Ill start off with the Pros: -Atmosphere was nice -Decor was beautiful Cons: -Took almost 10 minutes to get my drink in which I had to ask the host at the desk to get for me because the waiter was no where to be found. -Waiter rarely came around to check on us and when he did he would have some excuse as to why he didnt check on us (mind you place was NOT busy). Didn't ask us if the food was good or if we needed anything. He really came off like he didn't want to be there -The food was subpar. While every presentation wise was perfect.. The steak was cooked perfectly, the chimichurri was okay but oily to the point it bled into the fries and made the fries soggy. The burger was okay, cooked perfect but no flavor in it except from the bacon. The pretzel with beer cheese was okay, the cheese tasted like Kraft singles that was melted and had no flavor. The pretzel itself was cooked nicely just a bit too much salt. Overall I feel like this place would be good if you get alcohol in your system first and have a lot of time to kill bevause you WILL be waiting a while.

This is a sort of eclectic atmosphere. I really like the lanterns, the huge bull and each table had its own unique set of shakers. I ended up building my own burger with Pickled Onions, Smoked Gouda and Bacon with a side of Sweet Potato fries. It was wonderful and the sweet potato fries were great. M y girls really enjoyed the Fish and Chips and the Hippie Black Bean Burger. Our waitress was such a pleasant young lady. We would come back again.

This is a tough one, as my wife likes this more than me. Please don't misunderstand - I don't hate it. I think my wife described The BB better than I could: it's a bar where you can get a bite if you want. I really do hope BB is making good money, and is a success. It is convenient. There is a lot of good about this place, but the things that bugged me just seem to overshadow that. First the good. They have 30 beers on tap, and a very good variety. The "beer of the month" special is only $5 for a pint. For food, the Smash Burger is probably your best option. Wife loves their chicken burger., The cheese steak is pretty OK too, but a bit on the greasy side. Not sure how they cook the fries but they are very good and popular with everyone. If you get an appetizer, go for the pretzel. It is big and you can share it. Eat it quickly, because when it cools off it will be hard as a rock. The fried mac & cheese bites are very filling, so if you are looking to get out cheap (and just put some food in your gut) that might work for you. They don't really taste like much - just the oil they were cooked in. The not-so-good. We have been there multiple times (and will continue to go) and the food temp has been hit-and-miss. One time I tried the bacon cheeseburger, then I "built my own", and then the smash burger. The smash was the best. I didn't care for the 'burger sauce' they put on. All but one time my burger and fries came out barely warm. Only one time, my wife's chicken burger and fries were the same. It's like they were done, then sat on a plate for a while cooling off. We have never been there during dinner rush and as I said, the food was (still) tasty. Wonder how good it would have been if it was still hot. The other thing that would be nice to fix is not unique to BB - it is super loud in there. SOL and Condado Tacos have the same problem. All three of these places are wide open, with concrete floors and the sound just bounces. The real challenge with BB was (when we went) they had a guy playing music and he must have had his amp turned up to 11. If he turned it down by 50% it probably would have been OK, but as it was I could not hear what my daughter was saying from across the table. He was drowning us all out. There was a table right in front of him with three girls at it. Don't know how they managed. Maybe they just texted each other. So is it a $16 burger? No. The Bacon Cheeseburger at 5 Guys is $12.37 and frankly is superior. Is it an $8 burger? Yes. It all depends on what you want. BB is not what I would call a 'burger joint'. If you want a burger, drive down a few more lights and hit 5 Guys. If you want to grab a couple of beers with your friends at a place close to home, BB absolutely fits the bill on that.

Ordered with Uber. Still trying to get a refund. Chicken sandwich was unlike the picture of a patty and by the time it got to me it was basically two buns. Had a separate order of Brussel sprouts which was not worth $12 +. Will be going somewhere else for a $22 burger next time! Not worth it!

