If you have never experienced hot pot dining then this shouldn't be your first time. Very much mediocre. The service was decent but the food was blah. Not enough info on what to order or even how to order for the boiling pot service. The seafood boil was bland even though we ordered spicy. Nothing was spicy. Nothing. On the entire table. We all left hungry and desiring seasoning. The inside is a bit dim and depressing. We went on a Sunday evening so perhaps that's why it was so empty and disappointing. No need for me to come back and figure it tho...

Google
The spot has probably one of the best Tom Yum hot pot. I recommend getting the Tom Yum, Mala, or tomato soup base. The service from our server was a bit slow but was made up with the owners checking in on us and tending to our needs. If you’re looking for something good on a cold or rainy day I recommend this spot.

Google
This is our go to Hot Pot spot! The food always comes fast, the soup bases are good and the staff is friendly. Our favorite bases are Kimchi and Szechuan. All menu items that we have tried, we have enjoyed. My favorite side/app to get is the voodoo shrimp.

-The first time I go they charge 95$ x 2 Means they charge twice the bill - the second time my husband finish in the hospital hour later … How? some kind of food poisoning from the seafood ( and he eat sea food all his life with no problem ) I don’t touch the crab/ octopus maybe that’s why I don’t get sick. Go somewhere else.

In the words of my daughters, this dining experience was a 10/10! The food was delicious! Everything was fresh and proportioned just right. The broths were seasoned well. This food was so good and we ate to our heart's delight! The ambiance is laid back and can accommodate multiple persons per group. This experience would be best with two or more people. The service was amazing. James, the host was fantastic as was Malika, our server. Malika was personable and knowledgeable about the experience. She was awesome!

Google
The host was not particularly friendly, there wasn’t any greeting or verbal acknowledgment upon entering the restaurant. However, my server was attentive. The broth was flavorful but the limited sauces were brought to the table unlike the other hot pot restaurants I have patronized, whereby there was a self-service sauce station.

Google
Ordered takeout, package neat and fresh, though the sauce in the boil bag was cold but the veggies were piping hot. Overall the meal was mostly underwhelming. Having ate really good seafood bags the past two years in Georgia, I notice a huge difference when others don't properly season! It was so bland, goodness. The mixed veggies were actually good and the rice was okay. I wanted to like the food based on my perception due to the appearance but it has missed the mark for me unfortunately.

Google
The food was pretty good but it's expensive for what it is if you aren't getting a hot pot. Dinner meals don't automatically come with a spring roll which was disappointing. Lunch plate meals do come with a spring roll. Hot pot is pricey at night but would be good with a small group of friends. $32+ each person at night.

Yelp
I am a big fan of hot pot .... The boiling pot did not disappoint! The serving size of all the things you put in the hot pot were plentiful. The hot pot we got was a shared hot pot so the 4 of us had to share 2 flavors. I like my food super spicy and the rest of my family likes it mild... so i was the only one eating from one side of the hot pot. I would like it better if we each got our own pot.

Kelly W.

Yelp
The place did not look or smell sanitary. The air conditioning was barely working and you could smell every aroma in the place. Bathroom, sour mop smell, all combined with the different foods. The carpet looked dirty and paint was peeling off the walls. The food was ok, but the seafood we tried (blue crab, shrimp, and seaweed) was not fresh and we didn't eat it. I could appreciate the fun experience of cooking things at the table in a dive bar-type establishment if there were dive bar prices, but our family of 5 spent $220 for the meal. Oh! And they played the same 5 songs on a loop the entire time. Why??

Yelp
First, this is a one star for service. The food is maybe a 3 star. Especially, compared to similar restaurants and if you every been to any in the VA DC NY areas. We get there and could barely get served.

Yelp
Come hungry!!!!!!! Good deal for the amount of food you get at this local spot for hot pot! It's worth the splurge because you can stay as long as you want during operating hours of course, and the portion sizes they bring you are huge! Try it all! Plenty of free parking! Service was friendly and our waitress tried hard!

Yelp
Loved this place! It's a bit of a hole in the wall, tucked into a shopping center that seems to be struggling a bit. As is the case, there's plenty of parking in the area. When we went, they were not accepting reservations, though it's not clear if that was a situational thing or if that's how it always is. There were plenty of tables, so it all worked out. They have a full bar, and had some drink specials, even on a Saturday night. When you sit down, you will find a piece of paper with all the ingredients you can choose. We selected 2 broths, Tom Yum and House, and then several meats, fish and veggies. I especially appreciated that the Ingredients were grouped by how long they should cook in the broth. Once you've made your selections, they will bring out a pot to set on the hot plate. Then they'll bring out your selections! Remember, you can cook things a little at a time. No need to throw everything in at once. This is a nice group or date meal/experience. I would also recommend going in person to this restaurant, rather than takeout, given the experience element!

