Outstanding service from Lidice! She was incredibly energetic, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. She truly adds a great vibe to the place and does an amazing job managing all her tables, making sure everyone is served and happy. I even watched her jumping from the front to the kitchen, helping coworkers and keeping everything running smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about both customers and the team. Excellent energy and service—thank you, Lidice!

This is the best airport food I’ve ever had, I would go here whether it was the only option or not. My salad was fresh and the presentation was better than most I’ve ever had. Fries were battered and delicious. My drinks were appropriately strong. The vibe and music were great! Based on other reviews it’s a hit or miss, but for me it was a hit and I’ll come any time I’m in this airport. Prices were a little high but what else do you expect from an airport restaurant? The value of the food and environment were worth the price alone.

Over 30 minutes to get a single salad to go in an airport. It wasn't busy, the staff was standoffish, and generally unresponsive. Go somewhere else, this place is horrible... Only one guy was helpful, but he heard what i said and disappeared... the others had earbuds in.

If you find yourself in the Fort Lauderdale airport and looking for something to eat, Bokampers is a good option. It's a traditional sports bar with a large menu and many drink options. Plenty of TVs entertain you while waiting for your next flight. I enjoyed the crispy chicken sandwich topped with spicy mayo, pickles, and lettuce and served with fries on the side ($18). The chicken breast was large and fried well and the spicy mayo was a delicious condiment. It wasn't very thick, and almost melted over the chicken. For dessert, my daughter insisted we get the fried Oreo cookies, which are dipped in a sweet cream batter and fries, served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce ($8). These were very good and I would highly recommend them. This comes from someone who is not typically big on dessert, but you have to try these!

Fun spot at the airport to have a lunch break. The egg rolls hit the spot. And my daughter had the black bean burrito.

My perspective of this place is a little different since we had Jet Blue vouchers covering the meal. For airport food it was good, but I would not have paid this much for a simple burger. They were severely understaffed at the time, with only two people serving along with a robot. The lady that waited on us was hustling, definitely have to give her credit

This food was absolutely delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service was excellent especially the amount of tables our waitress had that morning. Would definitely eat here again. I wish I could get take out from the airport location.

Even by airport restaurant standards, this place manages to set a new low. The server seemed genuinely bothered by the idea of having customers, and the level of rudeness was impressive in a way I wish it hadn’t been. A simple question or request was met with the kind of attitude you’d expect only after personally ruining someone’s day—except all I did was sit down. The food and atmosphere might have been tolerable, but the service overshadowed everything. If this is the level of customer interaction they consider acceptable, it might be time for certain staff members to explore a career path that doesn’t involve dealing with people. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience.

Jason food server was friendly. Service was prompt. Wings delicious. Pulled pork flavorful. Sat at the bar. Had a few drinks and food before our flight back home. No complaints.

They were actually open but we decided to leave because the food service guy had an attitude. He totally ignored us for 15 minutes. When asked about ordering he blurted out just sit there I'm not ready yet Like we're kids inside his house. Never once making eye contact with us like we were not even there. Maybe he didn't care for my United States Navy hat. We left and had breakfast at a different restaurant two minute walk further so my wife pushed my wheelchair over there instead.

It's a struggle to find good food at any airport but this spot was overall a great experience. I was served the incorrect order but that was quickly remedied and I couldn't be more impressed. The food took a while to get to the table but it was worth the wait. Very busy spot so ensure that you have enough time before boarding. Good job to the team!!

For bar food this place is pretty decent. Service was pretty quick for how packed it gets. Great to watch a game at or the holiday boat parade. The place is huge so good for groups.

Had a quick bite before our flight. I've been to regular Bokamper locations, this airport spot was awesome. They had a robot to deliver food, but we had a human waiter lol. He was friendly and attentive. Veggie burger was good, salad was a good size for sharing. There are TVs all around to catch the news and stay entertained before your flight.

