I walked by this spot so many times, and was so excited to finally visit just before the holidays. The interior is so well decorated, it felt cozy yet stylish and trendy! The food was outstanding, we tried a couple of dishes and I would order any of them again. We got the queso fundido, battered shrimp Tacos, fajitas, and the pasta Poblana, and the taste and quality were excellent for each. We also tried the margarita flight, and each drink was delicious and refreshing. I love that they have daily specials (advertised on tables) and a Happy Hour! Really can’t recommend this spot enough

Chill vibes, music was too loud so it was hard to hear the soft spoken waitress. Food recommendations were enthusiastically given. The Friday night appetizer special was the flautas and they were excellent!!!! I ordered a side of rice and beans and that accompanied my dish very well. Place is smaller than what I expected but it was very cozy.

Delicious food, very tasty drinks, and nice place to stop. We went to celebrate my birthday and had a great time. There were three adults and three childrens, and the tip was already included. The prices are good; the only thing I think was a little off was the gratuity, since there were only three adults and The service was ok

Bocaditos has been my favorite Mexican restaurant in Chicago since February 2024, I fell in love the first time I visited. I visit at least twice a month and frequently recommend the restaurant to friends, family, and my clients. The staff, manager, and owner are wonderful, the customer service is superb, and the venue is aesthetically beautiful. While I enjoy many menu items including the Mezcalita (drink ), aguachiles, variety of salsas, chicken tacos, (the previous) shrimp taco, oysters, Oysters Rockerfeller, and Tampiqueña. I am writing to share some feedback. I was disappointed to see the recent limitations to the happy hour menu and the change to the shrimp tacos. The previous shrimp taco was light, flavorful, and unique (featured in the pic), whereas the new battered version feels heavy and lacks flavor. I truly hope you consider bringing the original version back. The changes is the reason for the four star. Additionally, I have a few suggestions to help increase foot traffic, as I want to see the restaurant continue to thrive: - Update the happy hour menu to include more favorites like the steak quesadillas. - Extend happy hour by one hour. - Introduce Sunday brunch with a DJ or specialty nights featuring a live band. - Increase marketing efforts to draw in more guests. Your food and service are amazing and your foot traffic should reflect that daily. I want to ensure Bocaditos remains a staple in the community for a long time. Thank you for countless incredible dinning and eating experiences.

I went during happy hour on a Friday. It was not overly crowded. The happy hour pricing was a lil bit more that expected. The highlight of the food I tried was the Aguachiles, it is a must try! The drink were also great and and on the craft side. I sat at the bar, and didn't get the attention I need for simple things like more water or to pay my bill. Overall, would I come back? Yes, and maybe hope for a different server.

The vibe at Bocaditos Chicago is amazing!! beautifully decorated inside and they even have a patio, which is a nice bonus. The service was excellent and super thoughtful. We were celebrating a birthday and they surprised us with shots, drinks, and even a little cake, which was such a sweet touch! 🎉 Food-wise, everything we tried was delicious. We started with the chips and salsa (had a nice spicy kick!) and the queso fundido, both of which were amazing. I ordered the veggie enchiladas with green sauce, and they were so flavorful and filling — easily one of my favorites. The rice and beans on the side were also really good. My friend got the steak tacos and really enjoyed them too. Drinks were great, food was fresh, and overall the experience was fantastic. Prices are about what you’d expect for the city, but worth it for the quality and atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for a night out or another celebration!

Bocaditos Chicago is the kind of restaurant where the food speaks louder than any decor, though the upscale setting and warm atmosphere certainly set the stage. What truly stood out, though, was the sheer attention to flavor, detail, and balance in every bite. I came in looking to end the night on a high note and left completely blown away by the fried pork belly tacos, which were the special of the day. Trust me, if they’re available when you go, do not skip them. From the moment the plate hit the table, the aroma was mouthwatering, warm, savory, with the faint sweetness of grilled pineapple and the sharp freshness of red onion. Each taco was artfully assembled: a soft, house-made corn tortilla cradling thick chunks of crispy pork belly, seared to golden perfection. The outer layer had a crackling crispness, while the inside remained tender and juicy, almost melting as you chewed. What elevated these tacos even further was the medley of fresh toppings: bright red onion, fragrant cilantro, a thin slice of crisp radish, and the surprising pop of sweet pineapple, which perfectly balanced the richness of the pork. A generous spoonful of homemade salsa brought just the right amount of heat and tang, tying everything together. It was a bite that hit every flavor note, salty, sweet, spicy, and fresh with stunning harmony. Each bite was better than the last. It didn’t just satisfy, it left me thinking about flavors, textures, and the magic of well-crafted food. My only regret? Not ordering a second round. Highly recommended.