Yelp
Friendly but slow service. (Maybe short staffed) When we finally got food during a non busy dinner time on a Friday evening, I was disappointed with my so called ramen. It was just plain spaghetti pasta!?! The meat was delicious. Favorite dishes were spring rolls & kimchi chicken wings.

Yelp
In the area for a work trip and decided to grab hot pot with coworkers on our last night. We had Vicky for a server and she was absolutely fantastic. Explained the process, what ingredients we could pick from, kept our drinks full, our broth full and checked on us quite a bit during our 2 hours there. If I lived in the area, I would come back and ask for Vicky!! She's the best!

Yelp
First time. Ada took care of us. She was very nice and informative. Very attentive as well. The restaurant was kind of busy when we got there but the food came out quickly. Everything was very good and huge portions. The broth had amazing flavor and everything seemed fresh. Would def be coming back.

Yelp
Boiling Pot I was taken here by a friend. Nice decor. The pots were huge and the meat and vegetables were fresh. Really nothing to complain about. I've been to many Hotpot establishments and this one is a solid restaurant. Our waiter was excellent. Overall a good experience. One last thing, the white rice bowl was huge. Nice. Not AYCE but decent. Recommended.

Yelp
walking into the restaurant with little to no knowledge of how hotpot works, i'd be lying if i said i wasn't intimidated. our wait was brief, thankfully, as i have the anxiety of an anxious squirrel on a highway. right off the bat, our server, dallas, was warm and welcoming. honestly, she made the experience even better. drinks were always full, she wasn't overbearing... girl knew what she was doing. as for the food, we chose our broths and ingredients; we had so many options. for $30/person, i was pleased with the amount of food we were given. it was fresh, vibrant, and so real. 11/10. the one thing that initially made me hesitant about the restaurant was its look. overall, it's outdated and a bit drab. the music was... cringe, tables are kind of scrunched together, it was easy to listen in on other conversations, but this didn't affect me much. i definitely recommend this place for hotpot. it's a little hole-in-the-wall, but the food is totally worth it.

Yelp
Good food and great prices. I usually get the orange chicken, etc from the menu. Food is very good and I usually have enough to take home.

Yelp
Decided I wanted unlimited seafood today and the Boiling Pot was the perfect place. As soon as I ordered my food came out in about 15 mins If that long. I couldn't even order another round because it was so much food. I've been here a few times and I enjoy all options and I will return.

Yelp
Highly recommend coming here! Such a fun experience. You pay about $35 for all you can eat and the food is so good! Our waiter was so nice and we had such an amazing experience. That atmosphere is pretty laid-back but the cooking style is so cool that this is a great spot for dates or special events.

David Z.

Yelp
I order a food online today around 9:45pm while giving me the food we accidentally you touched hand and she gave me a discussing look and holding her hand in the air like she just touched shit, I was very shocked we are in 2024 almost 2025 and people are still acting this way. At least if you want to be racist towards someone don't just do that in front of them but she ruined my night and I don't think I will go to this place again.

Albert C.

Yelp
I usually go here for lunch & get their seafood soup that i normally can't finish in one sitting. They also have all you can eat hot pot that rivals any hot pot restaurants. The service is always on point & the ambiance is pleasant. Definitely worth a try if you're craving Chinese food & near north Charlotte area

Yelp
Food was amazing y'all!! Wanted a new Asian experience restaurant to go to with my friend and this was top notch!! The Miso base and the SM base was what we got! Might change the last one to curry next time and see how that one is. The service was good!! The waiter was so patient with us and honestly that made the experience so much better! Also shout out he had awesome slick back early 60s hair!we got a lot of veggies and pork belly with the beef option. WARNING the meat is a lot so do one or two at a time guys!! Get the udon noodles the ramen was just pasta. Sauces were fabulous. Ambiance was dim and thankfully due to when we can was calm! Will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Good food but be ready to cook it and high priced plus line is long during weekends even earlier of the day!

