The Best Restaurants in Canary Wharf | Eater London

"Set over the 37th, 38th and 39th floors at the very top of the Novotel London, this restaurant, cocktail bar, and terrance features sky-high dining with stunning panoramic views of the city. Executive chef Robert Manea’s seven-course tasting menu focuses on devoting each course to his best version of a given ingredient, with standout dishes include the sweetheart cabbage, sauerkraut, and burnt mayonnaise; and stone bass cooked on a Josper grill, served with cep mushrooms and a dashi broth." - Shekha Vyas

It’s a MUST if you’re staying in the area and absolutely worth the trip if you are not. The view is second to none, but that’s not what makes this restaurant great. Their food does. I had the tasting menu with a wine pairing. Every plate was delicious and creative. The cocktail at the bar after dinner was spot on. Will definitely go again!

Didn't know what to expect of a restaurant in a hotel...but it was really worthwhile! The restaurant is on the lower of the 3 top floors (with the top being a mediocre rooftop bar, and the middle floor being a mix of food/bar) - strongly recommend to go with the set menu in the restaurant on floor 37, nice window seat, and view over London during sunset. Impeccable service, well curated food, fair prices for the setting.

Absolutely marvellous Food; the flavour, the texture, the vibrant tones in every dish as if it were a theme. Waiters and Waitresses were all so kind to my child, being accommodating to us as a family and helping whenever they can. At first I was sceptical about the size of some of the portions provided but the quality of flavours were so palatable whilst the food was filling my mouth with ecstatic power; I have travelled to many cities around the world to eat at many fine dining establishments, but none have ever made me so pleased with the food as BOKAN 37 the Chef and Team really nailed this idea of mixing Eastern European and Mediterranean into their own signature style dishes. My favourite Restaurant in London.

An incredible hidden gem, tucked away from the crowds. I was truly impressed by the view from the terrace and windows – the whole of London opens up before you. I really regret not bringing my camera. The food is excellent, and the evening atmosphere feels like you're somewhere far from London.

The best terrace in Canary Wharf! The staff is very polite and welcoming. We came around 18:30 on Friday without the reservation, there were a few tables available, which was a great surprise for me, as the weather was amazing that evening. Obviously, at approximately 20:00 the patio was already full! Thanks a lot!

Great place in Canary Wharf to get a high quality dining experience and incredible view of the city. Suitable for a date or special occasion. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was well presented but do expect small portion sizes. In appetisers, the mushroom macaroni was incredible with lovely flavour and would recommend. I found the seabass marinated in blood orange less exciting. For mains I loved both the Alaskan Cod as well as steak.

Booked via Buy-a-gift for brunch, only can be used on a Saturday but booking process simple, email confirmation. Using the voucher you have a limited menu so if you are fussy you might struggle to find something on the limited selection. We arrived early and were greeted well and invited to take in the view at the bar level 38. When ready we went down to the restaurant level 37. Service was good, complimentary water and bread & butter. Service throughout was prompt and good, we had no complaints as everything just flowed perfectly (but not being rushed, we were there for about 90 minutes). I would recommend it, even as a one-off novelty, but I personally will go again.

This places is amazing! Food location and staff are TOP of London! Victor and Nicolas take very good care of our need and made our dinner special. Don't miss to try their truffle mushed potato!
