I tried the classic Pilates class and it was amazing , I felt my core workout . Faith did the class and she was so patient and explained very well. Front desk is very welcoming. Will definitely come back . Highly recommend.

Google
Had my Pilates birthday party here and it was so fun! Mind you, this was my first time at the studio and it was literally perfect. Maddie got everything set up for me while Faith ensured everything went smoothly the day of and Ashley ran an amazing, challenging and fun personalized class for us. My friends and I had the best time and I’m so glad I trusted BodyBar Dallas on my special day. Thank you Maddie, Faith and Ashley - a time was had!!

I’ve been going to Bodybar for almost 2 years and the Dallas location for a year and a half and it’s my favorite way to get moving. I regularly go to Lindsay and Faith every week and they are amazing instructors. They put a lot of thought into the series of exercises we do and make class feel like a community. Diana is also excellent, she makes class so fun and if you’re new - she’s great at making you feel at ease but also challenge you. LOVE Bodybar Dallas and all the amazing instructors they have!

Simone Hill

Google
Great variety in classes and instructors! Always keeps me challenged. Classes sometimes look booked out, but the waitlist system works.

Google
I would definitely recommend Bodybar. I've done reformer Pilates two other places and I think this is my favorite.

Lowell Lewis

Google
Have been completely new to Pilates and everyone at Body Bar has been very nice and helpful. The app is easy to use and the studio is a pretty low pressure environment. I have taken a lot of instructors’ classes and they’re all wonderful. Recommended for newcomers or experts.

If BODYBAR Dallas has many fans, I’m one of them. If BODYBAR Dallas has 1 fan, it’s me. If BODYBAR Dallas has no fans. I’m dead. This place is hands down the best part of my day/week. I started Pilates at BODYBAR Dallas in February at one of their free classes and went full unlimited membership from there and never looked back. I absolutely love the teachers and the community and am so excited to stay on this fitness journey with my BODYBAR Dallas crew. 100 classes down already and going strong 💪 I love the variety of classes, the quality of the equipment, and the unique styles across various teachers but always the constant of an incredible full body workout. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially those wanting to build their core and increase flexibility and improve joint health!

I have been attending classes at Bodybar for a little over a year now and I love it. Pilates definitely challenges your body and strength in ways I have never experienced before. I can’t get enough and love the way I feel. The staff I also very welcoming whenever we come in.

Yelp
I have been taking Pilates classes for close to a year off and on. I frequent a place in Lakewood where I feel like I'm mostly on my game there. Now in walks Bodybar Pilates and I feel like Mr. Pilates is on drugs. This ish is more challenging than what I'm used to. Oof! I sighed up for the free introductory class and attended one night after work. The process to check in was easy and the young girls working gave me the lowdown on the place and sent me off to workout. I did the classic Pilates class with Diane. She knew I was a newbie so she showed me how to adjust the reformer and tips for the class and she checked on me often to see if I was hanging in. The workout was pretty fast paced and I hung for most of it and took small breaks when needed. I haven't had a good workout like that in a long time. Flash forward to a month later and I am a member. Surprisingly this uptown location is cheaper than my place in Lakewood. You can book all your classes on the app. I haven't tried anything other than the classic, but will definitely branch out. There is free parking in the parking garage to the left of Pilates. Pay attention or you'll miss it. It's confusing too because there is an apartment attached to the garage so you may get stuck on a floor where you'll end up walking up a ramp. That would only happen to me I'm sure though. Otherwise find street parking! When you walk in you will check in to class on the iPad. Then set your belongings in the cubbies. Bring your grip socks and be prepared to crush it (at your own speed) for 50 minutes.

Yelp
I went to this class after passing by on the way to Katy Trail every morning. I did the 50 minute classic class. For my first reformer Pilates class, it actually wasn't bad at all. The instructor was very attentive to me, she'd be on the other side of the room and make her way to help me when needed which was a lot lol after the class I noticed that I was sore in my core area, a good sore. After that I knew it was a class that I'd definitely be back to.

Rue N.

Yelp
Just finished an introductory reformer class at Body Bar and it was excellent! Probably the best Pilates class I've had in the metro so far. Instructor was clear, helpful, gave plenty of modifications and kept up a good pace throughout. She worked abs, upper body and lower body in a quick 60minutes and I feel awesome. Would definitely be a regular if I lived closer to this studio.

