Barcelona Vermouth Bar Guide: When and Where to Drink | Eater

"A Barceloneta old-guard spot with wine and vermouth on tap straight from the barrel and a lively pre-lunch crowd of sunbathers; its food offerings are intentionally modest—largely conservas, cured meats, and cheeses—making it best suited for a midday snack or aperitivo." - Sam Zucker

Arrived when they opened at 12h and left around 18h! Great ambiance, the tapas were perfect size to snack on, they also had some larger plates if you want to have a decent lunch while still being able to try different things, and the service was very kind and welcoming! The house vermut was delicious 😋 thank you for the hospitality!

A beautiful neighborhood bar with a great selection of craft beer and tapas. We highly recommend the vermouth though which goes well with sardines. We had a great time watching the marching bands from the bar.

We stumbled upon this place while walking through the area. Originally we selected it based on the fact that it had a table available outside but we quickly noticed a sign with their craft beer selections. They had a bit of everything from many local craft breweries in the region. We tried several. Pricing was good, service very attentive. The inside was small and quaint and the dive bar style bathroom made me feel at home for my usual bars where I live. I would recommend this place for those that enjoy local craft beers and in a lively locals park setting.

Still one of the few places that keeps the spirit of Barceloneta. Old “bodega” owned by locals, they produce their own vermouth, white and black, and also brew their own bear. They have a limited but well selected dishes and tapas. To recommend, aubergines, artichokes and chistorra. Be patience for sitting at the terrace, it is usually full. Great and professional service. Dont forget to tip. This is the place you want to go for a local, friendly atmosphere.

Popped in for the craft beer and a snack. Lovely little tap list and we were able to try some outstanding Spanish craft. Unassuming location. Loved the interior and the outdoor seating. Friendly staff. An excellent location if you are looking for some food and crafties.

Great food and Vermut. Unfortunately didn't get to try the craft beer. Next visit!

Wow! This place has amazing tapas. We ordered a dish that came with eggs, iberico ham and truffle sauce with chips underneath and it was sooo flavourful and delicious. We also shared chips with dip as well as the salted tuna and for three people it was very filling. Great selection of craft beers on tap as well. They also offer about 5 tables on their terrace so there may be a bit of a wait if you arrive around 9pm.

Yelp
I love little spots like this. Variety of appetizers and beer. Good prices for a quick snack on way to Playa Barceloneta

Yelp
Excellent choice of quality beverages, e.g. lots of IPA beers. Located on a lively place with lots of locals. 2 mins from the beach.

Yelp
Good wine, great beers, nice tapas in a quiet, but interesting place very near to La Barceloneta.
