Bokamper's Sports Bar & Grill

We had a great time here! The food was flavorful and the service was responsive. We had a large group and Bokamper’s were quick to accommodate us, working hard to ensure we all had what we needed. Louis and Angeline helped guide us in our selections and checked in with us frequently; their hard work and responsive service created a memorable evening for us. The wide variety of items on the menu made it easy for everyone to find something tasty. The atmosphere was fun and casual. There were quite a few TVs around, making it easy to catch up on the game while mingling with friends.

This was our first visit to Bo Kampers. The food was hot and fresh and it came out pretty quickly. The highlight of our evening was our server, Louie! He almost made the experience much better! He was funny, attentive, and detail oriented. He was kind to our kids (which goes a long way with us)! Honestly, probably the best server I’ve had anywhere in quite a long time. I would come back solely to visit Louie again!

The service was awful. We are on vacation from Michigan. The parking lot was empty at 5pm which should have been our red flag. There might have been 10 people in entire restaurant on New Years Eve? Place was basically empty. The waiter did not introduce himself and he was miserable through out our dining experience, he may want to consider a job (working from home) so he doesn’t have to interact with people. Our order was wrong and food came out in waves. One bright spot was we ordered dessert the deep fried Oreo (awesome). The only other time I experienced an empty restaurant 10 days later the restaurant actually closed the doors. I wish them well but they need to make some serious changes in management if they want to survive.

Lately I have been going to a lot of restaurants where they had a fruit fly problem but this place didn't they must have the best pest control and some great food with the best service

The restaurant was nice clean no problem. The Carolina barbecue sandwich was extremely excellent. Highly recommend the service was very nice. Good suggestion from my waitress took care of us didn’t bother us too much, but definitely took care of us. Even change the channel for me when I wanted to watch the Indy 500 so it will be a definite come back for me for the Carolina barbecue sandwich. Also, the onion rings were delicious.

Go somewhere else everything was terrible. A small piece of glazed non seasoned fish $20.00; a grease bucket for burgers and fries. Just no! Such a shame because it’s a beautiful location. We will not be returning.

First and only trip to this location. Yesterday's experience was less than good. The drinks were no where near good. Not only did they sit out on the bar for 20 mins before anyone even grabbed them, but the ingredients were missing. No one wants a glass of syrup or grenadine. The staff were either watching the game or rushing us to finish eating so they could get the check paid. We have up and didn't order anything else The food order was messed up, one person did not even get her food until the rest of us were finished. Then was told it would be not charged. It was. We said separate checks but it came as one. Told the waiter they were supposed to be split so he came back and divided the total amt by 2. Nope, try again. Then ended up putting the supposedly free meal from the other couple onto our check. The only thing good here was the actual food.

We were in town for a 1 night stay before our cruise and opted for a short walk from the Renaissance West Hotel. Great 2 for 1 deal- this works for beers and mixed drinks! A lot of food choices on the menu and it was good! We had wings for an appetizer with Bo's sauce and we shared the fish and chips. Service was a bit slow considering how empty the restaurant was but the server was nice. Restaurant inside bar was big with lots of seating. We sat outside bar area by the pond to enjoy the nice weather.

I visited this sports bar a few nights ago with a friend to catch some college football. It's your classic sports bar, lively atmosphere, plenty of seating, and lots of TV screens to keep up with the action. The staff and bartender were friendly and patient. One great feature here is the large outdoor patio, which I believe hosts a live DJ on some nights (possibly Fridays). I've been here several times, and it's always a fun time with friends. The location is convenient, and it's a nice spot for drinks, quick bites, and good vibes. However, I do have one concern: the parking lot. While it's quite spacious, it's poorly lit, making it difficult to navigate safely. Using a phone flashlight is a must to avoid tripping over tree stumps or curbs. This lack of lighting can be dangerous, especially when people are leaving the bar late at night. Improving this would definitely make the experience even better.

Large sports bar with ample parking. Full bar inside including a patio bar. They do have incredible wings and burgers. Happy hour is 4p - 7p. I actually attempted the 5 pound Beast Burger challenge four times in the past at this location and sadly failed. Great place for gatherings.

Came here on Saturday night to hang out with some friends. It was fairly empty, not too many people. It was an ok vibe , not even music; which have been great to at least good music. The drink were not good , I tried multiple drinks like the blueberry mojito and didn't taste right. The chicken quesadillas was just basic , lack of flavor.

Tonight we went back to Bokampers , hey that is a good marketing slogan , he can pay me later after I say we had a "unique " experience at the bar: bartender Unique served us fresh margaritas and an ice cold corona ! Thank you manager Luis for your great hospitality- and we share the same first name. That makes us unique!! We will Be back!! Nope we are not Arnold s !!

