NYC’s New Restaurant Openings - New York - The Infatuation

"The 42 Hotel in Williamsburg has its second new restaurant in as many weeks after Blackbird. Evolution is a tasting menu spot that “pays homage to Brooklyn’s rich culinary heritage.” It costs $175 for 8-10 courses that are named after neighborhoods: think “Dyker Heights Dim Sum” followed by “Marine Park Roast Beef,” but as little plates." - will hartman, willa moore, molly fitzpatrick, sonal shah, bryan kim

I absolutely love doing Pilates at Body Evolution! The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always makes sure everyone feels comfortable and motivated. The classes are not only effective but also super fun, making each session something I truly look forward to. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the workouts leave me feeling stronger and more energized every time. If you’re looking for a top-notch Pilates studio with great instructors and an enjoyable experience, I highly recommend Body Evolution!

Cute reformer Pilates studio. Really liked the class and the instructor.

I purchased a pack of 3 private classes, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. On two separate occasions, my appointments were confirmed, but when I arrived at the studio, my instructor was not there because the administrator, Gloria, had forgotten to schedule the sessions. Each time, I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. Despite the repeated inconvenience, no compensation has been offered, and the issue has persisted. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, Gloria responded in a rude and unprofessional manner.

Favorite pilates studio ive been to in the city! super lovely staff and cozy environment. No judgement zone and they really work on being able to work with everyone's pace. Would highly recommend:)

Great studio fully equipped with pilates and Gyroyonics. I have been coming to this studio for years- good teachers and great atmosphere.

Google
My only complaint for this whole experience was the instructor, Natasha. Right at the beginning of the class she asked if it was anyone’s first time trying a Pilates class and when majority of us raised our hands, she rolled her eyes. This was my very first Pilates class and she ruined my experience due to her lack of tone control and passive aggressiveness. She would repeatedly get annoyed at us for not getting moves right on the first try and pick on us. On multiple occasions she asked a few of us if we have no fitness experience because we seemed to be struggling. As an instructor, you should be professional enough to have patience when teaching a class despite the students’ experience. It’s not a good feeling to take time out of your day to want to try something something new then leave the establishment feeling worse than when you entered. Other than that, the place was nice and clean. I would recommend anyone traveling here to book under a different instructor.

Google
Pilates itself was a nice experience, the instructor however... not so nice! Instructor Natasha wasn't welcoming AT ALL! Given that when she asked who were beginners and others raised their hands… she sighed & rolled her eyes as if everyone should've already known what they were doing. During class she kept giving the impression that your mistakes are so bad, a lot of eye rolling and kept trying to fix you, but was so rude about it. I DO NOT recommend her, literally go to anyone but her! Aside from the excessive eye rolling & heavy sighing... she was very.. monotone (I understand some people are like that) but, there's no warmth there, and as a beginner you'd be hoping for someone inviting/motivating... definitely not what I wanted for my first pilates experience. I’d definitely do Pilates again, just not with her!

Best GYROTONIC and Pilates studio in NYC! All teachers are amazing, with lots of knowledge, humanity and beautiful smiles. I recommend to everybody! Go and try!

Yelp
Through our search for a calm pilates class on ClassPass, my friends and I ended up here. I thought we would be receiving some sort of name logging to make sure it was us when we came in, but we blended in with the regulars hopping onto the machines upon entering. Nicole, our instructor for that day's class, probably recognizes her regulars from new students though and was so kind to have everyone move over for us newbies to sit together. There were 7 students/machines in total for our class, alongside a Gyrotonic class happening on the inner side. As soon as we hopped on, we got right into it! Hot girl summer? More like hard working strong girl summer, as I sure felt every stretch and sweat with each exercise! Nicole would calmly give new set instructions, and offer visual demonstrations with her body that I found helpful. That, and looking at the regular next to me! For someone new to pilates reformers, I found the class difficult, yet relaxing. It's like doing a calmer Chloe Ting workout on a cool machine. Highly recommend, and I can definitely see the potential benefits with regular classes. Thanks Body Evolution for the introduction to pilates!

Yelp
The best of the best ! Very welcoming studio with passionate teachers. I look forward to my classes each week. Their new studio in Chelsea is gorgeous.

