"The Los Angeles Yoga Club is a traditional Ashtanga yoga school that follows the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (an Indian yogi and Sanskrit scholar who’s credited with bringing Ashtanga into the mainstream). A sister school to Eddie Stern’s Brooklyn Yoga Club, the aim is to assist students in the development of their personal practice, with the disclaimer that it’s within a class setting. This sounds unusual, but it works in the sense that yogis take the asanas at their own speed, and the focus is on personal form and ability rather than keeping up with everyone else. This type of self-practice has all—or at least most—of the benefits of a one-to-one class minus the price tag."

I absolutely love, LOVE Boheme Yoga! I’ve been practicing for a long time and yet, every time I take a hot yoga class, I’m learning about a new pose or a new transition into a pose. The teachers are so welcoming and warm and it fits my lowkey, introverted personality very well. Thank you for allowing me to continue expanding my practice. Special shoutout to Cole, just an AMAZING teacher. 🎀 ⭐️

Been coming here for the past 3-4 years. I love the staff and all the instructors, it's a really beautiful community here. Each instructor curates their classes with love and their expertise. Facility is clean, small but has everything you need. They have both great pilates and yoga classes. Yoga classes are hot, but not insufferable so you get to sweat without feeling like you're going to pass out. What I love the most is that it's a safe place to just ground yourself from such a busy neighborhood. Other yoga studios in DTLA are all brightly lit and very commercialized. But here, it feels like a little sanctuary to decompress from your day.

One of the best Yoga studios in LA with some of the best Yoga practitioners. I've done Yoga classes at the studio with Kaleena, Kelly and Vivian and can honestly say that they are likely some of the best Yoga teachers in Los Angeles. I did my 200 hour Yoga teacher training here and was completely satisfied with the decision that I made in choosing this studio as an option to study at. I remember starting and wondering if I would be able to finish, if I had made the right decision and if I would have the energy to get through it and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions that I made for myself. If you're looking for a community based Yoga studio, Boheme is a great option. With other studios in the area, they may feel corporate which isn't always a bad thing and it's sometimes my preference based on my personality type but thus far, Boheme has been one of the better Yoga studios in Los Angeles.

I am new to yoga and recently signed up for a membership here after doing a one-week intro course, and it is honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made! Every single teacher is so great and knowledgeable and I always leave the hot yoga classes feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone of all different levels!

I was in LA for work and wanted to try hot yoga for the first time. I found this place and signed up for their one week trial membership. The price was great, the place was clean, the staff were attentive and super helpful. The other members were friendly and everyone had a smile. Thank you for a great introduction to yoga

Wonderful beautiful space with incredible people. I was visiting from Minneapolis and felt so at home and welcomed. I went to the heated flow sweat my heart out while not feeling over challenged then I stayed for the gratitude restore and left with my heart feeling so light and full.

Absolutely LOVE this studio, especially Kaleena’s classes and myofascial approach. Highly recommend from yin, flow, to pilates ❤️ Thank you for your contribution to the community 🙏

I enjoy Emily’s classes so much: the music, singing bowl and guidance to attempt more difficult poses. Not sure what happened but I felt like reading poetry after her class last Saturday so I drove to Vroman’s and bought Leaves of Grass

Yelp
Dropped in for a class while visiting LA from the Bay Area for a wedding. I can't speak to all classes, but the class we took was solid- great instruction. The studio staff were friendly and accommodating. The studio itself was clean from the lobby to the practice space to the restrooms: all pristine. And the community was welcoming, which as a someone who takes drop-in yoga classes frequently, might be one of the most rare things in a new yoga studio ever. Multiple people said hello and welcomed us. Gold star for Bohemia Yoga.

Yelp
I really, really like this studio. Beautiful vibes, gorgeous space! And wonderful classes in both yoga and pilates. Kaleena is absolutely amazing. I typically do drop-in/pay-as-you-go classes. I was seriously considering getting an unlimited membership, but two things have stopped me thus far: I guess they have stopped letting folks know ahead of time when there's going to be a substitute instructor for classes (I emailed about this and never heard back) -- for a number of reasons, I'm really selective about the instructors I go to in any studio. (And I'm certainly not asking that they never have subs, I just want to know about it ahead of time so that I can make a decision whether to attend.) The second reason is that we're asked to clean the reformer machines after class; when I'm paying for a service, I'm not down for the equivalent of car detailing after an hour of strenuous exercise. I stopped going to particular yoga studios in the past when we were asked to do prop cleaning after class. So just full transparency on those things. YMMV!