I came here Sunday so excited to try them out. I walked in and was thrilled it was empty because in my head that meant: fast service and fast food! But, I was so wrong. Someone said sit where you’d like so my and my friend did. That was the last time I was spoken to. We sat waiting for 15 min while all the employees talked in the back or were on their phone sitting at the bar. We looked and peered over to see if we could get their attention but we had no luck. We finally felt disrespected enough to get up and leave. I came to take a picture for the review and that’s when a waitress appeared not to apologize no. She went to straighten out the table we sat in. I will never be coming back again.

Stopped by Bocaditos Mexican Kitchen in Chicago on a Wednesday night before a Blackhawks game and it was the perfect pre-game spot. The aguachiles were easily our favorite -- super fresh and full of flavor, with really well-balanced ingredients. You can tell the food is made to order and not rushed. The chips and salsa were also way better than your typical starter. The chips came out warm and crisp, and the salsa was smooth, flavorful, and super addictive. We also tried a few drinks, and they were excellent -- well-made, not overly sweet, and a great way to start the night before heading to the game. Our server was amazing -- friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They kept checking in at all the right times and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable even with the pre-game crowd. Definitely a great spot to hit anytime you're in the area looking for solid Mexican food and a fun vibe.

Overall we had a great late lunch at Bocadito! The restaurant interior was very pretty and cozy, although I will say the pedestals on the tables inside the booths are so large so it was kind of awkward to navigate that. We also were the only people in the restaurant at one point and the service was still very slow. We sat for about ten minutes with our empty plates in front of us before our waitress came to check on us. She was very kind, I just felt maybe a little more attentive could have been nice. I got the cucumber gin cocktail which was the highlight for me! For our food we got the Caesar salad with chicken, the chicken tacos, and the chips and guacamole. You could tell the chips were homemade and were so light and crunchy. I loved that the tacos had bite sized pieces of grilled chicken in them, and they were seasoned so nicely. Overall a nice lunch!

The service today was great, and sitting at the bar was enjoyable. The atmosphere was okay, though I'd recommend adding more Latin tunes instead of house music to match the theme better. The space was very clean, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations. The mole enchiladas had a rancid aftertaste, which was not pleasant. On top of that, the pricing felt high--$24 for three enchiladas without sides seems steep, even for downtown. Something closer to $18 would feel more fair. Also, the chips and salsa at $8 feels like a holdover from COVID pricing--at this point, it doesn't reflect good value. Overall, great service and clean space, but the food and pricing need some adjustment to match expectations.

Very friendly staff! Lived the decor. Music is a little loud so be aware. Food was really good. Got a few different tacos and all were good. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

Pretty good Mexican place! My friends and I went for brunch and loved the cute decor. I forgot to take pictures of the food but I got 3 shrimp tacos which was cooked well and they gave us complimentary chips and salsa too. We didn't order any drinks but next time will try them! The service was quick and server was friendly. We learned that the place opened up 3 years ago. Very vibrant and traditional, family owned.

Enjoyed Bocaditos patio for Happy Hour on a Saturday. Our server was very kind, but the bartender was rude and unpleasant. The happy hour mezcalritas were awesome and picture perfect! Enjoyed my quesadilla as well, but $15 for a chicken and cheese quesadilla at Happy Hour prices isn't a good deal. We ordered quac, but it never came. We even asked the food runner for it. After paying, we realized they still charged us for it which was extremely annoying! The 2nd round of drinks they also messed up and gave my friends mezcal instead of tequila.

This place had been on my list for a while. However, the food wasn't memorable, not even in the slightest unfortunately. But what was memorable, was the terrible service we received. It wasn't busy, yet our waitress constantly forgot about our table and was never apologetic about forgetting to bring us things. It was strange. The two stars are for the drinks and the ambiance. It's beautifully decorated and probably could see me again for a happy hour.

