Loved the buzz and the hosting…. The food was chef’s kiss 😘. It’s lived up to its 1896 era look. Enjoyed it on a Friday night out as a date night. 💖💖… last picture with pits says it all… PLEASE , this is Barcelona’s National Tresure. I can confidently say so as it was my second time around. 🎉 bravo 🙌

Amazing!!! Would recommend anytime! Sweet staff, excellent Wine, delicious food and the san Sebastian cheesecake is a must! Best cheesecake we have ever tried! Definetly coming back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The food is delicious - the tuna con tomato and cheesecake are highlights! Team is friendly and are helpful making recommendations. Came two times during our trip because we liked it so much. Gracias Bodega Marin, nos vemos!

My dream meal. Came here as a party of six (with a reservation right at opening) with empty stomachs and big hearts. Nearly ordered the whole menu but general consensus was that the tomato & tuna was our favorite. But you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu here! Our server was really lovely and personable. Highly recommend!

My favourite place ever in bcn! We came a year ago as well and it was as good as ever, we recommend the duck dishes!! Very cosy atmosphere, my Australian parents adored it

Great atmosphere, cozy space with great drink options and delicious food. Went here on the way back from the bunkers. English menu as well as English speaking staff when we went. Ask for recommendations if you can’t decide!

11/10! We love Bodega Marín so much that we came two nights in a row on our trip to Barcelona (first time with a reservation, second without). The interior is like a Catalan time capsule. Local food and exceptional service. We ordered the delicious house-made vermouths (red and white). There are plenty of options of beer and natural wines. For food, the red prawns, jamón ibérico, and ribs with potatoes were all exceptional. The San Sebastián cheesecake was perfect and they were kind enough to top it with a candle for my partner’s birthday. The servers were so kind to us. If that weren’t enough, we bought a jug of their vermouth to take home. We can’t wait to share a part of this tapas bar with our loved ones back home. TLDR; if you want a picturesque local experience with great food and drinks in the trendy neighborhood Gracía, there is no other choice but Bodega Marín. Ignore the negative reviews. You won’t be sorry!

I was a bit worried after reading recent reviews, especially about the service—but keep in mind, this isn’t a fine dining restaurant! Staff were friendly and helpful. The house-made vermouth was excellent—worth trying if you’re a fan. They also offer non-alcoholic wine and beer. The wine wasn’t great (never had a good one!), but the non-alcoholic beer was surprisingly good. Food-wise, I had the grilled octopus and ribs with potato. The octopus was delicious and beautifully presented. The ribs had great flavour, though I wish they were a bit warmer and more tender. The real highlight? The cheesecake. Im not a dessert person but it’s next level. It is worth to go there just for the cheesecake for sure!