This is an excellent location in the Fort Lauderdale airport directly next to gate F1 and the bar area looks like a great place to hang out. However, my review is on the dining for lunch and the sit down table. I decided to try the award-winning pork sandwich and a Diet Coke. The server was excellent and the restaurant very clean and I was hoping to have a very good experience. The Diet Coke was served in a plastic bottle which was fine by me however, the award-winning pulled pork sandwich was served with mustard flavored barbecue sauce that I did not care for as this is very different from regular bbq sauce. Also the french fries were severely undercooked and soggy that completely lacked taste and I would've greatly preferred McDonald's french fries. However, the big shocker for me was when I went to pay the bill they included a mandatory 18% gratuity tip and a 2.8% fee to process a credit card. Although I probably would have tipped 20% as my server was excellent the fact that I was not told about an 18% mandatory fee was a little offputting, but understand that we have a lot of international travelers here that don't know how to tip. However, the real shocker for me and what really annoyed me was the mandatory 2% credit card fee as I've never seen this at any restaurant and that alone deserves a one star review on yelp.

Placed order on kiosk for to go (one sandwich). They forgot about it and when I asked thirty min later (by the time someone finally showed up), I finally received a soggy sandwich. Don't go here if you're in a hurry!

One of the few restaurants to choose from. Well, we got food elsewhere and sat there to eat and buy a couple of drinks. Well, the lady there rudely stated we can't eat in there even if we bought drinks. So, we got up from the table and went to the bar and ordered two drinks and fries, just so we could have a place to sit, eat and drink. However, the food didn't look good, neither were the fries.

A 50th Birthday to Remember! We recently celebrated a very special 50th birthday at Bokamper's and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. But what truly made the event extraordinary was the exceptional service we received. Our waitress, Stephanie, went above and beyond in every possible way. She was attentive, incredibly friendly, and somehow managed to anticipate our every need before we even had to ask. Her genuine warmth and attention to detail made everyone feel like VIPs, especially the birthday guest! A huge thank you to the entire team-- Vanessa, for helping me set everything up, and especially to Stephanie for making the birthday celebration so wonderful. Highly recommended for any special occasion--or just because you deserve a great meal with outstanding service.

I've never been to Bokampers original location on the intracoastal, so this is for the large space in the Ft Lauderdale airport. I was hungry and had time to kill before my South American vacation, so I popped in for something to eat and have a drink to help sleep on the long flight. Wings were crispy and tasty, I think I had thier special Buffalo/BBQ then they are chargrilled finished. Blue cheese is served in tiny sealed Sysco foods type prepackaged cups. 8 wings and 2 bloody Marys cost me $65- they include the tip here because many foreigners don't have the ridiculous tipping culture that America has because most modern countries pay a livable wage. I found this place to be ludicrously OVERPRICED for what you get. Measured pours, bloody mix was the same crap you get from Sysco. Burgers were over $20! WTF?!? If your looking for a meal of Sysco or US Foodservice or Cheney Bros Intl, frozen prepackaged foodservice items, at 15-20x what Bokampers pays, then enjoy!

This is the restaurant I always stop at in Ft. Lauderdale when I have a layover. This is probably my 4th or 5th time at this restaurant. I used to like it because it was chill and if you had a long layover, the servers were nice and had no problem taking care of you for your extended "stay" at their table. Today was a different story. We had a server who was super sweet. My mom, 6mo old son and I ate, had some cocktails, and told our server we'd be here for 3-4 hours for our layover. She said it was totally fine! I told her when her shift ended to let me know, we'd pay our tab with her and start with a tab with our new server once she left. I wanted more cocktails, which I told her, so she said we'd have a new server once she left. Once we paid, no one came by until the MANAGER (at least an hour after our server left) The manager, Cebelo, came on to work after we were already finished eating. My mom and I were in the far back corner booth, as not to disturb anyone with a baby. She was leaning against her backpack with my sleeping 6mo old, and I was laying down on the other side of booth when the manager, Cebola (I think that's how you spell it) came to our table. He told my mom to put her feet off the booth and I had to sit up, which we complied. I propped my backpack up, just like my mom had hers (not laying down, just leaning against my full Jansport backpack) and he came back to tell me I had to sit up again. I was like, uh I'm not laying down I'm barely leaning against my backpack, just like my mom, which I've also done every time I've come to this restaurant in the past. Apparently I'm not allowed to lean on a backpack because I don't have a baby, per his words. I've never had problems here before. We had no problems for the 3hrs we were at this restaurant until Cebola came on his shift. Let's also express how EMPTY the restaurant was while this was going on. Maybe a handful of people at the bar and 4/5 of the tables were open, so it's not like they were busy, needed the table, or had anyone around us! I'm all about following the rules, but this guy was an a***ole for no reason. He told us we had to pay to be at the table (which we already did, and planned on spending more money but none of his servers came back to take care of us once the first one got off work). We left since we couldn't RELAX in an airport after paying for food and drinks at a restaurant. I will be finding a new place to chill at the Ft. Lauderdale airport. No need to deal with that a***ole manager when there are plenty of places that won't mind you spending money and sitting to relax during your layover. Thank you Orlando for making our experience great, even with the crappy manager. He wasn't our server, but he stopped by and was super sweet. I'm already an anxious flyer, especially with a baby now, so he made me feel very welcome. Cebola on the other hand, the manger of all people, can kick rocks with no shoes on.