I've officially visited Bocaditos twice and loved each visit. My first time here and eye ambiance was so beautiful and relaxed. The stuff was friendly and instantly greeted me. My friend I was seated almost immediately. The music isn't too loud either so you're able to hear one another. All the drinks sound delicious and $16/ drink isn't bad. I chose the mezcalita and the second time I visited I did the habanerita. Both drinks are superrrr tasty and the liquor is indeed present. Lol For food I had the fish tacos. I didn't think they'd be filling without sides but I was proven wrong. They were airy yet crispy and the taste was amazing. I'd definitely order that dish alone again. I'd recommend this place for various different gatherings.

Have been here for dinner and for their happy hour. Their happy hour is alright (except the margaritas and other drinks are a bit on the pricier side) and has good options like the $2 oysters, $5 chips and salsa and $5 beers. 2 for $10 for small tacos didn't seem like that great a deal for happy hour either. The nice thing about it is that they have happy hour every day, even weekends. Chips and salsa was pretty good with the couple options of salsa. Was addicted to the spicy one (habanero and Serrano pepper) Drinks were pretty good and well made. Food was standard. Their oysters were an interesting option and pretty good actually, for a Mexican restaurant. Service was great; the servers were quite attentive and friendly. A nice option if you're passing by and want a quick bite.

Went for restaurant week. Most things were good but I think everything looked better than it tasted. The hot sauce we got on the side saved a lot of the dishes. I wonder if it was the dishes we picked off the menu or the dishes are normally that way. I think I'd like it to give it another try on a different occasion to give it another chance. Out of all the dishes, I enjoyed the veggie taco the most. The risotto had promise but it was a little too heavy for a dish that size. The server forgot to bring out our dessert before our check even though the restaurant wasn't too busy. That was not ideal. The restaurant is cute and would be fun place for weekend brunch. However, I'm not sure if I'll be visiting again.

AMAZING! I come to Chicago on business once a quarter and this is my new favorite restaurant. Seriously the best, absolutely amazing staff and food. I got the salmon and cucumber mocktail. Great atmosphere also!

Margaritas excellent.... The service is excellent and the food pretty good. The ambiance very green like and pretty. The West Coast oysters are the largest that they have, the aren't Blue Point CT, but they are clean and delightful as they give you garlic, hot sauce and something similar to a shrimp cocktail. Chicken taco wa ls mediocre as it wasn't shredded but cubed. It was decent though. The pork belly was delicious and flavorful. The oyster rockafeller has very small oysters and although good not worth the cost. 6 people for happy hour and we spent 508.00 gratuity was added in already.

We stopped in on Thursday night without a reservation and it was easy to get seated! The whole space has a very Tulum vibe to it. Each booth had charging stations which was super helpful. Service: so quick and great! Drinks: strong and not super sweet which we loved! They add this fake $100 bill which honestly was a super fun idea Appetizers: we opted to get the queso en llamas as per our waiter's recommendation and it did NOT disappoint. The cheese was perfectly gooey and the sauce they used was fantastic. It was also fun to get this appetizer with a little presentation involved. Mains: Carne Tacos and Poblano Pasta. Both were SO GOOD. The meat was cooked to perfection and seasoned so well. The pasta was so creamy and super poblano flavored and did not feel greasy at all. I would come back for this creamy pasta. Dessert: we were so full that unfortunately we didn't opt to get dessert; we did, however, get complimentary tequila shots. I am a huge tequila fan and the tequila they gave went down so smooth. I would love to come back and try more menu items and leave room for dessert!

We have visited Bocaditos several times, all times there were a maximum of 2-3 other tables. Slow service is expected if an establishment is busy, not when they barely have enough customers to stay open. The service here should get 1 of 5 stars. Do not come here expecting to be wowed, heck - don't even expect to receive basic service. The waitresses are slow. They are always standing at the end of the bar on their cell phones just scrolling away. No offer to refill drinks, you have to ask if you want more. On two occassions we have seen employees taking shots with customers. Drinking on the job shouldn't be allowed. On one of our most recent visits, I ordered chicken fajitas. After a super long wait, someone from the kitchen brought out beef. After about 5 minutes, we finally got our server's attention. When I advised her of their error, she was rude and didn't apologize. Just quickly took the food away. Another long wait before I got the chicken. The only reason we have come back is because we like most of the food. Both salsas offered with the chips are very good. We typically get an additional side of the salsa roja (reasonably priced at $1.50) for our entrees. The cochinita pibil tacos are our favorite item!

