Came for their AYCE Korean fried chicken and AYCD Sapporo beer - 1.5 hrs limit ($32 pp). Can only order combos for AYCE instead of all wings. Chicken is crispy tho The service was reallyyy slow for both chicken and beer refills - there was only one server working for like 6 tables 😭 felt bad for him. Absolutely fantastic. The fried chicken was THE BEST EVER! And the short ribs were also the best we have had. Also, the coldest glass of beer I’ve ever had. They do an amazing job infusing flavor into the food. The food pairs incredibly well with their Suntori Whiskey. It is so smooth and mild with a great flavor .

Came randomly on a Tuesday afternoon. I got 10pc wings and a lemonade. I got half soy garlic and half hot spicy. The food came out lightning fast and was honestly very delicious! Each wing had a shatteringly crisp coating, crunching distinctly in my mouth and giving way to the juicy, tender, and flavorful meat within. I liked the spicy wings better than the soy garlic, but both were awesome. The soy garlic had a savory, slightly sweet flavor that complemented the chicken well, whereas the hot spicy ones had a bold savory kick (tasted like gochujang to me) which helped balance the richness of the chicken and elevate the experience. As of writing this review, they offer all you can eat fried chicken and beer for $32! I'll definitely come back and try this another time, genuinely a great deal considering how good the chicken is. I couldn't seem to find hours on this place, so I asked my server, and she said they open at 12pm and close between 11pm and 2am depending on the day/traffic.

One of the few rare places left in the city where the deal is actually worth it. The chicken and beer combo is frankly unbeatable in the city. The chicken is all made to order and super fresh. There are several options to choose from such as soy garlic, Cajun, garlic Parm and others. The beer is Sapporo and comes super cold. When it's busy it can be a bit slow to get a refill but understanable.

Cash Only restaurant, be sure to visit a ATM before. The food was definitely worth the time and was very savory with lots of options particularly chicken and spicy dishes. Environment was also great with closeness to the subway and also lots of attractions nearby. Much recommended dinner and date spot.

Ordered the catering package for holiday party and everything arrived hot, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The flavors were incredible and the presentation was excellent. Our guests loved it. Highly recommend Boka for any event or gathering.

The best place for KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN! The chicken wings are always delicious and crisp on the outside. The service was quick and helpful. They even let my dog in (I asked them before going in and they approved but they did wonder how big my dog is. We had a Maltipoo so it’s a small dog). Atmosphere was chill! I’d definitely recommend this spot. I’ll be back this Friday LOL

Came here for the fried chicken and wow… this might actually be the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Perfect crunch, super juicy, and dangerously addictive. The owner was so warm and ưelcoming, even gave us two extra watermelon soju shots just because. Good food, good energy, no regrets. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to. 🍗🍉✨

Perfect spot for a birthday lunch! I was craving beer and some good wings, and we seriously lucked out finding this gem. You enter through this really cool art wall shared with another restaurant, and once you step inside Boka, the vibe completely pulls you in. Their all-you-can-eat + drink deal is such a great price for what you get. The wings were exactly what I wanted -- crunchy, flavorful, and so satisfying. And the beer? Served in the coldest mug ever, which made every sip extra refreshing. Service was amazing too. Our server went above and beyond and even surprised me with birthday shots, which made the whole experience even more special. If you're looking for great wings, ice-cold brews, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere, Boka is definitely the move -- especially for a celebration!

Truly solid Korean Fried Chicken spot with some of the best fried chicken in NYC. Soy Garlic is great, and the hot spicy is even better. Other dishes I'd say are fine, and totally acceptable, I love me some rice cakes and those were really good, the LA Galbi was honestly more mid than I expected. It's cash only, the drinks are great, and the vibes are on point. Service felt overwhelmed when we were there on a Saturday night at 10pm, but everything we needed happened. Not an everyday spot, but certainly a place I'll return.

I loved this drop in visit! Cash only and quick service for sure. The spot is small so I'd be mindful of party size. There were 6 of us on this visit and I'm not sure I'd recommend more than that. We got the unlimited fried chicken and an order of the fried beef dumplings. No notes on the food! I loved how crispy the chicken was and their sauce is great. The dumplings were crunchy but definitely not in a bad way. I also had the Sakura lychee martini and it was so refreshing. I'm looking forward to going back!

Stopped by here last night and really enjoyed it. The chicken was excellent, juicy meat with a thick, crispy, well seasoned crust. I went with the half soy, half hot combo, and it had just the right amount of heat and flavor. The wings were especially good, juicier and more tender than the drumsticks, so I'd lean toward wings next visit. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, perfect for an easy dinner out. Service was not super friendly, but attentive, and quick to bring out the food and drinks. Price wise, I paid around $26 to $28 for a beer, six wings, and three drumsticks. They also offer an all you can eat, all you can drink option for $32, which seems like a great deal. Overall, solid spot with tasty chicken, comfortable vibes, and welcoming service. Definitely recommend.