This sports bar restaurant located in Plantation has plenty of tables and an indoor and outdoor bar but not too many patrons. We sat at the bar for the two for one happy hour and Taco Tuesday. The Mahi tacos $5 each were a little fishy smelling. The place needs a makeover. It does have potential. It's a nice building with plenty of parking. Service was nice.

One of my favorite places to visit when in south Florida! Located on the intercoastal with tremendous water views, nice menu with something for everyone! Indoor and outdoor bars, music, great selection of beers! Allie at the bar is absolutely amazing, fast friendly service always with a smile, an absolute asset to the establishment! One of the places I look forward to going to when in town! We will be back!

This is my opinion, you may have a different experience. Hopefully this review will guide you on what to order and what not to order. The bartender completely ignored us when we sat down for about 8 minutes. She helped everyone around us and did not say hi nor give us a menu. She walked by us about 7-10 times before achnowldging us. When she made her way to us, we had to ask about how to order food and finally for a menu. She upsold me on wine to a 9 ounce and then delivered me a 6 ounce and asked if it was okay. I said yes, and tasted the wine- it was sour, cold and old. A few minutes later, she came out with a fresh bottle and asked to top off the old wine with the new. (So she could still charge for 9 instead of 6.) Thankfully, she was happy to swap it for a whole new glass when I mentioned it tasting old. I am sure most bartenders do not think about spoiled wine, so it's not a big deal. The wings were unimpressive. I am sitting here writing this review with an upset stomach. It came with 8 wings for 15.99. The sauce was the second hottest from spiciest they offer, and there was NO heat to it. The wings were cooked ok. Just the sauce wasn't it for me. I didn't finish them and didn't want to take them home. The double smash burger was actually pretty decent. It had all the right toppings. It was juicy and the bun was fresh. The fries were my personal favorite. They were soft and fluffy. Our food arrived quickly, within 10 minutes from ordering. Back to the service, when our food arrived this was when the bartender gave us the most attention. She took this opportunity to put a weekday menu in front of us and explain the happy hour menu that we had missed and all of the dishes that she reccomends. We sat there awkwardly looking at our food and listening to her. I will say that when I went to the bathroom, I did have a positive encounter with one of the floor servers and she had a really nice positive attitude. Maybe, if you sit at a table you will have better service than at the bar. My boyfriend also ordered a gin and tonic drink and thought she did a great job at making the cocktail. The bill was about $70. Small wings, burger, wine, beer, and a $5 shot. It was a bit overpriced for what they are offering. This seems like a better place for cocktails instead of food or wine.

What the heck? It's a sports bar with a ton of TVs and when it's raining the satellite loses signal and the WiFi goes down. NOT a place I'd want to watch a game if any weather in the forecast. Clam chowder tastes like store bought and was served barely warm.

It's sad how much local staples like Bru's and Bokampers have fallen off. Now that Bru's. Is closed, I try to pop in to BKs every now and again because it's local. It's always bad but today was the last straw. Terrible service. Paid $9 for a terrible beer and then waited 30 mins until the next time I was checked on. To top it off, I said I had loyalty dollars and they wouldn't honor them even though I showed the email I received for bday cash. It was a good run. But I'll never be back

Tbh I don't think I'm ever going back here. Usually I don't bother with writing a review when I don't like a place but I thought it's better to warn others. The place was practically empty when I went but everything dragged along. My server seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but helping me. I understand people can have bad days but he acted like I was annoying him and didn't listen to my order. I ordered wings a burger with gluten free bun which they claimed they had. Food arrives and it is a regular bun. All of the toppers for the burger were on a dirty side plate. They take back the food and then spend nearly 40 min redoing it. When I finally get it I'm skeptical about the bun but I'm starving at this point. Looking back I don't believe the food was cooked to temperature and my current "unease" (trying to keep it polite) has me thinking the bun probably wasn't gluten free. the drink I got tasted like the alcohol had gone bad. I had to request extra juice just to get it down. Do you know how long alcohol had to sit before it goes bad? Or maybe it just wasn't stored properly. In any case, I won't be back there smh. So sad because the decor is great and the other servers looked like they were very helpful to their customers. It made me a bit jealous lol. I felt like I had to beg for everything right down to the silver ware.

Over the last couple of years the food quality has gone way down but the icing on the cake is when I went with my father to lunch there a couple of months ago . My father ordered a sandwich and when it arrived a cockroach ran off the sandwich out from under the bun and up his arm . We just got up and left after showing the server . Will never step foot in there again .