This was our 1st time at the new location in Mt Pleasant. We went for brunch which was delicious. I had the country fried steak & my husband had the steak and eggs. Our waiter, Arturo Z, was friendly and attentive. It took a bit longer than expected for the food to arrive but we had drinks and weren't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. The 4 stars in service are because of the timing from the kitchen. The food was delicious when it did arrive. The steak was cooked correctly as were the eggs. Also, the toast was really good. Nicely buttered & toasted. Seems like a simple thing but if you eat breakfast out much then you know that detail matters. We tried the mimosa flight which had 4 mimosas to try - cranberry, grapefruit, orange & pineapple. The presentation was so pretty & the taste was a great addition to the brunch. We signed up for the rewards program because we will be back!

Met some friends here the other night. Live music was way too loud. Couldn’t hear my friends talking. Service was horrible. Waitress got an attitude when we inquired why it was taking over 45min to get our sad little plate of a side of fries that we ordered to share. It literally had like 10 fries on the plate. After an hour and a half of still no entrees we told the manger we were leaving. Her excuse was there was a large party(10 people) bogging down the kitchen. She took care of the measly plate of fries so we left with out having to pay anything. I’ve eaten here before for lunch and it’s not that great even when you get good service. So I would say find somewhere else to go.

Food is excellent and generous sizes. Onion rings were outstanding. My wife said the steak was “better than Longhorn“ and my burger was very good as well. Service left s bit to be desired but otherwise it was a great experience.

I love the whipped feta, I always get it. This was my 1st brunch experience at BB. The menu (for brunch items) is very limited. I ended up getting the 2 eggs breakfast with bacon, grits, and a biscuit. The biscuit was very good, the eggs were just ok, generous portion of good bacon, and my grits were already cold. My boyfriend got the same dish, but with toast and potatoes. His eggs were more over easy than over medium. I will certainly be back based on past experience, but not for brunch.

The food was great and our waitress was amazing. Richard, presumably the owner, was very nice and makes us want to come back.

Have had an OK experience and a BAD experience. For that reason, we won't be back. Menu is great - classic bar and grille, American style food. Last time we went, the rolls for the sandwiches were stale and the chicken wings were undercooked. They also claimed that there are mistakes in the way the menu was printed so things like chicken wings actually cost more than what the menu says. We ordered fries and they just didn't bring them out. They had some pushy person intercepting people coming in the door trying to get donations for some charity. The wait staff is not friendly or knowledgeable. Guys it just isn't a good restaurant.

Meh. We wanted to try a different place in Mount pleasant and after seeing Bohemian Bull featured in the town magazine we decided to give it a shot. Upon walking in I had a feeling it wasn't going to be great, the setup feels outdated, dark and needs some work. The menus are tattered, have incorrect information and add to the update needed. We started with the wings and ordered our son the grilled chicken (which had red pepper flakes on it, weird for a kids chicken). The wings came out at the same time as the other food so timing was off. My wife had the mango habanero margarita, not spicy at all, I had the smokin Mary, which was watered down and had very little vodka. The second drink a key lime margarita wasn't any better. Dinner wise, the fries were cold but the burger was at least decent. Overall for over $100 spent it was a very subpar dinner. We won't be back but I do hope the restaurant makes the necessary adjustments. Our server was great and even complimented my wife on how beautiful she was.

This place has really turned around what used to be the old Carrabba's! I love the outside area that they created. I was hoping it would be more like the original, but I know there's less space here. Make sure to go on Wednesdays, where they have half price burgers. They have frozen cocktails, which is a huge plus in this heat! Their brunch has just started recently and I cannot wait to go there for that as well! So far I've been there three times, and the service has been good every time hopefully this place will make it for a long time to come! If you're a fan of the original Bohemian Bull, make sure you visit this location in Mount Pleasant. Enjoy.!!!

We had salad, burgers and fries. The salad and burgers were good, the fries were cold - the only negative food issue. We were there on a Tuesday and apparently it was half price burger day - a steal. The only big issue was the overwhelming smell of Fabuloso - not what I want to smell when eating

Glad I waited to come here. Saw a few Yelp reviews that had me wait months until the kinks were ironed out. Our table of 6 got there when they first opened and we were sat right away. Friendly staff. Got our drinks in while we looked over the menu. I had many options which doesn't happen often as a vegetarian so I was very happy. I went with the burrito bowl which was tasty and hardy enough I brought half home. Spicy margarita was excellent. Toddler has his typical chicken and fries. My husband enjoyed his wings and Brussels sprouts. I tasted the sprouts, great crispy texture and flavor. We saw a band setting up outside so we would definitely come back on a warmer day and sit out back. Don't be fooled by older reviews, give them a try

