The BEST FACTORING COMPANY. I was stuck with Tafs for years and Bobtail helped me get out of their contract. This company has No hidden fees, straight to the point. Their app is user friendly and I would def recommend everyone to factor with them.

Bobtail forces you to work with them. When you didn't even completed the application. ajawad (Aj) and Mohammedan are the worst. Gives you the run around and does not answer questions. Now i have a UCC. When I never even use them

Bobtail is great. They are very prompt with notifications and payments. I’m locked in with them for good.

I highly recommend bobtail, especially Wendy who is part of their factoring team as she is a very proactive person and always helps us with our carrier billing issues. One of the experiences we had was that a broker did not give us an answer about the payment and she was insistent for 2 weeks making calls and following up and finally today they gave us an answer that they will make the payment.

Terrible service provided. We’re trying to go through the buyout process and being held. We have a $0 balance. They are racist, unorganized and unprofessional. I received a letter of their intent to cancel and end services immediately the same day right before Christmas. They expect a 30 days notice, however you won’t receive one. Since then they have given the runaround. You can’t get clarity and all documents are signed. I have reached out to the BBB as well. Donavan Reid is terrible as well. Don’t let that nice voice fool you. I don’t recommend them!