Yelp
I have taken many Pilates classes in my life and this was just disappointing. It was incredibly easy and the instructors appear to be making things up as they go along. The instructors are consistently cheerfully positive in regards to nothing - cheering you along without even looking at you, correcting you, or referring to anything that actually takes effort. It starts to feel disconnected and absurd. The reps are short and you will spend more than half the class warming up and bouncing off the footboard.

Yelp
I say enough good things about the Body Evolution community! l've taken both private and group classes and have had nothing but positive experiences. Bob is so enthusiastic, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every individual that comes into the studio. The group classes are a perfect size, and they feel so much more intimate and personalized than any group class I've taken elsewhere. Bob has also been amazing at developing modifications and helping me really improve with Pilates. Highly recommend!

Yelp
My sister and I have never tried Pilates so we signed up for a class at Body Evolution. Turns out we actually signed up for an intro gyrotonic tower class. I actually had to google what the difference was between gyrotonic and pliates since our instructor didn't really explain what gyrotonics is...or even introduce who she was. Gyrotonics provides training in full mobility of your joints and spine using fluid circular movements, while Pilates focuses more on the muscles. Our gyrotonic class was small (4 people). My sister and I both agreed that our instructor had a snooty vibe, and didn't do the best job with explaining or helping the students out with the fundamentals. There were points in the class where she would giggle or make some sort of snarky comment towards us. It didn't help that she she spoke softly, which also contributed to the class having a hard time understanding what she wanted us to do. The studio itself is clean yet small. There are lockers at the entrance of the place. I might have to give this place another chance the next time I'm visiting the city, but with a different instructor. I don't think I can rate this place lower than 3 stars since this is my first experience with pilates/gyrotonics. This is how I came up with my rating: Instructor: 2 stars Studio: 4 stars

Yelp
Nice relaxing atmosphere. Renee was attentive to each of her students making us maximize each movement. Long pauses with each stretch.

Yelp
This had become my go-to weekend pilates spot pre-pandemic and I'm so thrilled to finally be back! It's a very no-fuss kind of place, which is why I loved it from the start. You go in, hop on the reformer, then hop off. Obviously some layers of COVID safety protocols at the moment, but still doesn't feel like a hassle. Some instructors are more challenging than others (even tho all classes are considered "open level") but I like to mix it up a bit.

Yelp
I came here over 8 years ago and knew this place was special. I was trying to prevent knee surgery and PT wasnt helping. I loved it and wish I never left. But I moved away (out of state) and no gyro where I lived. So I struggled with some yoga and pilates but after a while just too hard and paindul to continue. Now I am back in NY and so grateful that Body Ev7 was still here. And now I had neck and hip injuries to add to the mix. (P.S. Never got the knee surgery ). I took a Sunday class with Linda Huang and I was hooked again. She is great breaking down the basics. I highly recommend starting with a private intro package. This will be a great foundation to this healing movement. All of the instructors are well educated and compassionate. Billy Macagnone, Master Trainer and owner puts his heart and soul in his studios (2nd location onWest 72 st) and dedicated to sharing this movement therapy with the masses.
google avatar

Emi B.

Yelp
Nice instructors here but reformer classes here are too easy in general, very for beginners not challenging enough
google avatar

Helen W.

Yelp
This place is amazing and professional. Billy is a great instructor and owner, he is so knowledge and professional! Highly recommend!

Yelp
I just took a wonderful class with Ezra Goh. He was very informative and the pace was perfect . Got an awesome workout . I highly recommend this class.

Yelp
Wow, I have to say Gyrotonics is a super cool and interesting form of exercise. I almost want to say it is more fluid movement, stretching, alignment, and expansion than exercise. It is kind of hard to put into words. The first time I did it, I did not love the movements - lots of reaching - but the next day I literally felt taller, expanded, and amazing... I would recommend trying it if you're curious! I especially recommend it for anyone with any kind of spine/back/neck issues, or anyone who sits at a computer all day. One of the best things about it is that you stretch and twist, it is not just forward-facing, which is how we spend so much of our lives, and even exercise. Beginners beware: they have their own lingo here. If you are new to it, you should take a class called "new-Be", NOT the class called "Be-ginner" (I know, weird). I got kind of scolded for being in the wrong class on my first time, which was lame because I'm pretty sure that any beginner would think to take the class called "Be-ginner" but whatevs. I've taken Gyrotonics with all of the female instructors. Efe, Hiromi, and Pauline are all great. The pilates reformer classes are good, too. If you're curious, give it a try! For a really cool double-whammie, do a Russian Bath right after (it's next door).
google avatar

Elena R.

