being many people in there.

Great music, great games, & good beer. One of the bartenders is super nice which is always a plus. There is always a neat outdoor area which will be more enjoyable once the weather cools down a bit.

Great time waiting here for our Katana reservation. Very lively crowd and good vibes. Had fun games like connect four, Jenga, and others to pass the time. Great drinks too and the bartender was very nice.

Awesome local dive bar with an interesting selection of gins, a knowledgeable and friendly bartender, nice clean bathrooms, and board games to boot! We sat at a table outside on the street on a beautiful Saturday afternoon/evening to celebrate a friend's bday and it was just perfect! We met the owner who also has a bar in NYC and she is super cool. Highly recommend.