Yelp
This spot seemed like a hole in the wall. We came at an awkward hour between lunch and dinner. So was a little skeptical at first. Ended up having an AMAZING MEAL! The staff was very nice as well. They gave us a to go container for the left over broth (very little left over) that I diluted with chicken stock and miso at home for another great soup. Flavor was exceptional at the meal. Highly recommend the miso and Szechuan brotha but will be trying more in the future.

Yelp
Warning!! DO NOT EAT HERE. I grabbed food from this restaurant. As I ate I took in a chemical taste from a piece of meat. After further consideration of the mushy shrimp and a complaint about chemicals from a separate entree I thought about how this should be handled. My first contact was the owner. After sharing my experience with the food at his restaurant he began yelling there was no professionalism. I've had enough, possible food poisoning, nauseous in the middle of the night, and he yells. No apology, consideration or empathy. All he did was deny the strange taste found on my food. DO NOT EAT HERE! I don't know if my identity as a Black woman made the owner think he could become enraged but I wont take it personal. MY ADVISE, DO NOT EAT HERE, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AND SPREAD THE WORD. WE SUPPORT THESE BUSINESSES AND RECIEVE POOR TREATMENT WHEN PROVIDING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. FORTUNATELY THATS NOT HOW THE SERVICE INDUSTRY WORKS. MY FOOD WAS POISONED!

Really amazing. What a fun experience and awesome food. It's worth the splurge and you can easily spend a couple hours if you aren't in a hurry. Awesome staff.

Yelp
Went with a large group. We where able to do ayce and a couple of our companions did Ala Carte order since one was allergic to eggs. The spicy broth was good and the meats and seafood was also good. The waiters was very accommodating. Not sure of the price as it was almost the same price we pay in California but definitely they had more options for seafood. There was also option to order non hotpot items such as appetizers and desserts which a good add-on. The only complaint from our group was the chicken wings was very salty. We ordered hot sake which was a good compliment with the food. The spicy broth was very spicy which I liked lot. Sugar donuts for dessert was a hit for the kids.

Yelp
What a great spot for some yummy Hot Pot!! My girlfriend and I stopped by here on our way out of town and it's a phenomenal experience. We started by choosing two different broths. We went with the house broth which was like classic chicken broth and then we got the Szechuan ma-la which was a little spicier but not overwhelming. From there we choose a few different meat and seafood options, different veggies, and noodles. They bring everything out in stages for you so you're not overwhelmed with everything at once. The menus include approximate cooking times for everything which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. My favorite part of the meal was the ribeye steak in the Szechuan broth. Everything cooked perfectly and tasted even better. Best part about the whole experience was that everything is included in one price. The serving sizes were relatively big and you don't want to waste any food to avoid extra charges for waste, but you can always order more later if your still not full from the first round! And to top it all off our waiter was super nice throughout the meal which made it even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend the experience!!!

Yelp
* do not come here if you are allergic to shellfish* The first time I came here was on Valentine's Day in 2022 and the server was really nice and accommodating to my allergy. I went back here a few months later and I had a different server and he was extremely rude and made fun of me for asking about what broth to use that doesn't have shellfish and when he was bringing my beer he said "don't worry there's no shellfish in this" I was so embarrassed and I will never be back.

Yelp
Been to many hot pot restaurants from North Carolina to California and this was one of my least favorite. Service was pretty much non-existent, food quality was mediocre and no sauce station? What?! Unheard of. We saw that there wasn't a sauce station so we ordered some sauces from the menu, they NEVER came and we didn't see our waitress until the end of the meal and at the point the sauce was no longer needed. Yes, they give you some basics like Chinese bbq sauce, garlic, very watered down peanut sauce, onions and soy sauce but where was the vinegar? Ponzu? Sesame oil? Oh and order what you want at the beginning because they won't be back to ask you if you want anything more. What was really mind boggling was the frozen solid seafood. The meatballs were frozen together in a block of ice, the oysters are the frozen kind you get from the Korean market in a freezer section and the shrimps were the frozen kind too. The shrimps had no flavor at all. The beefs we ordered were okay but the pork belly was not good. Crab Rangoon was decent but the gyoza needed seasoning on the meat. It's sad to say that at a hot pot restaurant the only decent thing was the crab Rangoon. If you don't know hot pot, this place will probably do. But if you do, you'll be disappointed. If you do go, don't forget to get the veggie essentials for the your hot pot: watercress, tong ho, baby bok choy and Chinese cabbage.

