10 Best Restaurants in Buffalo, NY and What to Eat There - AFAR

"This take on Buffalo-style pizza features a softer, focaccia-like crust, twice the sauce and triple the cheese, and classic cup-and-char pepperoni that curl and blacken, pooling spicy oil; the shop’s rendition uses hand-stretched dough, freshly made sauce, and 100% whole-milk Sorrento mozzarella, and is best eaten hot and fresh rather than delivered." - Arthur Bovino

The Bocce Pizza Club was an amazing pizza eating experience. The size of the pie was shockingly impressive and well worth the price. Tons of cheese and toppings on every inch of the pizza made it very memorable. The crust was very flavorful and thick. I can see why it’s been open for so long and the best Buffalo style pizza I have ever tasted. Next time I’m in town it will be mandatory that I stop in.

Google
The pizza and wings could be better. We got takeout to eat at home. The pizza was a little bit too greasy. Additionally, for the wings I asked for them extra crispy but they weren’t that crispy. Other than that though the pizza and wings were great.

Google
Bocce has been in business since 1946. Their pizza is one of the best in Buffalo and all of the surrounding areas. Their wings are also good but have a tendency not to be crispy enough. Their menu has other food options such as subs, tacos and salads. If you want a top tier representative for Buffalo pizza this has got to be one of your choices.

Google
Ordered a whole pie with extra sauce and pepperoni browned/charred edges as Bocce Club shows on their menu and in pictures. I didn't get either. Pepperoni was barely cooked and no charring. No extra sauce. Pizza can be very good but is inconsitent in terms of its quality. Disappointing.

Google
Ordered half cheese and pepperoni pizza, small chef salad and loganberry. Our pizza was kinda burnt, but it still tasted so damn good! The salad had so many veggies and cheese that o was only able to eat half of it, and saved the rest for later. I took the pizza to my 82yr old mom in the nursing home, and she usually has no appetite….well she ate three slices of that pizza because it was so damn good. It made her day!

Google
Solid pizza! It's like a large hand tossed married a Detroit style deep dish and had kids. Love the thick crust, doughy in the middle, crispy char on the edges, great flavor sauce & cheese, classic cup pepperoni.

Tanya

Google
I just ordered a half a box of pizza with cheese, double pepperoni and onions thru DoorDash. Opened my pizza, no onions. Called Bocces and was asked did I order from the Bailey locations because she didn’t see my order. Of course I know which one I ordered from!! So basically was told to contact DoorDash. Okay, DoorDash didn’t make the pizza. That’s what you call terrible customer service.

Google
The staff was great! Pizza was very good. Will be trying more food from this pizza shop in passing I’m sure. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Always great. Got pizza last Friday with wings. Wings were perfect. Love Bocce. Always a great choice. Always consistent too. Great service and staff is nice

Yelp
Boccee is Bocce, aging myself but nothing beats the original back on Clinton Street. Their pizza is decent but the Buffalo pizza market is loaded with much better pizza. They are not consistent here. But will say yesterday order was very good. Just not a regular staple I would order from. They are always nice on pick up. Half pizza perfect size for two to three people. Their subs are good, at least the Royal which is my normal go to.

Yelp
Despite the great reputation for the food (and it was good), a lackluster dining experience. There was a small sign on the register indicating no table service (and it sure looked like it did), so we sat down and nothing ever happened as you don't see the sign when entering. You have to go to counter to order. Tables had crumbs and trash cans were packed - even in the mens room. There are no napkins, condiments or anything else at the tables. We were looking for a traditional pizzeria experpence and sure didn't find it here!

