Order pick up from this location regularly. Had one experience that was less than ideal, but they were quick to address it and fixed the issue. The following orders have been great. Quality food and service!

What a great new take on select your own food style. Very tasty and lots of flavors, staff is super friendly! Highly recommended, especially the fact I’m very picky eater!

We ordered a large bowl to share. Our server said we could do two smaller ones. I had Bowl 1: kale salad, maple sweet potatoes, lemon chicken and chimichuri tomatoes. My spouse had Bowl 2: pesto noodles, thyme roasted mushrooms, lemon chicken, pickled red onion, parmesan and ginger tumeric sauce. Each item we had was full of texture and flavor and worked well with everything else in the bowl. So amazing and satisfying! Small wonder the place is packed! I wish there was a Bolay near us in NJ!

The first time I tried Bolay I thought this is not too bad.I started eating more then I became a regular.The team and manager are amazing.There was a mistake on my food one time and Delton the supervisor on shift took the initiative to take care of it.

I love the food, love the people that work there even love the people that come in there to eat. However, if you’re able to, please make it a preference if we want our sauce containers, touching our food or in our plates of food.

I love the large bol with jasmine rice black rice pesto noodles and teriyaki chicken. I love the strawberry and Pina colada Chia seed pudding. They are very organized with their orders. Not only do they get it ready for pickup very quickly, they also make sure everything in the order is correct and there is nothing missing. They mark it as checked on the receipt. I have eaten there in the past but lately I've been ordering online and pick it up after work. The staff seem nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

The food was good. The customer service at the Northlake Blvd location sucks. Nasty attitudes from server and cashier. Will not return to this location. Do better. Not spending money for nasty customer service. Training needs to be provided on how to treat customers. Especially first time customers.

This was on my list of places to try in West Palm Beach. I have dietary restrictions so I was excited to find somewhere that catered to people like me. The food was great! I enjoyed every bite. I ordered a large bol and I was satiated. I tried the new almond chicken tenders and loved them. The ambiance was just right. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience because the food I had in West Palm Beach prior to this never wowed me. I asked the servers questions regarding the different foods because I am unable to consume gluten, dairy and rice, and they answered my questions and made me more comfortable ordering my bol. Their housemade juices are lovely, fyi (try them 😋). I would definitely return. 10/10 would recommend.

Fresh, fresh, everything was FRESH! I placed my order with mobile app while I was at the place, with 2 friends who instead worked their way through the line. I had Chef's Steak Bowl, & received mine immediately after they got theirs. It was perfect--tender, juicy cubes of steak on jasmine rice + almonds, tomatoes, greens & some other stuff I was served my bowl with a plastic cup of dressing, but didn't use it--the flavor was perfect so why add ? I can not wait until our next visit Highly recommend using the mobile app--easy to customize on it and can dawdle without inconveniencing anyone. Plus $5 off first order after signing up.

This location is clean and spacious. The food at Bolay is one of the best fast food places you can have a healthy, gluten free, meal with tons of veggies and delicious sauces. Their cookies are delicious too! The service is fast and courteous. Love eating at bolay.

Bolay is our first stop when we leave PBI airport on the way to the Hotel. We wish they would come to St. Louis! They have either Chef Inspired Bowls or Build your Own Bowls. They have Regular with 1 Protein or Large with 2 Proteins. Today i built my own Regular bowl with Asian Sweet Potato Noodles, Black Rice, Teriyaki Chicken, Feta, Marinated cherry tomatoes and Creamy Garlic & Herb Sauce. So yummy! They have unique teas & Stubborn Soda. You order similar to Chipotle and tell them what you want in your bowl. Parking can be tricky when they are busy.

Good for when you're in a rush knowing the entire place is gluten free brings peace of mind! Even the cookies were GF and they were simply amazing!

Great place for healthy, yummy dairy free and gluten free options. Everything is gluten free and making a bowl dairy free too is easy. The sweet potato noodles pairs well with the broccoli, avocado, ginger turmeric dressing, and teriyaki chicken. The service is great and the ambiance is nice. I recommend online ordering if you're coming during peak hours and don't want to wait in line.

I eat mostly organic and I avoid seed oils which makes Bolay my "go to" in terms of fast foods. Excellent food! Excellent service! Always fresh, always on point! Every time I drive up note tv I have to stop by your location because I know it's always good! Keep up the great work!

Lunch ruined! I've rated all their order Bolay locations 5 stars but now this? Come on! Plus the two young ladies at the register gave me an attitude because I said, why $13.something she said because you got extra veggie. I said regular comes with two, or an I incorrect? She said forget it and just took it off. They should explain their customer the menu has changed and yes mister customer we will take it off, sorry about the confusion, our menu had changed. No harm, no foul. They seems miserable at work.

I love Bolay and this location is fabulous! The food is always delicious and very affordable, cooked just right. The juices are delicious. Staff is friendly, polite, and kind. We sat on the patio and the temperature was just right with the fans. We will be back again and again. You will not be disappointed! There is something for every diet concern. You will LOVE it!

