This appears to be the famous bodega off the streets of Malasaña. They don’t serve whole/pincho of tortillas here. Instead they gift them as tapas when ordering drinks. We ordered torreznos, gilda, and croquetas de jamón. The torreznos are a bit tough and slightly burnt, but still quite tasty. The croquetas are pretty good though.
One of my fav things is the atmosphere and the service. It’s become a local bar that old friends come to hang out. Here it’s not as crowded as the one in Malasaña, which is amazing. People can actually come here and chill and chat and hear each other talk. Many locals in Chamberí come here for a quick tapa and drink and off they go to their day. Service is also great. The waiters are very attentive.
In general, it was a good experience!
