It was my first dexa scan and it was great- super easy from the parking (you don't have to pay btw!) to the scan and results. Jeff was welcoming, informative, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to go through your results and that knowledge makes you feel like you have more agency over your health. I will definitely be doing another test and going back in the future to see how the changes I'm making now more the dial.

I had a great experience with Jeff and the BOD team. I went in for a DEXA scan and Jeff and his team sat down with me to review the results. I learned through the scan and our discussion that I had low bone density, and was able to bring the data from the DEXA scan to my doctor to create a treatment plan to address my medical issue. I felt very fortunate to have gone to BOD when I did, as the DEXA scan is really the only way to find out about your bone density. Thanks again Jeff and Team!

I went into BOD a couple of weeks ago for my first ever DEXA Scan. The whole experience was welcoming and professional. Jeff explained the whole process (was super quick), and guided me through it all pretty seamlessly. It was really cool to see the results super quickly, and Jeff explained things super clearly. I was able to give the results to my trainer and am looking forward to returning to check in progress.

So happy I did this! Did the Dexa scan and found it so informative, especially with the confirmation of lean muscle mass and bone density post GLP1 medication. Jeff was thorough in explaining all the results, give guidance and interpretation on where to focus (stress, exercise, protein needs). Definitely recommend for everyone to know their scan results!

Incredible experience! Such a relief to see where my body is at after turning 50. Real data on where my body is at & where I need to be. Jeff went over all of my stats. He gave me goals to work toward to be healthier and know what to work towards.

I can't recommend getting a Dexa scan enough. So quick and easy and I feel like I got more actionable information out of a 15 minute appointment than I've gotten with multiple dr's appts. A fantastic and empowering experience!

I was totally Mind Blown today! This experience today was so so much more than I expected it to be! From start to finish, Jeff was very thorough and gave me great insight into where my body needs extra work and focus. I have tried by my doctors and other facilities to get them to see how unhealthy I am and they all tell me I am fine. I knew there was something wrong with me and I just figured out how much protein I really need everyday! They say information is everything and I believe that. I needed to know a figure of where to work on so I can do better! Without adequate protein, you definitely cannot have a healthy body no matter what exercise or how healthy you eat. Now I know what to eat and I have some protein so I can lose weight and get better lean muscle and fat. This was a life changing experience for me and I am very grateful I decided to give it a try! I will definitely be coming here for monthly scans along with my husband so we can stay healthy even in our later years. Also, so awesome to know I have the bones of a 30 year old. I am going to work on getting every part of my body on that same level! Thanks Jeff, your services were truly inspirational to me and something everyone should be doing!! Love my products too! Also, I may do before and afters when I am more confident again to do so! It deserves it so people can see what it can show you!
