Bojangles

My hubby was having an issue with his glucose dropping rapidly. Orange juice brings it up fast. I pulled into this Bojangles and a very nice lady that works here by the name of Rosalind (not sure if I am spelling it correctly) understood my request and quickly helped us out by providing some assistance. I will always come here again. By the way, the food we ordered was delicious too. The bo rounds /tea/ and chicken tenders were just what I needed, and hubby, too. Very clean inside with several slots for handicap parking. Please patronize this location. J absolutely love the fact she saved his life!!! ❤️

If I didn't have to work overtime I definitely would have took this mess right back up there. The food was cold the chicken wings was not done The biscuit was insanely large and was not cooked thoroughly in the middle I typically don't eat fast food and this is exactly why. I ended up throwing the food away do yourself a favor and save your money or go elsewhere!!!!

This the worst food I get in my life. It’s very nasty very dirty. I found hair inside the sandwich. It makes me vomit. I don’t recommend for anyone.

Not fresh. Chicken and fries are hot but dried out. My third time eating here. Nothing changed. The picture reflects what was supposed to be seasoned fries.

Ordered leg and thigh but they gave me two legs. Lady at drive was nasty when. Asked her for more ketchup and hot sauce. Won’t be coming here again ever. I was here 2/17/25 at 9:20 pm

Bad service wouldnt let me in to order after 9 as a walk up. They stay open till ten. They locked their doors too early while people were still inside.

THE SERVICES ARE GREAT AND ONE OF THE WORKERS NAME QAUN THAT WORKS THE DRIVE THRU IS VERY NICE AND ALWAYS PLEASANT... I THOUGHT HE WAS A MANAGER CS THAT'S HOW HE CARRIES HIMSELF IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER..... TO THE OWNER OR OWNERS, YOU REALLY NEED TO PROMOTE QAUN TO ASST. MANAGER OR MANAGER CS I SEE THE POTENTIAL AND DRIVE IN HIM.... TO ALL THE WORKERS, THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICES YOU GUYS PROVIDE AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK......

About last night... I didn't request "lite" mayo. Smh

Ive been coming here for years now and the staff is kind and sweet definitely if you are as well. The tall guy with long locs who usually works the window and packages meals is my favorite. He asks about my family which he knows from seeing them over the years. His name escapes me at the moment but he is very kind. The food is for the most time always hot and good. Check your bag before leaving the window but you should be good. Hope everyone has a nice time eat here. (I usually use the drive through)

I mean can you ever get too much Bojangles?! Typically the food is always hot and fresh. No matter the time of the day you can get Cajun fries. I love ordering with my breakfast. The Borounds are good too but there's nothing like the fries. Also the sauces are delicious, no extra charge and a great size. If you never been, check them out! Get some chicken supremes or any breakfast item!

Terrible service went inside the woman at the counter looked at me said nothing and walked in the back walked away would not take my order the chain in the charlotte areA have cust service issues except Huntersville

Now, like I said in my previous post for save a Lot, me and my friend Javier are about to grill out tonight in his court yard! However, that will take some time! So, I'm about to grab this little snack from Bojangles, probably a kids meal, it is about to be dank! Bam! Bam! Bam! Smash City!!! Now, due to the fact that it is 6:27 PM on a Thursday night, a lot of people are picking up quick food from here to feed their families. So the wait is a little longer than most might anticipate, but is well worth it! The food is always on point! Fries hot! Chicken hot! Lots of sauce! Honey! Hot sauce! Good drink! Turn up! It's lit!

I'm probably going to get stoned for this, but whatever LOL. BOJANGLES IS OVER HYPED! I felt my blood pressure rising, arteries clogging and teeth cracking with every bite. That food is SO salty & that chicken was fried HARD. I got the Cajun biscuit sandwich AND the 2 piece leg and thigh with 2 fixins. Yes, I ate all of it. I was hungry LOL As previously stated, the chicken was fried extremely too hard or either the breading was too thick. I felt I couldn't even taste the meat. My two sides were fries and Cajun pintos. I was offended with the amount of fries. First of all, y'all see how it looks as if they literally threw them in the box. If I would have known, I would've asked for double fries instead. Now those Cajun pintos, those were GOOD. The Cajun biscuit sandwich and the biscuit that came with the meal were DRY. I put hot sauce and honey on them and it wasn't any help. I won't be returning unless someone else pays for it.

Food was terrible but that's not even the worst part the people who work there just plain stupid. That's mean but it true. If they weren't trying to figure out how to keep breathing they might of had a chance and being bad at their job.

Might as well change the closing time to 9pm everytime i go past 9pm its close seems like the closer it gets to closing time the good &. Service gets terrible

The slowest and worst bojangles I've ever been too. I live down the street and will drive past it to go to a different location.

Worst bojangles in Charlotte hands down. There's a 10 minute wait no matter when you go and no matter how many cars are in line. If you can wait to eat, just wait.

Was told they needed a moment, then waited at least 5 minutes for someone to say anything, until I finally decided to just try to order. Then waited probably another 15-20 minutes in line. And they forgot my sauce that I asked for while ordering and again at the window. Nothing fast about this place.

I come here a lot and they're usually friendly. They've not made as many mistakes as they used to, but wow it takes FOREVER in their drive thru. I always expect to be there at least 15 minutes if there's anyone in front of me.

Very poor service. Even though their speaker box was broken last night, there is no reason why it should have taken 30 minutes when I was the 4th car in line to get a smile $3.99 combo. The lady at the window didn't even say thank you or have a nice day, even though I did say "How are you?" And "thank you good evening". I will not return to this location due to the multiple chances I have given this location.

Absolutely trash. Worst service two nights in a row will not ever return. First time they gave me a biscuit that was straight up RAW I mean literally dripping raw. Next day out of biscuits so they have me more Mac and cheese so they said it was a big bucket but barely half full and forgot a tender and sauce. The people who work here are straight up moronic. To be expected from a bunch of rachets though ‍

You guys serve the worst fucking coffee in the world. On the bright side, the woman who gave me 45 sugar packets and 6 creamers was clearly letting her enthusiasm for her job shine through. I appreciate a go-getter.

Ok... So it's a Bojangles... Once you've been to one you've been to them all. Why 4 stars? Because I ordered 30 Bo-berry biscuits for my students and they made fresh ones in about 5 minutes. No complaints!

Went to pick up dinner tonight for the family for a quick meal and had awful customer service. First they misheard the order and then were rude when I clarified my order at the window. It was clear when the drive thru employee turned away she was complaining about me to her coworker...while the drive through door was still open! Although the manager apologized for the mix up, I don't think I will likely be returning to this location.

The drive-thru cashier Micah was so friendly and always love seeing a happy face. I got my steak biscuit and it was fresh like I asked so I have no complaints