Overpriced public school food. Go anywhere else but here. What an effin joke. Service is lacking. More interested in pushing people to bar to serve booze at 9am.

We liked Bokampers! We flew out of FLL-MYR last July. The atmosphere was very nice, clean and great for watching Sports. The service was good but the food was delivered by a robot which was cool but unexpected. The food was alright, not the best. If you are in FLL and want some food and a place to watch the game than I would probably recoment Bokampers at FLL

There are not many sit down places at the Fort Lauderdale airport, so Bokampers is one of the choices. The dining area is roomy and the tables have a good distance between them. The menu is limited compared to the Bokampers on the Intracoastal, but they do have a good amount of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This last time I had their wings and they were just OK...nothing to rave about... You can sit at the bar or get a table for a more relaxed experience.

While the ambiance was pleasant, the service was a significant letdown. I'm not quite sure what happened here, our waitress seemed to vanish after taking our order, she never came to check on drink refills and failing to place our sushi order. We found ourselves flagging down other waiters out of frustration trying to get some type of service, as he did not seem to mind providing coverage but he was clearly busy attending to his own tables. Additionally, the disconnect between prices and value further compounded the disappointment. The subpar service combined with the perceived lack of value made the overall experience less enjoyable.

My family and I attended Bokampers during the lunch hours. We pulled up to the dock on our boat and were greeted by an employee of Bokampers that helped us dock. When we were seated, our waiter promptly came to get our drink orders and appetizers. We ordered margaritas (Raspberry Mint Margarita & Spicy Watermelon Margarita), mimosas and some other drinks. We also ordered the calamari, which was extra crispy and tasted amazing. When we ordered lunch, we ordered the shrimp salad and Mahi tacos. Overall, our waiter was great and very attentive. Food was excellent. I'll definitely attend again.

Food was good. However, the server (Kellie) provided us completely inadequate service. I ordered buffalo wings with a side of fries and I requested extra blue cheese, but this didn't come with my order. When informed Kellie I didn't receive my fries and dressing, she said give her 2 minutes. I think she meant 32 minutes because she never returned to our table until I asked for my bill. There were 3 other tables (2 customers at each) that were waiting for an extraordinarily long amount of time to get a menu or have their tables wiped off from the previous diners. In fact, one table was getting up to walk out, but Kellie stopped them saying someone will be there in a minute to take care of them. The girl that came to their table did not see any urgency in serving anyone. She walked around as though she was on a leisurely stroll thru the shopping mall. Mind you this restaurant is in the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and customers DO have urgency to make their scheduled flights. You may say "just don't tip her" and that'll be that. I would have possibly done this or maybe give her 5% tip (by the way, I ALWAYS tip 20% minimum). However, the restaurant automatically adds 18% to your check. In my humble opinion, guaranteeing food servers a tip of X% promotes inadequate service period. What is Kellie's incentive if she knows she is guaranteed an 18% tip? One other note to mention, the restaurant charges an additional 2.8% if you use your credit card versus cash or debit cards.

This was literally right next to my JetBlue flight gate! It was perfect to watch the football playoffs! Service was fast and accurate! I ordered chili at first not knowing their cowboy chili has corn in it. Once I told the waitress I was allergic she didn't make a face or anything took it away and asked what else I would like to order Instead. Had the wings very good! Barbacue and spicey nice touch!

The food was great, but due to being understaffed, the service was not great. The staff was nice, but the food took forever and they were very slow with taking payment after taking forever to bring the check.

Came here to grab a beer before my flight. I have been to many Bokampers locations before, but never inside an airport. I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered a beer. I had some bad takeout earlier and thought about ordering some wings, but decided not to. Everything I'm the airport is overpriced. A beer normally would cost $5 to $7 bucks costs $12 in the airport. But at least the service was nice. I was not looking forward to a long flight, but having a beer before a flight seems to come me down. Would come back and have another beer next time, but probably not be ordering any food.

