Bojangles

Literally this AI bs is getting on my nerves. IT DOESNT WORK. everytime I've been since this has started something is messed up. Ordered a PLAIN chicken sandwich past 3 times Ive gone and tell me why it isn't plain. loaded with pickles and mayo. y'all need to either get rid of this stupid AI and make your workers actually work or have them double check and listen to what you're saying and fix what AI is getting wrong. this is absolutely ridiculous. I CANT EAT PICKLES. last time I left a review they gave me a gift card but why would I want your gift card for you to mess that order up too. tried to call no one answered. I just won't go back. get it together you're gonna lose all your business

Good food and service. Hard to find from the interstate I85.

I've been to this location plenty of times but today was a bad experience with the food. My daughter and I decided to dine in. I ordered the 2 piece dinner and was given undercooked chicken. It was bleeding onto my biscuit. Very gross and disgusting. I immediately told the employee who was near me, cleaning tables. He gathered the plate so fast so I wasn't able to get a photo. He started to bring me a new piece of chicken and a biscuit but I return the 2nd piece as well and requested a new meal. He handled the situation quickly and professionally... no hesitation or issue with me returning the food.

Went to this location and ordered 2 meals and a large mashed potatoes and gravy. Opened it and someone ate out of it and there is chunks of red in it. Absolutely disgusting and will not be back. 🤢

Haven't had a bad experience here yet. Service is always good and the interior is kept clean and neat. Food is always hot and fresh, from my experience anyways. Also, going off yelp, if you think it's too slow, go inside. It's fast. I hate waiting in drive through since you never know how much they're going to order in front of you.

I did not eat here, but I work on the road and so to use along the way.. this was The Cleanest, nicest Bojangles I have ever stepped into. Positive music and tidy, welcoming decor.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Brown skin ladies at this establishment are extremely respectful and a pleasure to be around. There was a long line in the drive-thru, so I went inside to order. I noticed the cook was focused only on drive-thru orders, even though I ordered earlier. I politely mentioned it to the staff, and within a minute, they had my sausage, egg, cheese, and bacon on a bun ready. Thank you, ladies, for your professionalism and great service!

Hands down the absolute BEST Bojangles I have been to!! The service was unmatched! All the employees were so friendly! The food was hot and freshly made!! Great job team at the China Grove location🎉🎉🎉

Slowwwwwwwwwwwww. To say the least. I have never seen another Bojangles location compare to this locations customer service. It needs work and lots of it. The layout of this store however is very cool. Large kitchen area as well as a wonder prep and serve area. It has all the tools required for excellent service they just haven't figured out how to combine the two. Hopefully they get it figured out before it's too late.

This Bojangles is always hit or miss. The food is just ok. The dining room is closed and no signs posted. Claim they don't have staff to open the dining room. I think it's because the help they have is just lazy. Oh well. Nothings the same since Covid. Why can't they have enough staff? Come on Bojangles. Do better. On the way to Slim Chicken now.

Waited in the drive through line for close to 20 minutes before the one car in front of us got there food before they told us it would be a "5" minute wait for the chicken biscuit after 45 more minutes of waiting they come back with not even half of the order I will never in my life come back and spend a dime at this sad excuse of a "fast food" place. Would rate 0 stars if it would let me.

Usually go to this location in the morning and it's usually good. My husband went there this evening to grab me lunch as I am at work. We got two supreme dinners. 25.00. The fries were horrible, old. Biscuits hard. The tenders were the only thing edible. He said service was horrible and only saw one person actually doing work. We work too hard to waste our money on food. Half my dinner was trash. Do better guys.

When Bojangles opened in China Grove , NC everyone was so excited! The food was fresh and delicious. The employees were on the ball. I frequently made purchases there. So as I normally would do I stopped in to get supper. Once I get it home ( a mere 4 minutes from my home) I opened the box and began to make plates The mashed potatoes were in chunks, the gravy was coagulated and the chicken looked and tasted like it had been in a tanning bed all day! Needless to say how disappointed we were. I guess much like other restaurants, they start out trying so hard to please and as time goes by they loose their spark!

Employees screaming curse words across the dining room at each other and my chicken is raw. China Grove at its finest.

This is no regular Bojangles. It is one of only six new concept locations that feature a newly updated dining area and a windowed biscuit making viewing area. It also features an enthusiastic manager, Tim, and a biscuit maker who indeed looks like she enjoys her work. Just bought a couple of extra brown ham biscuits but they were perfectly prepared. The sanitation rating was an impressive 98.5. Factor in the excellent service and I can find no reason to not give it give five stars for comparable restaurants.

Every time I order from here it is wrong. This time just placed a DoorDash and they cancelled it. Extremely distracted staff that doesn't care one bit about getting paid to do a job like the rest of us.

Fast, friendly. Order is always correct and staff is courteous. The dining room is always open and that is hard to come by now adays.

Bojangles needs to shut this place down and re-staff the entire please extremely rude do not give a crap about customer service never get your orders right

January 24. 2019, 815pm. Sat at the drive-thru speaker for 6 minutes. No one was in front of me. Only one behind me. Saw a manager come out to hand a customer good. Manager looked at us sitting at the drive-thru ready to order after about two minutes of the six minutes. No one ever attempted to take my order. I drove off and saw the manager walking around behind the store. I asked her if the drive-thru was open. She couldn't tell me yes or no. This Bojangles is horrible. Not once have I ever been to this Bojangles and it take less than 15 minutes for me to get the food I ordered. Only once was it ever right. Hard to mess up a sausage biscuit you say? Yea they did. The biscuit didn't have a piece of sausage on it. Never again!!!!

If you are going to go to this location, make sure you check your food before you drive away from the window. I regularly do not get what I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous.
