Bojangles

Stopped here around 4:00pm ordered supreme meal, when I arrived home to eat, food was cold, supremes were old and dry. This is not the first time this has happened at this Location. People are funny about their money, why are you handing out food that you wouldn't eat? We pay for fresh food, and we are also the reason you even have a paycheck!!! Do better evening and night shift, smh

The manager Tasha was awesome . The other workers not so much one in specific a young child by the name of charisma/ carisma (unsure of the spelling of her name ) . She was very unprofessional and as I was attempting to order she didn’t greet me . When I ask to speak with Tasha charisma went to the side and resume to argue at me , raise her voice and she was trying to leave behind the counter to approach me and argue. The customer service suck!

Yall made sure to charge me for the ranch for a wing dinner but failed to give me my 2nd side. This why I don’t care for fast food in the hood these kids don’t give a damn about nothing but tik tok and gossip.

I rarely do reviews on certain restaurants because of their history but this location has been bad the last three times I’ve gone there but I went back during the day because I thought the food would be better. Well it was worse this time. I asked for fries with no seasoning and I did that on purpose so the fries would be fresh and because they put absolutely too much salt on the fries. Well what do you know, the fries were full of seasoning so I had to send them back. I ordered dirty rice too and the person gave me back the bag without the rice. I let him know that I didn’t have the rice and he handed me a half cup of rice that looked like it had been eaten out of so I had to ask for a full cup. I got a full cup and it was red on top which suggested that the same utensil used to dip the beans was used to dip the rice. That was irritating but I scraped the red part off and as I was eating it, I found a French fry in the rice and then found beans in the bottom of the cup. Now I know this restaurant is in one of the less desirable neighborhoods but that doesn’t mean the food should be bad. Additionally, as I was waiting for the right order, the staff was sliding around like the floor was greasy. SMH!

So we decided to try the new wings at this location... BIG MISTAKE... they first gave us 5 old shriveled up wings... my wife returned them and asked for a refund...guy insisted it would only take 3min to cook new ones... WRONG!!! They took the wings and refried them!!! Never going back to this location... they are shady in the afternoon and night shift anyways!! Not sure if you can see in the pic how over cooked they are... my dog wouldn't even eat them...

The employees at the drive thru at night have the worst attitudes and by far the worst service around the area. Cashier with glasses slammed the window closed after getting my order repeatedly wrong. I usually have no issues with the morning crew but the evening crew is full of incompetent workers with no home training and a complete lack of customer service. I suggest the popeys next door if you want to avoid this type of horrible service. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

I went here(Bojangles on sunset rd in Charlotte nc) on the morning shift. The lady that took my order coughed at least 30 times by the time she got to the register, she was mopping the kitchen first. She takes my order then goes to make my order. I asked her if she could please wash her hands. She argued me down that she had coughed in her arm. I watched her cough all over her arm and hands. We went back n forth about 10 times about me wanting her to wash her hands before she made my food. She then Goes to tell the manager, you’ll have to make his food , he wants me to wash my hands. The manager looks at me and says , it’ll wait. Wow. Just bc I wanted her to wash her coughed up hands. What type of people do yall hire ???? The manager was just as bad, I was so disappointed. Instead of washing her hands they gave me a refund. Wow. Sad.

Came back in this morning. Had to update my review. Yall nailed it! Staff was friendly and happy, restaurant was clean, and food came so quick I had to double take if it was mine or not. Good work!

This is my closest Bojangles, so despite a string of frustrating experiences, I've kept coming back out of convenience. But after my most recent visit, even that might not be enough. I pulled in around 8:40 PM, placed my order through the AI drive-thru system, got my total... and then nothing. No one at the window, no update, no food. We waited over 15 minutes with zero response, and several cars piled up behind us--at least eight by the time we gave up. If you're closed or short-staffed, I totally get it, but why is the AI ordering system still taking orders? It creates confusion, wastes everyone's time, and honestly just feels careless. This isn't a one-time issue, either. I've run into the same problem at different hours, along with regular slowness and being asked to pull forward so the order appears "complete" in their system--metrics met, but customers still waiting. I want to love this location, but the consistent breakdown in service makes it hard.

If I could give THIS location a 0 I would. Chicken is always dry and overcooked! I have to stop thinking it was an off day, every time it's OFF.

This is the location to go to!!! I promise you the service we got here was top tier and I was actually in awe. We were new to town and wanted to out this place for the first time. We were starving and didn't know what to get at first. The manager supreme was extremely friendly and made some suggestions. Once we told him we were out of town he said today is our lucky night and fr hooked us up big time! I'd recommend their biscuit as it tasted so yummy! I wasn't a big fan of their tea but many seem to to like it. The chicken was well cooked(especially given the people of color I saw in the chicken!). The prices on the menu were decent(I attached a picture) We got the best customer service ever at this location. Especially from supreme.