Yelp
First thing's first - When spending over $60 on f'in pizza, you'd think the people answering the phone wouldn't sound like a snide c*nt. Ordered a pizza *anything else* well done, please *anything else* half a Hawaiian pizza *anything else* - No, and i'm regretting my decisions before leaving the house to deal with the people who don't know how to drive. Get there 35 minutes later, as told - back to the car to wait another 6 minutes after telling them them the order. Go back in and the 1/2 Hawaiian pizza was "given away"..... How incompetent are you to give away half a Hawaiian pizza, in 6 minutes, knowing it's with an order that has another pizza? No, I dont want the free, overpriced diabetes drink - I want to feed my family, and save the stupid look. No, I dont want to wait 10 minutes for half an undercooked Hawaiian pizza to go with the 40+ minute whole pizza that wasn't well done. Again - save the stupid look, maybe accept some responsibility, and consider that I don't want the $40 overpriced, under-cooked pizza to get any colder and soggier. The people running this place Wednesday evening did a great disservice to the family that made Bocce Club what it once was. If the owner reads this - get rid of the hag that answers the phones or atleast ensure she gets her "fix" for the evening dinner rush. I'm glad the people there have zero consideration for others, zero pride in how they "earn" their money, zero sense of organization and complete it all off with stupid looks on their faces. Maybe end the "woke" nonsense and get some people who care what they do, give a damn about the community they serve, give a damn about upholding the reputation and not "giving away" half an order that clearly wasn't an accident. I'll call you a liar, to your face, after knowing it went with the large "well done" that I talked to you about just minutes prior. Incompetent, the whole lot! Dont worry - I know you wouldn't dare fire the dumb-ass, and the hag, to bring up the standards to accomodate the insane markup - we won't be back. Thanks for ruining the one family "treat" for the week.

Yelp
I love bocce pizza. One of my top ten favorites. Growing up I used to eat at the original bocce pizza on Clinton near Jefferson ave. Their sauce is sweet, great tasting crust, and the way the pepperoni is seared to make them crispy is great. To bad the downtown location closed, because unfortunately this location is far from home, so I don't get to enjoy it as often as I'd like.

Wendy A.

Yelp
Sucked! Walked in @ 140pm no greeting. Placed order small cheese pizza told 20 mins. Returned in 10 waiting in lobby after 20 mins I asked about pizza, they couldn't find it, no clue what happened. I asked for my money back, the cashier disappeared, someone from kitchen came out gave me money back with no apology or anything

Yelp
This review is solely for the Bocces airport location. Horrible and nothing like the Bocces on Bailey. Disturbing.

Yelp
Every time I go somewhere people be like "you gotta try this" people from Buffalo love to show off their city and that's exactly how I ended up at Bocce Club Pizza. My friend was talking about this place before we even left Maryland. His dad had already told him to bring him back a pizza. I'm just sitting there like bro, pizza? I didn't even know pizza was big in Buffalo, but in hindsight why wouldn't it be? Nothing goes with Buffalo wings better than pizza and beer (Labatt Blue of course). We had already been to a whole day of tailgating and football. I wasn't hungry in the least, and we were really just stopping to take the Pizza home. I knew something was gonna be different about this pizza when I had to have my friend hand it to me in the car. The size of this thing made it hard to sit down with. Then when we got home I realized the thing wouldn't fit through the door. We get it in the house and open the box and BOOM! I took 1 bite and knew immediately this is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The ingredients taste super fresh, and the dough reminds me of really good homemade dinner rolls. The pizza is thick, but not dense and the sauce, cheese, pepperoni ratio was excellent. I tore through a row, drank a beer and relaxed. This pizza is the truth! They do Nationwide next day delivery, and I'm already planning to grab a couple for whatever occasion I think I can sneak one in... Not sure if the owner will read this, but you would absolutely make a killing in D.C./Maryland...

Yelp
Bocce pizza is a WNY staple! They have several locations and we recently stopped in to get a pizza to go. We ordered online and got pepperoni, mushroom, and sausage. Their pizza is good... toppings are generous. I love that their pizza is super cheesy but for my taste, it's not my favorite Buffalo pizza. Still very good though! Service was great. Our pizza was ready on time.

Jon P.

Yelp
We got a pizza tonight half cheese, pepperoni, half cheese, sweet pepper and onion and cheese and pepperoni side was good. The other half was undercooked and unable to eat. This is not the first time this has happened the cooks. Don't know what they're doing when you have a pizza with veggies on it absolutely terrible for the money we pay

Yelp
Had a taste for Buffalo Pizza for lunch. Took about 20 minutes which wasn't bad during lunch time. The door to exit was broken lol it just kept swinging open which was strange. Staff were very nice and the inside was clean. Now down to the pizza, it was mid. I love the char and sweet sauce I felt like it needed more was kinda dry. Pepperoni was spicy and good, so was the dough. I'll probably have it again but wouldn't go out of my way. It's an upgrade from the 7/11 slice but not top tier Buffalo style pizza.

Yelp
Been a while but still the best pizza in Buffalo. I highly recommend. I have nothing more to say but need 85 characters for the post! lol

Tommy B.