Yelp
If you're looking for AYCE hot pot, this is the place in Charlotte to go. They also serve seafood boil and Asian entrees, which I've never personally had. When you get hot pot, you get to choose your broth, meats, seafood, veggies, noodles, and any appetizers. We got the Tom Yum broth split with the House broth. Both broths were tasty, the Tom Yum was nice and tangy. You're given a plate of ingredients to make your dipping sauce, which results in a tasty sauce, however I would prefer a bigger selection of ingredients. Everything came out at once and categorized(meats, veggies, seafood). All you gotta do is boil the food until fully cooked, dip it in your dipping sauce and enjoy! Everything tasted really good. The only critique I had was that despite not being busy during lunch, the server only checked on us once and the hot pot broth never got refilled with stock as it evaporated from the pot, but by then, we were wrapping up our meal. COVID precautions noticed: tables were distanced at least 6ft, staff and patrons were masked, and giant bottles of sanitizer all around the bar for use. If you're craving hot pot and you're in the Northlake area of Charlotte, this is a good place to stop by.

Yelp
Unfortunately we got to the restaurant around 9:00 and they discouraged us from doing the all you can eat hot pot because we didn't have a lot of time however we did get the hibachi and it was delicious. They're fried rice is it the best I've ever had but it's good enough. They give great portion sizes so you will not leave hungry. I definitely plan to go back to try the hot pot.

Yelp
This hidden spot is in a strip mall off of Harris Blvd. I was looking for something different and I had been wanting to try them for some time. I wasn't really sure what I wanted so it took me several minutes of going over the menu before deciding on the ramen but customized it with just seafood and veggies. The waitress wasn't sure what seafood would be included in the ramen so it took her a few times to confirm but eventually the ramen came out and I was surprised it was so good and the portion was so much, I took most of it to go. I also had a bahama mama that was really good as well. No complaints on my first visit.

Yelp
Came for a work gathering.. Greeted by Victoria. All was well but a few thing All you can eat for your Hot Pot. Each person pay a certain prices.. Its like an American Melting Pot. We also ordered all you can eat crab legs. Crab legs were way too salty the first round. So I asked if they can cut the seasonings and just butter. 2nd and 3rd round. There's an oil seasonings in the crab legs. I just prefer the legs to be plain and to have butter come with it but that didn't happen. Customer service: 4/5 Because it seem like they were short handed. All of our ladies were having a hard time to be tentative to any particular table. A lot of the table have more than 4 guests. And it seem like they only have about 3 waitresses running around with their heads cut off. The time they spent was us was great but it's hard to get their attention later when need be. Food: 4/5 beside the seasonings on the crab legs. Everything else was great. This is a good place for groups gathering. You cook and chat with friends I will recommend this place for that!

Yelp
I tried this spot with a friend and I forgot to take picture of the food we ordered because I was ready to eat!! The veggie and Szechwan broth came out and it smelt delicious. The only negative about the Szechwan broth is that there are fresh pepper balls in them that have an intense flavor if you bit into them so WATCH OUT! Our server recommended the voodoo shrimp and we also got edamame as starters. Voodoo shrimp was banging! I did not stop picking at it and the edamame was salted well. We ordered clams, mussels, shrimp, filet minion, ribeye, veggies, onions, and calamari to cook in the hot pot. We did veggies first and then all our seafood and meat. I added garlic and one other sauce to my broth and used the Thai chili and teriyaki sauce on meat and rice. It tasted pretty good with the sauce, without I think it would be kind of bland. I've also seen complaints about the service but I think that during COVID we should also have a little more grace for essential workers. My service was great and we tipped well to show that. The place could be a little cleaner but it does look like they are understaffed so I get it. Our table though was clean and the utensils had water spots on them but that's not a big deal. I appreciated the service and I will be back! Especially to actually take pictures of the food

Yelp
Thankful to have a hotpot place near me! The spicy and house broth were both delicious and flavorful. Most of the hotpot sides were good but lacked appeal. Some of the meats did not look fresh, which was kind of disappointing. However the veggies and the Crab Rangoon were so yummy!