This one has been on my list for a while. We went on a Thursday afternoon it wasn't too crowded we were seated right away. This inside was very cute love the bohemian vibe. Our sever was nice and attentive. I had the honeymoon cocktail and mango fiesta cocktail. The honeymoon cocktail was well balanced. The mango fiesta wasn't spirit forward and I wasn't a fan. The food we did calamari, chips and guacamole and oysters. Oysters we're delicious and fresh. Guac was well seasoned and calamari was fried well. For my entree I had the enchiladas. They were delicious. We finished with dessert tiramisu and another I cant remember the name but it was like a churro waffle with ice cream. Overall I recommend and would go back.

I've ordered takeout and dined in a few times now and really enjoy the food. It's going to be on the pricier side, compared to say a mom and pop taco spot, but it's quality, elevated Mexican food. The chips and salsa are excellent. Not sure how they fry their chips but they are thick and crispy. The salsas are amazing. The green one on the spicier side. The red is my favorite. The chicken flautas are my favorite dish. 4 to an order, the chicken inside is shredded. Fried to perfection. They have good cocktails and the vibe inside is great for a dinner with friends or even days night. The outdoor seats are super nice in spring and summer. The service is hit or miss sometimes. The last time we ordered the person that took our order was a little rude over the phone. When I arrived to pick up she was busy taking an order over the phone so I waited. She then just walked past me, didn't say anything and didn't turn around when I said excuse me. She just went to the back. A bit frustrating. The manager came over and cashed me out at least. It's not in our weekly rotation but we order whenever we crave it. A nice option in the. Neighborhood.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and really enjoyed my experience. I didn't get a chance to see what parking is like since I took rideshare. I was immediately sat upon arrival. The restaurant was dimly lit and loud but not obnoxious. The restaurant had really nice decor and a fun tropical aesthetic, great for photos. My friends and I started with cocktails and appetizers. I had the Billion Dollar Margarita, it was strong but good. I only needed one my sisters/friends enjoyed their cocktails which included the Mezcalita. For appetizers, we orders the ceviche, butter lime shrimp, fried calamari, oyster rockerfeller and aquachiles. For entrees we just shared the burger and the chicken enchiladas. Everything was amazing! We demolished everything that came to the table To celebrate my birthday, we were given to house made shots! I don't remember what was in them but I remember enjoying them! I will definitely be back.

Came here on a random Wednesday for their happy hour and I had a great time! We didn't eat much, so I can only speak to the drinks and the service. Our server was attentive and service was very quick! Their happy hour starts early which was great. Snacked on some chips and salsa and they def make the chips in house as they were really fresh. The sangria on their happy hour is nice and strong, I also got the passionfruit and mango margarita and really enjoyed those. I wish I could remember the server's name, but he works Wednesdays and Thursdays, so I will be back on those days for sure to try out some actual food. The location itself is really cute as well, definitely could have gotten more photos, but I was focused on getting drunk

Rainy Tuesday in downtown Chicago for a Conference. Wanted good food and ended up here. Let me add we are from San Antonio, Texas and this was just excellent. Ambiance, customer service, and food! Crispy hot homemade chips and two types of salsa, Carne Tacos, Margaritas on the Rocks done well. Strongly recommend!

We were craving some spicy food and we found this beautiful little place... the ambience is amazing and the food is so delicious perfectly portioned and spiced the enchiladas are light ..... they brought their Chile Arbil sauce in the side and it kicked it up several notches. Our hostess Magdalena was very sweet and attentive thank you

Fun new Mexcian spot on Madison St! There used to be an oyster bar in this space. I love how Bocaditos completely transformed the inside and outdoor area of the restaurant with great decor, mood lighting, and new tables and chairs. We had tacos shrimp tacos and a Cesar salad-- both were great. Everything had good flavor, was a healthy portion, and I enjoyed how straightforward the menu was. They have great happy hour deals here for food and drink. It's definitely something I need to check out soon! Towards then end of our meal our server kind of abandoned our table which was odd but besides that the service was good/standard. I'm empathetic to the growing pains of a newer restaurant but definitely something to note. I'm sure it will get worked out soon!

Beautiful restuarnt and great moody vibe, loved the look. We went for restuarant week, and tried their menu . 4 courses . 1st course I had was the ceviche, which was good, 2nd was 1 taco pastor I thought was delicious, 3rd was the main beef option tasted really good too. Last was the dessert which was either a flan or another one, we got both but neither was that good. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable, also had are mango margarita which was fantastic.

