Read the Tennessean Article and had to try it and it is awesome!   A lot of food for $18-21 with tax.   I got two sides so three bucks extra.  You get half a chicken (some of the best I ever had, tender with crispy salty skin) and the sides were interesting chef inspired spins on traditional food.  I had celery salad which was essentially celery leaf Caesar salad and the sweet potatoes, both of which were excellent.  Only complaint is the food is so good it deserves a sit down meat and three atmosphere. Without a doubt the best food I had all last year during 2019.