Kenzie J.

Yelp
I love this place, instructors are great and so many different classes to choose from! Highly recommend

Tiffany M.

Yelp
Great place for Pilates.. I had a membership here for a bit, but I cancelled it because my favorite teachers left. Some of the new teachers aren't as high energy as the older ones. But I get that people move on. Still - parking is good and the neighborhood is great. Very clean and modern studio.

Danielle T.

Yelp
Unfortunately, the management and ownership needs work - they have no customer service skills whatsoever. I have Lyme and severe pain issues, pilates helps - or it did until I became a member at BodyBar - There are amazing instructors who work here - I have been a client for a couple of months until Sunday - I was doing an outer thigh exercise when the spring broke and my legs split - wall-to-wall - I heard a loud pop in my hip and limped away from the studio - no one even bothered to contact me except the caring and thoughtful instructor who was teaching the class. I sent Kelly (manager) an email asking for a refund of December, as I will not be able to finish the month because of my pain from the accident and it will help in getting some therapy for my injuries - her reply was as follows - "I am so incredibly sorry that you had a negative experience on Sunday. While we strive to continuously monitor and maintain our equipment, this unfortunate circumstance does very rarely happen. As per industry standard for these instances, we require a liability waiver be signed by each client before taking their first class. Unfortunately, Corporate policy does not allow for prorated refunds or refunds within the contract fulfillment term." First off, this was not a negative experience - it was an injury that I have because of your lack of maintenance of your machines - Merenda at the front desk told me that the machine I was on and the machine next to it needed the springs changed. I had no fault whatsoever in my injury - now I not only have the 210.00 I paid for the month of December but the money I will be out for my injury. Any business that has this much of a lack of empathy for their clients, a poor standard of maintaining the machines and no concern at all when a client gets injured - I want no part of! Kelly (manager) offered me a free month - why would an injured person that is scared to get back on one of your machines want a free month? Why would any person ever write such an email? "Sorry for your NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE?" I didn't crap my pants! (This would be a negative experience!) I injured myself because of your lack of maintenance! BEWARE! If you do work out here and have an injury due to faulty equipment and poor maintenance - you will get nothing - not even a nice phone call to ask how you are doing.

Joanna T.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the class! It was my first time here and I honestly had no idea what to expect. I took the arms and abs class with Dena and she was fantastic! She did a great job in making me feel comfortable and guided me throughout the class! She also made modifications as needed! The class was a combination or resistance bands, weights, the use of the body bar, and dips. The workout makes you feel muscles you didn't even know you had! I definitely felt the challenge and I'm ready to do it all over again! The studio is under construction so I can't really review that but as far as my experience with the workout class and Instructor I give it a solid 5!

Emma H.

Yelp
I've tried a number of Pilates studios in the Dallas area and so far this is my favorite but still not what I was looking for. If you are looking for a traditional studio with smaller classes this is not ideal...the classes are around 12 people and it is fast paced. One instructor I had (Gabby) was GREAT. She paid attention to the students and pointed out corrections and tips on form. Another instructor I had didn't really pay much attention and a girl actually fell off of the reformer and into the well on top of the springs. It's a great workout and I feel great and sore after class so I would recommend if you aren't picky about your Pilates!

Carolyn A.

Yelp
It only takes one bad instructor... I went to a jump board class today and did not have socks. The teacher said I either had to leave or buy socks from them. The teacher's story was that "safety" requires socks. I explained that I had not needed socks for the jump board class I took two days ago. That didn't matter to her, so I left. I don't know whether the teacher was deliberately lying to me (to gin up sock sales) or clueless. Safety doesn't require socks. Logically, barefoot is safer -- even the manufacturer's web site shows the jump board being used by someone (gasp!) barefoot. https://www.pilates.com/BBAPP/V/store/reformers/accessories/padded-foot-plate.html

Lauren S.

Yelp
The 100 day summer challenge started May 25. If you attend 70 classes you get a shirt and the first two places when prizes. I bought the intro month pass and I haven't missed a day (fingers crossed) so come join me!

Lisa M.

Yelp
I am getting close to my 500th class. I can't say enough good things about this studio! Love the teachers and the staff. The classes are designed to work the entire body. I use the jump classes as my cardio for the week! Love the power tower classes for sore muscles. One of the best workouts in Dallas. Thank goodness they are on Class Pass as well.. My favorite workout place, keep up the awesome work

CJ K.