Yelp
We LOVED it!!!! 2 of us dinning. We both got thr hot pot. This was our first time trying hot pot. We got the house broth and the Pho. The house broth was like a nice light chicken broth. The Pho was spiced (not spicy) and full of flavor. We ordered a lot so let me see if I can remember it all. Crab Rangoon... just right Chicken gyoza.. lovely Voodoo shrimp..... AWESOME... not too spicy Fried dough ... crispy and perfect for dipping Spring roll... nice Pork balls Fish balls Cudelefish balls Beef balls Shrimp Lamb shoulder Beef ribeye Chicken breast Pork Mushroom plate (black ribbon, Enoki, button) Bok choi Onions Donuts.... fresh... hot... delightful The meats were thinly sliced. Cooked fast and were tender. The vegetables were fresh. We loved the variety of sauces they brought and that were available. The service was wonderful. She was patient and attentive. We never waited long for anything. It wasn't too busy on a Sunday night so it wasn't loud. Light music played. I have nothing to complain about. We truly loved this whole experience. We will for sure be back.

Yelp
This was my first time here or every dining at a boiling type restaurant. But OMG it will not be my last. As it was my first time ever I sampled just about everything on the all you eat menu and it's a great deal at $37. Highly recommend trying them out. I'm already planning my next visit.
google avatar

Yelp
Does not recommend this place. By far the worst hot pot place I've been. They ran out of garlic when we visited. We all know hot pot with no garlic is barely a hot pot. Limited choices for dipping sauce. Does not use real sesame oil (the server brought the oil container to show). They use sesame oil essence oil. Meats are all frozen and tasted cheap and frozen. Limited menu option for the price you are paying. Skip this place, not worth your money.

Yelp
Super disappointed in service here. My partner and I went in when it was dead around 1:30, expecting to get decent service since there weren't many other customers there. The girl who served us didn't know how to explain anything, and huffed & puffed when we asked questions about hot pot. She acted like she hated her job. Didn't bring us the very simple things we asked for, like ramen. She didn't check on our table to refill water ONCE, had to wait 20 minutes then wave her down in an EMPTY restaurant. My partner and I were honestly so confused. The hot pot was decent, lots of options, super customizable. Maybe my server was having a bad day, but hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did.

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed Boiling Pot. Was not packed on a Monday night , not sure if it is ever packed . I feel the location hurts this restaurants traffic . I remember when it was a Chinese buffet years ago . The restaurant has a nice setup and a really nice bar that doesn't seem to get used . There was even a back room where you can have larger parties if needed . The food is bountiful! I mean at $28 for adults it's well worth it considering all the options. It's not as fancy as other hot pot restaurants but Boiling pot has something for anyone looking to fill the tummy . We went on an ordering frenzy as you can see from my pictures. Appetizers: Dumplings Vodoo shrimp Meat: Ribeye Beef meatballs Pork belly Seafood: Baby scallops Shrimp Fresh water fish filets Calamari Veggies: Bok Choy Cabbage Mushrooms Everything! Lol Broth: Beef bone broth (perfect for most people) Szechuan broth (spicy) my nose was running lol Sides: White rice Fried rice (not so good) Ramen (great in the bone broth) I have seen a few other reviews complain about the seafood being frozen, if you visit other hot pot restaurants this is standard . The broth is so hot it will shrink fresh seafood , frozen gives it just the right amount of time to cook . The beef bone broth was my fav , simple but flavorful. The szechuan was flavored well with peppers and aromatic herbs , I thought the fish filets were best in this broth. We also had 3 small desserts that were on the menu , Strawberry "icecream" for my son , more like sorbet Strawberry cheesecake And cake. A nice way to finish such a huge, yummy , interactive meal. And if you don't want hot pots , there's a huge menu selection of regular Chinese dishes , sesame chicken, crab rangoons , etc .

Yelp
There food here is pretty good. The best is their appetizers! I love the Szechuan broth the most with udon, enoki and bokchoy! Just be aware that it does get hot in here due to all the hot pots cooking. I do like that this place is very open and bright. The service though, could use some more work. We got sat down and waited 15 mins before we decided to flag someone down and even their own worker was surprised that we hadn't been waited on. Mind you, there was no more then 6-8 tables. Our waitress barely checked on us and only checked on us when we would go looking for her. She seemed annoyed at every little thing we asked for. Seems like she didn't care because she was going to get gratuity from us anyways. Food is good, service is terrible.