This is my favorite go to restaurant. Its super fast, decently priced, and very delicious. The service and portion size are really good as well. I do wish they pay attention to the cleaning of the dining area. Sometimes the tables could use the wipes. Overall love it

Bolay never disappoints! No matter the location, the food quality is always top notch. The team is young but friendly and happy to help and accommodate special requests. The summer special barbecue chicken was on point! There was not a ton of sauce on the chicken, but just enough to add solid flavor. The veggies are always freshly prepared and unlike other quick service restaurants, not overcooked. One of the greatest aspects of Bolay is their clean, dining room with an upbeat mood. If you are look for a solid, quick lunch this is the place for you!

So I tried Bolay for the first time in Wellington last week & was impressed it was seasoned , full of flavor & fresh but I went to this location a few days later & learned that all Bolays are not created equal. I ordered the exact same thing ( teriyaki chicken , sweet potato noodles , tomatoes, broccoli & pineapple habanero sauce on the side). The sweet potato noodles were ice cold , dry & bland. The teriyaki chicken was soooo dry & had no flavor, the broccoli was edible & they forgot my sauce. My friend got a steak bowl & her noodles were also bland & the steak was hard & tasted old. The service here was also very slow. This location needs to take some pointers from the Wellington location. The 2 stars are for the pineapple ginger drink which was really good & the broccoli & my friend liked her zucchini & 2 stars is actually being generous.

Fantastic first experience at Bolay. The food was fresh, plentiful, and really tasty. Daniel was super welcoming and offered me several samples to help with my selections. I will definitely be back!

I love Bolay! Everything on the menu is great but the sweet potato noodles are the best! Try it with the ginger turmeric sauce

I have eaten here many times and today was no different. I love the quality of the food and the portions given! And the pesto sauce is always my favorite. I ordered the Regular bowl with 2x pesto noodles, ginger broccoli, citrus chicken, Parmesan cheese and lots of pesto sauce. My order was ready as soon as I walked in! I will definitely be back again.

I love Bolay! I wish I didn't have to be gluten free & dairy free, but when I'm at Bolay I don't worry about it I just order great fresh food! Fast, fresh, nutritious, yummy and affordable. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are so many choices, nice beverages, and gf cookies I highly recommend Bolay!

Omg! Love this restaurant. Great atmosphere and great employees and of course great food. Such a wonderful variety of fresh food choices. Love the option of creating your own bowl. Prices are very reasonable and the portion you great is perfect. Definitely recommend.

So this Bolay location feels that it is ok to have a refrigerated truck block the EV charging stations in the parking lot for several days. when I spoke to the GM he was very rude and and basically didn't care and said that's were the owner wants it. First of all it is illegal for them to park the truck blocking the Ev chargers and it very rude to the people who use the chargers every day and actually come in and spend money while there vehicle is charging and it is very disrespectful to FPL the chargers owners who pay rent to loose half of there ability to provide chargers for people because Bolay wants to block the Ev Charging Stations Shame On You Bolay I guess I won't be spending my money at Bolay anymore And yes it is illegal to block the chargers Florida State Statue 366.94

For it being "healthy" it's salty AF. My coworkers and i decided to head here for lunch I ordered and picked up the meals and they were fast-the flavor was great bur those extra add-ons add on quick and drive the cost up by a lot. I also miss the tuna options. I like this place, but think they need to work on low sodium entrees especially as they are touting healthy options. Very flavorful and the staff was great!

Ok I'm a fan. Since it was my first time in I took the easy route and ordered one of the suggested bowls - the vegan miso tofu. It was great! The kale salad base was just the right texture and fresh, and the potatoes, tofu and broccoli were seasoned and cooked well. I also added roasted tomatoes at the end. Walking down the line of food choices I was so excited to see so many things clearly labeled as vegan. I can't wait to go back and make my own bowl with so many bases and veggies to choose from. The sodas and juices had great options as well. The place was clean and nicely lit. The woman who made our bowls was very sweet and helpful.

Good service and good food, sometimes they are out of steak, not their fault I guess but sometimes food isnt as fresh as I would like. Still very good 8/10times

Update: Is it me or my Bolay plate became way smaller than before? Cuz mannn what happen? They give way less food now. But it still taste very fresh and great to me. Try the pineapple cream soda! So good. Craving some bolay after the gym!!! Bolay is amazinnngg! Who doesn't know this by now? The food, the workers, the place so amazinnngg! My only problem would be the parking spots but other than that My large bowl consisted of baby spinach, quinoa, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, double bbq chicken, tomatoes and spicy thai sauce so so so goo

I don't know if this is my unlucky day at Bolay, This is my first time at this location but recently I have notice the food they serve has been cut back. However particularly this time, i would say at least I will not be returning to this location. I try to take more representative pictures of the large bowl, but I don't think pictures can tell how little of portion it was. When I get large bowls, I pay the extra for 2 meals but after I mixed the meat with the noodles, its not even filled to halfway of the large bowl!!!! I love Bolay and the flavor profile is definitely great! I understand all the price increases, however, if the brand increases the overall price of the bowl by 30% more and decrease the servings by 50%. I don't know how I would feel about that.