Yelp
Everyone is super nice and instructors always know you by name. The studio provide variety of classes that you can choose from. Even during the group class, instructors always try to teach every each person.

Sara S.

Yelp
I've tried a couple of the pilates places in the area, and BodyBar is one of the best! It's a great full body workout and the instructors are very nice and informative. I'm always sore the next day and see great results! There in a great location I never have trouble finding parking and they have classes going on all the time so it fits very well with my schedule. They also offer student discounts which is great because I'm currently a student. Overall great place to get in shape!

Summer B.

Yelp
Love Body bar it's my home away from home. Tones tightens your whole body. Each time you get a little stronger.

Shelby G.

Yelp
I've been saying for years that I was going to try Pilate's. All of the people I know who do it says it has changed their body....and by the looks of them, it has! I had previously tried some mat classes and really liked the idea of the workout, but knew I needed to find a studio and get to work on a reformer. I researched a lot before I chose bodybar and am so glad I did. I instantly could tell this was going to be the place for me. SO MANY DIFFERENT WORKOUTS! I'll never get bored (check!). They have top of the line machines (check!). Very convenient location to both work & home, so no excuses for not being able to get there (check!). And lastly, the monetary motivation....once I've signed up for the class, I'm in! No deciding 30 minutes before class starts that I'm not in the mood to go....unless I want to shell out $25 for not attending (check!). I've been going for a couple of weeks now. The workouts are intense for my out of shape booty, but the instructors are very helpful and encouraging. The music is fun and the variety of workouts have kept me wanting to go back! I'm burning anywhere from 400 to 500 calories in the cardio chair & reformer classes. The Power Tower class has also been a great one for stretching out those sore muscles! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I'll definitely become a regular!

Lisa S.

Yelp
This is my favorite studio in Dallas after living here 2 years, and exploring TONS of studios using Class Pass, including trying 8-10 other area Pilates studios. It is clean, modern, has nice equipment, small class sizes, easy parking, and every class / instructor is different. I love the workouts and can get whatever I want out of it, whether it is a lighter workout, or heavy sweating, it is all what you put into the class. My first class two years ago was a little rocky though, for my first Pilates class ever they were not very accommodating and I felt like a hindrance instead of them being excited for me to be there. I asked other girls in class to help me, and no one really took time to explain how the machines worked, how to set up my springs, ect. Maybe I needed to speak up more and ask questions, as everyone who works there seems really nice. They are also on the pricey side in comparison to other Dallas studios, but I think the convenience is worth the price. Otherwise than my first class, my experience has been 5 stars and I will continue to go back there!

Violetta E.

Yelp
Oh how I used to love this studio. Not long ago they were true to teaching Pilates. With the new company rebrand the classes seem to be a hybrid of fast paced movements leaving what Pilates is all about behind. Good form is out the door to keep pace and the few instructors I have had do not inform the students if they are doing something incorrectly.

Lynn N.

Yelp
My favorite Pilates studio in Dallas so far! The instructors and staff are very inviting, help with any adjustments and make class fun but challenging! They also always have the best music to get you going and it's not too loud like other places. I haven't had a bad class here yet! Love the reform & refine, core and power tower classes! This is my first choice when it comes to booking Pilates classes for sure!

Shar N.

Yelp
Finally a real pilates studio in Dallas! Seriously, I've gone to many studios within the Uptown to North Dallas area and this place is the real deal. Trust me, I've been through the gambit while living in Dallas. Studios that teach you yoga and call it pilates, instructors referencing manuals in the middle of class (Twice- two different studios in Uptown), and mold/ fungus on the equipment. The classes at Bodybar are small, so it's almost like a semi-private lesson for less than $20. The instructors are attentive and very knowledgeable. I've brought friends who are beginners to these lessons and they were able to fit in without feeling confused or disoriented. Honestly, this place is great, the only downside (which may not bother some) is the parking. It can be kind of a pain if you attend classes in the afternoon, you end up competing for space with the "happy hour crowd". But on the bright side you're already there and you've burned off enough calories for a drink!

Jillian A.

