Bodega Paradise

I really hope this place gets a second chance. We came from out of town and stopped by, and for a "sketchy" place i felt really safe and comfortable. Staff was professional, and it happened to be a local celebs birthday. We were welcomed and offered cake.

Out of Towner- Its possible, and from reading other reviews maybe likely I went to the wrong door…if so, the door is not clear. Followed two others who walked right in…and i stopped at the door security. Told them I just got in town (Its 3am) and wanted to grab a drink before crashing. Was told ‘We don’t serve alcohol’ and nothing else said. I’m not pressed enough for a drink to argue with the security even though I can clearly see people drinking inside. But not exactly the welcome it seems others had experienced.

The bartenders are so fun… plus the pizza YUM ! Great new neighborhood place shout out to SHA & STEPH

Great place if you want an old school HOOD VIBE. However bad business as usual with this certain demographic always LYING FOR NO REASON. Waited about ten minutes for my drink then another ten to pay. Card in front cash in back. Half an 8oz cup in the back mini cup in the front. Guess it works for the area but not my cup of tea. STILL WAITING ON THE FREE DRINK I WAS PROMISED 🤡

Bodega is a great spot with a chill vibe. The music was on point, the drinks were solid, and the bartender was super cool and welcoming. Definitely a fun place to hang out—I’ll be back for sure!