Yelp
My friends and I came here to celebrate a birthday. It's been a couple years since I've been here due to how far it is from us. It's a great place to eat especially when it's cold outside. The prices are great and it's all you can eat. The staff are really friendly and service is quick. It's easy to over order so be careful while checking off the food items on the menu so you don't waste food! My favorite is the tom yum broth and the brisket/thin beef item! The restaurant is clean and parking is very easy. I highly recommend for a group dinner so you can try various items and wear elastic pants :)

Yelp
Cool little spot near Northlake Mall. Love the concept of the Hot Pot, but we went for lunch so just enjoyed the specials. My kids had sesame chicken and wonton soup, which they said were fine, nothing special. I had the boiled shrimp and crawfish meal, thinking I'd be healthy-ish :) The food, which came out about 10 minutes after my kids food, was sitting in what looked to be 2 sticks of melted butter! I gave up on the potatoes, they were saturated, but ate what I could of the shrimp and crawfish. Both were in shells so weren't totally soaked through, but it was a messy dish. They provided gloves to eat it, but it was just too much butter. I'd get the dish again, specifying no butter. We'll give them another chance at dinner to try the hot pot, as well.
google avatar

Candyce B.

Yelp
My friend had been here a few times and raved about it so I had to give it a try. I love the concept! You just select your sauces and then add any meat and veggies that you want. And you get to cook your food at your own pace. It's perfect for a date night or with your girlfriends. I enjoyed everything. The veggies and seafood were my favorite. We even added the crab legs! I encourage you to try everything. It's worth it! I'm absolutely a fan of this place!

Yelp
Makayla was an awesome server last night! We really enjoyed the food and soup broth flavors! The sauce mix was bangin' too! I will definitely be back and bring my family next time!

Yelp
We did the $28 all you can eat Hot Pot (Asian Fondue). Hot Pot is a fun experience with friends and family and we definitely enjoyed it. The atmosphere was casual and cozy. The Tom Yum Broth was quite on the salty side but the other broths (House Bone, Miso Based, and Szechwan Broth) were seasoned nicely. Overall the variety of the All You Can Eat menu was phenomenal, you had a nice selective of appetizers, meats, vegetables, noodles, and many more! We ordered close to everything on the menu to try out and everything came out quickly! We recommend getting a little of everything on the first round because the amount of food is quite large especially if you might not end up liking something. We'd definitely go back!

Yelp
I'm not sure what's going on in here, but it feels more like casino cafeteria than a stand alone restaurant. You walk into the front door and the bar occupies 75% of the room, 5 tables to the left, and two secretive looking rooms to the right. People were in there eating, maybe they were VIPs. I came in for lunch and ordered of the lunch menu, which was Chinese food. I had a cup of wanton, which was flavorful, but it was neon yellow, so most likely a pre-made package. I actually was hopeful after the soup. Then the triple delight came. Hands down the worst Chinese I have ever had. Oddly, poorly and barely flavored. There was one woman running the show, which is what I'm used to in Chinese restaurants, they're amazing at maximizing labor. She was nice, tried hard. Maybe she needs to cook.

Yelp
Wanted to try it as this is the only hot pot place I know in town. It was overpriced, alright. The food didn't come out in separate plates, they piled a bunch of stuff together on a metal buffet crate. Questionable sanitation but I guess you do boil most things. The table was also too small for the setting. Was expecting more but I guess we tried now we know. Wouldn't do this again. Also, you technically don't choose the sauce, they bring everything out. Not enough for the 3 people in our part. Constantly having to flag down the server, poor service.

Yelp
I've been wanting to come here for a while. It's definitely a drive from south charlotte. It took almost 30 mins to get here. The service was good. The restaurant was very nice and updated. All you can eat! We got several appetizers and were pleased with each one of them. My favorite was the shrimp and my dad loved the dumplings. The soup was delicious and we were pleased with all the items we got to go with the soup. My favorite toppings was the udon noodles and filet. My only issue about this place is that we were sitting in the back near the server station and I saw two servers eat spring rolls and chicken wings with their hands and didn't wash their hands afterwards. Yuck.

Yelp
I was willing to try this place and so excited to come here for Valentine's Day, until I ready you have to pay for leftovers, umm no. If I already paid for my food, why should I have to pay for rest of the food I can't eat. I just want to come out and enjoy a good time. I will continue to go to the other restaurants with this experience that you don't have to pay for your own leftovers. Some people have medical conditions and can't over eat, that is the craziest thing I have ever had. Please reconsider this, how about people take their leftovers with them instead of having to pay them and for restaurants to play like it's going to a good cause or foundation.

Yelp
I went here last year and the service was subpar but the food made up for it. This time, the food wasn't good and the service was awful. Waitress disappears for almost an hour at a time and forgets half the stuff ordered, and the food just isn't that great. Small portions on the stuff you want and huge portions on the gross stuff!