Yelp
I purchased a groupon for 5 gyrotronic tower sessions. I liked using the equipment but I wasn't impressed about the class. At one point the trainer sounded like she is replaying a vinyl and not necessarily likes what she does. I still have 4 classes, doubt I will use them, just didn't liked the class but I liked to use the equipment, it was great.
google avatar

Jack H.

Yelp
First of all, do you really know what Gyrotonic training really is? It's an exercise regime that was deisgned by a dancer so it utilizes circular and spiral movements that would not seem unusual to anyone familiar with the movements of dance. Got you interested? I have some permanent spinal and skeletal injuries I suffered while helping a friend move a few years ago and have a lot of free floating pain. A regime of pilates, yoga or some other similar kind of movement based exercise is essential for me, so I really enjoy the program at Body Evolution and it certainly helps dull the aches and spasms I endure throughout the day. Purchase a deal online, it's way cheaper and start at the most beginner level. We can't all be instantly fantastic at everything we do. The reason I'm giving this three stars is only because I like Movement Salon better, which has very similar training and is right around the corner.

Yelp
I'm so grateful that I gave myself the opportunity to experience gyrotonic at Body Evolution. I attended my first session this week and am excited to incorporate into my wellness regime. I had fairly extensive knee surgery a couple of months ago and have been diligent about physical therapy and recently returned to my pilates reformer classes. Gyrotonic takes everything to a new level. The Master Instructor- Billy Macagnone is inspiring. You will leave feeling energized, stronger and better than you imagined you could be. We are often in our own way....I look forward to transforming spine and body through this wonderful practice. Location is beautiful and convenient and prices are more than fair...give it a try!
google avatar

Renee C.

Yelp
I 100% agree with Katie C. cause it is I who haul my spine up in the AM with her to have Billy help elongate my body with the amazing gyrotonic contraptions. These are not just regular devices, they are each handcrafted from Europe. BIlly's passion with gyrotonics has really helped me understand the way I breathe with the movements of my body and slowly help strengthen it as a whole. I truly appreciate Billy keeping us overtime and never let us leave without feeling invigorated. Thank you. I hope this practice will take me to great heights...pun intended!

Leslie B.

Yelp
Love this place! Tucked away in the East Village lies an Gyrotonic oasis waiting to move you. People literally travel from out of town to investigate, explore and further their knowledge and Gyrotonic practice. I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review. I have been coming here for almost a decade. Instruction is second to none. Atmosphere had great energy. Try it out! The salón runs specials on packages often-- try Groupon to get started if you're worried about the investment. Pilates, fills up quickly, be sure to plan and sign up in advance! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Purchased a an online deal for Body Evolution. Read the polar reviews on Yelp but it didn't mar my experience so far. Taking the classes with my sister, we've taken 4 outta the 5 classes and it's been a great experience. We've taken classes with different teacher each class and enjoyed learning about Gyrotonics with each instructor, like most relationships, teaching styles and instructor personality is subjective. We both enjoyed Efe's class the most, great energy, clear-simple instruction and encouraging. Studio is clean, compact, and well maintained. Seems like a lot of people who practice Gyrotonics have a personal trainer. I can totally see how you need one-one-one attention in order to use the machine to your best advantage and needs. Great intro to a new form of exercise.

Crystine W.

Yelp
Body Evolution is a very clean and modern studio space that offers gyrotonics and Pilates Reformer classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they really focus on helping you to perfect your form so you can get maximum results. Hiromi is really good at helping you to get those results and doing moves that target multiple body parts, Cate is really good if you're looking for some deep stretching and want to increase your flexibility. I purchased a deal online and got 5 classes for only $25 (I think that was the deal at least). I have gotten my money's worth and then some. I really wish they were located closer to my workplace or something so that I could frequent them more often, but it is quite a trek away from work and home. They're located a tad far away from most public transportation options, but it isn't a terrible walk. Overall, I'd say my experience with them has been very pleasant. It is difficult to book their Pilates classes online because they're almost always filled, but there are people dropping out all the time so even if it says it's full, sign up for the waitlist and they'll contact you quickly if a space does open up.