Yelp
Pizza quality is very inconsistent, orders are often incorrect & frequently over baked. When Bocce pizza is done right, it's really good but I never know what I'll get from order to order. It can be great or it can suck. Other local pizzerias within a mile are far more consistent. I'm thinking of the Amherst Ale house and Bullseye. Not fan of Bocce wings - small, overcooked. Once again, Amherst Ale house and Elmos, both a mile away are far better. It's unfortunate because Bocces has a great recipe, they just lack focus and consistency.

Yelp
The one on Hopkins Rd. In Williamsville has amazing pizza and wings. Service was pretty fast and the place looked clean and stuff.

Yelp
Alright so my mom is from Buffalo and she said this was always her favorite. Food was good, we got a pepperoni and some wings. The wings were fine, a little less crispy than I would have liked. Our son ordered BBQ - it mostly smelled and tasted like ketchup. The pizza was real good, real good pepperoni and nice and cheesy. The place has no sit down options except outside, which was fine. Not bad not amazing. Food was good though so that's what matters

Yelp
A Buffalo tradition. Great value, a great pizza you cannot get anywhere else. Second order was to go on my flight and they packed it very well for my trip.

Lindsay B.

Yelp
Ordered a sheet pizza cheese w/ pep and a bucket of wings for the football game, I placed my order the day before and paid ahead, I specifically asked for 1/2 the bucket to be extra crispy wings medium and for the pizza to be well done, the food arrived on time however the pizza wasn't even close to be well done and the 1/2 order of wings that were supposed to be extra crispy and medium were undercooked rubbery and plain. Not sure how this got screwed up since the receipt on the box had the order the way I asked printed right on the receipt. I've tried this place sporadically over the years and I'm not impressed and certainly not worth the hype. At $120+ for this order there's far better places in Buffalo to get pizza done correctly

Yelp
When I first moved to Buffalo area Bocce was considered one of the upscale pizza places to go. We would get Bocce almost weekly for our family dinners. The pizza was HUGE and was enough everyone. Sadly something changed? Can't exactly say what it was but the taste was just not the same. The last time I ordered I actually gave the pizza away to a group of teenagers from the neighborhood because I just couldn't eat it. Haven't been back in years so I am unsure what the inside looks like now or if it's changed. I give 3 stars out of respect for this long time business and being such a staple of WNY.

Alice R.

Yelp
Bocce's use to be so good, I ordered five pizza's flew from Atlanta, that wasn't a problem I'm use to taking Pizza back and forth for years. They have obviously banded the restaurant down or sold it, it's not the same pizza I'm used, pizza dough just taste like outsourced or super market, the meat lover pizza had all kind of undesirable by products chopped ham hocks or pig feet, yuck. Just not good anymore.

Yelp
Cheese pepperoni on half with cheese pepperoni mushrooms and onions on the other! My neighbors are living it as well as me! Outstanding pie my friends! Ty ! Jamie

Anthony P.

Yelp
The pizza wings and appetizers are all very good. The problem I have is they're not very accurate when you order food I ordered double wings only received a single ordered half a pizza, cheese pepperoni I got cheese, pepperoni, and onions. They must take more care on getting the orders, right

Yelp
This was so so good! We don't order out pizza much, but we went to Strong in Rochester today and I was too tired to cook! I haven't had Bocce in forever but I think we most certainly be back after this. I forgot how good their pizza is! The sauce on the pizza was really good, and I just thought the taste overall was delicious. We also got a large fries, which stayed crisp till we got it home, and I love battered fries. The breadsticks were delicious and also the size was ridiculous! We ordered a large and it came in and filled an entire pizza box!! I did not expect that! Our total price was about 31 dollars, which I thought was fair, if not good, for this much food! We normally order Franco's, but I think we might split now between Bocce and there.

Brielynn B.

Yelp
Bocce is by far one of my favorite pizzerias in Buffalo - most specifically the location on Bailey. This pizza is always consistent. If you're into a sweeter sauce with cheesy goodness, this is the spot for you. Personally, I enjoy to go with a classic cheese and pepperoni, but they offer an extensive menu for you to choose from. One of the other things that I love about Bocce is that they let you do a half of a pie instead of always committing to a large pizza. The half works great for my husband and I since there's just the two of us. Bocce was always a family favorite ever since I was little and even after all of these years, you can always count on a few things: 1- The pizza consistently tasting the same (like perfection)! 2- The staff being friendly! 3- The pizza is always ready at the requested time! Way to go Bocce! Thanks for being one of my go-to spots in Buffalo!

