Bojangles

Ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken looked like it was a week old. Hard as a brick the skin of the chicken just crumbled when I touch it. I emailed the company haven't gotten a response back. Didn't eat it the sandwich and will never eat at bojangles again. I don't want it if it's free. The last 3 times I'll be there my food has been trash but I couldn't let it pass this time.

I walked in the door with two other gentlemen behind me. We were not greeted or acknowledged. About five minutes later, the young lady at the front counter said ,"I will be with you all in a minute. Which was another three minutes later. I would normally have left, but I am curious to see how long this process would take. I also wanted to try their breakfast food. After placing my order, there was an additional five more minutes of wait time. However, I did notice that their main focus was on orders that were being picked up by the Door Dashers, Uber Eats, and soʻ on. Going forward, we had to wait for the Bo rounds (hashbrowns). In a nutshell, I could have cooked my own breakfast. I finally received my breakfast food. She gave me the orange juice five minutes before my food was ready, which could have been in the fridge, still getting cold. Second, our food was not in the warmer. It was sitting on the counter getting cold while waiting on the hashbrowns to get done. Thirdly, and I think you know what it is; my sandwich was cold, juice short of being room temperature. I ordered the Steak Biscuit combo. There was no flavor to the steak. It was very bland. Of course, the hasbbrowns were pipping hot. It was the only good experience that I had at Bojangles. There was never a thank you for your patience or a come again. The beauty of it all is that the place wasn't even that busy. Signed: I hope that Bo knows that they will never see me again. 👎👎👎👎

On 4/13/25, around 8:50 to 9pm in the drive thru, My 15 year old son ordered a 5 piece combo with an extra biscuit. He wanted fries, but they were out, no big deal, he got Mac n cheese, instead. We waited a few minutes on the order, not near as long as they said it would be, that was a plus… the only plus. However, when we got home and he opened the bag, it was only a 3 piece of burnt chicken and his extra biscuit wasn’t in the box. He was only able to eat 1 piece of the chicken, because it just was not good, at all. He just paid $15 of his own money for a box of pure disappointment. I tried to call the restaurant with no answer. This is unacceptable and should never happen.

Ummmm Bo where is the rest of my Mac n cheese?! Everything was good even the Mac n cheese. Kinda slow in the drive thru. Eat while hot! I love love the breakfast here. Especially the steak biscuit. Breakfast is worth it. Very fulfilling.

I chose curside, and I had to literally walk in and get my order because the MOD was either having a meeting with her staff or chewing her staff out in front of customers. No acknowledgment among entering. My order was sitting at the mobile order section. The food was decent, not hot to my liking. The sweet tea was bland, no flavor. I was in the area visiting, so I will not be returning.

Would not accept a $10.00 bill for a $9.87 total. I was told no change and the short black lady with an attitude just stood there. I proceeded to cancel the order and head to your competition Chick-fil-A, well not much of a competition... Chick-fil-A accepts legal tender and does not have an attitude. No wonder this place is dead and has below 4 stars.

I ordered online on my lunch break and ordered a chicken sandwich. Not a chicken strip sandwich! I wanted what I ordered and what I paid for! Not to mention that my “Sweet Tea” tasted like pure water. Then I tried calling the store and no one answers. I won’t be back.

Long black strands of hair fried into my chicken tenders. I became nauseous because I pulled some of the hair from my mouth. The Mgr Chelsea had a nonshalant attitude about the situation. She refunded me and said have a blessed day. She was unapologetic. I will be contacting corporate about this.

I pull up to sign and the 1st thing the young lady said, we only have fries and Cole slaw and it's a 4minute wait for tenders. And we outta tea and lemonade. This location only sells tenders, so why aren't any done. My order was incorrect/incomplete. I ordered 2 4piece combos, both with fries and an extra Cole slaw. I asked for Pepsi I didn't receive the Cole slaw but was charged. N both drinks were dr.pepper not Pepsi. The fries were cold and dried out. I have been to this location a few times because I'm out this way. But I will just go hungry than waste my money from now on.