I've been here a couple of times now, and each visit has been better than the last. The atmosphere is calm but vibrant, with music that sets the mood without overpowering your conversations. It's one of those places that feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The cocktails are incredibly well-balanced and creative. I've tried a couple from the menu and both were refreshing, flavorful, and had just the right amount of kick. The kind of drinks you remember later and crave again. As for the food -- I was genuinely impressed. The fish tacos were light but satisfying, packed with flavor, and had this perfect crunch. They didn't need any sides to hold their own. You can tell there's care in how everything's prepared. Whether you're stopping in for a drink or sitting down for a meal, it's the kind of place you'll want to come back to. Great vibe, great food, and the kind of service that makes everything feel effortless.

We had a table of 9. Upon arrival, our table was ready for us to be seated. I got the margarita flight and shared the fajitas and salad with a friend. The fajitas were well cooked, not dry, and filling. The margarita flights were also tasty; so glad they weren't too sugary like some margaritas are. The restaurant was aesthetically decorated, and music was not too loud so you can still have good conversation with your group. This spot was recommended by my cousin who lives nearby the restaurant & is a go to spot - I can see why. Kudos all around!

I came here a few weeks ago with some girlfriends and were seated easily for a weeknight dinner. They have a variety of happy hour and daily specials ranging from $4 tacos to $10 margaritas which is a steal. We shared the Oro Verde, chips and salsa, and Bocaditos mix salad, all of which tasted very fresh. I got a mix of fried and grilled tilapia tacos which were delicious. I loved the chipotle aioli that came with the tacos. Although Bocadito's is not located in the heart of West Loop, its cute decor and ambiance makes it worth the trek for anyone looking for delicious Mexican food in the area.

Great restaurant for a girl's night, date night, out small group outing! The food was great and so were the drinks. I had the ribeye, which was cooked perfectly and incredibly reasonably priced. I love that we didn't feel rushed to leave after we ate our food. We talked for hours and even got free shots when the waiter had to leave and dropped off the check "early". He was really kind and thoughtful. I'm excited to try different menu items here. + they accept reservations

Fun New Mexican restaurant in the West Loop! I went with a friend on a Tuesday night. We caught the tail end of happy hour and enjoyed discounted mezcalitas and margaritas. I enjoyed the mezcalita very much - good quality mezcal with a hibiscus flavor & a tajin rim - yum! We ordered the guacamole for an appetizer. The guac was delicious and the chips were freshly made in house - fresh, crunchy perfection! For my main I ordered the chicken enchiladas with verde sauce. I appreciate that they use grilled chicken (which I prefer over shredded). I enjoyed my dish very much; it was flavorful. My friend ordered the vegetarian flautas and said that they lacked flavor. Our server was attentive and I enjoyed the restaurants ambiance very much.

Yummm! I made a stop at a nearby pet store without having lunch and saw this place across the street. The decor is beautiful! I'd love to rent the space for a bridal or wedding shower. Very earthy and boho themed. The service was prompt and very kind. They have daily specials. We ordered the chips and salsa as an app. The chips tasted as if they made them in the back. And the salsa were delicious. Flavorful but not too spicy. For my meal, I ordered the Caesar salad with medium steak. My babe ordered the pork tacos. And we shared an order of fries and the truffle Mac and cheese. My steak and salad were amazing!!!! My babe loved loved his tacos. The meat in both of our meals was tender and flavorful. My Mac and cheese had a good flavor but was entirely too soupy for me and the fries were over cooked. Even with those too things.... I'd def be back. Oh my babe also ordered a Paraiso drink and said it was great.

Back again! Solid spot for a nice ambiance, flavorful food and friendly service! I don't think I need another cocktail from here but the steak tacos, I'll be back! The chicken Flautas were crispy and tasty as well!

I was very upset when Mad Social closed in summer 2022 and months later a place called Dear Madison would open in its place with an oyster theme in which I knew that would not fly due to many oyster HHs existing in the area already. My prediction of a 6 month stay wound up being true. With all of that said, I'm happy that a worthy replacement for Mad Social showed up as Bocaditos! Great friendly staff here (Hannah & Melody especially) along with good drinks and food! I've been here for Happy Hour as well as regular hours and the place does not disappoint! $3 tacos (carne & pollo), $12 mini quesadillas, $8 sangria and $10 margaritas & mezcalitas on deck makes for a great HH deal! Chicken tinga taco is great as well! The Enchiladas Maya is pretty good for dinner...definitely recommend! As I said, its a great place to drop in anytime. You can roll solo, date, or bring friends. Get here!