Yelp
A great meal option in the Buffalo airport--it takes 10-12 minutes for the personal pizzas to be made but it is well worth it. I had the cheese pizza which was really good. The service is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is quiet in the small confines of Buffalo International airport.

Yelp
This is actually a 3.5 star review, but I didn't round up in this case, I kept it at 3. Whenever someone asked me in the past what my favorite pizzeria was, I always replied Bocce's of course. It was the epitome of Buffalo and all the good things in life. When you bit down into the tasty decadent pie, it took you home, or a glimpse into what you thought your heaven might be. The sauce was perfect, the crust not doughy, and the top of the crust usually had some burnt areas, so you knew it was cooked and ready to be ingested. I haven't had Bocce's in at least a year, maybe longer. I had pizza at my mom's house and we ordered a double order of BBQ wings, extra crispy. and a large cheese, pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The total came to $50. A little pricey, in my opinion. We asked for the order to be ready at 7pm. We arrived for pick up at around 6:55, and my mom was ushered to the patio to wait until the order was ready. You enter the pizzeria through the front, and exit on the side through the patio. Everyone was wearing masks when they went in to collect their orders, so that is awesome. My mom checked the bill and the wings had a note to make them extra crispy. We opened them up and they were not extra crispy. They were good and had great flavoring, but they were not extra crispy, and I have a problem with that. The pizza seemed like it could have been cooked a tad longer. It was too doughy. The flavor was there and good, but it wasn't like how I remembered. Maybe they just had a bad day. It was a Saturday at around 7pm. But you would hope every order was consistent. I think the reign of Bocce being my favorite has ended. There are so many pizzerias out there that are amazing, and consistent. I'll give them another try, because everyone has their off day, but I was disappointed and not impressed.

Donna F.

Yelp
Bocce Club pizza was always one of my favorites. Have not had it in a while. so got it after the football game. We were very disappointed. Not at all the same. Very thin crust making it sloppy to eat, sauce and cheese tasted different, slices cut in all different sizes. Don't think we'll order it again.

Yelp
I finally got a chance to grab a Bocce Club pie on Saturday and am happy to report it was as tasty as before they closed for a few weeks! I called around 5pm on a Saturday to place an order for pick-up, but I received the "busy" tone the first couple of times I tried dialing their Bailey Ave. location. After waiting ~2-3 minutes, I was finally able to get through but was placed on hold for another ~2-3 minutes. Afterwards though, a pleasant woman answered and took my order and credit card information with ease and told me my order would be ready in ~45 minutes. When I arrived to pick-up my order though, there was a line of cars wrapping around the block - not a good sign. I ended up waiting in this line an extra 30 minutes or so, with one car having the audacity to cut in front of me... When I finally arrived at their pick-up area, it took them another ~5 minutes to get my order out to my car. No customers are allowed to enter into their pizza shop but you can park and wait in the parking lot if you want to. The first time I experienced their curbside pick-up, before they closed for a few weeks, it was great - fast and efficient! This time though it seemed that maybe a customer arrived too early and then sat in the curbside pick-up queue line and clogged the process up. I hope that the next time I come here though, they have contingencies for those situations in place. I did notice the staff wearing masks and gloves so no concerns there. Onto the pizza though - I ordered a half (9", six slice) cheese, pepperoni, bacon, black olive, green pepper, and onion pizza. Boy, was it tasty! Their crust is quintessential Buffalo-style with being a little more on the doughy-side but not too thick, with a great chew and crunch on the end. Their red sauce is laid on generously and is leans toward the sweeter side. The amount of toppings on the four inner slices are generous and were very fresh. I love the crispness and taste of fresh green peppers and onions with the pepperoni and bacon and throwing the black olives in there, with their salty, bitter taste, really brought a great balance to the pizza. Plus, I really like the soft texture of the black olives and their size allows them to be really piled on! :) The only suggestions I have would be I wish there was more cheese on the pizza and I would've like to have seen the toppings be distributed evenly on the two end slices, but still, the pizza itself is excellent! I also recommend that when you bring their pizza home, you throw it in your oven, at 380 degrees or so, for about 10-12 minutes to heat it up - I know that sometimes they undercook the pizza a little bit so this allows you to crisp it up how you like. The size of the half is perfect for a single person with a "healthy" appetite - I'm able to eat the whole thing, no problem, but I usually don't have lunch prior to grabbing a pizza. In addition, the prices here are very affordable compared to a few other local pizza shops around. Overall, Bocce Club Pizza is back and better than ever! They need to work on their curbside pick-up a little more to handle outliers, like people who show up too early, to ensure they don't see a line of cars waiting to get their orders but I'll definitely be back again soon.