Yelp
Nice studio in DTLA. The instructors are knowledgeable and lead good classes. You can't see the studio from the street as you need to walk down the stairs to get to the studio. While the room was spacious I couldn't help but smell an odor. The kind of smell that lingers after a hot yoga class but this seemed permanent. I was towards the back of the room when I took the class so it's likely the smell isn't towards the front.

Yelp
I started my own healing journey with my body, spirit, and physical health last week, recovering from being at an extremely low weight. I wanted to get involved with movement without being too much into cardio/HIIT, just to get my body moving and my endorphins up. Then, I stumbled upon Boheme Yoga, walking distance away from my place in the financial district. I read all of the other amazing reviews on Yelp and have to say Boheme lives up to every possible expectation I had!! Not only is the studio super cute and clean, it is incredibly inviting thanks to the amazing community and instructors. Every single instructors I've met so far has been nothing but wonderful and nice. I had never taken pilates or hot yoga before, and after taking both classes here for the first time, I know I am hooked and will be purchasing the unlimited Yoga+Pilates membership. I actually have to stop myself from wanting to go to 3 classes in a day because they just make me so incredibly happy! The classes are challenging but in the best way; you don't feel like you might seriously injure yourself. Also, if you are unable to do a movement, the instructors provide instruction on how you could potentially modify in order to tailor to your specific needs. The heat just makes you feel so much more challenged and also relaxed at the same time. I've gone into a class after a long mentally exhausting day, and left with the best revitalized energy and gratitude for the world (thanks to Jaclyn's Flow class). The classes are so so so amazing and have seriously helped me on my journey to self love and being more in tune with my body: only in a matter of days. I know that Boheme will have a great impact on my healing journey, and I am ever so thankful for finding this amazing space. The pilates class was amazing too! There are only 9 slots per class so you really get a very intimate yet challenging class, with the instructors/other participants. It is so encouraging and I was so grateful for Vivian letting Emily (the instructor) know it was my first class, so she could teach me the ropes of what I was about to get myself into! Vivian's warm and thoughtful energy paired with Emily's instruction and kind nature, led me to the realization that yes. I am meant to be a pilates princess. I think I found my home, and I cannot wait to try all of the types of classes they have to offer and experience what each different instructor has to offer as well!!! Thank you Boheme Yoga!!! Absolutely recommend if you are looking to be active in a supportive environment, and care for your mental/physical well being.

Yelp
I took the 6am yoga class with Vivian today and I thought it was amazing. She has a wonderful gentle tone in her voice, her cues and instructions are clear and detailed, and I enjoyed the asanas and movement she chose to incorporate. I also liked that she incorporated therapy balls to open up our shoulders in the beginning of class. I believe she is the owner and she has a nice, warm personality as well. I look forward to taking her class again. I also took Olivia and Kelly's 6am class as well. Olivia has a great flow and Kelly has a great sense of humor so I thought her class was a lot of fun :)

Yelp
Hi Vivian, thanks for your quick response. I want to emphasize that we extremely respect the late policy and phone policy. We were totally okay if we could not get in, but Olivia purposely locked the door and left us in the rain even knowing we were outside. Also, I'd like to clarify 2 things. Firstly, the class was at 19:30, and we arrived before 19:40(not almost 20mins late), I called my friend at 19:41 after I knocked the door for a couple of minutes(I've added a screenshot below). Secondly, my friend answered my call outside the classroom, and Olivia talked to her in the hallway. Since it was Kelly's class, Olivia should have been at the front desk. What makes me so frustrated and upset because from my experiences dealing with her in multiple different situations were unprofessional and racist behavior and rude attitude towards the customer. Thanks again for paying attention to this issue.