Literally the worst Bojangles. My boberry biscuit was hard, country ham biscuit was cold, fries cold, lemonade tasted watered down, and my supremes were dry. I refuse to come here ever again. It's terrible every time I come to this location.

The quality of the biscuits I received today were so dry, not even the orange juice could save my throat. Each one was drier than the next one.

Not a good location. People here can't even remember what food you ordered. Never going back to this location again for sure

For anyone that would like Bojangles. Do not go to this one. Service is terrible and the line moves at a snails pace. You will probably not get what you ordered. And don't even asking to get a cup of water because they will 100% charge you for a bottle. I ordered supremes and was given 4 chicken nuggets. It wasn't even worth the time to get back in line... The only reason I would I suggest going here is if you like people watching and prefer and interesting dining experience. You'll have to go and find out for yourself.

Everyone grab a seat because boy do I have a story to tell you. The boys & I stopped in for some quick grub before the Panthers game today. We walk into this joint & the line is backed up & doesnt move for several minutes. This woman working the register named Jeffrey starts yelling that she can't find her keys and isn't serving anyone until she finds them. Thankfully this crisis was quickly solved. When I ordered I specifically asked Jeffrey for a water cup & she gave me a water bottle which I was charged for. My friend ordered chicken supremes and these things were literally just chicken nuggets. What a shame. I will say it was hilarious when one of the workers grabbed a boberry biscuit from the top shelf and just yeeted it into a cardboard box because I guess it wasn't any good. For that reason alone I will give this 2 stars instead of 1.

Customer service was great. Restaurant was very clean and food came out hot and fast. Best Bojangles in the area.

It's 855 as I pull to the drive-in window and I'm told all they have is Supremes and fries with an hour before closing. No wonder they have it to add a five star rating.

It might be wishy washy sometimes but they do their best and imma go here everytime amen

This is absolutely the worst Bojangles I've ever been too. All of the employees are unprofessional. They were using profanity as they were talking to each other in front of the manager. They were playing around instead of working. I waited 10 minutes before someone came and took my order. I'm all about hiring our youth, but get a manager that's assertive and won't tolerate unprofessional behavior.

I was trying so hard not to give a review but I am so dissatisfied with my meal that I have no choice. This is the most incompetent bojangles I've ever been to....and I've been to a ton of incompetent bojangles... My order was wrong: ordered a large meal, got a large, tasteless tea but a small fry. I cancelled my boberry Biscuits because they told me there would be a wait, but I ended up waiting anyway so I asked about them. Was told I would get them for free but just opened my box and they're these disgusting cinnamon biscuits. They're gross. Inedible. In total, I waited 35 minutes from drive up to pull off. The girl At the microphone was crazy unprofessional and slow (in multiple ways). And although I heard 5 or 6 voices in the joint when I pulled up, it moved like a one-man show. This location is right down the street from my apartment but I won't be returning. The management needs to be replaced. The whole place may need to be replaced. I know it's fast food, guys, and you're severely underpaid and it's shitty and it sucks, but you've chosen to work at a fast food spot so do your job with some integrity or....get a better job for yourself. Ps. Most of us are severely underpaid but we all have to work, don't we? Pps. When the management is changed please respond to my post. I would like bojangles from time to time. -oqb

I don't think the people working here could be anymore incompetent. Management included. Called ahead a day in advance for a mid size order and asked for everything to be ready at 6:15am. They didn't bring my order out until 7am. They told me they couldn't find the cutter for the biscuits. Stay away from this store. The employees are awful. They sat outside smoking the hole time instead of doing their jobs. The store manager was there and was supposed to be handling my order and she was just as incompetent as her employees. A new facade did nothing to improve this Bojangles' service. I ordered my food at 7:58 PM, got the drive thru, paid for my order,and was told to pull up to the door to wait on my chicken supremes. 15 minutes goes by and I have to get out and go into the store. They haven't even started working on my order. The manager was yelling orders at the other two employees there, there seemed to be mass confusion, and they were all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Finally, after five minutes of trying to get the employee's attention, he began preparing my order, which that took 7 minutes. I open up the box when I get into my car and my chicken tenders, fries, mac and cheese are all cold, and my biscuit was hard as a rock. Perhaps if management treated their workers like humans instead of barking orders at them like little kids, they would stay staffed. I will never return to Bojangles'.

I was NOT impressed! The service was good...that's about it. The chicken sandwhich tasted like it had been left out a while before it was cooked...definitely not fresh! Their mashed potatos were good although they served it with sausage gravy which was unique. The cost was ok. Typical chicken place. The (women's) restroom wasn't cleaned very well and neither was the restaurant. Trying to find a clean table was not hard... only one amongst several messy tables. The only plus to the restaurant was the servers. They had smiles and treated us well. It was the first Bojangles I've been to and I was not impressed in the least.

