The staff was amazing and second to none. She made my son a customized drink that we had in Washington DC and came out exactly the same, but for some reason better. This is our favorite spot going forward .

This is my go to place for any sweet treat. Not only are their bowls and smoothies amazing, but their boba and iced coffees are sooo good too. The employees are always kind and speedy, even while they're busy and working alone. Jorani makes a great booster with an orange juice base!! Definitely recommend!

We were craving acai and this location popped up first. Sadly no pictures but honestly the açaí base was amazing - we added Nutella, granola, and coconut and everything was delicious and fresh. Much better than expected and highly recommend!

Every time I go in the staff is always friendly and always very quick with the orders. I personally love the Power Ranger and also the Thing I was recommended the Thing and to get it with apple juice and I have to say it’s a very very very good drink. I go at least Once or twice a week. Keep up the good work.

Honestly the Best Açaí I’ve ever had, the Pistachio Frappe is also really good I definitely recommend it I got the #1 Base for the Açaí with strawberries, Bananas, blueberries and Chia seeds as my 4 toppings and to put the cherry on top the lovely young lady behind the counter served me with a beautiful smile, put a smile on my Açaí Bowl and put a smile on my face. :) I will definitely be going back. Also, I would like to mention you can get a Discount for having a membership at the LA Fitness Gym.

I have had the Açaí bowl many times and it keeps me coming back! Way better quality bowls compared to the nektar across the street. Fruit is always fresh. Service has always been good and welcoming. Overall great experiences so far and recommend to anyone looking for a Açaí bowl spot.

Bolcupop is my go-to spot in Riverside! Their açaí bowls are so fresh and packed with flavor, but my favorite thing on the menu has to be their smoothie, The Gambit. I love grabbing one right after the gym; it's filling, super tasty, and gives me the perfect boost post-workout. The staff is always friendly and the vibe makes it a place I actually look forward to visiting every time.

Delicious açaí bowl flavors. I'm particular about my açaí bowl base, and this locations flavors are awesome. All made in house with natural flavors. Highly recommend. Delicious bowls. I always end up craving.

I think this place is fine overall--it just seems like the açaí bowls are a little too sweet for my taste. I've tried just about every combo, but they all end up with the same result. That said, the woman who helped me was absolutely delightful, and the service is always great. I keep coming back, so clearly it's not that sweet. Still worth a visit, especially if you like your açaí on the dessert-y side.

I went in today and they gave me the wrong flavor for the base. I ordered #4 (dragonfruit) which is on the label and they gave me taro which I do not like at all. The bowls here are on the expensive side so it sucks that I did not notice u til I got home. I tried calling the restaurant to get this corrected but did not get a response. I really liked this place the 1st time I tried it.

Third time I've been here after 9:30a and they are still not open. I don't know why as a place that is normally breakfast type items not be open is wild. I enjoy the bowls and smoothies but it's absolutely a waste of time if they are not open... Smh

Way too much ice. I didn't even sit in my car for 3 minutes and it is already gone. I usually say easy ice but my usually places don't load it up like this. What a waste of money. Also sucked a piece of plastic up with my boba.

Took the kids to grab a snack and we all enjoyed it. I got the Hulk drink and it was awesome. The kids also liked the pull up bar they had in the store - which they used while we were waiting for our order. Great business and staff, would definitely recommend.

I was searching for a local place to get a pitaya bowl and this place was perfect!Friendly and attentive employees. Efficient service despite being busy. Bowl was absolutely delicious and ingredients were all freshly prepared (I watched).

Service with a smile must not be a thing here. At least not when I went. I purposely told the kid working there "this is my first time here" hoping he'd give some pointers or have a little patience instead of fidgeting while I tried to figure out the menu. Will not be going back.

I was in the area for a doctors appointment and was looking for something healthy. A lot of the smoothie places advertised really only provide sugar. This was delicious and the staff was amazing and there were so many options of things to add and healthy liquids to choose from.

Love their smoothies, I like the power ranger with apple juice base. I add glutamine or creatine to my smoothie. The Ironman smoothie is also good.

Came here today for a bowl. Clean store and friendly staff. Although I enjoyed it, I agree with the other Yelp comment... the granola should not be on the very bottom. Also, I don't like the obligatory tipping section on the IPad when paying.

So very overpriced for such little portion. Seemed like my bowl was 40% granola. Better off going to nektar across the street. Service and aesthetic of this place is nice though.

Great place. Great service and ambiance. Many flavor options. I love that they put they granola on the bottom for a nice crunch at the end of your bowl, and they add pumpkin seeds to the granola. I love that they also allow you to pick four toppings on top of the pumpkin granola and the honey that they put on top. staff is always friendly and nice always playing good music as well and like I said because it's next to LA Fitness you get a 10% off discount when you show them your membership.

I've only been here twice after going to the gym and noticed a pattern with the person behind the counter being unfriendly and disinterested. Also, today I noticed the order they gave me wrong totally wrong. I asked for a smoothie and they gave me a pressed juice (it had turmeric which I didn't ask for). Did not even bother to go back into the establishment to ask for a refund I was so turned off. I did not even finish the pressed juice - Trash. Update: The business owner reached out to me to resolve the issue - Appreciate it

Nice place to grab a smoothie and fresh juices. Inside is clean and spacious. Service is pretty good too. I've had the sandwich's and they are a great deal. Nice homemade style sandwich with a drink hits the spot for me. The passion fruit lemonade is my favorite - very refreshing. They can make custom orders too if you wanna get creative. Pretty cool spot - try it out !

