I visit this location 2-3 times per week. At least 1 out of 3 times, something is awry with the order. However, I bring the errors to their attention, get the order corrected and move on. Well, about 10 mins ago, I went to get breakfast, and when checking my order, there were no Bo-rounds in the bag. I said, I ordered one order of rounds and she said well, you were charged for 2. I said, oh well, that's fine. The cashier asked for the bag back to put the missing orders in. She then hands the bag back that I returned to her(which tells me she was double checking I hadn't lied about the missing Bo-rounds) and proceeds to hand me a separate bag with only 1 order of the rounds. I said, where's the other order since I paid for 2? Before she could get the 2nd order, the UD asked..what do you need? I said, my other order of rounds. She proceeds to get agitated with me and I said hey...I just want the other order I paid for and she said well I didn't know and was just trying to fix it when you started using your hand to talk which is aggressive. I said, what? I was never aggressive, I was just trying to get the rest of my missing order. She said, well I view using your hands to talk as aggressive. Now you have a good day. Instead of the UD, who is the leader of her staff, holding her staff accountable for the hold up at the drive thru, she become rude towards a customer who simply wanted what she paid for. My friend was on the phone with me and heard the entire interaction and heard the UD being rude and confrontational towards me. I worked 6 yrs at the Bojangles in north Durham as a teenager and college student and I NEVER saw a UD behave that way...ever. If you want your drive thru moving and not held up, pack the orders correctly and hold your staff accountable. Hopefully corporate will address this. In the meantime, I plan to avoid this location moving forward. The UD at the one on Fayetteville road is more professional and the orders are consistently more correct.