Yelp
Best Pilates class you will get in town. I've tried out many but this is by far my favorite ! The instructors are awesome and bring great traits to the table. No matter how long you have been going you will definitely feel the burn !!!! Love that each class brings a new challenge and the instructors push you to keep going. BODYBAR is my happy place.

Neha M.

Yelp
I got the opportunity to try this place out for a week due to a special they had. I immediately fell in love with the classes. I have always wanted to try out these pilates reformer machines. I had just came from a run at a near by park so I know my legs were already sore, but the way we did lunges in this class was a different burn than I had ever felt before. I think for me the distance + price was too much for me to handle. I think if there was something closer to home, I would pay the price to come workout here.

Gabrielle F.

Yelp
Really great location! Right in the middle of a busy area. Love the variety of classes offered, something for everyone! Also great class times offered throughout the day. Be sure to sign up ahead of time because the classes will fill up!! You can park in the parking garage next door or across the street if you're lucky! Be sure to bring your grip socks or you can buy some there!

Hannah H.

Yelp
I have been here more than 5 times now and I love it! This is my first time getting into pilates so I really have nothing to compare it to, but I think it's great. It's a small space with a juice bar on the other side of the studio. Really chill vibe and super convenient for me! The instructors are all very nice, you can definitely feel comfortable going at your own pace.

Shayla D.

Yelp
This is by far my favorite Pilates class! I take every class with Kimberly and she is seriously amazing! I am beyond terrible at Pilates, but Kimberly has helped me with my form and never laughed I started off a little shaky... But I've improved so much from her help! She's such a great teacher:)! Take her class!

Meridith W.

Yelp
I joined Bodybar a little over a month ago and I have been so pleased with everything. The instructors are great and as a newbie they really helped me get the flow of things. My day feels incomplete without it now! The changes I have already seen in my body are so impressive. Can't wait to continue with Bodybar!

Lacretia N.

Yelp
I went to the reformer class with Taylor. I've never done any sort of Pilates class so I was a bit nervous but the environment was very relaxed. The space is small but comforting. There are so many classes out there that are quite costly, but I'm thinking this place might be a top tier investment to my health. Overall, I loved it and will definitely go back. Taylor was so helpful and informative from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. I'm big on service and this place clearly takes pride in offering outstanding service to all of their clients. (I also love the iPad check in!)

Julie G.

Yelp
I had a great workout here today with Deena (sp?). What great reformers and the studio is very clean. I will definitely come back when I'm in town again.

Pam R.

Yelp
I relocated to Dallas and was searching for a fitness studio that had a combination of great workouts, great instructors and for lack of a better term a great "atmosphere"... I found it at Bodybar Fitness! From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave it's a fabulous experience ! No matter what level you are each instructor works with you to ensure that your form is correct and you work at your own pace! Dena, Kimberly, Barbara and Don are FABULOUS!!! It's the only time in years that I've not had to drag myself to a workout! Net - ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!

Kelly Y.

Yelp
5++++ stars! I love this place! I have been doing Pilates for about 3 years and have tried all different studios and reformer machines and love the BodyBar classes most! There are all different types of classes so you can work and focus on different muscle groups and never get bored. However in general, you always work your core/back, arms and legs/butt. All of the instructors are genuinely sweet, knowledgeable, and provide modifications for injuries. The classes: Pilates on the Reformer - works all muscle groups! Power Tower - a different class using the same bed and the tower behind the class - get ready for a deep stretch and some good inner thigh burn! Abs & Arms - LOVE this class! The more you go, the stronger you will become and the heavier the weights you can lift! Chair - amazing for legs and butt Jump - Jump board for some cardio thats light on your joints and really burns you out! Express - a class of the instructors choice but only 45 minutes. Try it out! I love this place and make sure to bring Grippy socks!

Ea K.

Yelp
I tried a one-month membership at the BodyBar Studios on Travis Walk. While the classes are fine, the customer service and sale technique of the studio really made me walk away from this place. We felt just like a number and a sale opportunity for them. It is very unfortunate because the concept is cool, but it really comes down to how you treat your customers. Not recommended.

Lora C.

Yelp
Always an awesome workout and the instructors are all friendly and welcoming. The reformer jump and the reformer/chair classes are my fave. That chair will kick your booty into shape in no time.

Mandy H.