Went here for happy hour and it was delicious! The server was nice and the food came fast. We got the $2 oysters which you have to order a minimum of 6 and they have west and east coast oysters. West coast were more of a thick texture and east coast were a little more fishy. $4 shrimp tacos were really yummy and the chips and salsa was nice and crispy and the chips seemed made in house. Drinks were strong and pretty.

Very average Mexican food. Chips and guac were good, salsa was soo warm in a unappetizing way. Vegetarian options are bad. The veggie tacos are just a soft taco with little squares of bell pepper and no flavor and nothing else. Would not recommend Also the music is so loud that even at 7pm if you have a table of more than 4 you can't hear each other

We stopped in for dinner last night and enjoyed our experience. We were greeted and seated promptly. The booths are small but cozy and the sieve had a nice restaurant vibe mixed with sports bar. It's beautiful, with gold velvet booths along one way, a bar on the other side, and 4 top bar tables in between. We enjoyed the chips and salsa (both salsas were awesome), elotes, veg tacos, and cheviche. All were good. Some of the other plates that passed us by looked amazing, so I would definitely go back to try more. PS add a vegetarian fajita option, please!

What attracted me to this spot was the outside!!! Such cute lights and the ambiance looked ( and was) amazing! I brought my dog so we sat outside on the patio! Our waitress spilled my delicious red marg on my coach bag lol but what can you do!! She offered us shots to make up for it. We got the quesadillas and a few drinks and will be back to try more of the food!! From the menu I saw it looks like they have deals every day of the week! Cute little hidden gem!!!

I loved my experience at Bocaditos! Loved the decor & ambiance, very relaxed atmosphere, but enough good vibe to include watching the Cubs season opener! Food was great, but my fave was the chips, guacamole and the drinks The server was attentive and made our experience a smooth one.

The food and drinks were top notch and service was amazing. Everything was 10/10. My absolute favorite was the pasta.

I give Bocaditos four stars all around. Great food, service and lovely ambiance. Came on a Sunday afternoon, it was super cute and quiet. Perfect for an afternoon date.

We've been here twice now and I'm officially obsessed with their steaks! My husband always orders the surf and turf, which comes on top of the most delicious mashed potatoes -- I always end up stealing a bite (or two). If you're into oysters, definitely try the Oysters Rockefeller -- they're soooo good! Service was okay. I totally get that guests can be a lot sometimes, but a bit more enthusiasm or energy from our server would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming. Still, the food is great, and we'll definitely be back for another steak and seafood night!

Excellent service the waiter was very charming. We got the aguachiles and it was to die for especially with the variety of chips (sweet potato, plantain and tortilla). The tampiqueña was to die for. It was the best skirt steak I ever had the pleasure of eating. And to think we came here as a last resort with no reservation.

I tried this place out for the first time and I was really impressed with the design inside. It is so cute and feels like walking into a Mexican resort. We went for lunch and they have a really nice lunch menu with smaller than dinner portions and lower prices. I really liked this as you can share and try things without getting 1 typical large entree. Their chips seemed fresh fried in house and salsas were really tasty. I had chicken flautas and my mom tried their steak tacos and really enjoyed their steak. I would definitely go back to try their margaritas and do dinner.

Strolled in to find a place for lunch. Greeted by no one so decided to grab a menu. The waiter/host finally appears and makes condescending comments. Why would I stay and dine if my first impression is poor service and a rude waiter? No wonder this restaurant is always empty. such a shame

I'd call this spot a hidden gem because I don't hear much about it. I popped in for lunch after a dentist appointment and had steak tacos and a margarita--both were fantastic. The server was attentive, the vibes were... "Tulum", and the margarita was strong, just how I like them. Definitely coming back with my fiancé to try more.

Everything was perfect: Service, Ambiance, Aesthetics, Food, Drinks, & Cost! We got the Mezcalita (so cute) and the house margaritas both phenomenal! For food we had the east coast oysters, Rockefeller oysters, ceviche, shrimp tacos, and steak tacos. everything was absolutely delicious. The oysters were so fresh and flavorful. The tacos were seasoned to perfection. I will absolutely be back often.

Everything was really tasty. I got the Don ribeye and it was cooked well. My partner got the grilled shrimp. That was also good. Their chips are made in house. I thought the sangria could be better and they were participating in a st paddy's day bar crawl which I thought was weird because they are definitely more of a restaurant than a bar.