We accidentally ended up at this place and we're glad we did. The servers were so friendly and attentive. The food was hot, fresh and fast. We all loved our food. We sat outside on the patio which was nice.

Service here is really bad. Employees seem to be stressed out when on shift. Idk if it's understaffing or just employees that don't want to be here. Overall the waiters are so busy they seem to be in a rush and don't really check in on you unless you waive them down. Overall the chicken sandwich I had was over cooked and too crispy and the driest sandwich I had in a while. I had to take my girlfriends sauce to put on my sandwich to finish it. She says her burger was good tho. Overall regretting coming here I could have just went to steaks and shakes and spent 1/3 of what I spent here and been more satisfied.

Boneless wings were overpriced and were like rubber to chew! Service was good. Probably wouldn't dine here again.

Stephanie and Evan best bartenders ever. Service was amazing. Bartenders were friendly and accommodating. It truly was the best experience I've had at boat campers in a while.

Selection is very small. At an airport food should have more options disappointed in this place no wonder it's empty. They are strict only breakfast 7-10 And the price high for food that sucked

Stopped in to kill some time before a local event. Seems like a nice place to stop by, have a beer and watch the game.

I had went here while I was waiting to catch my flight. The customer service was great but the flavor of the wings were okay. I had the egg rolls also and I really enjoyed those. The prices of the food was definitely what you could expect especially being in the airport. I love that they had robots that would deliver people's food to the tables. The robots did get a little confuse at times. They do automatically put the gratuity on your bill regardless of your party size. If you are looking for sit down restaurant or want to grab something quick you can do that here.

Ambiance is great, off the water. It's a fun type sports bar. Food was typical sports bar food, nothing over the top but everyone was satisfied and happy.

Bokampers is a nice spot to chill at before your flight. I had a layover here during the Super Bowl and wanted to watch it while I had a 2 hour layover. I was glad I had a table to eat and watch the big game before flying home. I had their Buffalo Chicken Tators and Signature Wings. They were flavorful and very filling. It was a good meal for the Super Bowl. I was provided with good service and I spent time layover time well here. Overall, a good airport sports bar to burn time while you wait for your flight. I would return if I had another long layover at this airport.

The service is as miserable as the staff. This is an airport eatery so we know the bar is low but there should be one. I don't feel the staff wants to be here. Unlike other options in the terminals, Bokampers did not have a long line. No line actually. And now I know why. Empty seats at the bar so I took a seat. Took all most 8min for the bartender to acknowledge me then a few more for him to take my simple drink order. After a laughable 15min I received my drink. The gentleman tracker next to me also received less than stellar service. That seems to be the trend as people sat down, did not get acknowledged and walked off after 5min or so. How about the food? Don't know. They were out of the crispy chicken sandwich but we have the grilled. Cool. Nope! The POS will not sell any chicken today. Ok the burgers look good. The women next to me said she'd been waiting more than 30min for her food. The other bartender was snippy at a traveler a few seats down asking for a condiment for his burger. Pass. I'd like to pay my tab (for a single drink) please after sitting here for 1hr with no follow up on refills, food they have, or an apology. Also note 18% is added to you bill. For what I don't know Slow service might be forgiven but rude staff who pass over guests can not. There's a reason there's no line.

I was in the Ft.lauderdale airport. I decided to stop at the Bokampers. I always enjoy the food and the staff! Boy, was I disappointed . The bartender was very much in a rush and couldn't be bothered. I asked for a burger well- done he told me I couldn't have it. it could only be Medium well! I said I would like it well done! He said oh well its not going happen, and shrug his shoulders! I was stunned . I been to all the Bokampers and the staff us always pleasant. May your Bartender Jason need a course in customer service. But I will never return to this restaurant again. Your second Bartender Waynesly was very nice. You need more like him!

Just spent $71.00 with tip to dine at this restaurant and our meal consisted of chicken strips, wings, an order of fries and two cokes. I didn't know the bill included an 18% gratuity and I still tipped $12.00 ON TOP of this. Both my wife and I had different flights and I had to leave before she did. She still had fries on her plate and coke in her bottle. So she was just there relaxing before she needed to head to her gate. She was approached by a woman and told she had to leave because our server left a long time ago. Yet there were people behind her on their laptops working and no one else was confronted about their need to leave. She then asked to speak to a manager and was told she needed to spend more to stay. I'm sorry? This restaurant is a seat yourself establishment. I've paid over $70 for freaking chicken strips, wings and cokes and this is how you treat select people? Never again.