Peak Korean food, and dining experience. Everything is affordable and taste exceptional. Make sure you have cash as it is a cash only establishment. It is small in size, but it gives a artsy prohibition fusion dining aesthetic. Service is on point especially if you get the oil you can eat wings on Sunday.

Have been looking for a Korean fried chicken place. The chicken was delicious - crispy and juicy. Small place and cash only. Went a bit crazy because we wanted to try a lot of the menu items. Had 3 types of chicken as well as the buns, dumplings, pancakes, udon, bulgogi and bimbibap. I've had better bulgogi but everything else was spot on. Great, friendly service and food was served fast and hot. Will definitely be back.

I had my first date w my husband at Boka 14 yrs ago at the east village and prior to that Boka on st. Marks was the hang out place to get wings and grab a bite with all friends. I am here for the holidays and visiting Boka two days ago I was shocked to see it gone at st. Marks.... So i had to google and was happy to know they exist on the UWS. Though the name isn't on the store front. Boka shares the space with a Japanese restaurant at 410 Amsterdam. The chicken wings remain the same. Excellent wings.

This is the second boka I've tried and both are equally wonderful. The restaurant in St Marks is better for a sit in but this is perfect if you want to grab Boka to go. It's kind of like a pop up in another restaurant or something. Either way I'm just happy to have Boka closer to home! I love the chicken drumsticks and always get the soy garlic. I miss the rice balls! Usually fast service, always hot.

Got take out and the food was very tasty and the portions were large. The kimchi pancake was good, but did not taste much of kimchi. We tried the short ribs and marinated pork for our entrees. Both were very good, tender and flavorful. The pork was perfectly spicy. We would definitely go back and I would recommend giving this place a try.

I've never ordered from this restaurant. And....I never will I got a food delivery from this restaurant tonight and called to let them know that one of their actual customers wasn't going to get their food since it was in my apartment. Their response? "What the F do you want me to do about it" Nice.

I have ordered food from this place twice. The first time I ordered, the hostess was super nice, she took my order and let me sit in the waiting area for my food. I ordered the spam kimchi fried rice and "the works fries". I don't know if I was hungry but I ate the whole thing! I ordered the same thing again my second time around. This place is shared with another sushi place so don't be confused if you visit this location. I highly recommend the spam kimchi fried rice and "the works fries"!

Disappointed as we love Korean food and there are none in the area. No phone to reach the restaurant--phone listed had an automatic message saying mailbox not set up. And, the menu to order on line was very limited. L. A. galbi--stringy meat beef fried rice--not bad, not good Korean wings--not bad, not good I know it is a new place, but I think it is a chain and hopefully will have a better experience in the future.

We ordered chicken drumsticks, wings, LA galbi, and a kimchi pancake for delivery after many satisfying meals downstairs at Sushi Nonaka, run by the Japanese wife of Boka's owner. Our order was wrong - rather than hot and spicy wings, we were given sweet drumsticks. All the chicken was soggy, with none of the famed crispiness of Korean fried chicken. The LA galbi was similarly soggy and tough, not the tasty lovely grilled short ribs I had expected. There was no hint of browning and grilling on the grey tough pieces of overly garlicky beef. The kimchi pancake was also a soggy mess. Perhaps this is not the proper food for delivery orders, but this certainly is not the proper restaurant for any of the food. Stick with Nonaka for sushi, and get your Korean food elsewhere.

Ordered the wings half spicy/half soy garlic, the LA galbi, and the spicy pork. The LA galbi was the best. Really nice marinade with good balance in flavors. Plus, portion size was very generous. Spicy pork was okay. Not the best but not the worst. The wings were really not good. First, the arrived ice cold while the two meat dishes were still piping hot. Like the wings were sitting out for a long time and thrown in with the freshly prepared dishes as an afterthought. They were also really soggy with too much sauce. No crispness whatsoever. The spicy wings were decent in flavor but the soy glazed were overwhelmingly sweet and almost inedible. Was really disappointed since they sell themselves as a Korean fried chicken restaurant. I'm ethnically Korean and was really disappointed overall.

I wanted something special for the Super Bowl for my Son and I to enjoy. We chose the Korean wings and drum sticks with their spicy finish (delicious and tasty) and the cauliflower bites which were equally good.

My friend and I were so glad to finally see this place was open for Korean fried chicken! It was a great experience wait staff was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. We had the kimchi fried rice, soy garlic drusmsticks, and fries. We'll definitely be back!

The best fried chicken wings I have ever eaten. Holy crap. And I'm not big into fried things. But this is just another whole universe. You must try, at least once, or you are missing out on a peak life experience.