Yelp
The sub was horrible and pizza just ok. Many better options in the areas to choose from. Pick one of those.

Yelp
Bocce Club Pizza is a buffalo institution that I've been hearing about since first moving to buffalo 4 years ago. I'm not sure how it took this long, but 4 years later I finally made my way here to try some pizza. From the outside you think "this place is massive, must have some great seating" but sadly, this is mostly a take-out type place with a few seats at a counter. The menu here covers everything from the pizza itself, to the appetizers and salads you may want before the meal. For our pizza, we ordered a large pizza with onions and meatball and after 15 minutes or so, we were in my car with some plates and ready to dig in (no way I was waiting until I got back home). The pizza itself was absolutely delicious and my favourite style. I'm not a thin pizza guy, so when I can get a pizza with some nice Doughey crust, I'm gonna be a happy boy. Overall, this place gets an A+ in my book. The pizza was fantastic and that's all I care about from a place like this. I highly suggest placing an order if you haven't given them a shot yet!

Eugenio D.

Yelp
Underwhelming Wanted some OG Buffalo pizza is this was a top three by some web reviews. Picked up a pepperoni pizza, crust very soft, sauce tasted like it was right outta the can, pepperoni was very weak. Service was average. All in all disappointed . I really wanted to like it. Should have stuck with la Hacienda on Pine Ave. Sorry Bocce but I am being honest and sincere

Tomas T.

Yelp
Good pizza! Team is excellent! Ambience is awsome! Small error was corrected immediately without doubt and I got a discount! Thanks Bocce club!Your #1!

Yelp
Always good... Dipaulos should take lessons from this place.... Def doesn't skimp on toppings

Yelp
Be warned when ordering a single pizza for $100 for overnight delivery because the pictures attached here is what you get. Had my order placed Saturday for my Dads birthday in Arizona, who is a Buffalo native and Bocce regular when he's in town. Usually, when you order food like this it comes shipped overnight in a well packaged and sealed box with lots of dry ice and uncooked. Well my parents received the pizza today and this is what they got (photos attached). Label slapped on the ACTUAL pizza box it was sent in, not fully tapped, and clearly inedible. They immediately threw it out. Extremely and beyond disappointed in both the product and service thus far as I am not able to get ahold of anyone via email, Facebook messenger, or phone to resolve this.
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
This is a big disappointment. I moved away from Buffalo when I was 22. I grew up on Buffalo's Westside that has the best pizza in my opinion. I never tried this pizza until today. And I was not impressed it was OK. I would order it again if in a pinch but there's a lot better pizza right around the corner, any corner in Buffalo.
google avatar

Deny H.

Yelp
Very Buffalo style pizza and a solid version. Nice sauce to cheese ratio. Would like cheese to go all the way to crust though. 8.1
google avatar

Talina M.

Yelp
20 years after my first bite and they're still good. Always have been. Always will. If you prefer a sweeter sauce of course.

Kerry K.

Yelp
After 50+ years as a loyal customer, I will never order anything from Bocce's Pizza again. For the second consecutive time, we placed an order 3 hours ahead of time for a 4 o'clock pickup and for the second consecutive time when we arrived at 4 o'clock to pick up, we were told there was no record of our order and we had to wait 45 minutes while they took the order in the store. What made this last time worse was, given our previous experience, we called at 3 o'clock to ensure the order was on track and were told there was no record of the order. Still having an hour, we placed the order again but as stated above, when we got there at 4 o'clock, there was no record of the 3 o'clock order as well. I might have reconsidered using Bocce's again, but there was no contrition and no apology on their part. We were made to feel we were inconveniencing them instead; total contempt for the customer. Never again, Bocce's.
google avatar

Jazmin V.

Yelp
Good reviews on Google and I can see why. As a customer the establishment was clean! Customer service was okay. We ordered a bocces pizza cheese and pepperoni! It was good! It is a relaxed environment. It was not expensive! I will definetly come back!

Chris K.

Yelp
Ordered a pizza with double cheese pepperoni extra sauce. Got s dry cold pizza with no extras even though charged for it. Hopkins location sucks. Always inconsistent. When its good its good but now its not even ordinary. Plenty of other places to go around here....