Ok, I know this is airport food.....but it's absolutely grotesque. The hamburgers are charred like hockey pucks and I was honestly tempted to bag a sample to send it to a lab and see whether it's actually beef......because I have my suspicions. For $21....real ground beef isn't asking too much, is it? The onion rings were soggy and the bacon tastes like it's left over from breakfast.....from several days ago. How come Orlando and Tampa airports have real restaurants.....and we have this? Fort Lauderdale deserves better.....doesn't it? Ok, one more thing, the music they play sounds like something you would drown your sorrows to....think ultimate breakup playlist. Really hoping someone from the county or air port sees this and gives us real food.

5 hour layover after 6 am flight. Got a great burger. Although precooked it was full of flavor with tons of fresh crisp veggies. I added the spicy mustered to mine. Comes with steak fries. They're not seasoned. Assuming it's made for all pallets. Although its always about the food they took great care to include sockets at all wall booths and under the bar near your knees. So a drink and charge is great. Only downfall there's no public wifi!

Don't eat here. Food was expensive and not that good. They also charged us 18% tip for a table of 4 and then 4% charge for using a credit card. Our waiter sucked and tried to run away from us as we were asking for stuff. Don't eat here

Don't waste your time! Food was okay at best. We had a food voucher from spirit we wanted to use we asked our waiter if we could use it at this restaurant he said "maybe" that he would have to put our food in and if it didn't work we would have to pay with our own money. Not to mention the food is ridiculously overpriced. He was shockingly rude and when we asked to speak to a manager to see if the voucher would work he said "i don't need to get a manager for a job i do every day". Talked to someone else and they were very nice and helped us. We ordered our food and he came over 1 time to get us more water but other than that he completely ignored us. His name was Manuel. Rudest waiter i've had in my life! If you want bad food and terrible customer service go to this place.

Coming home from vacation. Got patted down by tsa and needed some lunch. So made a pit stop at bokampers for a quick lunch. Overall, pretty good. It's expensive for wings and burgers but the quality is there and the portions are massive. Servers were nice but competitive with one another. But they were prompt and accommodating. Wings were jerk seasoned which was spicy but not really hot. The Mac n cheese bites were pretty good, not dry and a good cheese flavor. The key lime pie was also a good flavor but a very dense consistency. The biggest issue was price and the bill. Price for the food was 35 then they added 18% gratutity. I much rather figure out 20% and to accordingly than try to figure out 2%. It's an easy enough fix, but I don't like having the hand forced. It's good food, just expensive. If you want bar eats it's an option

They apparently don't need or want business. I tried to have an event of nearly 100 people at their location. At least 5 attempts some I contacted people and was told I would be contacted by events manager because they couldn't talk to me. No reply whatsoever. My last text I even warned it would be my last attempt and still nothing. So, shooters was contacted and we they very responsive and professional. The $12k business went their way.

We actually had a wonderful experience here at Bokampers today. Food was absolutely excellent. One of the service members. Stephanie was absolutely outstanding. Friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Kudos to an service staff and to the manager of the afternoon. Thank you so much. Paula Bloom.

Absolutely overpriced airport tasting food... so I guess this place belongs right where it is located. We had floating black specks in our waters and sodas so I'm wondering if the fountain machine needs a filter change. The cheesesteak was bland and dry. Skip it here

Ok... So Airport food... Nobody ever really wants to eat it; Especially when you get delayed you are already angry! However today I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was here. The beer was cold and large. But would made it the best with our server Brian. He was friendly, helpful, and just an overall awesome guy! Not that I wanted to get delayed... But I'm glad I got delayed here, and got delayed with Brian!

Not bad for an airport bar. It's located right next to F1. True to its sports bar name, there are plenty of large TVs around showing all kinds of sports. The closest bathroom is just past F1. I sat at the bar, and service was friendly enough and fast. A draft craft beer wasn't too $ ($11). I had a cup of their chili ($8) and it was reeeeally good. It was loaded with meat, beans, corns, cheese & scallions. For some reason, flights I take out of FLL don't usually leave from this part of the airport. I will totally be getting my pre-flight drinks & eats here on future departures if my gate is nearby.

We did not stay for food the place was just too hot and the staff could do nothing. I hold this on management to make guests comfortable. Looked like a nice place but sadly too warm.