We decided to try this restaurant on a rainy Sunday for dinner. There were only a few other tables of people. I was surprised but I guess that worked in our favor. Our service was really good. Unfortunately, our food was mediocre. My husband had the burrito which he described as dry as a paper towel. I asked him what cheese was on top and he said American cheese. I'm pretty sure it was possibly a white queso sauce but he said it needed a side of salsa or salsa verde or something. He was bummed out. I got the fish and chips. I'm not sure why but I just felt the presentation was lacking. The fish was fine, the fries soggy. They looked like fresh cut fries and had a nice potato flavor but I only like crispy fries. My son had the fried shrimp and he enjoyed it. We liked the music and the vibe of the restaurant but the food was only average. Nothing that would make me want to go back.

Great food & service! Plus live music that was great. Terrific place to hang out while having a delicious burger.

Wednesday is Half priced Burger Day at BB so it was a good way to check out this popular Mt. P dining establishment. We enjoyed the fun atmosphere ... lots of parking ... friendly, fast, service and very satisfying food. The menu is fair priced and right sized with your favorite apps, wings and tenders, salads and wraps, burgers, sammies, entrees and desserts. There's an energetic bar, well placed in the rear of the large indoor dining area so we actually were able to converse during our meal. Hub's decent sized Black and Blue Burger was prepared as ordered, topped with jalapeños, yummy bacon jam, blue cheese, peppery arugula & tomato. His side pasta salad was fresh and tasty. My Southwest-centric Ft Johnson Salad was large, comprised of fresh mixed greens topped with a large portion of fresh guacamole, roasted corn and black bean salsa, jack cheese and crispy tortilla strips (wish there were more). The creamy chipotle ranch dressing was tasty and a good complement to the salad. The only improvement (knocking down a star) could be crispier, hotter fries (I ordered a side of my fave - sweet potato fries). Fortunately, the owner was on-site with whom I shared my disappointment. There's also a well designed brunch menu! There are many menu items that we want to check out. Bohemian Bull has been added to our rotation ... we'll be back real soon.

We've been a couple of times and our food and service are excellent. We love the burgers, fries, cheesesteak sandwich, and the Mac n cheese bites. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable and the decor is beautiful! A great spot for drinks or dinner with family.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon, and we were seated right away.The live music was great! Restaurant was clean and spacious. Gluten free bun was available for my gyro chicken burger. Chicken was tender and the tomato, cucumber and tzatziki sauce was fresh, loved the arugula leaves on top of the burger. The Brussels sprouts were crispy and delicious.

I'm conflicted here because I know this is a popular place, but for the money it is actually pretty below-average. I paid 18 bucks for a burger that tasted like it was pulled out of a freezer and then burned to a crisp. Service was mediocre. The hostess was pleasant and we were seated quickly, but it was not busy and it did take a long time to get our food. totals: 2 bad burgers, one good burger, one "meh", and good fish and chips. overall there are better values for your money even in North MP....Dog and Duck is superior....unfortunately they had a kitchen fire so we tried this place. just "ok"

This was my first time checking out this venue. We went to the bar. It was a Sunday, mid-afternoon and the restaurant was pretty full and only a few spots open at the bar. One bartender just came in to cover a shift while one was on their way out. Asked for a drink and food menu. Never got the drink menu. Ordered a few drinks and waited a long while to order food. Once we did it took a while food the food to come out. Once it did it was pretty good but not something I'd crave. Presentation fair. Cost was on the high side. I will try again but will wait to make sure the kinks are worked out and more staff.

Always good food and friendly service. Bohemian is high on my go to list. The salads, burgers, chicken are wonderful. A great selection of beers and great Margaretas.

Stopped in for a quick drink. So good we did. The bartenders were welcoming and helpful, enjoyed chatting with them. They did a great job converting the old Carabbas to BB - looks great inside, and out! Hope to stop back in soon for dinner; menu looked good.

