Bojangles

40 minutes to get our food! Location’s a/c was broken when I visited. The employees were too busy having a personal conversation- complete with cursing - instead of taking our order. The bathroom’s hand dryer didn’t work. No paper towels. The workers seemed very new. And the manager who was sitting at a dining table seemed disinterested in helping. Even if he was on break, it appears the location needs better training. He did eventually return from his break. According to the employees, his name is Manny. When Manny returned to the kitchen, I made him aware that we have not received our food yet and that we were waiting an excessive amount of time. Instead of being concerned and apologetic; he said he didn’t know what we ordered and walked away. The syrup in the soda machine was also out so every drink tasted watered down. All while flies buzz around. Wonderful dining option! It took 30+ minutes to complete the order…

Food is ALWAYS good but this location seemed SUPER sketchy. Young kids hanging out in the lobby & a homeless guy was sleeping on one of the tables, didn't even get greeted when we first walked in, bathrooms were disgusting, it was SUPER hot inside too & I felt on edge the entire time. Definitely go through the drive-thru if you go here.

Worst experience at a fast food place and ANY BOJANGLES ACROSS THE U.S. I went here and ordered a 3piece meal and also tenders with dirty rice. My friends chicken had been cooked in old oil (pic doesn't do it justice) it was black and tasted like oil. My tenders were cold and rubbery. To make matters worse I opened the dirty rice and to my surprise not only did it smell burnt it tasted burnt. I went inside and the employees gave me some excuse about how the manager was gone and they didn't swap the oil out. I asked for a refund so he went to process it and then ended up charging me a 2nd time for MORE than what my meal was worth. I was told the receipt machine didn't work so no proof could be given. I don't live in the area so I've tried calling for 2 weeks now and the phone is disconnected (what kind of establishment are you people running so unprofessionally?) Ive called corporate and they said I had to file a complaint online which I did but still have not heard back. This is a dirty and disgusting location and should honestly be shut down or have new management. I'm sure they don't wash their hands often in here. I will not stand by and be double charged for the worst food service I've ever experienced in life especially since I have food service in my work history. Id give 0 stars if I could.

I was wondering why this place was empty! At time of arrival. This young people should learned costumer service, chicken was burnt not a great taste. Also please at least check your bathroom to see if they are clean for your costumers! At last please hire people with more experience.

The food was hot, and the service was polite and fast. I received mashed potatoes instead of macaroni and cheese, and no fork was included. That aside I liked the sweet tea especially compared to other fast food places. Biscuit was my fave part.

Hard to find a bojangles up here in the DC/Baltimore area and they always seem to be in sketchy neighborhoods. Food is good and our family loves it. But the atmosphere and area in which this place is makes some folks nervous. But common theme around here is if you see a bojangles then your probably in a bad neighborhood. Also service is lacking. Several people came in complaining about their orders being messed up and our order took over 30 min to get out. Kitchen needs work and operations needs overhaul. Ordered a chicken biscuit and got a chicken sandwich instead. Keep in mind I waited 30 min for my order and now waited another 30 min for my chicken biscuit.

Don't let the grimy floors and shoddy surroundings trick you. These people do fastfood right. I ordered a full family meal which consists of 20 peices of chicken, 10 buscuits, four medium-sized sides, and two half-gallons of sweet tea. All this was put in my hands in less than 10 minutes. When I finally got home the food was still warm. We dig in and everyone agrees that the food is good, but the chicken, the chicken is the true breadwinner. Also, I recommend asking for Bo's sauce for whatever you buy!!

Was in line for 8 mins with no one to take my order. Appeared to be understaffed. Bathroom needs attention.