Yelp
The stellar quality of my favorite trainer truly stands out for me! I have spent a year taking classes for Kaleena. Every time I attend a class, I walk away with the impression that it is specially tailored to address my unique needs, I build up my body without ever worrying about injuries or overtraining -- a hallmark of top-tier instruction. And of course, I love the friendly community. It's such a welcoming environment where I can easily pop in, attend my class/classes, and leave feeling refreshed, with a peaceful mind.

Yelp
Just took Vivian's class for the first time in a long time and it was soooooooo good. Perfect start to Friday morning.

Yelp
Had a negative experience with a teacher there who is passive aggressive and unprofessional. A masquerader of healing, she should not be in an environment like that. A fake and phony, I can't describe but if you have half a brain, you'll spot it. She's got a lot of ego, and growing up to do in this practice. Unpleasant but my Pilates class was good. Reception is stuck up and like we're in Dior not an earthy yoga studio that promotes wellness. 20 + years a New York yogi, I can spot toxic ego masked as wanting to help others. I'm not sure why the owner keeps Olivia. There's at least 5 yelps saying they rubbed against her fraudulent nature.

Yelp
Best hot yoga studio I've been to. Olivia is an amazing teacher, I no longer live close to the area so I don't go anymore but if you're in the DT area or close to the studio you should definitely go!!

Yelp
Loveeee this boutique studio! I come here once a week for their hot yoga sessions. They also offer pilates, massages, reiki sessions, and sell clothing/organic products in their check-in area! My favorite class to attend is the sculpt class because it's a good mixture of hot yoga and some light weight movements. It really makes you break a sweat and feel good after. However, all the classes I've attended are amazing. The instructors do an incredible job! This studio also has clean showers and lockers! I typically walk here, so I can't say much about the parking situation, but it's downtown. Recommend!

Yelp
I love this studio so much. Super cute, very clean. Has absolutely everything you need in a yoga/pilates studio. The instructors are incredible, i cannot empathize this enough. I mainly attend Emily, Olivia or Vivian's classes bc they fall within my schedule but I'm certain all the instructors are equally as skilled. Some of my favorite aspects of those instructors are: Emily: i love her zen vibe. Challenging evenly paced flow. She is so sweet as well. Olivia: her class is so dynamic, very challenging. She really pushes your limit. I love that. Vivian: amazing instructor, so skilled and she really takes the time to help you with form. I recommend this studio 100000000% A total gem in downtown LA

Yelp
I have nothin but SUPER GREAT THINGS TO SAY about this little underground yoga and Pilates spot. From the INCREDIBLE instructors, to the great products they carry in the shop, to the location, the vibe, and the community this place has completely won my heart and business. Vivian has done a magickal job at providing a top tier establishment with a super charged team who help make it all come together. I initially decided to come here to try out Pilates on the reformer. I had only ever taken one class before at another spot and was excited when I found Boheme as it is located in a convenient place near a studio I work at regularly. I signed up for the first class by going into the studio and getting on the list. I came back a day later and was in the pilates studio with Emily. Emily is a GREAT instructor and I instantly fell in love with the workout and her playlist. I was beyond stoked! I joined with the unlimited plan and i was busy going to Pilates 1-2 times a day for the first 3 months. I was HOOKED. Throughout the time I have been here I have met a handful of super awesome instructors - they all have something special to offer and it keeps things interesting. I have been happy as a clam with them and the classes for almost a year now. THEN I TRIED THE VINYASA FLOW. First Enticed by Emily, she mentioned that if I was liking her Pilates playlist that I would surely like the flow one too. So i went out of my comfort zone and tried it. I'm not someone who chose yoga much throughout my life and even as a beginner I felt welcome and supported. But also extremely challenged in a constructive way. Needless to say I was HOOKED yet again. So I began to throw in the flow classes with my weekly routines and I got to take a bunch of the other instructors classes and soon met Kaleena. Kaleena is an extremely electric gentle and caring teacher. You certainly will not forget her warm vibe and big smile. Soon after I began my vinyasa flow journey I noticed they were hosting a Yoga teacher training that would be led by the incredible Kaleena. I was PUMPED. I signed up and was taken on a completely different ride than I was expecting- sure, I thought I would learn yoga and the back story but I really wasn't prepared to be taught so many other things. Kaleenas teacher training is absolutely magickal. She has experts on many topics come in and speak. She pours her heart and soul into everything she does. I can honestly say that she helped me discover a part of my life's journey and I am so thankful for her and the studio for allowing me to grow in a new way along with them and the really great friends I made along the way. I am over the moon with my entire experience at Boheme and after such a crappy time during the shlock down this place was exactly what I needed. Definitely give this place a shot if you're in the area! I must also note that I also REALLY enjoy taking classes with Melody, Vivian, Jessy, Anastasia, & Olivia. I gotta mention Yonatan even tho he no longer is with Boheme anymore because he too was a really special teacher and I definitely excelled in Pilates thanks to his leading.