What can I say fast fast fast fast service fast food fried chicken fastly preparing the orders with more can you ask for because the line is constantly going is constant moving all all of the chicken is freshly fried because they're constantly the line and people are constantly ordering so you getting fresh freshly fried chicken Visit so on this visit, I ordered a chicken tender meal with fries. The kids order is for my oldest just heads up moms and dads. I don't believe that the kids meals come with the drink. It's your chicken and fries. Also note this mom's and dad's just in case if you have a kid that only eats plain fries note this the fries that I received with this order are seasoned fries. Just letting you know and I ordered a gallon of tea. I ordered 2 gallons of teas but when I received them each gallon said half gallons so now I know That half gallons are sold so nonetheless I order two that are equal 1 gallon each half gallon is 399. Just letting you know $3.99 visit on the same visit. On the same visit I ordered a Bojangles house salad. A boat is called a bowl salad bowl salad so trying something different. Oh, by the way, I don't know if I mentioned it, but the kids meal comes with the biscuit yum yum good vibes

Service is bad. Slow. Unfriendly. I would just avoid this restaurant if possible. Went next door to McDonald's. It was great.

I have been there 3 times to pick up my order and the drive thru is closed. I go inside and there have been 5 employees just chit chatting. One person's working by taking and fulfilling orders, but except for the person that occasionally pulls chicken out of the fryer and puts it out for the order taker, everyone else is goofing off. If I try to order with Door Dash it usually says that the business is closed. Food is good but service is horrible.

No bone in chicken. What a waste of a location. Won't ever comeback again. Seriously, it's your main thing!

Stopped by the Memphis location and enjoyed their chicken sandwich and a coke! The staff at the registers were pleasant and professional, the dining area is enough for a few small groups, outdoor dining is an option but space is limited. The restroom was clean and the storefront was well maintained. If it's the patrons cleaning up after themselves or the staff are quick to clean dining areas, I couldn't tell the difference! It was just refreshing to think everyone cleans up after themselves.

"It's a great day at Bojangles! It will be a 25 to 30 minute wait to order." What a doozy of a drive-thru greeting. Is it really such a "great day" if you're turning away customers with no explanation? What could possibly be happening inside that would necessitate not serving anyone for half an hour? Are the higher-ups aware of this practice? The car directly in front of me in the drive thru got its order taken. What makes me any different? The things that pass for regular customer service experiences in Memphis would not fly anywhere else. We have to start expecting more out of these places, or they will continue to get worse.

Best Chicken Sandwich around. Tea was perfect and the Mac and cheese with the tenders were awesome. Service was friendly and fast. Received everything we ordered including a smiling staff

I DONT know why but every single time I come, they are "closed" even though it's 6 pm, only taking card, or has to be exact change. It's always something! I tired it only once when they first open and it was delicious, but the way it's going I'm sure it would be close in no time. Lazy workers not wanting to do nothing but get paid while being on the phone.

Never written a Yelp review before, but I couldn't let this slide. I paid $5.29 for a sandwich with a slice of chicken so thin that you could hardly see it. Terrible waste of money. Worst part about it is that I actually bought two of these, and they both looked like that. (See picture)

Not going to go into the food. It's Bojangles...you should already know it's quite tasty! Service was spot on and super friendly! I love how the first thing you see inside the restaurant is the kitchen window through which you can see them making biscuits from scratch. Oh...and they also have it rolling quickly too. No waiting in a line for a long time!

@bojangles This a childhood favorite, glad they are back in Memphis! The chicken biscuit has been my favorite of all times. The tender chicken filet and the homemade biscuit...ummmm! I add honey to mine! Always fresh! @yelpmemphis

I won't eat at this Bojangles anymore. Ordered the grill chicken. The chicken was old, dry and small. It likely sat in one of those drawers all day. If you see the chicken look like that don't serve it. That's just disrespectful. I took a bite thinking maybe it taste better than it looks. Nope! I was already on the highway. I will take that L but never again. The service was terrible too but I expect this in Memphis.

Disney even deserve 1 star customer service was so a** and the tenders WERE RAW worst play I've eaten at so not recommend food was terrible and the ambience was worst

An absolute great experience we walked in and Miss Star greeted us very happily to serve our big group!! Absolutely delicious food was all fresh and great atmosphere! They even recommended some blueberry biscuits and they were delicious! We got extras for breakfast tomorrow! We're on a road trip but if we pass by we will for sure stop by Bojangles!!