Elizabeth T.

Yelp
Billy Macagnone is an incredible teacher and teacher trainer. He's patient and kind yet also challenging and able to push students out of their comfort zones. I love the way my body feels after leaving one of his sessions or courses.
google avatar

Julie C.

Yelp
This place is great! Nice classes and professional instructors. I've purchased a 10 classes package from Lifebooker from a friend's recommendation. I usually take pilates with Alessandra Davydava on Saturday and gyrotonics with Mao Hamada on Sunday. I've made a late cancel over the phone and they helped me w/o losing my session. They've been super nice to me.
google avatar

Emily F.

Yelp
I really loved my newbe gyrotonic class with Mao! She was such a great instructor, especially since I had no idea how to use the gyrotonic tower. It has a lot of different settings, and she walked us through all of them really well. The class is intended for absolute beginners, so it's pretty slow-paced. It goes through each part of the body separately. Overall, the class had a really nice flow to it. There was enough repetition that I could grasp the moves, but not too much repetition that it got boring! In fact, the hour flew by! I will definitely be back to this studio, and I'm excited to try a slightly more advanced class now that I've tried out the tower!
google avatar

jeaNNie n.

Yelp
i took a private introduction course to gyrotonics with the owner, Billy - who is the greatest to work with. The movements felt free flowing and not restrictive. To be quite honest it felt very expressive... much like art. I can see why many dancers partake in gyrotonics as it helps to create a flow of movement that feels natural and beautiful...almost therapeutic. it feels like work ... like it's affecting your body... but not stenuous. When I was in the studio, I saw an older man maybe in his late 70 - 80s and he was using the machines and it was encaptivating to watch an older body still have such grace and mobility. Body evolution is invigorating and highly recommended.

Jenna L.

Yelp
The first time trying Gyrotonic was actually here and I really enjoyed learning the beginning classes. The first few classes I attended was very helpful, it was probably because there was only 3 other clients there. But I must say that The instructors cannot do the same once the class has more than 5 people in it. You are on your own to mimic. So needless to say, you are going to have bad form and breathing techniques.
google avatar

Jess H.

Yelp
I purchased a Lifebooker package for Body Evolution which included 10 group pilates reformer classes for $100 (classes are typically $22). I forgot I purchased the deal and it expired before I even tried a class so I contacted the studio and they graciously extended my deadline by a few months even though it was totally my fault. They recommend doing a private lesson before attending ($50 for first time students) which I did and it was totally worth it because I'd never used a reformer machine before. The reformer classes are small (only 4-5 people) so you get a lot of attention from the instructors. I've only been to Bob Natale's classes so I can't speak to the other instructors but Bob is a great teacher and really helps everyone in the class. He tailors certain exercises to be more challenging for advanced students in the class and also helps others at beginners levels learn to improve their form. In just 10 classes I saw notable definition in my abs and my flexibility in my legs has improved. After my package expired they offered me a second discounted package for 8 classes at $15 each before graduating to the full price. I'd recommend Body Evolution to anyone in the neighborhood for a great workout and customer service.
google avatar

Lisa T.

Yelp
Did a Lifebooker series here and had mixed thoughts. Nice, clean studio Mixed reviews on classes - some WAY too easy, some nice and challenging Really hard to get into a class at last minute, but not too bad with some planning I'm not a huge pilates fan, apparently, but if you are this is a nice studio.
google avatar

Yelp
I did not know of gyrokinesis or gyro tonic so, this was my introduction. I hardly ever break a sweat, but so feel that my body appreciates all the movements done here. I'm a BEliever :p Great instructors, and best of all, class is limited to 6 ppl per class. Very relaxing. Recommended.

G U.

Yelp
I absolutely love this studio and have been going there for over 3 years! Great equipment and great instructors! Bob is the best. I highly recommend it!
google avatar

Marta B.

Yelp
I've been coming to Body Evolutions for more than a year and I love it, but today I was introduced to a new Pilates instructor called Rachel. She wasn't very welcoming to the students, creating a tense atmosphere. This lead to a non enjoyable experience, which in my opinion, is how a Pilates class should feel like.