Ailen G.

Yelp
Best Yoga Studio in downtown. This studio brings the best yoga environment anyone can ask for. All teachers are amazing and really care about their students. I love Olivia's teaching style. Her classes are the best and I also have taken energy healing sessions from her. She has help me become more confident physically and spiritually. Jessie's classes are super fun as well. Emily is an amazing teacher and has the cutest yoga clothing line.Kaleena also has the best vibes and super sweet. I am so grateful that I have found this studioEveryone here is so loving and welcoming.

Jessica P.

Yelp
I recently attended a class led by an instructor named Olivia, and I was taken aback by the unprofessional behavior I encountered. Throughout the session, Olivia's attitude was far from what I expected in a yoga setting. Instead of offering guidance and support, her approach was scolding, berating, and outright disrespectful. One particular incident left me feeling especially belittled. As I attempted to follow along with the exercises, Olivia abruptly criticized my efforts, telling me "not to do weird shit with my hands." This comment was not only hurtful but also entirely unconstructive. Yoga, to me, is about personal growth, comfort, and understanding one's body. Such remarks do not foster a positive learning environment or encourage students to explore their capabilities. Moreover, Olivia's overall demeanor and method of communication were highly unprofessional. Stay away.

Yelp
Definitely best yoga place. The instructors are amazing. The studio is so clean. I have now been attending this location, on & off , for months (I'm a nomad so I don't live full time anywhere) this yoga studio is definitely one of the best in all of LA.

Yelp
This is the best yoga, pilates studio in DTLA! Every instructor is awesome! My favorite class is the Flow. Really good workout, I gain so much strength, stamina from the practice! My posture looks better. It keeps me in a good shape!! Love the yoga body, and a calm mind. After each class I always feel everything slows down. More space in my head and I am not hurry, just relax, more present! Enjoy my surroundings and slow walking home. I felt so peaceful and at ease! It's challenging and so rewarding! At the end of each practice, the instructor will give us a cold and scent with essential oil towel. So nice and thoughtful. I've try other studios, Boheme is by far the best one! And is the most reasonable priced, so I go 4-5 times a week, my husband loves it too, he's so stiff, hot yoga will really help him to be flexible again!

Yolanda C.

Yelp
New to this studio. Used the $25 new customer/unlimited weekly pass to check out different teachers and classes before settling down on a few. It is a great deal to get you started. I end up choosing Kelly, Kaleena, Jessy, Cole, and Olivia. Each has something unique to offer but collectively they meet my needs.
google avatar

Melissa W.

Yelp
My friend gave me one of his classes and what a great way to start the day! The heat was perfect, spacing was great. I haven't taken yoga in forever so the moves had me feeling real limber and stretched out. The locker room, bathroom and showers were clean. They have a lot of awesome retail products and I enjoyed the vibe of the space. Thanks for a great morning.

Yelp
Boheme has been my yoga home, rabbit hole and safe space for 6 years and I'm so grateful to live so close. Vivian, the owner has created something truly exciting here, so much good stuff and even better people. I attended yoga teacher training with Kaleena in 2022 and it has changed my life. In the last two years I have deepened my practice, expanded my teaching style and gained some really special knowledge just by taking classes with these awesome teachers. Olivia's 6am weekday classes have been so nourishing and gotten me through less than stellar work days. Her music selections are always on point and I feel like I've gotten the unique opportunity to grow as a student while also as a teacher learning from another teacher. She has a great way of cutting through the noise and getting us to connect with our breath and each other. With Kaleena as my mentor, I gained such a different approach to teaching yoga and just BEING in this world, I never thought I would be teaching my own classes and having friends in this kind of community. Cole's morning classes, Kelly's sculpt classes and Vivian's Friday morning classes have all gotten my rear into gear in a way that makes me feel like an athlete and a warrior. I can't say ENOUGH good stuff about these humans, there aren't enough words. I recommend everyone check this studio out and join us on our little cloud in the good vibes casa casita dojo house down boots okkaayyyyyy thanks viv and the rest, you've changed my life forever.

