This place says it has the best bagels in the state. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their pumpernickel, salt, and cinnamon raisin bagels, bialy, diy open faced sando, and pizza bagel to try. They also threw in this extra tub of garlicky, creamy whipped schemar which was nice. The pumpernickel bagel was really fragrant and aromatic and kinda reminded me of rye bread. The salt one was sprinkled with plenty of fancy salt and a bit malty? The cinnamon raisin one was packing with sweet cinnamony flaves and was like eating a sweet bread. The bialey reminded me of the complementary white bread restaurants give you but with a super savory caramilzed onion center. I got my open faced sando with their everything egg bagel, smooth garlicy whipped cream cheese, nutty earthy creamy avocado, lightly smokey cheese, fresh tomato and cucumber, arugula, and daikon sprouts. I also topped it with some salt and pepper and everything seasoning which helped to tie everything together. The pizza bagel was well seasoned, had crispity cupped pepperoni, and savory cheese. The bagels here are more hard, dense, and chewy and I prefer my bagels a little more soft and pillowy so overall for me eh.