My girl and I visited bokampers around 9pm on Saturday night, there were maybe like 5 customers inside and no one sitting at the bar. We decided to sit at the bar and waited to get approached or even acknowledge by the bartender. It seemed that he was writing something, paying no attention to us, never saying hi to us. Once he was done with what he was doing he threw the marker he was using to a waiters who was sitting in the corner and still never acknowledged us. My girlfriend and I decided to leave in which I then asked for a manager and the bartender then decided to come over and speak. I then said "now you wanna say something " he then replied "I could Of said hi to him" I then cursed him and everyone who was there out. Hopefully he reads this message and I said what I said and you can message me directly we can meet. I'll give you my IG information and we can arrange it.

Fui con unas amistades a Bo Campers que esta en Fort Lauderdale. La comida fue excelente, nos encanto, yo pedi quedadilla y estaba Super!!! tambien las bebidas de limonada con fresa, el sushi, mmmm. Hay un ambiente y musica muy agradable, buena vibra!! y lo mejor fuel el servicio de Marie Omana y Jeremy y la chica de la barra, (no recuerdo el nombre) son super atentos, amables, y educados, transmiten alegria!! Volveremos cada semana :D :D

New server Laura we hit the jack pot on point attentive and so nice. Good was great and came out quickly. Watch the games here and ask for Laura as she was what made the experience great. From my beautiful wife and myself thank you and your training staff did a great job

Food was awesome Brianna our server was the bomb.com. Ambiance is really great, on the games were on which is nice for basketball season. Nice place

wow what an incredible experience- a true sports bar not just a restaurant where tv's are background! comfortable lounging chairs strangers and friends hanging out and laughing cheering and sharing a great evening! Terrific service - waiters who are always available when a drink is needed or ordering some munchies! Simple menu but perfect - tastes good and comes hot! Even space in this large spacious place where families can go or even a lounging place on the outside! When the Panthers scored the roof came off - i'll be back even though it's a 30 minute drive!

Super empty for a Sunday afternoon, which was weird, but we didn't think much of it. First glass of wine that I ordered was way under the "line" they use for pouring. Then we ordered boneless chicken wings, which were literally RAW, and the manager still tried charging us for them. Honestly will never go back because of the service, atmosphere, and food quality. Definitely gone way down hill.

We couldn't order anything! The chefs did not want to cook anything! Ordered ribs "sorry no ribs" Ordered 2 Philly instead "sorry only 1 philly left" Co worker gives it to me. Coworker orders a beef brisket "dont hate me no brisket left" Like holy shit we felt robbed after paying almost $80 Poor waitress left her a good tip anyways

we were well taken care of! the wait staff was amazing! We had a few appetizers and they were all great. Make sure you ask for extra extra sauce on the wings.

I came during opening time so it was not too busy. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. The lunch specials are great and what brought us in. The drinks were amazing, food was yummy and the outdoor seating provides a pretty cool view of massive iguanas and a rainbow! Great place to meet up with friends and not burn a hole in your pocket.

Let me start by saying this was our first visit! We've never heard of it and found it after a Dr visit looking for lunch nearby. Thank YOU Google Maps! 1st the Ambiance was what I LOVE! The music was PERFECT yesterday, 70's, 80's & current! But behbeh THE FOOD!!! OMG! Do you remember the Mac & Cheese Balls in the Season 4 Episode of Insecure? Better!!!! Lord Hammercy! The Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings on point! Drinks 2 for 1! I wish i knew the owner id throw some marketing events here to kerp him full to the rafters! Why is this place such a secret! The menu also says itz in FLL Why have I not seen it? Chiiiile im gone be in tne airport searching like a crackhead! I travel weekly! We're at the Plantation location! Thank you Herb!

Me and my friends sat at a table. We were waiting 10 minutes while two girls looked at us, passed us and smiled. Came back then walked away. No waters nothing acknowledgment. Came off as super disrespectful. Won't be going back haha

I was so highly disappointed in the food. I will say that the bank and jumbo shrimp on the appetizer menu was good. I also had a turkey burger and the bun was extremely hard. They apparently ran out of pickles so I couldn't get pickles on my turkey burger. My Husband had the steak tacos and they barely had any steak. There was more rice and beans and whatever else they put on the tacos, but it ain't steak. Onceit once upon a time I really liked this restaurant but they have fallen off. It is obvious.

The place does not seem to be busy but the servers and management walk around like they are doing a lot and actually nothing gets done. They sat us as far away as possible from everyone else to make their busy night more challenging. They also were not able to make a basic hamburger. The food was cold. Unfortunate experience.