Elise R.

Yelp
Great pilates reformer classes, I travel from Brooklyn for these instructors. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Katie C.

Yelp
I live in Morningside Heights (beside Columbia University). I haul my soon-to-be-straight spine down to East Village early in the AM at least once a week to see Billy Macagnone. Billy is an amazing instructor and an impressively balanced individual. He has fostered a community culture at his studio and it shows. Gyrotonics is his main exercise modality and he is passionate about it. I can't tell you how many times he has gone overtime to teach us a new movement. I'm standing taller because of him and gyro!
google avatar

Grant S.

Yelp
As a licensed PT I really recommend Gyrotonic at this studio. Gyrotonic is a culmination of body expression, awareness, conditioning and wellbeing. At Body Evolution I've worked with Allison and Sevin, and the instruction is creative, easy to follow and always perfectly executed. The staff is extremely professional and are really well versed in body movement and the Gyrotonic Method. They are also extremely friendly and helpful. I've only been doing this 3 months and already I feel and function better in all respects. I swim faster, row better and even my posture is 1/2 " taller. I'm sure I'll do this for the rest of my life ... Thanks Body Evolution!!
google avatar

Kiki O.

Yelp
From the first day I walked into Body Evolution for my first private session, it felt like my 2nd home in the East Village. There's something magically soothing about the environment, which definitely is in large part a result of the people there. Everyone is very friendly and inclusive and you can tell the trainers are committed to their work and are passionate about sharing it. I loved it so much, I decided to complete my teacher training there with Authorized Master Trainer and studio owner Billy Macagnone who is amazing in his knowledge, experience and commitment to showing people how to be pain free and fluid in their bodies. If you haven't tried Gyrotonic movement, you really should. And if you're looking for a wonderful studio and sanctuary from your hectic NY lifestyle, come to Body Evolution.
google avatar

Elizabeth G.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this place. I am not a workout girl. It's something that I've always dreaded. I bought a Lifebooker deal for 10 pilates classes and not to be dramatic but it's changed how I think about my body. I feel strong. I've been going to class with Bob for about three months now and I love it. He's encouraging and challenging. With only four people in class, you get a lot of personal attention. Pilates has become a part of my week that I always look forward to. If in doubt, just go.
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
I love this place. I come here for reformer classes through class pass. I can't get enough! It's so close to my apartment I can walk a couple blocks and get my workout in so easily. The teachers are well trained and experienced and really make sure you have the proper form, the right amount of challenge etc. the class sizes are small and so I feel I get adequate support and attention from the instructors as needed. It's a really nice boutique studio that I want to keep going to! I've already seen a big improvement in my core strength! I will continue taking classes here to gain more Pilates experience.
google avatar

Adi K.

Yelp
These guys were not at all understanding that I had an injury and couldn't make the class. Of course they have a policy but it was my first problem and they couldn't accommodate when obviously going to a class would be detrimental. If I hadn't bought a package I definitely wouldn't go back
google avatar

Suzanne B.

Yelp
So far, so good. Took my first ever Pilates reformer class here and was impressed by the training as well as the facility. Bob was my instructor and was really supportive to such a novice like me, it was especially great as the typical class of four ended up being just me for the first 20 mins, followed by only one other woman who came a bit later. I bought a Lifebooker deal for 10 classes, but regular prices seem competitive with what else is out there. Looking forward to coming back for upcoming classes.
google avatar

Katie C.

Yelp
Just checked this place out for my 1st class back. After a knee injury a while back I took a REALLY long hiatus to indulge, well, let's just say in all things not physical. (Unless you count 12oz curls as physical activity) but I must say BODY EVOLUTION was EXACTLY what I needed. I feel great! I stretched out and I feel worked out but not over worked. I had a small class (myself and another person) which was perfect since I needed adjusting and a close eye on me. Bob was patient and very informative. He really tuned the class to our level and didn't mind explaining things a couple times. If you had any doubts about getting back to working out or coming to Body Evolution... THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL! It's a great workout nothing hectic like your standard gym. It really is exactly what I needed and I can't wait to book my next class!
google avatar

Claire R.

