The first time I walked into Nonna’s studio, she took one look at me and asked, "Have you injured your right hip or had surgery on it before?" I was stunned. I had (years prior), but aside from some residual tightness that I barely noticed myself, no one had ever picked up on it—except Nonna. Today, I experience this same level of astute observation and insight in every session with her.
What I appreciate most about Nonna’s approach is that it goes far beyond aesthetics. Yes, she will transform your physique—there’s a reason celebrities train with her loyally—but where she truly shines is in restoring balance, solving movement dysfunctions, and making bodies work and feel better than before.
My sessions with her often include a mix of manual release work and targeted Pilates exercises using various apparatuses. Every time I leave, I feel lighter, taller, and stronger. Nonna’s reputation means that getting a spot with her can take some patience (sometimes there's a waitlist) but it’s absolutely worth it. Once you start training with Nonna, you’ll understand why people stay so loyal to her.
