Boise Crust - Payette Brewing

I am only 1 slice in and I'm obsessed! My coworker is on his way to buy his own after seeing mine. 🤣 I absolutely love the melted cheese crisped into the crust.

Hands down my favorite Detroit-style pizza! The crust is everything — crispy, chewy, and loaded with perfectly caramelized cheese around the edges. Absolutely delicious. The kenai breadsticks were also incredible — soft, flavorful, and a must-order. Portions are huge, so come hungry or plan for leftovers (you won’t be mad about that). The service was super friendly, and I loved that you can order ahead online for extra convenience. This food truck is a gem — can’t recommend it enough!

First time eating at Boise crust and oh my I'm impressed!!! This food truck serves the best pizza in the area hands down! Deep cheesy crust on the outside with a soft pillow of dough topped with flavorful sausage, pepperoni and fresh mozzarella cheese! I'm talking great flavor!!! If you love a good pizza pie, this is the place for you! Boise crust is a winner!!!!

Very good service! The pizza is amazing too, and I have high standards because I’m from New York. I definitely recommend trying them! Me and my boyfriend came to get some pizza and we’re both enjoying it!

Boise Crust exceeded expectations. For the absolutely fair price, this has to be some of the best Detroit style pizza in the valley. There was plenty of cheese, the bread was super soft and flavorful, the edges full of flavor with crispy cheese, and the sauce ratio was great as well - being able to choose if I wanted more or less sauce with certain bites. For the price it’s an easy 10/10. A sit down would easily charge $20 for this pie while I paid around $13. While I only tried the pepperoni, I’m excited to go back and give the others a try!

Got this at the food truck at Mother Earth Brewing on a Sunday night and was really happy with the slide. Great big pizza with plentiful pepperoni, and a really good value at under $15. Worked really well there and would be happy to visit the restaurant

BOISE CRUST is hands down the best deep-dish pizza spot in the Treasure Valley! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with that delicious caramelized edge that sets it apart. The toppings are fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned, making every bite a perfect balance of cheesy, saucy goodness. The staff is friendly, and the service is top-notch. If you're a pizza lover, this place is a must-try! Highly recommend the [pepperoni deep dish]—you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Pizza! I'm a thin crust guy but Boise Crust just converted me to the Pan! The crust is amazing. It's the best tasting crust ever. The sauce and spices are spot on. The toppings are fresh and chunky. I loved everything about it. We tried 4 different pies and all were fantastic. Way to Go "Q".