Yelp
I love this studio! Found it thru a groupon, and am definitely going to extend. The staff are each extremely nice and knowledgeable, and I learn something new every time! (My back has never felt better!) The studio is clean and class sizes are perfect. I never feel lost in a crowd at this gym! I'm giving them 4 stars because they are a little out of the way for me, but otherwise, they deserve 5. :)
google avatar

Catherine T.

Yelp
Bob is one of the best pilates instructors in NYC. I love his class.
google avatar

Karena W.

Yelp
I am a Physical Therapist and thankfully, just found Billy and his studio right around the corner from where I live. I practice yoga and Pilates and it is incorporated into my practice for my patients, but re-discovering Gyrotonics has been amazing both for myself and my clients. Billy goes over and beyond in his training of his clients. He is unbelievably detail oriented and helps them focus in the technique of the exercise (with excellent verbal and visual cues) which is crucial in attaining the maximal benefit of this type of movement exercise. I refer my patients to him post-rehab and would always recommend him.

Taylor H.

Yelp
I found Gyrotonic, while having no idea of anything about it, through Groupon actually. The Gyrotonic Tower looked like a medieval torture contraption at first and definitely scared me a little, but it made my body feel so good. Body Evolution was fabulous and I was lucky enough to work with Billy, the owner & master trainer, after my first class. He was and is absolutely incredible and I was sold on wanting to be a Gyrotonic instructor. I'm very very lucky that I had the opportunity to learn from Billy for he is definitely very passionate about the work and conveying it. I recommend Body Evolution to everyone who wants to know more about their body and to feel more open and free.

Laura D.

Yelp
For me, this studio is perfect, i know that some people have been less than thrilled. I really love it, the location, the cleanliness, the fact that all the machines are in pristine condition, no one is really rude. Just very professional. The instruction and hands-on ness of the place is really very helpful to me. As a dancer, this is what I do to recover, and I find that their accomodations to my body are very dead on. I have taken most of my classes with Neena because I like her, but I've also had one on one instruction from Chie and loved it. She was so nice and helpful. I really like these guys alot, come check them out.

Jay A.

Yelp
The best pilates reformer workout I've had in a while, taught by Bob. The classes are nice and small (only 4 people) and he is very attentive about form adjustments and making sure new students are doing well. I also took the new-be Gyrotonic class with Chie (who is very good at explaining this exercise system), but I felt as if she didn't actually make a lot of hands-on adjustments (especially needed in a class with students who were not adept at the system). The studio is very clean and I love the amount of sunlight we get. Fun fact: one of the instructors (perhaps owner?) is the son of the owner of Sal Anthony's Movement Salon. Maybe that's why it sets such a high standard (although I have to admit that I liked Bob's class more than most of the classes I've taken at Movement Salong).
google avatar

Carole S.

Yelp
Besides that Billy Macagnone is one of my favorite people in the world, he is also the owner of the most beautiful movement studio I have ever stepped foot into. I have been in the fitness and movement industry for over 15 years and Billy's studio has the magic. Not only is the studio equipped with only the finest gyrotonic and pilates equipment, the place is also welcoming to anyone who is curious to take a peek. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming and Body Evolution has a wide array of certified and knowledgeable trainers that can be perfectly matched up with any clients needs. All levels are welcome. What makes Body Evolution so magical however is neither the equipment nor the experienced staff. It is the love that Billy has and shares for his work and the life of the studio. Body Evolution is the real deal, it is where anyone can learn to breathe and move in harmony with life's rhythm. I highly recommend it, go and let your breath be taken away, only to experience life with a whole new vision.

Sasha V.

Yelp
Billy is truly a master of understanding movement. And just as important, he knows how to guide you to find it in your own body. He helped me at my own pace, verbally cuing me and encouraging me to make all the discoveries myself. In other words, he didn't do the work for me, but allowed me to heal myself. It seems that he has developed a staff of highly trained, intuitive, and talented instructors. They are all devoted and passionate about their work. It's impossible to leave there without feeling like I'm walking on air (and about 6 inches taller). Billy's kindness and genuine smile is infectious! Every time I do Gyrotonic or Gyrokinesis, it's like I've given myself a gift. I highly encourage everyone to go to Body Evolution. They know what they're doing and they really care about you. It's an oasis of peace in a pretty crazy city.

Sal L.

Yelp