Arrived 6 min to close and doors locked. When staff saw me trying all doors then they turned off the dining room lights. I called and I stated the time and the doors were locked. The gentleman said no worries I'm on my way to the door. Lights came back on, door opened and I ordered from that same gentleman assuming it was the manager. Got my food hot and fresh and left very quickly.

Worst and slowest Bojangles EVER! This place is so ghetto and ratchet I swear I saw a drug deal go down. Waited in the drive thru 25 minutes for a drink. Girl at the window was nice.

I went to Bojangles tonight to Get a large dirty rice & bake bean. Went all The way home and rice was so mushy! Went back to the store the employees did nothing to accommodate. Got a "fresh" rice and still was mushy! Smh manager on duty- Trina

Fast food chicken done right. The people who work here are always nice, pleasant and helpful. The dirty rice and pinto beans are my favorite side items. I also enjoy the green beans. If you happen to get the biscuits when they first cone out of the oven you r in for a real treat. This is coming from me a person who is not a biscuit lover.

This is the worst Bojangles in the world, waiting inside for 30 minutes for someone to take our order and no one never came and the workers were fixing there on food to go and walked out. I would fire everyone in there

Had the best customer service here this morning!!! Stopped in with family that had came to town for my fiancé and I's engagement party the night before, before they headed their separate ways. Made conversation with the gentlemen who took our order and food was great! After awhile to top it off he brought us a round of BoBerry biscuits as a congratulations! So nice and thoughtful!

Been to this location several times, and wait is consistently slow. Food is good overall, but inconsistent too. They need to do something about the wait, it's a little ridiculous at times. Edit - we waited over an hour for our order. It was during Throwback Thursday, but everyone else was getting their boxes. Even after something was said. This location needs to do better with being prepared for high volume.

The food was freshly made, went inside since drivethru was backed up- super fast service was in and out in 2minutes!

This is one of the slowest Bojangles' I've ever been to, but I love my chicken and biscuits so...I wait.

My sister and I went to the location on W Trade moments earlier and were dissatisfied with the season fries because they were hard. My sister decided to drive to this location. The seasoned fries were much better because they were fresh. The staff was pleasant and quick.

This location had nice workers with fast, great service only problem was I got my food from the drive thru and unfortunately my food was cold and I was not really happy about it! My sausage biscuit looked and tasted like it was sitting out for a while and it was not fresh. On the other hand the bo-rounds were good and hot!

The service at this location is really good, but on more than one occasion, the food that I've gotten hasn't been really good. Many times the chicken seems to be cold and the sides appear to be a little old. The customer service is great, my only complaint is that at lot of times they try to avoid giving you a bag and put all of your order in the box. This isn't a bad thing, I just have a pet peeve about being given greasy napkins :) It's a known fact that if you put the napkins in the box with the fried chicken, that the napkins are gonna be saturated with grease. Note: The drive thru line can be a bit long on Sunday afternoons, so save yourself some time by going inside.

I swear this is the worse location. The owner operator needs to be heavily involved. The owner I doubt is generating a profit. They stop cooking at 8 and literally close at 9. I can't wait until this location goes bankrupt and they open a better restaurant.

Just ordered and 8 piece meal and for the second time we got old chicken and all wings. No wonder it only has 2 stars

Horribly slow service! The staff is fidgety and the drive thru make this feel like anything but fast food! Aside from that the drinks and very biscuits are okay

They are too busy talking to their friends and taking phone calls to help the customers. One of the worst customer experiences I have had at Bojangles.

They got that Chicken! It's like I'm sayin. Mash Potatoes! Biscuits, check! Gravy for that donkey! Correct Change? Nope!

I'm only giving two stars because my experiences prior to today were decent. This morning at 7:20am I went to get a medium order of bo rounds. Something I stop at Bojangles for daily. So I know they are $1.83. Why was I charge $1.99 today? This girl at the register rang me up for a medium seasoned fries. While only a 16 cents difference, no one wants to pay extra for something. They want to pay the correct price for it. I would have gone in and complained but who has time to do that when they are on their way into work.

Slow slow slow and SLOW! I've stopped coming here cause they suck to no end. It's like the KFC/Taco Bell in Fort Washington, MD. Slow and the staff don't care how long you wait to place an order. The drive threw is always backed up like a clogged toilet.

Don't waste your time. Literally. Waited in line for over thirty minutes and when I got home, had the wrong order.

Food is pretty good. Always go during the day. The night shift is ratchet! Seriously! Very selfish with bags. They will try to stuff everything in one bag. Dining area is clean.

Service was very helpful and fast. We got Cajun filet biscuits that were of a divine realm.

Slowest Bojangles on earth, no joke. I've left their drive thru several times after a 15-20 minute wait WITHOUT even getting to order.

Terrible service they didnt listen to any of my order got some things wrong..i got free fries though because they made a mistake and put it in my box but yeah i would not recommend this bojangles find another one!!!

Slowest drive thru in Charlotte. I've been here numerous times with the same results. The food is typically good if you have 15-20 minutes to get through the drive thru.