Yelp
If you are looking for any sort of classical or Stott Pilates or legitimate barre class...then this is NOT your place. If you are looking for glorified group class with fairly high intensity, reps, and bursts, that utilizes a pilates reformer...then this is your spot! I admit that even though it's not what I was looking for, I DO enjoy it. It's been a nice change of pace. I've been attending classes 4-5 times a week for almost 4 weeks now. 1. The instructors, so far, seem to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what they are teaching (not Pilates). 2. I don't care for the fact that they force you to wear grip socks, I prefer bare feet - it is much safer. 3. Most of the reformer based classes are just your run of the mill exercises, just done on the reformer, i.e. bicep curls, triceps extensions, lat pulls, etc. 4. The barre class is only about 15 minutes, tops, of actual barre work. 5. Most of the ab exercises are done on a mat instead of utilizing the reformer - and it's mostly typical gym type ab work. 6. There is not much in the programming that is geared toward strengthening or rehabbing the spine. 7. Sooooo many reps, and almost every exercise includes bursts. 8. I'm very afraid that the classes are too large for the instructors to actually catch if someone is doing something that could harm them. It's hard to watch form on that many girls (up to 10 per class). Thankfully, I have enough body awareness and knowledge that I can modify when needed and not injure myself. Although I will admit that sometimes I feel a slight pressure to push past my body's limit - which isn't necessarily a good thing. 9. There is one classical style Pilates class offered once a week and I've been 3x. It was the exact same programming each time, not very exciting. Again, very difficult to monitor/instruct a class of 10 doing classical pilates. Maybe she offers variety sometimes, but not that I've experienced so far. The instructor is a sweetheart. 10. The uptown facility is very nice and clean. There is always cool water available. 11. There is an in-house juice bar but I'm not big on juicing so its not a selling point for me. 12. Great schedule with lots of variety and times every day of the week. 13. The prices are very fair considering what you get and compared to other studios. So again, not what I was looking for, but I do enjoy it. Just wanted to give a little more detail as to what actually goes on in class for those that are seeking a true pilates style class. I wish they didn't advertise themselves as this.

Carolyn B.

Yelp
Bodybar is bright, airy, and clean- a far cry from some other gyms I've visited. Buying an intro class is easy online after setting up an account and online scheduling is super convenient. The teachers are encouraging and offer modifications. They did a great job showing a Pilates newbie how to adjust and work the reformer. I'm two weeks in to my unlimited first month purchase and while I'm not going everyday (I'm soo sore!!), I know bodybar will be a frequent part of my workout routine!

Llana A.

Yelp
I love Bodybar! These classes hit all those spots that my usual running/free weights/yoga don't seem to tone. Be sure to sign up online ahead of time because the classes can fill up. I want to throw out there that the Cardio Chair class is NOT a beginner class! You will run screaming (actually you won't be able to move because you'll be in so much pain) and never return if you mistakenly pick this as your first class. The Reformer class is the best one to start with. Also be sure to grab one of their fantastic made-in-house juices after your workout!

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
You get an amazing workout in 50 mins (which I love). Instructors are awesome, watching you carefully that you are working the correct muscles. Facility is beautiful and the juice bar is a great treat after a workout. Highly recommend it!

Jennifer M.

Yelp
This place makes me happy! I have been in a workout rut for way too long and have finally found a workout that I love and WANT to do. I've been to 8 classes so far and each has been challenging and different, not boring. Worth it!

Stephanie B.

Yelp
This place is amazing... fresh and modern studio and fantastic instructors. The Cardio Chair and the Bodybar(re) classes are intense. A great variety of classes to challenge and keep you coming back for more. I leave feeling like a hot, sweaty, million bucks! Highly recommend!

Amanda K.

Yelp
bodybar offers a variety of classes focused around the Pilates Reformer, Tower and Chair. The instructors are wonderful, hands-on and energetic! They really push you to push yourself. If you are looking for a studio that offers a variety of class choices, motivational instructors, a new and more toned YOU, a warm environment and so much more, bodybar is your spot. (Oh, and did I mention the juice bar? What a great way to fuel your body for the rest of the day!) Highly recommended!

Kathy M.

Yelp
After one month at three times a week, my body has changed at a faster rate than a year with a personal trainer. The location is very convenient, and the staff is knowledgable and friendly.

Jaime G.