Yummy fresh not pre mixed tiger boba. Sweet toast... yes please. You get to choose your bread, spread and toppings They also make their own sorbet for their smoothie bowls and you have endless topping choices!!

I was soooo disappointed with my Thai iced tea (no ice cz I'm sick). I don't see how you can mess up a Thai tea, but this place did and really bad. I took 3 sips forcing myself to like it but just couldn't. I ended up throwing it away. You can't tell from the picture but it's like the blended it and added sugar to it and waaaayyy too much creamer.

Came here for the first time today. Workers were very nice, helpful, and fast. I ordered the smallest bowl which was $7. I was a bit disappointed they don't have straight açaí bowls. Instead it is sorbet that has different flavors to choose from. I got #5 Taro with banana instead and it was delicious. The bowls come with granola and honey already and then you get to choose your toppings depending on the size bowl you get. The toppings seemed fresh and overall it was very delicious. Make sure to mix it really well as the granola seemed to be on the bottom so the last few bites were mostly granola. I would definitely come back to try other items.

The açaí itself was good, but i ordered 2 scoops and there was barely any acai in the bowl. It was mainly just coconut chunks. Also as I ordered the acai #1 that says blueberry strawberry and banana, I assumed it would be included as toppings but it didn't. Overall $12 for this small bowl is not worth it.

Been here frequently and the smoothies are great, if they're open. The "hours" constantly change so if you're going in the evening good luck. Even if you're walking up to the door, they will still close even if the hours posted online state they will be open until a later time, I'm talking hours later. This isn't the first time it's happened, at least three times now. Just post some hours and have your staff stick to them please. Edit: Luckily the business owner got back to me regarding this review and updated the hours. So hopefully there are no further issues. However, make sure to use Yelp because Apple Maps, Google Maps, and other services may reflect other hours. We were still able to save the day and make it to the downtown location so that's great. The owners willingness to positively communicate with their customers is a huge plus. And yes, the smoothies (and juices) are great! (Phantom and Gamora) :)

my GO TO! Smoothies and bowls are always so delicious and I love how the workers are so welcoming and sweet! Also like how they carry energy drinks in store as well if needed. So glad I found this place, perfect stop after the gym!

My absolute favorite smoothie place! I go at least 3 xs a week after the gym for a post work out snack I normally get a sorbet bowl and my daughter a smoothie Always hits the spot! The owner is the sweetest and the employees always have a smile! I love to try the flavor of the week! So far my favorite is the honeydew banana and taro banana sorbet

Customer Service is 10 Stars! Had to be the best Boba I have had so far. The fact that you can choose the level of sweetness is a game Changer !

My favorite bowl place in chino hill closed down and I was devastated!! I came into this shopping center to get my cars oil changed and saw this place and I just had to try it! The service was fantastic, the gentleman at the counter was really kind and helped me make my selection. And the bowl itself was delicious I cannot wait to go back for more flavors and to try their other offerings.

I visited Bolcupop on July 4th and it was a refreshing .The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were well-balanced. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick and enjoyable visit despite being really busy on the holiday . I highly recommend the Iron Man smoothie. Also came back later and had an ice late and have to admit, that for not being a coffee shop their latte was really good. And will come back again for sure. Great place for anyone looking for a tasty and nutritious beverage.

I got more granola than acai on this so called acai bowl this is the 2nd time I come here and I thought it was a mistake the first time but I guess not

Bolcupop has been my post workout smoothie for years! My favorite smoothie is "the Gambit" it is to die for, I love how they also offer many other boosts such as immunity, collagen and many others, so depending on the day you can always switch up or add any boots you want! The energy you get when you walk in is also unmatched, the employees here are quick to give you their fav recommendations and they've always hit the spot! Love this place if you haven't tried it yet you're missing out!

My boyfriend and I walked in at 5pm to get an açaí bowl. There was one employee behind the counter and no other patrons. The employee saw us at the counter, she did not say Hi or acknowledge us at all, she proceeded to start washing the dishes and containers in the sink. Once we saw that , we knew she wasn't terribly interested in helping the only 2 people in the place so we simply walked out! That's all it took to get a 1 star review!!! No wonder others have given the same review for the same service! Won't be back!!! Toi Moi is the best place for açaí!!

Went on my lunch break and the poor girl was by herself. I had to leave after waiting 15 minutes just to give my order, but she was doing her best so I wasn't entirely upset. The bf tried going for me later that afternoon and had an even worse experience: he felt as if he was bothering the employees, had to ask for utensils, and wasn't thanked for the purchase as he left. He said they weren't as busy but it took quite some time for them to complete a one acai bowl order. The bowl, I will say, was delicious (thus the 3 stars) but we won't be back.

Had the Thai tea without boba, very tasty. Definitely going back to try it with boba as well as the other drinks they have. Very clean and nice employees. :0)

The service was great, the woman who owns the place was very patient, friendly and helpful. We tried the sorbet bowls which were better then nektars and jumbo juices, not sure on the price comparison but definitely still worth it if your looking for something sweet but also healthy and refreshing.

Excellent service and great options for Acai bowls in Riverside. Worth a stop at this location