Went to Bokampers in Plantation with my girlfriend for lunch We had a great time good food delicious fresh hot French fries we drank Arnoldpalmers refreshing drinks made just right Our waiter River was awesome very friendly very helpful answered all our questions Wow what a nice lunch menus so many items to choose from my friend had the turkey sandwich I had tuna sandwich both with fries Yummy and came out hot Our server was very attentive to our needs kept coming up and checking on us about our drinks and food awesome service We will definitely go back for lunch Nice relaxing atmosphere they have there You have to go there ask for River he will take care of you

We had a great time our last visit to Bokampers in Plantation. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our server, emmit, was very attentive. It was like he read our minds we never asked for anything. Great waiter. Nice sports bar.

Good food, good prices, good service! I'll be back. The waitresses were kind and accommodating to us and our kids. Our group was 8 kids and 3 adults.

A Total Dive. We went in as a group after our seminar Tuesday night. There was maybe a handful of people in there. Prob just because it was a Tues night. Also prob because they were closing in about 2 hours. IDK. We had the bartender to ourselves basically, so she was very attentive. Also pleasant and smiley. They had 8 tvs above the bar. They were all on the same channel. The music wasn't my style. Billy Idol and Bon Jovi. It's just not my thing. Especially when with a group and being lively. Of course, it's really dark inside. Of course you're yelling to speak. Not my type of setting anymore. Bathrooms were clean. Very convenient to the hotel.

Excellent service! Shrimps are delicious. The margarita is a must!! The ambiance is perfect.

POOR Experience. It took over an hour for us to finally get our food, all the food came out at different times, i got the french fries that came with my sandwich after dessert, my food went from table to table until the serve finally heard me screaming that that was mine. Its expensive. Soups came cold.

Just want to tell you about our favorite server,"NICOLE" and her great service and how delicious the food was. First time here and food and service was top knock. Will definitely recommend this place and Nicole is outstanding!

The food here was terrible definitely do not recommend eating. Food came out burnt, dry or stale, drinks came out flat/ watered down. The customer service wasn't all that great either especially after voicing how we didn't like the food and had to send numerous thins back. The waiter was not attentive or apologetic. Nothing here was something to brag about.

Great customer service and what a delicious meal. Took a group of 19 basketball team members and administrators . Delicious chicken sandwiches , salads and deserts . Happened upon this place while visiting Miami by mistake. We were looking for a place for lunch. I must say this Turned out to be a pleasant mistake. The food was great! Ate outside dining Service was good refilled drinks and took good care of us.

Service was decent but it was sooo cold in there I couldn't relax. Brisket was way over cooked as well as the Mahi Sandwich. Has potential but won't be back. Also, never helps when the bar area is cleaned with a sour mop.

Stopped in on a Saturday night, first time visit. Immediately noticed the AC was down. Not a big deal as the servers were apologetic and kind. We planned on staying as there was no way management didn't put on a no AC special to help the servers keep people. Server laughed and said there were no specials even though the AC was out. We left. What a shame the management didn't capitalize on the unfortunate opportunity and help the servers make money. What a shame!

Andrea E took care of us as we were in search of our Bloody Mary Sunday routine. While the Bloody Mary was not a signature cocktail, it was quite decent. Nothing to look at but tasty none the less. My guest had the half rack and enjoyed it and mentioned it was meaty. I opted for the bourbon chicken. I liked it but the side of rice and beans was meh as the rice was clumpy. The service was spot on.

Very poor service, bartender in the inside pf the restaurant tried twice to overcharge me drinks I did not order adding $20 to my tap, when I noticed it and after telling him to checked three times he removed the extra charges Brad B was the bartender and I am attaching both receipts.

Went on Friday night with my boyfriend and a friend to watch the heat game. We sat outside and it was a nice ambience. It wasn't packed which I liked and our server Rudy was great. They have yummy cocktails and the food was also yummy. We shared the Bo's signature wings, tuna wontons, and the chicken quesadilla. I especially loved the tuna wontons. I tried two different cocktails; the dragon fruit margarita and the endless summer drink which also had tequila. Both were strong and yummy. Will definitely come back for their daily happy hour.

I've eaten at Bokampers a few times. Each time I hope I'll actually be impressed, but it never happens. My family and I came here for dinner on a Friday night and sat outside on the patio because the weather was cool and beautiful. But the atmosphere was totally ruined with a loud DJ playing. I can maybe understand a DJ starting at 9pm on a Friday night, but at 6pm? Definitely too loud and just didn't fit. As for the food, it was mediocre again. I did like the Bo's signature wing sauce, but the wings themselves were a bit overdone. Onion rings were nothing special. Chicken and cheese quesadilla was decent, but not overwhelming. Service was fine. Not bad, not great. But honestly the worst part was the prices. $30 for 16 wings. $6 for a side of onion rings. $9 for a kids meal! There are so many other better sports bar restaurants within a 10 minute drive. I won't be back again.
