"BOCA Restobar & Grill, an Argentinian steakhouse, has opened its second location in Belltown in the historic Queen City space. The restaurant features a variety of grilled meats with Argentinian influences, including a mixed grill with beef cuts, chicken, and sausages. The grillmaster, Luis Torrez, makes all sausages onsite. The menu also offers lighter options like salads, salmon, grilled octopus, and empanadas. The venue has undergone cosmetic changes to modernize the dining room while preserving some original elements." - Gabe Guarente

"Prolific restaurateur Linda Derschang (Linda’s Tavern, Oddfellows) has put her sophisticated spin on Belltown’s longstanding Queen City Grill, beautifully redesigning the space, the menus, and even the name, slightly — Queen City — for its reopening today. Derschang says she’s been wishing for a nearby neighborhood hangout for a burger and a cocktail since she moved downtown a few years ago, and Queen City is her solution — she’s even brought along the burger from Smith, another of her restaurants. It’s all served in a nostalgic but polished 95-seat space with an extra 12 seats on the little outdoor patio. The dozen wooden booths and the bar are originals, while the fixtures are a mix of newly uncovered and freshly added, like lighting from France. Found paintings and local photos, from the likes of Lance Mercer and Ashley Armitage, decorate the walls alongside old mirrors and taxidermy, a signature Derschang touch. Queen City Grill opened in 1987 but the venue dates back to at least 1910, when Queen City Saloon opened at the corner of First and Blanchard, and possibly earlier." - Adam H. Callaghan

The food has great flavours. The sangria is great. The empanadas are full and the dough is really flaky and nice. Steak was great - right texture, infused with flavour; came with chimichurri and salsa. The paella didn't have a crust but otherwise it was good. The rice was soft but not mushy. The servers checked on us throughout and made sure we got timely service.

Honestly the best paella I ever had in Seattle and nothing to say about the espresso martinis WAS INCREDIBLE!!!! I celebrated my birthday there and I had the best time with my friends. My server was a girl named Cynthia, she was amazing!!! Good place for hanging with friends or have a romantic dinner ♥️🫶🏻

Restaurant week and happy hour: Food and sangria were great! Loved the empanadas, the steaks were delicious, and fries were hot and fluffy. Sangria was decent as well but I'm easy to please . However, something that immediately made me unable to give this place 5 stars is the amount of dirty glass and silverware. Water cups have lipstick stains, fork still had caked on chunks of food, and wine glasses are all smudgy. Our server totally disappeared after 30 minutes into our meal so that was also a bit disappointing. Food: 7/10 Service: 5/10 Experience: 3/10 Value: 6/10

This place was dark and sexy with music loud enough so you couldn't hear anyone next to you. Coupled with the high backed benches they have for seating, it makes it feel very private and intimate. Great place for a date night! The food was great, kinda spendy, but totally worth it. The portion size was huge and I had to take at least half of it home. I tried one of their signature cocktails though and I thought it was disgusting 🤢 so I returned it after just 1 sip. The waitress seemed personally offended by that fact, but replaced the drink free of charge anyway. I opted for a traditional Margherita instead and it was fantastic! I'd recommend this place for an established couple to come and eat, or for a first date too. Like I said great sexy, intimate atmosphere.

The food and the service were good. We ordered the Skirt Steak and a dish called Matambre. Other than that I just want to say that they should update their website because I looked at the menu before going to the restaurant but the prices were very different. The prices on the restaurant were more expensive than I expected. For example, on the website, the Churrasco costs $24 but in the restaurant it costs $32. I got very disappointed after that. But overall the food was good. The skirt steak came with a side and in my case I ordered fries! They were very tasty.

We came here for the happy hour. The empanada was good. The calamari and ceviche were average. And the mussels smelled pretty bad (like it might've spoiled bad). I think the quality of food is below average, considering that the mussels made me question whether it was safe to eat. Having said that, the price was great for happy hour. I liked the generous pour of $5 house wine.

Wonderful, flavor-packed dishes galore! I had rock fish and my partner had the skirt steak. Both were perfectly prepared and served hot and melted in our mouths. We had a chicken empanada to start. I tried ordering lamb but they were out unfortunately. Every dish that came to tables around us looked superb. The interior is welcoming and intimate. Great for a casual dining experience or a little more dressed up for a special occasion. On Valentine’s Day they had balloons and cute decor to make it feel special. Service was good and they were knowledgeable and gave good suggestions on menu that didn’t disappoint. I’ll definitely go back again to try more on the menu! They have a small outdoor seating area that is open in nicer weather too.

Quite possibly the best restaurant I’ve been to in Seattle. The Hand of God Syrah was so amazing we had a second bottle. I had the ceviche and it was real and amazing. But I also got to try my friends lamb and holy cow. That may be the best meat I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back ASAP.
