"I found that Whitaker’s coffee counter BØH inside Free Market is already serving Devoción coffee from Colombia, serves toasts and pastries from chef Jeb Breakell as well as soft-serve ice cream, and offers a full bar featuring beers, ciders, and sake." - Susan Stapleton

B.O.G. Hotel (Bogota, Colombia) 28 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"It sounds more mellifluous in Spanish. Here, in one of northern Bogotá’s hipper districts, the B.O.G. Hotel might just touch off a design-hotel revolution. This is a town whose lodging options have been fairly undistinguished, up to now, if you’re in the market for anything more inspiring than corporate business hotels — but the emerald-and-gold-clad B.O.G. changes all that in an instant. With interiors by the celebrated Portuguese designer Nini Andrade Silva, a woman whose name might already be familiar to boutique-hotel devotees, this is a hotel that’s not afraid to make a statement." - Tablet Hotels

B.O.G. Hotel is amazing. Great staff and great service. We had a cancelled domestic flight and they helped us right away, it was very helpful. Also, the drinks are amazing! Mr. Gustavo makes the best drinks! The espresso martini is the best one we’ve ever tried, and the mocktail that Gustavo makes is also delicious! Highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Andrea provided exceptional service during our dinner at the hotel. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and professional. She made sure everything was perfect, offered great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Her positive attitude and genuine care truly enhanced our dining experience. Andrea is a great asset to the hotel, and we greatly appreciated her excellent service. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived the experiences was remarkable. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Check-in was smooth. The food is exquisite and the drinks at the bar to die for. Gustavo the bartender made us a drink called “Gulupa” I highly recommend it. I’m not a gin drinker but this drink was refreshing and delicious. Five stars for Gustavo and the team at the B.O.G. Hotel in Bogota, Colombia. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Hotel Personnel was incredibly Awesome. From the front desk to the restaurant personnel. Luis and Andres are wonderful. The only thing they care about is make us feel welcome. We also enjoyed how they recommend things to do locally. The Hotel is Awesome also. The only complaint was that the showers are great but coming out of the shower the room was a bit cold and I could not raise the temperature to warm it up. Besides that we loved everything about the BOG hotel in Bogota. We recommend it 100%.

my first time there was wonderful. I came back today and it was a little busy and I had to ask twice just to get a menu for breakfast. The breakfast is really great. But then it took a really long time and the waiter never came to take my order so I left

We had a great stay at the B.O.G Hotel in Bogota. The rooms are contemporary and very clean, with the only complaint the fact that the seperate toilet room isn't isolated from the main room and you can clearly hear whatever is going on in there... Everything else was great. The complimentary breakfast has a lot of delicious selections and the servers are very quick to refill your coffee - which, as expected was delicious. They also have a driver parked out front to take you anywhere you would like to go. You do pay for it, but the fares are very reasonable and unlike the Taxis, you can pay with a credit card. Our driver, Angi, was so pleasant and accomodating that it relally helped make it easy to get around the city and find the destinations we were looking for. She drives an electric car, which was even better. No exhause fumes and a quiet smooth ride - it's much more pleasant than driving in the combustion cars here. I which all hotels had a driver waiting outside to help you navigate the city like the BOG does.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. This review assesses the place through the lens of that claim. 1. They have a blatant disregard for regular guests staying at the hotel. They rent rooftop for parties and there is laud music and screaming, even after 10pm. The primary objective of a hotel is to rest. You won't be able to get it here. Literally like living in a basement of a night club. 2. The staff is hit and miss. Some members are friendly and some are treating you like a nuisance. 3. The breakfast is truly sub par. Very poor variety. If you come in after 9 half of the things will be missing. Today there were chicken wings that were clearly undercooked. 4. Wi-fi in the room was very poor in terms of signal quality. 5. Air conditioning barely works. Set to 18 degrees, max fan speed and the room is still hot (even in December where temp outside gets down to 10 degrees C). I did like the interior design of rooms. They were also clean.

They charged us an insurance fee of approximately £53 each after we had already paid for the hotel and didn't inform us of then payment. Had my washing done but they didn't wash the clothes properly and damaged one of my tops. Overall the situation was resolved fairly without any issue or charged for the washing and they compensate me for the damaged top. Nice hotel and location 👌🏽.
