Bojangles

Me and my husband come here almost every Sunday morning to have breakfast before church, and almost every time we are here it’s the same lady up front slick back bun and rude as rude can be who takes our order, I order the same thing every time and still my order is always wrong, the fries are completely dry and absolutely NO seasoning taste even when I ask for extra like I’m eating cardboard. This is my first ever bad report on a restaurant weather it be fast food or not, this is very disipointing and they will definitely not be getting mine or my husbands time again.

The food was amazing as it always is. I can’t think of a better place to go for a nice biscuit in the morning. Forget about McDonald’s this place wins hands-down.

We got the chicken supremes with fries. They were lukewarm at best and kinda tasted old. The young man waiting on us was in training but did a good job. We were too hungry to complain. Next time, we will certainly ask for and wait for a fresh order.

We ordered 4 steak and biscuits with 2 slices of tomato on each one. And 5 packs of mayo. Pretty simple order you would think but noooooo! Only 2 of the sandwiches had 1 slice of tomato and the other 2 had none and only 4 packs of mayo. We even asked them twice if there were 2 tomatoes on each one....oh yes yes I was told. And no napkins to top it all off!! Please teach your staff basic math if would be so helpful 😡😡😡

This was one of the most disappointing meals I've had at any Bojangles. Ordered 8 pc family meal plus an extra fry. Everything had been overcooked and we could tell it had been sitting there for quite some time. The fries had very little seasoning (best part). All good was lukewarm at best. BTW, kids liked the Mac n cheese.

For the most part the service and food here is good. There are moments that could use some work. I will say that the Bojangles coffee is the only coffee I have ever been able to drink black. It is delicious. One downside for the people who can’t do spicy they got rid of the home style chicken biscuit. I hope one day they will bring it back.

My dad and I just stopped by here and got us both their new bbq sandwich and 2 reg fries and it cost $18.09 !! No drinks. The sandwich barely has any meat on it. It’s mostly slaw!! What in the world??!! Will not be getting this again!! No wonder it’s for a limited time and in that case they should give you more meat!! Couldn’t even see the meat!! Also the seasoned fries are TOOOO seasoned!! I couldn’t even eat them. Just a waste of money..and ya wonder why they’re never busy.. this says it all

Biscuits are much better than KFC's now tiny Biscuits. Sides are unique, and the chicken has just a little kick. The people who work there are always nice and quick.

My girlfriend placed an order here for just a sandwich and a kids chicken tender. the order was supposed to be done at 11:30am, but they were rude and didn't pay hardly any attention to her. she finally got her stuff at 12pm, and she even placed a mobile order way ahead of time. it was supposed to be a curbside, but she had to go in because they just didn't care that she was even out there waiting forever. don't go here if you wanna be in and out at a decent time.

As a 15 year old girl I know what a good chicken tender tastes like, I also know what a good fry tastes like. Let me tell you. My fries tasted like some sort of fish stick mixed with a hush puppy and it was NOT good (even the chicken tasted like fish sticks). I even have to wait to get them. I had barely any fries and the chicken was so small I thought it was a fry. Although the people were nice the food was not. I went through the drive through with some good expectations because my mom was hyping the place up so I was ready for some good chicken. JK IT WASN'T GOOD. I genuinely don't recommend just go to zaxbys next door. I know there's a long wait but it's worth it. (Ambiance was good) (it made me say that) THE BISCUIT WAS AMAZING THOUGH. -sincerely a 15 year old girl.

Stopped in around noon for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was cold and greasy. The egg was dry and cold. And the sausage was hard almost burnt and cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. I went through the drive thru. I won't make that mistake again..I will just keep on driving.

Morning shift is great service and food, but night shift could improve.. I have gotten several wrong orders in the evening

Nice, clean, great staff, fresh food, parking big enough for my truck and camper. Overall great experience.

It is hit and miss with this place. Make sure you check your chicken before you drive away and make sure that it is not old. As Long as you get fresh chicken and biscuits, it is very good.

Bojangles has changed their biscuit recipe and they are much better! Bojangles frequently has promotional offers and their chicken is less expensive than Jacks. Bojangles also offers a broader selection of sides.

I know labor is hard to find but dang. A Monday evening after waiting in line 25 min, this is what we get. Over cooked chicken, it was just burnt crust. Tasted like it had twice as much seasoning as it should have had, way to salty. Biscuits were fair. Mac and cheese was not bad. Dirty rice had pieces of sausage sized like a half of patty, but it was fair. The name says Famous Chicken. I can assure you this is not the chicken that made them famous.

Great chicken and biscuits food was great service was even better overall a good place for lunch/dinner/breakfast and really nice employees.

The ladies at the window love my dogs. Gave them a piece of sausage. We're incredibly sweet and friendly. Food was good. Will take dogs to Bojangles again.

Their biscuits are the best around here. I like to get some at the drive thru and take home to have for breakfast the next morning. Service was fast and friendly at the drive thru. I like to put honey on my biscuits. It's a perfect breakfast food if you are in a hurry to get to work. It goes well with orange juice or coffee.

Certainly the best fast food breakfast around me in Soddy Daisy. I have yet to go into the restaurant, but the drive-in is fine. The food has been hot each time I have ordered. Those hash rounds are seriously good, too good. Strawberry jam on my Cajun chicken biscuit and my day is complete!

This is the best chicken and biscuits in Soddy! The staff is very friendly and the location is always clean.

BoJangles is Soddy-Daisy for Sunday lunch. Dine in on a very busy day at Bojangles. Many of the large family picnic boxes going out the door. The crew at this location is friendly and seem to care that the customer enjoys their meal. Food is no snd fresh and the chicken is not greasy like some other places. Today we had the two piece dinner with a breast and a leg, a Bojangles biscuit with honey, and dirty rice of our side. Served up steaming hot. Sweat ice tea to drink. Clean place, nice people, good hot food, and reasonable prices. Hard to beat it for fried chicken.

I am not a Bojangles fan. I hate their chicken, hashbrown rounds, breakfast. The worst fried chicken place. No thank you.