Yelp
Love bodybar. It's in a clean, well-lit studio, nicely decorated and in a great spot in Dallas (right on the Travis walk). I tried their Reformer Jump class and the instructor was really good, and it was an overall great workout! I will definitely be back and recommend.

Cory H.

Yelp
LOVE THIS PLACE!! I purchased a voucher online via Gilt.com after a friend of mine that does pilates on a consistant basis moved to Dallas. I was very hesitant because I typically prefer to run but, I am hooked now! The first class that I attended was a bodybar class.. it was challenging to me because I am not typically used to this sort of workout but, I really enjoyed the class and returned two days later for a reformer jump class. I love that the classes are small and the instructors are amazing. I received a call from Dena the same day in follow up to the class. I have never had an instructor follow up after the class much less remember me from class to class. She was wonderful and even gave me tips on some classes to sign up for going forward. I am planning on joining Bodybar and making this my for forward routine. I love the classes, equipment and the staff!

Gina G.

Yelp
Beware of purchasing a promotional voucher here. I called to redeem a day late and they would not accept it. The manager neglected to call me to discuss the matter and never had a staff member get in touch with me to discuss the issue. I finally went back two weeks later and explained that they have to honor face value of the promotion and the receptionist rudely refused, said they never signed a contract agreeing to, and refused a copy of an email that was sent to me explaining the contract. This is the rudest place I've dealt with in Dallas especially for it to be a new business that is outrageously expensive. Save your time and money and go to Exhale, Beyond Pilates, or Barre Method. They have outstanding customer service and at this level it is paramount-we're not at 24 hour fitness ladies!

ashley r.

Yelp
RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!! I was charged without my authorization or consent a no show fee for $25 for a class that I canceled using their app within the cancellation period. I was charged another no show fee for $25 without my authorization or consent for a class that I was on a wait list for and never informed that I was not part of the class. And I was charged late cancel fee $15 twice without my authorization or consent for one class that I canceled within their cancellation period using their app. When I reached out to the owner and explained what had happened rather than apologizing and refunding my money she all but called me a liar. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Lindsey J.

Yelp
BodyBar is amazing! All the teachers challenge you yet make it fun. Everyone is so kind and its an amazing environment to work out in. HIGHLY recommend!! BONUS: the raw juice bar is incredible!

Elisha L.

Yelp
Seems as though the instructors have definitely stepped it up a notch with the intensity of the workouts which is great!! Too bad my intro package is ending right towards the beginning of the workouts getting more intense (which is a great thing). I really enjoyed my time here however the monthly rates are a little pricey for the average person unless you can go everyday twice a day to get your complete monies worth. Amazing total body workout however you still have to incorporate additional workouts such as cardio and strength training if you are trying to really lose weight. Everyone here is super nice and friendly loved all of the instructors as owner. It's a very intimate place and they know you by name. One thing to be aware of the online scheduling of your classes. Be sure to book in advance and remember what you signed up for because after your grace no show or cancel you will be charged $25 -_- however I understand the class space is minimal. Overall great place for glad they are taking the workouts up a notch wish it was like this when I first came :-). XoXo bodybar

Stephanie L.

Yelp
By far the best workout I've ever had...i have every intention of continuing pilate's at Body Bar Studios!! Loving the variety of classes they have to offer!! The location is fantastic, extremely Convenient for me. I'm excited to see the results and I"m convinced Body Bar Studios is the place to make it happen.

Sharon M.

Yelp
I can't recommend Bodybar Studios enough. Their location on Travis Walk is so convenient, with plenty of free parking. They have plenty of classes before and after work Monday-Friday and several on Saturdays and Sundays, too. The machines are top of the line and the instructors are amazing. The variety of classes they offer make for a very well rounded workout regimen. Check them out!

Allison Z.

Yelp
This is my addiction! I have been doing the same old cardio routine forever; my friend invited me to the new Plano location and I am hooked. I drive from Frisco because I love the classes. I really feel this is "doing" something for my body. It's a total body workout all focused on building strength! And the juices - I crave them everyday!

Rachel A.

Yelp
Great studio! It's so beautiful inside and the equipment is all new too. They even have one of my favorites - pressed juice made fresh inside. Loved my workout with Kristin.

Karen C.

Yelp
Great workout, friendly staff ! I love going here and hope to get stronger!!!!