Yelp
I had the most incredible experience during yesterday's yoga class! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was so soothing and welcoming. The instructor's calming voice and expert guidance led us through a perfect blend of poses and stretches. This was my first yoga class in 7 years! The class flowed seamlessly, catering to all levels, and I felt completely at ease. The studio's serene decor and soft lighting created an atmosphere that allowed me to truly disconnect. I left feeling rejuvenated, with a sense of inner peace that stayed with me throughout my 24 hr turnaround trip to LA! This class has undoubtedly become a highlight of my week, and I can't wait to drop in for a class whenever I'm back in LA. If you're seeking an amazing yoga class experience, look no further - this is the place to be!

Yelp
Really special studio, great mix of yoga classes, the people are great and I was really impressed with how welcoming they are to new students!

Yelp
Kaleena is my fave instructor! She effortlessly creates a nurturing and judgement free zone during every session. I appreciate her and all of the other staff members for taking the time to learn everyone's name. The cancellation policy is quite forgiving, and $2 mat rental is convenient.
google avatar

Yelp
I was in town for work and staying nearby so I bought a few Pilates classes. I had my Aranet 4 carbon dioxide detector with me as I'd just come from the airport and decided to see what the air quality was like. While the class was a good workout (if not exactly Pilates), the room was extremely stuffy and unventilated. The reading on my CO2 detector read over 3500ppm, which is more than 4x times the acceptable upper indoor limit (800ppm). That would be pretty gross, even if we weren't still in a pandemic. I cancelled my other classes.

Tasha Y.

Yelp
I can't get enough of this studio. Amazing instructors and amazing space. Each teacher truly cares so much about their students and it shows! Kaleena is hands down my favorite - if you're lucky enough to see a spot open for her class SIGN UP NOW!!! Her flows are creative and always leave one feeling refreshed/rejuvenated. My only complaint is Boheme has ruined me for other studios - no other in LA is in the same league as this one.

Yelp
Boheme Yoga is truly the best yoga studio I have ever been to in my life! Such wonderful people that work there and such an amazing vibe. I'm always greeted with a kind smile from the staff. Everyone that works there so so genuine and kind hearted. The yoga and pilates classes are exceptional, you will definitely always leave feeling great. Every teacher is very educated and guides class attendees through with ease. Not to mention they have super fun workshops quite often! Perfect place for beginners or people well into their yoga/pilates journey! I couldn't recommend Boheme enough
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing spot. The staff, ambiance, instructors and attendees are all really great. The place is always clean and doesn't smell bad which I really appreciate and look for. There are many class variations for yoga and Pilates and the availability for both classes are all throughout the day. Sunday they have an amazing yoga class where there Gabe (I'm pretty sure that's his name ) plays his guitar live and it's the best experience ever. I love this place and highly recommend

Yelp
Wow, this place is life changing. Vivian has been super welcoming since the moment I called for info and kaleena has been so helpful and detailed with her instruction. They have put together an excellent vibe and experience. I've been going a couple weeks now and it's borderline euphoric... sweat off a few pounds, feel centered, non judge mental and energized.

Yelp
I can't express how much I love this studio!! Phenomenal instructors with a passion for all different practice styles Outstandingly Sweet & hard working manager, MEGAN T! Genuine & kind owner, Vivian! I love you all, you really make going to yoga a gift not a chore :)

Yelp
Vivian and the team at Boheme Yoga are just the best. I began practicing with these folks in my late fifties and found it to be a life changing experience. I have changed in the best ways since coming to Boheme Yoga. I highly recommend this yoga studio.