Keylah J.

Yelp
I was very unhappy with my pizza. I wanted to take it back but my grandma children said no Nana we hungry can we just eat and I said OK but I paid $32.50 for that pizza
google avatar

Sheryl P.

Yelp
I called ahead and I ordered a half cheese pepperoni pizza with banana peppers and a large order of funnel fries and it took 35 minutes and by the time I got to the pizzeria they were just taking my pizza out of the oven and the crust is thin and a little bit crispy around the edges which is delicious and the funnel fries which are my favorite is also delicious and they are dusted with powdered sugar and the customer service was excellent and the pizzeria was clean, it's always a treat to me when I order from here, the pizza has 6 slices which is enough for 3 days
google avatar

Tracy K.

Yelp
Recommended from a friend, I called an order in for a 7pm pick up. I had no idea how crazy busy this place was going to be. Walked in to pick my pizza up and there was a line, 10 deep with one person working the register. Another person came to help after 10 minutes of waiting, the line was now to the door behind me. I ordered the Tuscany pizza, delicious, not your normal veggie toppings, yellow squash, zucchini red peppers tomatoes with a white sauce. Yum And huge, we ate half and saved the other half for the next day.

Yelp
One of my other favorite pizza places ever! Bocce Club pizza on Bailey is the one I always order from and I recommend to anyone who loves a good semi sweet sauce pizza omg !!! Amazing!!! They have a lot of menu items to choose from! Everything about the pizza is delicious from the cheese to the sauce and it is cooked perfectly in my opinion! Me and my boyfriend love it and their wings are pretty good too !! We will be back soon as always !!
google avatar

Rita J.

Yelp
Bocce pizza is like an old friend that I may not see or talk to everyday but when we're reunited come together and don't miss a beat.
google avatar

Markeita B.

Yelp
Howwwwwww could you complain about a pizza that looks like the one i posted?? Every once and a while we order a pizza from someplace different just to see if it's worth it, but it never is Bocce me we disappoints us, I know some ppl say it's over rated but this is our go to/ never let me down / you know it's gonna be good pizza spot.
google avatar

J B.

Yelp
First visit to Bocce and won't be the last, pizza was as good as I was told and worth the wait as a walk in order. I would recommend calling in order to limit the wait time, the place looks like it gets pretty busy. Pro tip, if your taking it to go and hungry, make sure your wearing pants if your in shorts better bring an extra pair of socks in case you can't make it home before trying your pizza or be smart enough to ask for napkins.

Sam I.

Yelp
Done with this location. Had a pizza Saturday from Bailey ave. and it was just plan bad. No sauce, ordered double pepperoni and it was like single and the two end pieces had no pepperoni at all. I don't know what is going on here, but this is the last time I will order anything from them. I've spoken to others about this location, as we were brought up on Bocce as far back as when they were on the East side, and everyone agrees they are just terrible. I'm done wasting my money there. Not the first bad order from here, but it will be the last.

Yelp
This place is hit or miss for my family. Sometimes it's fantastic. I do love the half pizza option! It seems to be the absolute perfect size for two adults, a picky 1st grader and a not so picky toddler. I also am a big fan of the chicken fingers and fries. They really round out a good pizza night. We typically go for the standard cheese and pepperoni. Delivery is always good and pick up is easy. Location makes it super convenient for us. Will definitely keep ordering!

Alright so a lot of hype about Bocce, an now that I've had it twice my review is in at solid 3/5 stars. I wanted to give it more but there were a few factors that just kind of kept it at meh mediocre for me. First off, as someone who has worked in the service industry in some tough times I really do have some appreciation on how stressful it must be for them with COVID and take out only. However when I called them the lady on the phone was not at all friendly and just hung up abruptly after she got the info she needed. The actually pizza itself is great dough, a classic well done bready but not dry buffalo style. They are hefty with their sauce which I thought was good considering I'm a sauce snob and do not like super saucy pizza. Good amount of cheese that they did well done as per request. We got a large pizza half cheese and half pepperoni, i definitely think they could have put more pepp on there.. but regardless really good sized pi coming in at just over $21 I think. We picked it up and it was hot and ready. I have also had their veg pizza which is good and another one with chicken. They are a good local place doing consistent food, service has been meh for me but overall buffalo style done pretty good. Personal opinion: not my fav pizza in buffalo