Wish we had found this place sooner! I would have come in twice! Very laid back and super friendly. We were met with a big smile and a handshake from the owner. The whole menu sounded delicious. Speciality drinks sound delightful! So glad we found this place tucked back in the trees. Definitely finished our trip on a very high note! Now back to our real life!

Super slow service. The food took over an hour to come out, and when it did it was cold. The waiter rarely checked on our table. This place has a lot of potential but they need to figure some things out.

One visit was enough. Decent just nothing to write home about... I love fried green tomatoes, and theirs were hands down bad. My son's smashburger was good, so I may consider going back just for a burger sometime.

Came in for happy hour (again) and it never disappoints. All of the apps, except for the boom boom shrimp, are $7 and there's always a rotating beer of the month for $5... You literally can't lose! Today we ordered the fried green tomatoes and they were amazing! We also ordered a side of onion rings and truffle Parmesan french fries. As you can see, these are enormous - and only $4 each! Our waiter was superb. He was very friendly and attentive (without hovering). As always, this place is super clean and has a very relaxed vibe - definitely a must try!

Ambitious but inconsistent bar food served in a casual atmosphere catering to live music. On the plus side, a lot of the growing pains and kinks complained about by Yelpers in the months following BB's opening appear to have been mostly smoothed out. We showed up for dinner on a Friday night and were shown to a table with no wait. Our server was friendly and punctual. The bluegrass/roots duo kicking out Jimmy Buffett and Johnny Cash tunes was solid. We started with the fried Mac and cheese bites, which were excellent with the truffle mayo. My wife and daughter had burgers, with my wife going with the "That's My Jam" burger, which featured bacon jam and a fried green tomato with a side of sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, the burger was overcooked--almost burnt to a crisp. The bacon jam was sadly lost in the mix as was the fried green tomato. The fries were nice, though. I went with the grilled salmon (ordered it rare) topped with chimichurri and served with lime rice and fried Brussels sprouts. It worked. The chimichurri threatened to overpower at first, but was nicely balanced by the other components. My son had the barbe-Cuban sandwich, which he reported being a wee overcooked (causing the bread to be on the hard side), but overall satisfactory. Looking forward to hearing more live music and seeing If BB works out a few more kinks on our next visit. Recommended. (3.5 stars).

I definitely will eat here again. The food was really well prepared. I had the jam burger and onion rings. My friend ordered the pretzel. Both dishes were cooked well and tasted amazing!! Our server Markie was totally a sweetheart. Her suggestions were perfect. We accidentally went to the wrong door and the manager was great. He asked if we wanted wanted a job. Too cute the way he handled it. The screened porch is so peaceful and the live flowers on the tables are a nice touch. Definitely recommend the onion rings and the strawberry froze was delicious!!

We waited for the just-opened phase to slow down before trying it out on a late Friday evening. There was a decent crowd and during what was projected to be a 15-minute wait we took seats at the bar, where bartender Xavier was attentive and chatted us up nicely -- and oh, those amazing cocktails! We decided to order at the bar and cancelled the table wait. We had a Bar-B-Cuban and the chicken tenders-nicely done and served quickly. The musician had the crowd singing along, but wasn't overwhelmingly loud. Part of our crowd went out back to pummel a piñata filled with bar treats, and everyone returned laughing. So, great food, lively atmosphere, party games, and an attentive staff. Of course we will be back.

Food was mediocre. Wasn't anything over the top. The guacamole was kinda sour and overly garlicky. The fries weren't seasoned all that well. They had to remake my soda several times because there was no syrup in my drink. The Mac and cheese bites were really good tho. The deviled eggs appetizer was alright too. Wasn't what I was expecting tho.

The atmosphere is awesome, the bar and beverage selection is super! The servers are all attentive and friendly. The food...meh. Not likely to return for dinner, but would rock the night life.

I would suffer the mediocre food if they just cared the slightest bit about the beer selection. It is beyond poor and likely they just take what distro sends them.

The assistant manager verbally accosted me and my group at lunch for asking about why our food took 20 minutes. We told her we not be coming back to which she replied I don't care don't come Back. She accused me of mumbling that the food took to long. Ive been to the one in James Island dozens of times. Always had great service. She had a thick NY accent. Awful experience. Good food terrible staff.