Yelp
Fantastic yoga class, as long as you don't mind being quite close to your neighbors. Tried out the Saturday noon Flow 2 (Heated) class and it was such a good workout. I'd recommend either coming in early or booking your class ahead of time. The girl who came in right before me didn't get into the class cause she didn't book ahead. Lockers and showers available in the changing room. The only thing that kinda threw me off initially was the space. My neighbors's yoga mats were set down an inch away from mine, and that's how the spacing was pretty much throughout the classroom. Keeping up with the instructor quickly erased this from my mind but I've never been so conscious about breathing on my neighbors. Parking: It's downtown so good luck. I paid about $4 for metered street parking a block or so away.
google avatar

Gen M.

Yelp
Nice staff, good instructors, and a positive vibe at this studio. The room is also a good size and there was music, which I like. However, I'm not a fan of hot yoga, and even for heated studios it was too hot (and hot air blows on your the entire class). You sweat so you feel like you are working hard, but most of it is the heat, not the workout. Still, quality instructors who are supportive, upbeat, and knowledgeable. A little hard to find because there is no store-front, just a door. So don't be discouraged if you miss it the first time.
google avatar

Dane F.

Yelp
New look same great place. Probably one of my favorite places to work out from the vibe to the staff they have a way of making everyone feel comfortable. I really like the high heat classes and they do some community events events that are worth checking out as well.
google avatar

Loan T.

Yelp
Kaleena is great. Do her class. The music is awesome. I did one of her hot yoga classes for the first time today on the Martin Luther King holiday and she opened with relaxing music as well at a famous speech by Martin Luther King! Followed by some Bob Marley and some oldies and relaxing music. Happiness provoking. Also went to her 'Restore & Renew' stretchy class after and there was live music! Someone played relaxing music with the keyboard. His name is Gab. Even added some nice drama as we released old stuff through breathing. And there's a bi-monthly cello accompany one of the Sunday classes! PARKING: $5 evening parking (6pm-6am) at 719 S. Hill Street which is 2 blocks away. Unfortunately, I don't know the cost after 6am.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing yoga community. Everyone on staff is super cool and positive like they just got out of a 90 minute flow class.
google avatar

Melissa R.

Yelp
After 4 years of searching for a place to continue my practice I can finally say I found my community. I love this studio. Kaleena is amazing and her hubby does a great job with live music on Sunday mornings. I am beyond grateful that Boheme is apart of my life.

Yelp
Best hot yoga, Pilates & cardio classes in DTLA!! It starts from the top down & bc the owner is a genuinely nice person; she hires great, friendly staff. I have lost a ton of weight & kept it off & I feel way healthier & happier now than 10 years ago bc of this studio.
google avatar

Angela V.

Yelp
First of all, this is the worst place to take a class if you don't live locally in Downtown. Second of all, there's absolutely no parking. You either will drive around a few times to find street parking, or pay at a lot around there. By the time you find parking, and you're late. You are screwed. Right when class starts, they lock the doors. You can bang all you want. Thye cant hear you. And when you call, it goes straight to a google voice number. USELESS. Why have a phone? Anyway, save yourself some time and money and look for another hot yoga studio around LA. Horrible horrible!!!

Asna K.

Yelp
KALEENA'S 7:30 PM ON THURSDAY YIN class is AMAZING!! I have tried other hot yoga classes, including other classes at Boheme and I love hers the MOST! she is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so relaxed. After working all week, her class is exactly what I need for a deep, relaxing stretch. As soon as we start, I start yawning the whole time! Her movements are so purposeful and really give all the muscles that get so tight from sitting in a office elongate and feel good. After her class, you feel so rejuvenated and content. It is the perfect place to wipe your stress and worries away. Her voice is so soothing as well and the ambience with the strobe lights. I love the use of her props. KALEENA YOU ARE AWESOME!!

Yelp
This is a great studio if you work or live in DTLA. It's a fairly new facility and definitely a huge upgrade from the old location. I love that there are classes going on all day starting at 6 am until late evening.. The locker room is quite spacious and has showers (much needed esp after a hot session)!. I've taken just the sculpt classes here and depending on the teacher, it can get pretty intense! Be ready to do some squats, burpees, bicep curls, cardio, and etc. Such a great full body work out to get your heart rate going and the heat just makes it even more challenging. Another plus about this studio is that the price is reasonable and it's always available on Classpass.

