I ordered tofu and they provided me with chicken! As I suffer from severe allergic reactions to any meat or dairy products! I’m literally sick to my stomach. Also the content in my order were not complete missing the tomatoes. I ordered from their website. Couldn’t even finish my food! I’m disgusted! And need a refund

They are THE BEST! Delicious fresh food always. However, this is a special review. I ordered pick up for myself via DoorDash & I somehow ordered from a different further location. When I came to collect my order from this location mistakenly, the manager & staff were superb human beings & made me my bowl, no charge. I’m very grateful & just wanted to acknowledge their extraordinary kindness & generosity given my own dumb mistake. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We used to eat here frequently but, over the past couple of years, the food quality has significantly declined. When we arrived tonight nothing looked fresh or appetizing. For some reason, certain items were not restocked and mostly old, wilted, expired looking options were on the serving line. When I pointed at the tomato container, and asked if there were more, I was told they could get more from the back if I wanted them. It seemed odd that they weren’t refilled despite it being fairly early in the evening. Sure enough, the taste of the food matched its appearance - disgusting. At that point, I was pretty certain I’d get sick to my stomach after eating, which I did. We should have considered the lack of people to be a warning that this place has gone completely downhill. The music was way too loud and the staff was not helpful or friendly. Wish we’d gone to Fresh Kitchen instead. We will most definitely never return to this place. I predict they are already on borrowed time and won’t last too much longer.

The food looks horrible!The smell inside is bad,very bad!Very noisy!I went inside with a friend,but whe. i saw the food,I refused to order anything! The smell is really really bad!My clothes smell horrible for only being inside for 10-14 minutes!

Super friendly service with delicious healthier options! Went with the Big Bol with sweet potato noodles and kale, beans and mushrooms, and teriyaki chicken and miso tofu topped with pineapple habanero sauce. It was absolutely fantastic! Only thing I’d change is I wish the pineapple habanero sauce had way more heat to it. Staff was super kind and left a friendly note on the lid of my food. Will definitely be back.

I eat here 2 or 3 times a week. I love it! During the pandemic it was the only place I ate out & I lost like 40lbs during the pandemic. Everyone is friendly, the veggies (broccoli zucchini potatoes) are good the sweet potato noodles and forbidden black rice are Great! Highly recommended. When the manager told me 2 years ago that they were gonna be running out of sweet potato noodles during the pandemic because of supply chain issues I bought a catering order of The sweet potato noodles so that I could freeze half of them and continue to have a supply while this time of scarcity was going on. that's how good they are!