We've tried on three separate occasions to make this place our neighborhood burger and beer joint. It's gotten progressively worse each time. Service is poor and although the food is good the bad service doesn't make up for it. Manager never came by to check in on us and we waited close to one hour for 3 hamburgers. The owner needs to be present and see what's happening here.

This restaurant is by far different from the rest in our community. They actually care about their guest and treat them with the utmost respect. The food is fantastic. The staff is always smiling and friendly. Greet service all around. When you have an owner or manager come ask about your experience you know you have found a diamond in the rough. Our most favorite thing about Bohemian Bull is their amazing commitment to the community. Fund raisers, benefits and awesome bands inside or outside. Just a warm awesome place to be.

Excellent appetizer! Highly recommend the Brussel sprouts. Unfortunately, it took quite some time to get our entrees of a burger salad, a grilled cheese sandwich, a harbor view salad with chicken, and truffle fries. Took a long time and the place was not very busy. Service was spotty... very little interaction. Rarely checked on by wait staff. Unless there were a lot of take out orders, I can't see the delay.

The food was great and Tony provided awesome service, I recommend the fish and chips.

Excellent ! We pop by every other week and bring kids . They play outside while we chill on the patio . Very cool servers . Great food and good prices !

Food is mediocre. I'm a medium rare red meat gal, but my burger came out pink/raw. As a former server i didn't want to complain and ate around, but our server noticed and didn't acknowledge. First and last time at Bohemian Bull.

I think the place has a nice ambience. It's bar food and good. The smash burger Was excellent. Service can be a little slow at times but overall I think the restaurant gives you exactly what you should expect. We've been twice and definitely will go back.

We stumbled upon this great find! We had a delicious brunch (burgers for my husband and eggs for me) and a cool jazz band on Sunday Morning. The staff was so friendly!

Great food and the atmosphere was amazing! We had Marki as our server and she was the absolute sweetest. So helpful and attentive. We started with the Brussel sprout appetizer that was so good even people who don't like Brussel sprouts will like them. I got ranch dry rub wings that were delicious and well priced (unlike some places charging $20 or more for a dozen wings) I got the butterfly key lime margarita with my dinner and the presentation was beautiful. All in all would definitely recommend and I will be going back to try more of the menu!

Nice try but as you can see it is over before it began. Service was ok but the food took forever to come and no one from management ever came and said anything about it. I wish these restaurants would plan better before opening in MP. 2.5 stars is the writing on the wall.

Such an awesome restaurant. Food is amazing!! I got the Brussels sprouts for an appetizer and they are the best I've had. They come with the best whipped feta. I had a burger that I built on my own and it was so so yummy. I also had a sundae for dessert because I loved the first two meals. I can't recommend this place enough. The owner is also so sweet as he comes around and checks on everyone. Such a great atmosphere. Leah was our server and she is awesome.

My wife and I have eaten at the restaurant several times, and we have been disappointed every time. It is not a total washout. Our entrees always have an issue, whether its cold fries, a rare burger when it is supposed to be well done, soggy buns vs. toasted buns. The service has always been great and the ambiance is ok. It is budget friendly with most entrees less than $20.It is a large place and it is easily filled with noise. The parking is always tight.

We had a blast. Beer,cocktails and Rueben's. Yea! To much fun. First time and loving it.

We went and were seated by the way. The food is typical bar/tavern food. Flavors were fine, but the service was lacking. Took a long time for them to to take our drink order (just waters) and after that, we had to ask two different times for them to fill our water cups. Service is KEY in the food industry, and this place was lacking it. It was NOT busy as there were probably 6 tables total. Two of our plates were brought out and then it was probably another 6-10 minutes before the other plates were brought out. They came out very staggered making it hard to eat all together. I am hoping to give it another chance and hope they can work on the service side of things, waiter was very lack in attentiveness to our table.

I came here a few days ago and had an awful experience. The food was okay but it came out extremely slow even though the restaurant was practically empty. The staff were all in awful moods and did not treat my family with any respect. They all had attitudes and it was not a good environment. Never again.

The burger was legitimately the best burger I've had. We got the This Is My Jam Burger and the quality of the meat is top tier. You will not regret stopping in and getting a burger.