Yelp
My wife and I popped down to Downtown LA for an adult weekend getaway. Evoke Yoga was part of our Sunday sanctuary. It came highly recommended by the concierge at our hotel and other community reviewers on Yelp and did not disappoint. The space is well done with clean lines and great design. The bathrooms and lockers were incredibly spacious. And most importantly the teacher was kind and excellent for our flow yoga class. This is a great studio.

Yelp
I got this class through Classpass. Got stuck in traffic ( everyone knows the terrible LA traffic) , I got a couple of minutes late . The front desk girl , Meghan was extremely rude and did not even let me attend the class. I explained her that I drove about an hour for the class and paid parking but she was very impolite and condescending. I understand if there are some policies some studios like to follow but it would be great if that is mentioned on the website clearly.

Yelp
i signed up for a class. got there either right on time or one minute late. the door was locked so i knocked for 5 minutes. no one came to the door so i left. i had to call them (a google voice number) several times to get someone to call back. i got a refund, but also got a whole lot of attitude. not very yoga-like. they have no parking in an area where it's really hard to find parking. i'll be going back neverrrrrr!

Yelp
Amazing spot in Downtown and one of the best places for Yoga in Los Angeles. The owner Vivian is super nice and runs a really wonderful small business. The teachers are great, amenities are fantastic/clean and pricing is super reasonable. It is definitely a place that will improve both the health of your body and mind. Highly recommended.

Yelp
What a wonderful studio. They have a variety of classes and everything is challenging, calming, and restorative. First thing, the temperature of the room is perfect. I've been to hot yoga studios where it's just unbearable. The heated room is just perfect enough to make you sweat and also push yourself without feeling exhausted. The teachers are great and always have modifications and advancements for poses. The heated (hot) yoga class is amazing. It's based off of the Bikram 26 yoga poses and they have different varieties and I loved how they incorporated their own twist. The studio itself has nice showers, lockers, and restrooms. The parking situation is difficult as it is in Downtown. But there is a parking structure nearby that is $5 flat rate.

Yelp
I headed this way while on a business trip and they have nicest rental mats and towels. The rental mats are high-end Manduka Pro's. The locker rooms are well-appointed with plenty of room to change and shower without stepping on top of anyone else. I took Flow 2. This wasn't a power flow class but it was challenging and the postures and transitions were thoughtful. Even though I was a drop in I felt comfortable and at home here. The room got very dark which l loved at the end and allowed me to deeply relax.

Yelp
If you're serious about your yoga and pilates practice or just starting out, treat yourself to Boheme Yoga. This studio offers quality amenities; welcoming, knowledgeable staff and a warm, loving space to nurture your spiritual growth and wellness. I have been practicing hot yoga on and off for twenty plus years and this studio not only honors tradition but has mixed in all the best parts to make for a modern way of enjoying yoga and pilates. My favorite part is the music, carefully crafted and timed for each session. The teachers are well respected and clients respond accordingly demonstrating etiquette before, during and after class. Whether you're just debuting in the yogi world or you've been looking for the right studio to augment your daily practice, you'll appreciate this studio and their staff. You can tell they really care for your well-being. Do the same for yourself and go Boheme.

Yelp
LOVE the classes at Evoke Yoga - one of the most challenging classes I have taken are here. Also, I've been to the class with a live cellist - yes, that's right - LIVE CELLIST. It doesn't get better than that. The teachers here are very friendly, and knowledgeable. The pace of the classes are great, and they never forget the core exercises! Love it!

Yelp
Super hot yoga Flow 2 class! Visited Evoke Yoga for the first time as I recently signed up to Class Pass, the studio was great and clean. The instructor was really friendly and knew quite a few of our names. They have mats to rent for $2, free hand towels and larger ones to rent. The studio is in quite a rough part of downtown but is really nice inside. I was impressed with the showering facilities with waterfall shower heads and they have shampoo/body wash and conditioner but I'm not a fan of combined shampoo/body wash so maybe bring your own shampoo if that bothers you. In the changing room they have everything you need - makeup remover, deodorant, moisturiser, cotton buds, hairdryer. Also another tip, bring your own lock for the lockers!