The food is awesome. I picked the chef's pick online teriyaki chicken totally awesome. When I got there my food was packed and ready service was great.

I can not explain why this particular location is so consistently terrible in both food and service, it is not a Bolay issue since I've had lunches in other locations as I'm up in Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter frequently for work. This location consistently gets the order wrong for delivery and each time the manager has been incredibly rude in response to either me or the person I've ordered with.

This is an amazing spot to grab something healthy, fast. They had so many different options available. Think of it as a chipotle style restaurant. My first time here I went with the base of kale and jasmine rice. The jasmine rice was out of this world. It was tender and had great flavor. I chose teriyaki chicken, which was also tender and not overly coated in sauce. For the veggies, I went with broccoli and Brussels sprouts. They had just the right amount of crunch to them. For the sauce, I chose the garlic and it was not overly powerful. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. It was quick service and a clean space.

I was greeted by staff. The food was fresh. I was taken care of by Jane who was very helpful, patient, and kind to everyone including myself. I was unsure of what i wanted and Jane happily gave me suggestions as well as options to choose from. Coming here for dinner made my entire day thankyou.

Wow. If you've never been here you're missing out!!!! This place is my absolutely favorite place to grab a quick bite without feeling like I'm taking a bath in grease. For starters, all of their food is made fresh. They only serve vegetables while they're in season so you never have to worry about getting a disgusting hard avocado or bitter sweet potato. Their meat is also tender, juicy, and delicious . Pork, steak, shrimp, chicken- all ON POINT!!!!! Oh- and be sure you try the cilantro noodles because even if you don't like cilantro I guarantee you'll love these.

This is a pretty big Bolay location. I used to be obsessed with Bolay. They always made me feel like I was eating at a higher quality chipotle. However this location doesn't have ahí tuna or steak for protein. I decided to get a small bowl with shrimp and the shrimp was over cooked. It was super soft. The bbq chicken was pretty good tho. Everything was enjoyable except the shrimp.

Bolay never disappoints!!!! I ordered a salmon and spicy shrimp bowl with jasmine rice , Brussels sprouts , ginger broccoli and avocado . It was absolutely delicious!!! I love that you can customize and make the bowl just how you want it ! Also bonus points because look at the cute note they wrote for me !

My Sister-in -Law recommended Bolay to my Wife for a healthier fastfood option. Chose a large bowl of Cilantro Noodles, Ginger Broccoli, Balsamic Mushrooms, Lemon Chicken, Mojo Pork w/Cilantro Sauce. Wife said it was tasty but thought I had mistakenly bought the SMALL size. Nope - it was large. The woman dishing it out did not want to be there (even with the mask I could see the resting B face) no response when I greeted her. Skimpy portions (use the whole ladle Ma'am, not just the tip!). Pricey @ $11.76. Will get Wife a Chipotle 'High Protein Bowl' the next time she has a taste for this type of take-out. Just as tasty, fresh & much more bang for your buck. 4 stars = TASTE 1 star = PORTION 3 star = AVERAGE

Bolay provides a satisfying, customizable bowl of protein, veggies and other assorted foodstuff (aka "bases"). It's quite an extensive list of ingredients for a quick-serve restaurant that should satisfy most everyone's taste. The large bowl, with 2 proteins and a selection of 4 veggies & bases, is actually large enough to share. Or to have leftovers! The variety of sauces really add to the overall flavor of the bowl. I deducted a star in my rating because some of the ingredients looked like they had been sitting in the bins a bit too long. Still pretty fresh but not as fresh as possible. I think of Bolay as the "all-American" alternative to Chipotle's burrito-oriented mix. It's a good option for a fast, fulfilling meal.

This healthy option restaurant reminds me of Fresh Kitchen which is pretty popular in the Tampa area. But from what I see Fresh Kitchen is also in Boca Raton, Orlando and coming to the Miami area. This is like a Chipotle style ordering line. Pick one or two bases, proteins, veggies, and topping. There are tons of options and you can try them as well. I like it better than Fresh Kitchen. The flavor is very vibrant. The veggies are not too tough where they are hard to eat, and the proteins are great options for all. I liked the carrot ginger sauce better than the pesto sauce I had. And you can always ask for it on the side as well. I like their food and flavor options but their drinks not so much. I'll stick with water next time. I hope to see Bolay by the Tampa area. I'll definitely be there if and once they are.

Chipotle's Healthier Cousin Choose a base, up to 2 veggies, and 1-2 proteins. I got a large bowl with the cilantro noodles, kale yea, broccoli, roasted potatoes, lemon chicken, and the pork tenderloin. My only complaint was that the noodles were cold an everything else was warm/hot. I wouldn't recommend the potatoes either. The pork tenderloin however was fantastic! And the kale yea was surprisingly really good also.

Always so good, yummms! Plenty of vegan options & great for kids. This is an easy go to spot that's & quick grab & go. Friendly staff, good food, what more do you want?
